1:20 For out of the heart comes evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false
1:29 witness, slander.
1:31 These are what defile a person, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile anyone.
1:35 Those are the words of Jesus in Matthew 1519 and 20.
1:39 Thank you so much for coming to the show today and I guess thank you for all the welcome
1:42 back messages.
1:43 As you see last Thursday, it was kind of my welcome back episode, so thank you for that.
1:47 We are right around the corner from episode 500 of this podcast.
1:50 Can you believe it?
1:51 I mean, we launched this thing back in 2017 and I've just been consistent.
1:54 I've released at least one episode a week every week since 2017.
1:57 We've done as many as like five episodes in a week, but here we are right about to have
2:01 episode 500.
2:02 That'll be the forging table over the Sunday or this coming Sunday and speaking of the
2:07 forging table.
2:08 So there was a little mix up last Sunday.
2:10 I accidentally released a future episode in the place of what should have been the Proverbs
2:14 one episode.
2:15 So I caught it early in the morning, but not before most of you guys caught it.
2:19 So I got a bunch of messages, a bunch of emails.
2:21 So some of you early birds got a sneak peek as to the new book of the Bible that we're
2:25 going to be starting here in a couple of weeks, but I will not spoil it for anybody else.
2:29 So if you got that sneak peek, good on you, you know, where we're headed.
2:32 If not, you know that we're covering a couple of Proverbs in the next couple of weeks that
2:36 has been fixed.
2:37 So you can check out that episode again.
2:39 Thank you so much to our donors.
2:40 We are a donation based ministry and the only way we're able to do this stuff that we're
2:43 going to do is because we have donors like you, so go to undaunted.life/donate to check
2:47 out what we've got going on.
2:49 And if you listened to the show last Thursday, you know that we are in the cigar business.
2:52 So we have cigars that are benefiting the rescue team of the Tim Tebow Foundation.
2:56 So that is helping to prevent and rescue children from sex trafficking.
3:00 So when you buy those cigars, not only are they awesome, but they go to a great cause.
3:04 We also have a couple of new t-shirts in the undaunted life store.
3:07 So you can check that out.
3:08 And as always, we are an origin sponsored brand origin and Jaco fuel.
3:12 So if you want to get some boots, geez, hunting gear or get some protein or creatine or greens
3:17 or whatever, make sure you go and you use the code undaunted at checkout.
3:22 Now I'm very excited for these quick hitters today because I was kind of looking at the
3:24 release schedule.
3:25 Excuse me.
3:26 I don't know the next time when I'm going to be able to hit these quick hitters.
3:30 So I wanted to make sure that these had a lot of thump to them.
3:32 So let me just read these to you.
3:33 A drag queen being hired to be the principal of an elementary school in Oklahoma City.
3:39 Yes, that's a real story.
3:41 And we've got Virginia Governor Glen Yunken pardoning a Loudoun County father that was
3:44 arrested at a school board meeting, the state of California voting in favor of a bill that
3:49 would force judges to favor trans affirming parents in custody battles.
3:54 Yes.
3:55 And another one new Mexico governor, Michelle Grisham banning citizens from lawfully carrying
3:59 guns and then Mexico's Supreme Court ruling that it is unconstitutional to punish abortion
4:05 as a crime.
4:07 We are getting after it today.
4:09 Hey, guys, real quick, if you were anything like me, you at least try and pull yourself
4:14 up by your bootstraps.
4:15 So you will duct tape and YouTube your way into fixing things and solving issues that
4:19 come up.
4:20 And while that is good and worthwhile in many circumstances, doing that with everything
4:23 could lead you to wasting a lot of time and money that you could have otherwise spent on
4:27 your business and family.
4:29 That is especially true when it comes to information technology and data security.
4:33 And that's why I want to introduce you to my friends over at LMS Tech.
4:37 So LMS Tech is an IT security company that can help your business with all kinds of IT
4:42 headaches, like network install, configuration security and monitoring, server setup and
4:47 maintenance, cloud data storage, email management and security, antivirus management, industry
4:52 specific compliance.
4:53 So that's like HIPAA financial services, insurance, credit cards, that kind of stuff.
4:57 And even custom software implementation like CRM and HR tools.
5:01 So while you focus on making your business successful, let LMS Tech secure IT.
5:07 Now I trust LMS Tech with the security for my business.
5:10 So I think you should give them a shot as well.
5:13 So to receive your free IT and data security assessment, visit this website, get security
5:19 dot tech.
5:20 That's get security dot tech.
5:23 Don't risk your data ending up in the wrong hands, invite the experts in to protect your
5:27 business.
5:28 And the site is get security dot tech, that's get security dot tech to get your free assessment.
5:34 That will be in the show notes as well.
5:37 But before we get into the quick hitters, I've got some breaking news.
5:41 Andy Stanley, yes, the man that is at the helm of one of the largest churches in America
5:48 is still a heretic.
5:50 Now, if that statement seems shocking to you, you must be new to the show.
5:55 So welcome.
5:56 We're glad to have you.
5:57 But back on episode four, twenty three, that was in January of this year, I did an episode
6:00 called Andy Stanley is a heretic.
6:03 So on a very, very serious note, if you have not listened to episode four, twenty three,
6:08 this podcast, you need to, okay, that is the foundation that I'm going to build off of
6:12 for today.
6:13 Because I'm not going to go into all the details.
6:14 I went into a ton of detail on that episode.
6:17 I think it's the most downloaded episode that we've had of the show so far this year.
6:20 But in that episode, I go through the un hitch controversy that Andy Stanley stepped in his
6:25 debate with Jeff Durbin.
6:27 I covered some of the comments that he said and things that he said that were very pro
6:31 LGBTQ lifestyle, not just people, but the lifestyle.
6:36 I talked about how there are open LGBTQ people working on staff at North Point in leadership.
6:42 But I also gave this formula to you guys.
6:45 It's a very, very dangerous formula, but it's attractive personality plus wildly gifted communicator
6:52 plus large audience plus church success plus commercial success plus no biblical accountability
7:00 plus you not reading your Bible plus them not teaching the Bible equals almost certain
7:07 disaster.
7:08 And we're certainly seeing that now.
7:10 And the big question that I asked in that podcast and that I'm defending again today is
7:14 is it fair to call Andy Stanley a heretic and I gave the definition of the word heretic
7:21 from the American heritage dictionary of the English language.
