We're just going to be talking Charlie Kirk in the impact of Charlie Kirk while he was alive and now the impact now that he has since passed away after his assassination. So this is very likely going to be a long one today, but I implore you to stick with me until the very very end. Okay? So it'll be a long one. If you're looking at you're like, "Oh gosh, that's a that's a really long one." Just make sure that you can get all the way through to the end. I promise you that it'll be worth it because we're not going to talk about the impact of Charlie Kirk's memorial service until the end. And my goodness, it just brings everything together and everything into perspective. I will go and tell you if you can't, you know, surmise from listening to me, I am very under the weather. Been been traveling quite a bit here lately. Actually, you know what? I was at the Church of 11:22 men's worship night and I worshiped with my hands up and then I immediately got sick. And so, like I I don't know like correlation, causation, it's kind of one of those things. Joby, I don't know that I should be lifting hands in worship anymore because look at what I'm dealing with right now, right? May not be able to get to the end of this podcast. Obviously, I am just saying that a little bit tongue and cheek, but I will do my absolute best. I'm going to give you guys everything I got today, but in this episode today, I'm going to really give a rundown of the details that we know as of right now. I'm recording this the day before it releases, the details about the assassination, things that seem off about the situation. And no, we're not going to go on a huge, you know, diet tribe with tin foil hats and the whole thing, but we're going to talk about a few things that just seem a little bit a skew. Also, I'm going to address how Candace Owens has been acting since Charlie Kirk was assassinated. I'm going to be addressing some different groups of people directly. I'm also just going to do some open random commentary on a bunch of different sides of the situation to include what's going on currently with Jimmy Kimmel. And then I'm going to give you my thoughts on what the assassination of Charlie Kirk means for the world. So again, I just implore you, I never, you know, ask you make sure you listen to the very very end. I don't care about the download length or any of that type of thing. Just make sure you listen through the end. So obviously Joby and I when I was in Saturated a week and a half ago, two weeks ago, we were just sitting on our own reactions to Charlie Kirk's assassination because it happened on Wednesday when I was flying in to Saturated. So we recorded a reaction episode, the only non-numbered episode in the history of this show and obviously my initial reaction was complete shock. I saw the video which you can't unsee the video and then you obviously got the reactions to other people's reactions. There's anger, there's rage, there's sadness, there's mourning. It's just you kind of a bevy of emotions. And then, you know, Joby and I did the reaction episode cuz neither one of us like, you know, were waking up in the middle of night, can't really sleep. We have people asking him and asking me like, "Are y'all going to address this?" So, we want to make sure to get that out to you guys. If you haven't listened to it, make sure you go back uh to last week or a week and a half ago when we did that episode called reaction. And so, as is true with a lot of bigger things that happen in the news cycle, I like to wait a couple of weeks. And typically my release schedule just forces me to do this anyway. But I like to kind of wait for the dust to settle before giving my larger commentary. That's kind of my MO. And in this situation, like I can't really remember a time since maybe BLM COVID summer where I had more thoughts in my notes and more things that I wanted to address. But the thing about, you know, go back to CO BLM summer, that was a progressive thing, right? And I I don't mean that in a political sense. I mean like okay we heard about this virus and you know oh it came from like a penguin or a bat or oh okay well some people are getting sick okay people are dying okay then it was two weeks to slow the spread and the hardest part of the first two weeks to slow the spread is the first thousand days as we came to find out and then George Floyd overdoses while in police custody and then leftists decide to torch the entire planet and we'll certainly get to that but that was such a progressive thing that you have a lot of time to think about it and a lot of things whereas this was very very acute it was a singular thing and a singular moment in time and then you have to deal with the aftermath. And so, let's go ahead and get into what we know currently about this situation. Let's talk about the alleged assass. And I have to say alleged because, you know, who knows? And I wasn't planning on doing this, but I've literally been party to a bunch of conversations like kind of shockingly where people have clearly succumbed to the mainstream media's and social media's misinformation campaign about this assassination. And so, what we know right now is the alleged shooter's name is Tyler James Robinson, 22 years old. No previous criminal record. uh he came from a conservative family, but according to his family and friends, he became very leftist, you know, very left-wing in his ideology in recent years. And actually at a recent dinner with his family, he talked specifically about Charlie Kirk, how he was going to be coming to uh Utah Valley University and how, you know, Charlie Kirk was full of hate. At the time of the crime, this guy was in a romantic sexual relationship with another man that was quote unquote transitioning into becoming a female. So in other words, the shooter was Robinson was a gay man, right? And he was into this person who was also into themselves as a female, right? So a lot going on here. And also this person was a furry, right? So this is a person that identifies as an animal, right? And since then, we've learned a lot about, you know, Robinson's predelections and things that he's into. And it looks like Robinson was actually into animated furry porn. Okay, so that gives you a sense of some of the rabbit holes that he's gone down. Uh, no pun intended, I guess. But within 48 hours of the shooting, Robinson actually turned himself into authorities. So apparently uh once the person of interest photo was released by law enforcement to the larger public, both of Robinson's parents, his mother and father, recognized him. They eventually got in contact with their son where Robinson indicated that he was planning on committing suicide, you know, as opposed to facing the consequences for what he had done. And apparently his parents with the help of a religious adviser of some kind convinced Robinson not to kill himself and actually to turn himself in. And as of this episode, as of this recording, he has refused to cooperate with law