7:24 Okay.
7:25 So the dictionary here is what the definition of a heretic is according to that dictionary
7:31 quote specifically in theology, a profess believer who adopts a persistent and persistently
7:39 maintains religious opinions contrary to the accepted standards of his church.
7:44 I'll read that again because I kind of dorked it up specifically in theology, a profess believer
7:49 who adopts and persistently maintains religious opinions contrary to the accepted standards
7:56 of his church.
7:58 So by that definition, again, go back to episode four, twenty three, yes, yes, you can absolutely
8:05 categorize Andy Stanley as a heretic.
8:08 And in that episode, I also made a prediction, remember, this is way back in January, right?
8:13 We were all old enough to remember that that time period in our lives.
8:16 I predicted that he will quote eventually, probably in the next few years, come out explicitly
8:23 as LGBTQ affirming.
8:25 I think that that's just about guaranteed at this point, unquote.
8:29 And I also predicted that he may go full deconstruction.
8:33 As I was talking about with my buddy Matt from the forging table last night, I think
8:37 we were in the process of witnessing Andy Stanley deconstruct before our eyes.
8:42 So don't say I didn't warn you kids, but we need to get into some other stuff that kind
8:46 of went under the radar until it kind of popped back up here in the last couple of weeks.
8:50 In February of this year, there was an announcement that Andy Stanley and North Point Community
8:55 Church.
8:56 That's his church there in the Atlanta area, the multi site church would be hosting a conference
8:59 called unconditional conference 2023.
9:03 What is unconditional conference 2023?
9:05 You may ask, well, let's go to their website for the description.
9:07 This is right there on their homepage.
9:10 You're invited to the unconditional conference.
9:12 This two day premiere event is for parents of LGBTQ plus children and for ministry leaders
9:17 looking to discover ways to support parents and LGBTQ plus children in their churches.
9:23 You will be equipped, refreshed and inspired as you hear from leading communicators on
9:27 topics that speak to your heart, soul and mind.
9:31 We deeply desire this time will bring about healing and restoration.
9:36 No matter what theological stance you hold, we invite you to listen, reflect and learn
9:41 as we approach this topic from the quieter middle space.
9:46 So this conference will be taking place here in a couple of weeks on September the 28th
9:50 and 29th.
9:51 So this is very pertinent to our time period now from a quick cursory read of that statement.
9:58 In my most generous read of this conference, given the information that I just gave you,
10:04 I would grant you that you might conclude that this conference could actually be a healthy
10:12 thing.
10:14 This might actually be a positive thing in the marketplace of ideas.
10:18 I'll grant you that.
10:19 You might even conclude that this kind of conference is necessary for parents that have LGBTQ plus
10:26 identifying children and at least, you know, purport to hold to a Christian worldview.
10:32 But even this brief statement on their website betrays really the dark and or vapid contents
10:38 of what this conference will surely hold.
10:40 So let's actually break down some of the stuff from this statement before we dig further
10:44 into what this conference is going to be about.
10:46 So let's go back to the statement.
10:48 You're invited to the unconditional conference.
10:50 This two day premiere event is for parents of LGBTQ plus children and for ministry leaders
10:56 looking to discover ways to support parents and LGBTQ plus children in their churches.
11:02 So who is it that this conference aims to influence?
11:07 Not just get to attend, but influence parents and church leaders and staff, okay, and influence
11:14 in what way you may ask.
11:17 So we'll certainly get more into that here in a second.
11:19 And also it asks, you know, begs the question, who is it that stands to be supported by this
11:25 conference?
11:26 And that is the parents of self identifying LGBTQ plus children and the children themselves.
11:32 Okay.
11:33 So right there in the first few substantive words on this website, you see them kind of
11:38 sneak in this foregone conclusion that there is such a thing as a LGBTQ plus Christian child,
11:48 because here's the thing, as many people have pointed out, there's no such thing as a gay
11:51 Christian, because there is no qualifier that you can put before Christian.
11:56 You're not a gay Christian.
11:57 You're not a Republican Christian.
11:58 You're not a St. Louis Cardinals fan Christian.
12:00 You are a Christian first in all things.
12:02 And so they're sneaking in there that certainly you can be an LGBTQ plus person that you can
12:08 be transgender and be a Christian child, which is nonsense.
12:14 Back to the statement here, you will be equipped, refreshed and inspired as you hear from leading
12:19 communicators on topics that speak to your heart, soul and mind.
12:24 Now that sentence was clearly written by a chap GPT bot that has only read crappy self
12:29 help books.
12:30 So it's basically vapid gobbledygook.
12:31 So let's keep going back to the statement.
12:33 We deeply desire this time will bring about healing and restoration.
12:37 Oh, yeah, really?
12:41 How can true healing and restoration happen outside of the context of the gospel and the
12:47 repentance of sin?
12:50 Not the allowance for an acceptance of sin, so you're talking about healing and restoration.
12:55 Is there going to be a gospel call here to where people will find their identity, not
12:59 and how they choose user genitals, but in Christ, let's keep going.
13:05 No matter what theological stance you hold, well, that's actually easy to break down because
13:09 what you have to do before you walk in is to just have no theological stance at all, you
13:14 know, turn your brain off and then you'll be good.
13:16 And then we'll go to the last one here.
13:17 We invite you to listen, reflect and learn as we approach this topic from the quieter
13:23 middle space.
13:24 Oh, yeah, here's a question for you.
13:28 What exactly is the middle space on whether or not we should chemically castrate children?
13:34 What's the middle space there?
13:37 What's the middle space on whether or not Christians should be advocating for the genital
13:43 mutilation of minors?
13:45 This isn't one of those subject matters that there is no middle space.
13:49 There's just not a middle space here.
13:52 You are either for this or against this.
13:54 Now, I can already feel it that some of you might say, but Kyle, this conference hasn't
14:00 even happened yet.
14:01 Like, aren't you getting that over your skis a little bit?
14:03 How like, how can you condemn a future event?
14:06 Right?
14:07 Now again, go back to episode 423 of this podcast.
14:10 I think I do a pretty solid job of laying out where Andy Stanley has devolved on this
14:15 issue using his own words and actions and not implying anything.
14:19 But it's not just the words and actions of Stanley that I think give us a pretty clear
14:23 picture about what's going to go down at this conference.
14:26 It's the other speakers that will be presenting at this conference.
14:29 So who are the speakers that are going to present at this event?
14:31 You might ask, let's go through the list.
14:33 So we have Greg and Lynn McDonald.
14:35 So they founded the organization Embracing the Journey, which is the organization that
14:39 is organizing the unconditional conference.
14:41 They are gay affirming parents and they are leaders at North Point Community Church.
14:46 Then we have Justin Lee.
14:48 He's openly homosexual.
14:49 He's quote unquote married to a man and married to a man.
14:53 But by the way, I'm going to use quote unquote for married because there's no such thing
14:55 as being married to another man, if you're a man.
14:58 He's also what you would call a gay Christian.
15:00 A lot of scare quotes in this episode.
15:02 He's gay affirming, obviously, and he's the founder of the world's biggest LGBTQ Christian
15:07 advocacy organization called the Gay Christian Network.
15:11 Then we have a guy named Brian Needzel.
15:13 So he is also openly homosexual, scare quotes married to a man, scare quotes gay Christian,
15:18 gay affirming.
15:19 He also co-founded the Renovus Network, which is a LGBTQ affirming organization working
15:25 to create a quote world where no one has to choose between their faith and sexual orientation
15:30 or gender identity, unquote.
15:33 So the co-founder of Renovus Network with this guy is also a guy named Gregory Cook.
15:39 So he is also openly gay and has been a leader with North Point Community Church for over
15:44 a decade now.
15:45 I think it's like 13 or 14 years.
15:47 Then we have Debbie Causi.
15:48 So I mentioned her on the last time I talked about this.
15:50 She's also on the board of directors for Renovus.
15:53 She's gay affirming and she's an employee of North Point Community Church.
15:58 Then this is one that a lot of people have missed.
16:01 Pastor John Ortberg, if you don't know that name, you should.
16:05 So he's a former pastor of Menlo Church in California.
16:09 Now I say former pastor because in July of 2020, he resigned after the elders of the
16:15 church discovered that he allowed his son Johnny to serve as a volunteer in the children's
16:20 ministry.
16:22 Doesn't sound bad, does it?
16:25 I mean, he's a pastor son that wants to serve in the children's ministry.
16:28 That's a great thing, right?
16:29 But silly me.
16:31 I kind of forgot to mention one important detail.
16:34 John Ortberg allowed his son Johnny to volunteer in the children's ministry at his church even
16:41 after finding out that his son had openly expressed his attraction to minors.
16:50 Let that sink in.
16:52 He knew that his child was a pedo and he said, yeah, no issue with him serving in the children's
17:00 ministry at the church that he was the head of, he was invited to speak at this conference.
17:06 Now there's other speakers and whatever, but they're basically all gay, affirming and
17:10 different things like that.
17:11 And after all of that, you might be wondering, well, who could possibly be the headliner
17:15 for such an event with all these tremendous people?
17:19 The answer?
17:20 The one and only the great and powerful Andy Stan.
17:25 Andy Stanley is going to headline this conference.
17:27 So to recap, at least two of the speakers are openly gay and quote unquote married.
17:33 And the conference will be capped off by the senior pastor of one of the largest churches
17:36 in America, a pastor who has all but completely come out as LGBTQ affirming.
17:41 Oh, also Anna pastor that basically let kids in his church that were under his care, kids
17:46 in his flock be open to the predations of his own son.
17:51 Does anybody want to take an educated guess as to what's going to be taught at this conference?
17:56 Because you can look at the breakout sessions and the names of all these things.
17:59 But do you want to take a guess as to the content?
18:03 Now one of the most egregious things about this conference is what Andy Stanley and his
18:08 team are strategically doing.
18:10 This is so shrewd of them, but they're strategically doing something to seem loving and sympathetic.
18:16 So get ready for this.
18:19 They've baked in their number one defense from the beginning, but, but, but we're doing
18:25 it for the children that the children, Kyle, why do you hate LGBTQ plus I a triangle ampersand
18:33 divided by poop emoji exclamation point people?
18:35 Why do you hate these people?
18:38 It's built in from the beginning.
18:40 Because if your worldview sucks and it's stupid and it's baseless, just make children the
18:44 face of it.
18:45 Oh, we're just doing this for the children, right?
18:48 Ultimately.
18:49 Now you might ask why is Andy Stanley and his team doing this?
18:53 People because he's a master communicator and thus he's a master manipulator.
18:57 If you're good with words and you can communicate well, that is a very, very sharp sword that
19:01 you have to be very careful as you wield because I've been given the gift of gab.
19:06 I can communicate really well in front of an audience.
19:08 I'm communicating in front of you right now.
19:10 I could very easily manipulate people.
19:13 That's why I encourage people to read books like the prints or the 48 laws of power because
19:17 you need to know how to not use the skills and the gifts that you've been given by God.
19:23 But also this actually leads into a much more far reaching discussion about why Andy Stanley
19:31 is doing this, right?
19:32 Because yeah, he's a master communicator, he's a master manipulator, but I have some ideas
19:35 as to why else he's doing this.
19:37 The first one that came to mind is he wants to make money.
19:40 This conference is going to make a lot of money.
19:42 People are going to pay money to go and sit there and not learn anything and basically
19:46 be defiled.
19:47 So that's a good thing.
19:48 He's going to get a huge cut of that.
19:51 Also he wants to be relevant, right?
19:54 Because whenever he runs to media to, you know, talk about the things that he said or to qualify
19:59 the things that he said, it's either junk like relevant magazine or other lefty organizations,
20:05 news organizations, supposed news organizations, and they're all going to pat him on the head
20:08 and say, oh man, these are one of the good Christians.
20:12 It's all those bad judgmental conservative Christians.
20:14 Those are Republican Christians, those Christian nationalists, those are the ones that we can't
20:18 let be relevant.
20:19 So we're going to keep bumping up and he's standing.
20:22 Also he wants to be winsome, which I just got to say, I am just about tired of Christians
20:30 wanting to be winsome above all other things.
20:34 Don't hear what I'm not saying.
20:35 I'm not saying that Christians shouldn't be winsome.
20:38 Obviously, if you read through the gospel accounts, you see Jesus being very winsome throughout
20:42 his entire ministry, right?
20:45 But what these winsome Christians, most of which are cowardly Christians, where they
20:50 stop short of is calling out sin, because Jesus didn't stop short of that.
20:55 He was winsome, but he was also brutal, but the deadberry, they're dead.
21:00 Like you, you brood of vipers, like the stuff that clearing the temple, those things would
21:05 be in the winsome category, but they were godly.
21:09 And Andy Stanley just wants to be winsome.
21:12 He wants to win people to his point of view, which really doesn't have anything to do with
21:17 the Bible.
21:18 Also he wants to keep riding the tidal wave that Karl Marx created.
21:22 We live in a post-Christian, post-modern society where there's no truth except your truth.
21:29 And if you are one of the people that think that way, we're going to infuse you with
21:33 our ideals as to how you should comport yourself in this world.
21:38 Karl Marx started that and on the offshoots of that, our critical theory, feminism, this
21:43 new nonsense about you can basically make up your own theology, and he's just riding
21:47 the wave.
21:48 And then the last thing that I thought of is Satan may have actually convinced Andy Stanley
21:53 that he's right.
21:57 You have to have that out there as a possibility, because Satan and his minions, they're very,
22:03 very powerful at the end of the day.
22:06 They don't have ultimate power, but they're powerful.
22:09 Andy Stanley may have been completely corrupted at this point to where he actually believes
22:14 the nonsense that he's espousing.
22:16 That's certainly possible.
22:18 And a lot of people look at a conference like this and be like, "Okay, well, where are
22:21 the victims?"
22:22 I mean, last week we talked about Dennis Prager saying that there are no victims whenever,
22:26 you know, a person is jerking off to AI child porn, and I talked about how there's so many
22:33 victims.
22:34 But let's talk about the victims of a conference like this.
22:38 So if I were to speak like I'm supposed to speak, I would say gullible, but otherwise
22:43 good-hearted parents and church staff are potential victims.
22:47 But speaking how I actually speak, useful idiots are going to be victims of this conference.
22:53 As I've said a lot of times before, in order for these nefarious ideas like that come from
22:57 Marxism or communism or feminism or whatever other ism you want to have, you need two things.
23:03 You need nefarious actors and then you need useful idiots.
23:09 That's it.
23:10 You need people that know what they're doing and know that they're poisoning the well and
23:13 you need useful idiots to take a drink.
23:16 That is what's necessary for any satanic philosophy to turn into an all-encompassing worldview,
23:22 which is what we're seeing right now.
23:24 Another victim is, or I guess victims certainly, are the sheep that are downstream of the nefarious
23:31 actors and the useful idiots.
23:34 So we have church leaders and staff there and parents that are coming to this conference.
23:38 So lower level church staff that don't get to go to the fancy conferences, they're going
23:42 to be victims of this.
23:44 The members of the churches, these supposed leaders will go back to the extended family
23:49 of these parents.
23:51 So aunts and uncles, grandparents, cousins, these people are going to be victims of this
23:55 nonsense.
23:56 They aren't your friend groups of these parents, certainly people that they're quote unquote,
24:01 doing life with.
24:02 And you see this, this is a revolution that is being created that comes from the top and
24:06 the bottom.
24:08 So a lot of revolutions come from top down, right?
24:10 So that's where you see them like Soviet Russia, that type of thing.
24:14 But this is coming from top and bottom.
24:16 You have the church leaders who in this paradigm, the elites, if you will, forcing this ideology
24:21 down from the top and then they're creating a bunch of laypeople, the sheep that are going
24:26 to be forcing this ideology from the bottom.
24:29 And if you're in the middle, you're just going to get squished.
24:32 But the biggest victims in all of this should be, it should be readily obvious to all of
24:36 us.
24:37 That's the self-identifying LGBTQ plus children of these parents attending this conference.
24:44 And I keep saying self-identifying LGBTQ plus children because that's what they're doing.
24:50 They're not being validated in their actual gender.
24:52 So they're self-identifying as a new gender or a queer gender so that they can get affirmation
24:57 and attention, right?
24:59 They're self-identifying as I'm a gay Christian.
25:01 I'm not attracted to the opposite sex right now.
25:03 So I'm just a gay Christian.
25:06 Now rest assured that these parents and the leaders of these churches that are going to
25:12 be going through these training sessions, they will be equipped to and manipulated into
25:18 going home, sitting those same children down and telling them that what they are doing
25:25 is fine, that how they are acting is fine.
25:28 The choices they're making are fine and that their identity that they've chosen is fine.
25:36 And they're going to say that no matter what they decide to do or how they decide to act
25:39 out sexually, that God is for them, that they will love them unconditionally.
25:47 But this begs a couple of very important questions.
25:50 If God loves everyone unconditionally, then why did he have to send his son to earth as
25:57 a human baby to eventually die for all of our sins as to be the sacrificial lamb so that
26:03 we could have the possibility for a right standing before him?
26:11 Why would he have to do that if you're just fine the way you are?
26:15 The other question it begs is if God loves everyone unconditionally, regardless of their
26:20 sinful behaviors and choices and lifestyles, then why does God require that not suggest
26:28 but require that we repent from our sins and accept the free gift of grace that was paid
26:33 for by the blood of Jesus?
26:38 As a read through Acts, Acts 3, 19 came up, repent therefore and turn back that your sins
26:44 may be blotted out.
26:46 If God just loves you unconditionally, why does he send his son here to die in our place
26:52 and why do we have to accept that free gift?
26:54 Why does that matter?
26:56 So as we wrap this up with all of this in mind, I would like to make a public reminder
27:02 to Andy Stanley, to the North Point Community Church, to everyone and I mean everybody that
27:09 is going to be affiliated with the unconditional conference, the parents that will attend, and
27:14 the church leaders and staff that will attend.
27:17 So listen up if you're one of those people.
27:19 And as a reminder, this is a reminder I guess for you that comes from the lips of the Savior
27:24 of the world when he said this in Luke 17, verse 2.
27:29 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast
27:33 into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin.
27:39 So for those of you that will choose to relay this demonic ideology to children in your
27:48 care, I pray that you will repent and then work to right the wrong that you have done
27:53 to them.
27:54 And I welcome you all listening to this to pray for those people to make that decision
27:59 as well.
28:00 And if you do not, I hope the millstone finds your neck quickly.
28:07 All right, guys, let's dig into these quick hitters.
28:10 First one here, a drag queen being hired to be the principal of an elementary school
28:14 in Oklahoma City.
28:15 So this is according to Newsweek, Oklahoma's top education official is investigating one
28:19 of the state school districts for hiring a principal who is charged with alleged poor
28:23 child pornography crimes over two decades ago, but was never convicted.
28:27 Excuse me.
28:28 John Mernan was hired by the Western high school district in June to be the principal
28:32 of John Glenn elementary school, at which time district leaders noted on his Facebook
28:37 page that it had become aware of his past charges.
28:40 In 2002, a pain County judge tossed the case due to the lack of proof presented by the
28:45 prosecutors that Mernan, a fifth grade teacher in a different district at the time, was in
28:49 possession of any child pornography.
28:52 The case was later reversed via appeal.
28:54 The Oklahoma report at the time, though the record of charges was eventually expunged
28:59 and Mernan continued his career as an educator, which was now spanned over 25 years.
29:04 In wake of the news, spreading on social media, Mernan is also being accused of being a drag
29:09 queen who performed as Miss Chantel Mandalay Tulsa news affiliate KTUL reported that on
29:15 the day Mernan was hired to lead John Glenn elementary school in June, June 12, a Facebook
29:21 page under the drag queen name contained a post celebrating being named a head principal
29:26 of a dual language school.
29:28 The hiring drew further attention when lives of TikTok and account on X formerly Twitter.
29:33 On Wednesday, posted photos of Mernan's personal Facebook page, his alleged drag queen persona,
29:38 and past news stories of the child pornography allegations he was charged with.
29:42 Mernan's personal Facebook page has appeared to have been deactivated.
29:45 Shane is a drag queen who performs for children and reads books about gender to kids while
29:49 dressed in drag, the account posted.
29:51 Shane was also previously arrested on child porn charges.
29:54 Would you want this person in charge of your kids school?
29:57 So I'm going to go right to my big takeaway on this one and shout out to Sam Hayes Winkle
30:01 for bringing this to my attention.
30:03 The public school system is filled with sexual predators and deviance, but apparently they're
30:10 not even hiding the ball anymore.
30:13 So let me put it to you this way.
30:15 Any drag queen that desires to be around children, and I mean any drag queen, especially when
30:21 they're dressed up as, you know, highly sexualized characters of a woman in order to slight the
30:27 lusts or their autogonophilia is a child sexual predator, full stop.
30:33 If you want to read, because again, these men are dressed up with big fake boobs and,
30:37 you know, outsized caricature, you know, the looks of a woman in these types of things.
30:42 And again, most of these men have autogonophilia.
30:45 So autogonophilia is where a man, a biological male, so stupid, we even have to say that
30:50 a biological man is sexually aroused at the sight of himself dressed up as a woman.
30:56 That's what autogonophilia is, right?
30:59 That person is a sexual predator.
31:01 And in this case, if they're wanting to display that in front of children, they are a child's
31:05 sexual predator.
31:06 They should be in prison.
31:08 Okay, now, I think that it is likely in this particular case, considering, you know, kind
31:13 of the standards, because you might be, "Oh, this is Oklahoma City.
31:15 Why is this happening?"
31:16 There are deep blue pockets of Oklahoma City and apparently this elementary school is one
31:20 of those.
31:21 I think it's probably likely that this dude was hired because he was a drag queen, not
31:27 in spite of it, because let's just be as generous as we can here.
31:31 Let's say there were, you know, a bunch of candidates and they got down to the final
31:33 five and, you know, then they get it down to the final two and it's this person and this
31:36 person, they seem to be the exact same.
31:39 I think that if they find out that one of those candidates is a drag queen, an active
31:43 drag queen, that that would be disqualifying, like, obviously, we can't put this person
31:48 around children.
31:49 Are you out of your mind?
31:51 But in the world, we live in now to people that are wired for this type of ideology.
31:55 I bet that was the thing that put this person over the top.
31:59 And I guess I always seem to remind you guys of this.
32:02 If something like this can happen in Oklahoma, it can happen anywhere.
32:05 Again, for the last, you know, handful of elections, every single county of Oklahoma
32:11 has voted for the red candidate.
32:13 There are a handful of Democrats that are in the state house or the state Senate or something
32:16 like that.
32:17 But this is a red state.
32:18 This is about as red as it's possibly going to get in this country and this stuff happens.
32:24 So again, we always worry about California and Oregon and Chicago and New York and New
32:29 Jersey and all these different and I get it.
32:32 I guess it wouldn't be Chicago would be Illinois, but you get what I'm saying.
32:34 We worry about these places and here you are living in Idaho or New Mexico as we're going
32:39 to see it here in a second or you live in Virginia or Ohio or Mississippi or somewhere.
32:44 And you just you just assume that you're fine, but this stuff isn't going to visit you.
32:49 But I'm so thankful that the parents of Western Heights have kind of freaked out about this.
32:56 But the thing is, is the guy's not going to get fired.
32:58 He's simply not going to get fired because this was a high profile hire for them.
33:03 And I think they did this hire on purpose so they can't just get rid of the guy.
33:07 And I do want to say this as well.
33:08 The guy was exonerated technically on his child pornography charges.
33:12 So again, any of us can be charged with any crime.
33:15 It doesn't mean that we're guilty again.
33:16 I still believe in the assumption of innocence in this country.
33:19 He was innocent until proven guilty.
33:21 But if you dig in a little bit, which I don't have time to today, because it's just quick
33:24 hitters, if you dig into the case and him being dismissed, I think you could make a case for
33:30 process, prosecutorial, I can't remember how to say that.
33:34 For the prosecutors not doing their job, right?
33:38 There was evidence that this guy was in possession of these things that he was alleged and charged
33:42 with being in possession of and the prosecution, I think, crap the bit, okay?
33:47 But we do have to assume that he was actually innocent of those crimes.
33:50 And he was maligned, unfortunately and inaccurately, by even being charged.
33:55 But would it shock you, would it shock you to know that a drag queen, an autogonophilic
34:01 drag queen that loves being in front of children, that has access to children by working in
34:05 an elementary school for as long as he did, that they didn't have those files on him.
34:11 That wouldn't shock me one Iota, not one bit.
34:14 All right, let's go to the next quick hitter here, Virginia Governor Glenn Yunken, pardoning
34:19 a Loudon County father that was arrested at a school board meeting.
34:22 So this is according to the Daily Wire.
34:24 Virginia Governor Glenn Yunken, on Sunday, this was his past Sunday, granted an absolute
34:29 pardon to the father who is arrested at the school board meeting after the superintendent
34:33 lied about his daughter's rape by a skirt wearing boy, but a ridiculous sentence to
34:39 even have to read out loud.
34:40 Let's keep going.
34:41 The pardon says that in June of 2021, Scott Smith, Scott Smith exercised his constitutional
34:46 right to attend a public meeting of the Loudon County school board to observe the proceedings,
34:51 during which time a community member threatened to spread false and malicious information
34:54 about Mr. Smith's business with the intent to damage his reputation.
34:58 Smith's story galvanized parents who were concerned that schools would sacrifice student
35:02 safety and academic rigor for ideology.
35:05 Yunken's pledge to be a voice for those parents helped usher him into the office a month after
35:09 the Daily Wire revealed Smith's story.
35:11 So I talked about this story in a lot of depth back on on episodes 247 and episode 253 of
35:17 the show, 247 and 253, but the big takeaway on this one, what if this incident had taken
35:24 place in a blue state controlled by a blue governor, a blue state house, a blue state
35:30 Senate with a blue state Supreme Court?
35:34 This father would be completely screwed.
35:37 They would throw the book at them.
35:39 They absolutely would throw the book at them because this is again, reminder, this is a
35:43 father whose daughter was raped at school in a girl's bathroom because a boy wearing
35:51 a skirt went in there, lifted up a skirt and forcibly penetrated her in a bathroom stall.
35:56 Don't you think you'd be a little [inaudible] off?
36:00 If you were a dad and if you went to a school board meeting to hear the superintendent lie
36:05 to you about what you know happened to your daughter that you wouldn't maybe freak out
36:10 a little bit.
36:11 That when some stupid Karen comes up to you and says, Hey, I'm going to spread all these
36:15 lies and I'm going to ruin your business because you're a bigot that you wouldn't freak out
36:18 a little bit.
36:20 I think that this father ended up acting in a way that was way more kind of relaxed than
36:27 most of the guys I know listening to this would have reacted in those same circumstances.
36:30 But again, he's lucky.
36:35 For as much as a father of a raped daughter can be lucky, he's lucky this happened in
36:39 a state that voted for a Republican candidate, otherwise he'd be screwed.
36:44 So that is a message to because I talk to people all the time.
36:47 They're like, Oh man, I live in Minnesota or all man, I live in Canada or all man.
36:50 I live in, you know, just outside of Chicago.
36:52 And you know, it's all these woke policies and I'm just going to do my best to fight back.
36:55 Okay.
36:56 If you fight back like that in those areas, you could get locked up for wanting to know
37:02 more information about why your child was raped by a wolf in the bathroom.
37:09 So just be aware of that.
37:11 Next quick hitter here, the state of California voting in favor of a bill that would force
37:16 judges to favor trans affirming parents in custody battles.
37:20 So this is according to Greg Price on Twitter.
37:23 I just, I refuse to call it X. Okay.
37:25 So I'm going to keep calling it Twitter.
37:26 So here's the, here's a tweet breaking.
37:29 The California assembly just voted in favor of AB 957, which will require judges to take
37:35 into account whether a parent affirms a child's gender identity or gender expression in determining
37:41 custody.
37:42 The Senate already approved it and it's heading to Gavin Newsom's desk.
37:45 Now Gavin Newsom already said that he was going to approve such a measure, if it made
37:50 its way to his desk.
37:51 So it's a foregone conclusion that he's going to sign this.
37:53 So here is actually a quote from California state representative Lori Wilson, who was
37:57 the one that wrote AB 957.
38:00 Here's the quote, parents affirm their children.
38:03 Typically it happens when their gender identity matches their biological gender, but when
38:07 it doesn't, the affirmation starts to weigh our duty as parents is to affirm our children.
38:14 So just to, you know, point out the obvious here, our duty as parents is not to affirm
38:20 our children is to protect our children and to provide an environment for them to grow
38:25 up safe and well, that's our duty as parents.
38:29 Because I'll tell you right now, my three year old sweet baby James, this morning said
38:33 he was a Velociraptor.
38:35 He's convinced he's a Velociraptor on his way to school.
38:39 Am I to affirm that?
38:43 Would I feed him raw meat, send him in the neighborhood to hunt deer and children?
38:49 Or should I just not play into his fantasy, you know, play with him and kind of have fun
38:53 with him.
38:54 But at the end of the day, say, no, you're a boy and you're a boy that's going to get
38:56 big and strong and have good muscles and be a good man.
38:59 Affirm our children.
39:01 Get out of here.
39:02 So what's the translation on this, this whole thing that they're putting out there?
39:05 The translation here on this law is get on board with this whole transing of the kids
39:09 thing, or we're going to take your kids away.
39:13 Because we have to look at how this is actually going to be extrapolated out into the real
39:17 world.
39:18 You have a mother and father fighting for custody of a child or children.
39:23 And if one of those parents is not affirming quote unquote of this particular kid and their
39:29 delusion, they're going to have their rights as a parent taken away entirely.
39:33 We're already seeing this in Canada.
39:35 And guys, you can guarantee that the state of California will eventually provide some
39:40 sort of law, I mean, because they're going to provide some sort of a law that allows
39:45 parents from other states to take quote unquote refuge is probably what they'll call it in
39:50 their state while they fight a custody battle in another because we're already doing that
39:54 with abortion.
39:55 Hey, come to, you know, if you're in one of those backward states like Oklahoma or Alabama
40:00 or Texas or Florida, come to come to California, sit on the beach, drink a Shirley Temple, and
40:07 then, you know, we'll take you back for your abortion and then we'll send you back out to
40:10 the beach to enjoy the rest of your vacation.
40:13 They've already signaled that.
40:14 So why wouldn't they do that with this?
40:16 It makes perfect sense that they would do that with something like this.
40:19 Hey, come to California.
40:21 If you're having a custody battle in another state, hey, we're down to violate federalism
40:26 and the sovereignty of your particular state and their laws, it's going to happen.
40:31 And also I thought about this, like as soon as I heard the story, maybe this tells you
40:33 a little bit about my personality.
40:36 But tell me that there's not going to be some diabolically evil woman mother out there that's
40:45 going to manipulate her child or children into thinking that they're the opposite sex, just
40:51 to stick it to their dad, to stick it to her ex-husband.
40:57 That's definitely going to happen guys.
40:58 If you think we're in this weird place and I'm not going to, you know, really go too far
41:02 off on this diatribe, but I feel like in churches, we're doing women no favors.
41:07 No favors at all.
41:08 We're basically pretending like they're perfect.
41:11 There's a lot of churches where women can very easily walk into church and leave church
41:15 feeling like, well, I'm not really a sinner.
41:17 My husband definitely is.
41:20 But I'm not.
41:21 God loves me.
41:23 Every Mother's Day, we sit there and just tell mothers how great they are.
41:27 We don't want to talk about abortion because of some of the people in the audience that
41:30 are women that have killed their children via abortion.
41:33 We don't want them to feel bad.
41:35 And then on Father's Day, we just destroy men, right?
41:39 So you have these women that think that the, you know, it's clearly all the men there to
41:42 the problem.
41:43 Again, it's kind of this downstream, you know, nonsense of third and fourth way feminism
41:47 that got us to this position.
41:49 But if you want to know how women actually act, again, all sinners, right?
41:53 But if you want to know how they actually act, look at transcripts from court proceedings
41:57 and custody battles.
41:59 Some of the most, and again, men are not, you know, pure as a driven snow here, but these
42:04 men are just absolutely getting taken to the woodshed by these unbelievably evil women.
42:11 The claims.
42:12 I know someone personally that they're diabolically evil ex-wife put out a, a rumor that he loves
42:21 more than a rumor.
42:22 They filed charges that he had sexually molested his eldest daughter.
42:26 And if any of you knew this person in question, you would know that that is not even close
42:32 to being reality, not even close, but she alleged it to her end and it led to a very
42:39 diabolical thing for the, her ex-husband, right?
42:44 It's just nonsense.
42:45 So there are women, maybe some men, but they're certainly women, they're going to use this
42:49 in their favor.
42:51 So my big takeaway on this is California may come up with the terrible idea, but the terrible
42:58 idea never stays in California.
43:01 So kind of typically the terrible idea starts in Europe somewhere, probably France, Germany,
43:06 then it comes to Canada, then it goes to California, and then it spreads throughout the rest of
43:11 the country.
43:13 Now I'm very pro federalism and I think it's very, very important for all of us to realize
43:19 the extent to which we have an effect on how things take place in our state.
43:24 But a law like this, Gavin Newsom is going to put this out there and the Texas legislature
43:29 is going to put this out there and they're going to use it as a model for other states
43:32 that want to pick up the mantle that they've created.
43:35 This definitely going to happen.
43:37 Our next quick hitter here, New Mexico Governor Michelle Grisham banning citizens from lawfully
43:41 carrying guns.
43:42 So this is according to the Daily Wire, New Mexico Democrat Governor Michelle Grisham banned
43:47 people from being able to carry guns in Albuquerque and the surrounding county for at least the
43:51 next 30 days after a kid was killed during a road rage incident.
43:56 Grisham signed an executive order on Thursday, declaring that gun violence was a public health
44:00 emergency in the Democrat controlled state.
44:03 On Friday, this is last Friday, Grisham unilaterally suspended open and concealed carry laws in
44:08 Albuquerque in the surrounding area.
44:10 She said that she could further lengthen or renew her order, which was immediately slammed
44:14 by many as being unconstitutional.
44:17 Grisham effectively admitted that her order might be unconstitutional when she conceded
44:21 that she might not win the legal challenges filed against this order.
44:24 So she knows that this is unconstitutional BS.
44:28 She knows she's going to get overturned, but she's doing it anyway.
44:32 Why?
44:33 Because she knows she can get away with it because she knows that even if she is impeached, which
44:38 the New Mexico legislature has already said that they're looking to do, which they don't
44:41 have the power to do because it's a very, very blue state, even if she is impeached and they
44:46 find her guilty and remove her from office, she's just going to get a raise and a promotion
44:50 somewhere else.
44:51 When you look at these Democratic politicians, they don't fail backwards.
44:55 They fail up our military generals and all that.
44:59 They preside over these horrible things like the plot from Afghanistan and they all get
45:03 promotions.
45:04 They get an extra star on their uniform, right?
45:08 But to talk about this even further, what we're seeing this week is we're seeing sheriffs
45:14 in police departments in this county saying, yeah, there's no way that we're going to enforce
45:17 this.
45:18 So a bunch of people went to the, uh, the state house or the, the Senate or whatever,
45:24 the Capitol, there it is.
45:26 And they were open carrying, right?
45:29 Caring air fifties or, you know, having outside the waistband pistols and things like that.
45:33 Police were there, didn't arrest a single person.
45:35 So that's at least a good thing, but all you need is one sheriff that believes the same
45:39 way that the governor of that state believes before those people are getting arrested.
45:43 There could be jail time.
45:44 There could be fines up to $5,000.
45:46 Okay.
45:47 Now in this particular story, we're looking at it as, okay, a kid was killed during a
45:53 road rage incident.
45:54 And if you just cursorily go past that, you might think, Oh, road rage, somebody pulls
45:58 a gun out, shoots, and they accidentally hit the kid.
46:00 They shot 17 times, according to the police report, 17 times, and you know what I haven't
46:06 been able to find as of yet by the time this comes out, maybe it'll, it'll come out because
46:09 I'm recording this a few days before it comes out.
46:12 We don't know who the gunman was again, maybe that information is out there.
46:16 I just couldn't find it.
46:18 Is it possible in a state like New Mexico that it was a illegal alien?
46:24 An undocumented immigrant or whatever it's supposed to call them now, is that possible?
46:28 Was it a gang member?
46:30 Was it somebody with a previous criminal record?
46:32 Was it somebody that the lacks, you know, law enforcement of this particular state behind
46:38 the leadership?
46:39 And call it that of Governor Michelle Grisham was somebody that should still be in prison?
46:44 Why don't we know this?
46:45 Are they the wrong race for a road rage person?
46:48 We don't want to put that in the media.
46:49 Right?
46:50 Is that possible?
46:52 And here's the other thing.
46:53 That's very, very big about this story.
46:55 This governor is greasing the wheels for declaring everything a public health emergency because
47:01 we saw this with COVID, okay, we saw that when there's a public health emergency, according
47:07 to the experts or the science or the CDC or the president or whoever, that they can basically
47:12 take all of your constitutional rights away from you, the ones that were endowed by your
47:17 creator.
47:18 They can just take those away willy-nilly.
47:19 And again, she's saying, it's just a 30-day ban, but it was just two weeks to slow the
47:25 spread.
47:26 Remember that?
47:28 And as we all know, the hardest part of the first two weeks to stop the spread is the
47:31 first thousand or wherever we're at right now, right?
47:35 But if this is a public health emergency, people getting killed by criminals with guns,
47:42 then climate change is certainly in their view going to be a public health emergency.
47:46 The next pandemic, oops, excuse me, pandemic, the next one is going to be that as well.
47:52 Oop, there's a bad flu bug this year.
47:54 We need to shut down schools.
47:56 When they go back, they need to mask.
47:58 We need to set our kids back even more educationally because we as adults are scared, right?
48:05 But the big takeaway here on this one is that COVID-19 has emboldened the most tyrannical
48:12 among us and they think we won't push back, even in this admission from the governor here.
48:23 She knows that this is going to get pushed back in court, but they're expecting the citizenry
48:29 not to push back.
48:30 Now, I'm glad to see the pictures and video of law-abiding citizens carrying their firearms
48:35 outside of the Capitol building, almost as like, hey, we're a pulsating middle finger
48:39 to you in this thing that you're doing, right?
48:42 But this is a reminder that elections have consequences.
48:45 So I just talked about earlier with Governor Glenn Yunken in Virginia.
48:49 What if he didn't win?
48:50 What if the other guy won?
48:52 That parents life is screwed.
48:55 He's going to be in prison.
48:56 You can know that for sure.
48:58 So when you live in these states and you just turn your brain off, right, because you just
49:02 want to watch Netflix or you just want to watch more or you just want to do fancy football
49:05 or you just want to play video games and these elections happen in your area, they have direct
49:09 consequences on you because again, New Mexico is a very blue state.
49:15 If it were a red state, something like this would not be happening.
49:18 So we have to take our elections very, very seriously.
49:20 And yes, I am talking to Christians out there that take the Benedict option that think,
49:24 ah, we just need to remove ourselves from society and go hang out over here, right?
49:28 We don't want to be considered Christian nationalists.
49:30 But what version of nationalist do you want?
49:33 Atheist nationalists?
49:35 Because there's going to be some form of nationalism that's happening.
49:37 I would much rather it be Christian nationalism.
49:39 If I got to pick.
49:40 All right.
49:41 Last quick hitter here, Mexico Supreme Court ruling that it is unconstitutional to punish
49:45 abortion as a crime.
49:47 So this is according to our friends over at live action.
49:50 Mexico Supreme Court may have decided that abortion should be decriminalized across the
49:53 nation of Mexico, but it did not actually decriminalize it.
49:57 While certain Mexican states had previously decriminalized abortion, there are 20 states
50:01 in the nation where abortion is still illegal.
50:04 Mexico's legal system is based on Roman law, not common law.
50:07 It is because of this that Mexico Supreme Court does not have the power to make changes
50:11 to the criminal code.
50:13 Such changes must come through the legislative branch.
50:16 Therefore, while the ruling from the Supreme Court is a step in the process of decriminalization
50:20 of abortion, it does not change the criminal code.
50:23 Each of the states that has decriminalized abortion through the state government has created
50:27 its own rules regarding abortion as well.
50:30 So my big takeaway on this one is what confidence do you have that abortion won't eventually
50:36 be legal across all of Mexico's 31 states?
50:40 Because I saw two things this week, according to this, or three things this week, according
50:43 to the story.
50:44 Number one, people just not even knowing it was happening, ignoring it entirely.
50:47 That type of thing.
50:48 Then you had conservatives that were like, Oh, this is great.
50:50 You know, finally we're, we're getting abortion out of Mexico didn't even know abortion was
50:54 so bad down there.
50:55 Yeah.
50:56 And then you had the third category of people that were just like, yeah, this doesn't really
51:00 do what you think it does.
51:02 Like, you don't really understand how another country runs, which again, you kind of understand
51:07 your country more than other countries, but this doesn't do what you think it does.
51:12 And the reality is, is I get it.
51:15 I get all categories of people, you know, there's too many things in the news cycle to
51:18 be worried about everything.
51:20 I get people that they want to dunk every time that there's, you know, seemingly pro
51:23 life news, and then there's people that are just like, they're going to be waiting, wet
51:26 blanket, no matter what, right, I get it.
51:29 But with the trajectory of that country, right, considered to be a Catholic Christian nation,
51:34 but that's certainly waning, right?
51:36 Like most other countries that consider themselves to be Christian in nature or in governance
51:40 are those types of things.
51:41 This eventually will be legal all across Mexico.
51:46 It will be completely decriminalized.
51:48 Now, I don't know the breakdown of conservative versus liberal of the Mexican states.
51:54 I don't know if it's similar to, you know, comparing Oklahoma to New York or something
51:58 like that here in the United States, but we see the slow creep of history going in a
52:03 single direction.
52:06 So that's something that we all need to pray about.
52:09 That's something that we need to pray for.
52:11 We should pray for the nerves of these, you know, governors or whatever they call them
52:16 of these states, these 20 or so states in Mexico to steal their nerves, right?
52:22 STEL to steal their nerves so that they don't bend to cultural pressure.
52:28 They don't bend to these nonsense arguments.
52:30 Again, on our website, we have a PDF that you guys can access.
52:33 It's called how to, oh gosh, I just forgot the name of my own PDF, but it's basically
52:38 engaging and defeating.
52:39 I think it's defeating the top 18 pro abortion arguments.
52:42 There it is defeating the top 18 pro abortion arguments.
52:45 If you're in government, if you're in leadership, you should know how to respond in all circumstances
52:51 to these nonsense arguments that are thrown out there by the pro abortion, pro baby murder
52:55 lobby.
52:56 That's something that you should know how to do.
52:58 We should pray that they would actually do it.
53:00 All right, guys, that'll do it for the show today.

Kyle Thompson
Andy Stanley is still a heretic.
Kyle Thompson
You are either for this or against this.
Kyle Thompson
It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin.