enforcement's investigation. Okay. He has not confessed to the crime while in the presence of law enforcement. And so, it's kind of muddying the waters just a little bit. But a 306 rifle that belonged to Robinson was found in the woods near the sight of the assassination. Robinson's DNA was found on the rifle, the trigger, and the unspent bullet casings with the rifle. The bullet casings, a lot's been made of this. They were engraved with a bunch of left-wing slogans, including one that said, "Hey, fascist, catch." Right. Formal charges against him were filed on the 16th of this month. So, Robinson faces seven felony counts. That's aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child. So, a lot of very serious charges. Sorry, I'll be taking a lot of hot tea breaks uh as we go through this, but um the state of Utah has already indicated that they will seek the death penalty. So, even if they get it, I don't feel like it's going to matter because he'll be kept alive for decades before justice is carried out. That's just basically what we do with all of our um guys that are on death row. It just reminds me of Ecclesiastes 8:11. Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. So, something to keep in mind. And also, I saw someone say this online, but it was a message for people that are kind of squishy on the death penalty on capital punishment. He basically said that we should pray for Robinson's salvation, which we all should. And if he does accept Christ, then this guy says, I would bring two things with me. Water and a rope. The water is to baptize them in, and then the rope is to hang them. Okay? So, you can wash away your sin debt via the blood of Christ, but there's still a price to be paid this side of eternity. Okay? So, the FBI has indicated that it has cast a very wide net in their investigation in this matter. They may very well uncover co-conspirators to this crime. So, we'll kind of have to see where that goes. And just real quick, as an aside, I said I was going to talk about this, but there are some things that stink about this situation. Again, we don't really know everything. Who the heck knows? I mean, if you go on Twitter, you you know, there's no telling what you believe at this point, but the text message thread, the supposed text message thread between Robinson and his gay transfery boyfriend doesn't read like a text message thread between two gay lovers that are in their early 20s. It just it reads very very odd. And so, it seems like it's been a fabrication of some kind. There's also the security video of Robinson jumping off the roof of the building with a backpack. And the big question is is where's the 300 6 rifle? Okay, so he's got a backpack and even if you have a collapsible stock, that's not going to fit in a normal size backpack, right? So where's a 300 6 rifle? How did it end up in the woods with his DNA all over it? So that's a question that still needs to be answered. Then there's also how the wound responded. I was talking to some guys that, let's just say, have experienced up close what wounds like that would behave like if somebody were shot from the front. And in their, you know, opinion, I guess you could call it a professional opinion, that is not how the wound would have responded if he was shot from the roof that was 200 yards away. So, who knows if we're going to find anything else about that. But also, there's just the sheer number of people on these online chat rooms that Robinson was a part of that seem to think that an assassination attempt was going to go down in Utah at Utah Valley State University on September the 10th. How did all these people, Is it just the biggest kinky dink ever that all these people were talking about the same date in the same location? And obviously if Robinson dies in prison, I mean, it'll be the biggest conspiracy theory since the JFK assassination. It'll be uh bigger than anything that we've seen uh for decades. And so uh we'll have to see how that goes. He is, as far as we know, on Suicide Watch. So we'll see how that goes. But I want to do a quick note on Candace Owens cuz I don't think she deserves a whole lot of commentary at this point. But I have been asked a lot about Candace Owens, the things that she's been saying. Should we believe it? Well, hey, what about this video? So Candace Owens has been making comments following the assassination and she's done them in a very fast and furious manner. Frankly, it's very hard to keep up with, right? Because even if you go to Twitter and search, like you're getting old tweets with new stuff and I mean it's a lot. But some claims that she's making, she is claiming to have seen a secret angle of the assassination right from the back, right? And she is claiming that she saw no blood and no exit wound. But then she's not saying what that would even mean. So what? They shot an AI video of Charlie Kirk as his security team was running him into the vehicle to try to get him to a hospital. Like what was that? Was that a mannequin of some kind? She's she's not very specific about that. but also that Zionist intervention, right? And threats against Charlie Kirk were uh basically a foot because of his waning support for Israel, which is odd because in all of his public statements leading up to his death, he did not seem to have a waning support for Israel. Also, Charlie Kirk was, you know, the claim she's making is that he was shifting towards Catholicism and away from kind of pro-Israel Protestantism. So, that's something she's claiming. And also she's claiming that BB Netanyahu has lied uh and has used the the Kirk death for Israeli propaganda. But here's the thing that pretty much all of her claims and accusations have in common. She's providing almost zero clear evidence of any of them to support any of the fantastical claims that she's making. And that's what's very convenient for conspiracy theorists. Ben Shapiro has pointed this out before, but one of the convenient things about a conspiracy theorist is they're just going to throw things out there. And if that web of the conspiracy or that circle of the conspiracy is proven wrong or evidence, you know, basically disproves it, they just expand the size of the conspiracy, right? And so it's like, oh, these were the people that were involved. Well, no, they weren't. And then it's like, well, that just means these people were involved. And then it's like, well, not really. then it's like then that means the conspiracy is bigger than I thought. So it's very convenient if you're one of those tinfoil hat folks. But if you add these claims to some other claims that she's made in the last several years, excuse me, questioning the Holocaust narratives, claiming that Israel has control over certain American conservative voices, using the phrase Christ is king, but specifically to troll Jewish people. Um, I think can we just go ahead and say that Candace Owens is just an open anti-semite at this point? Because I don't think you're automatically an anti-semite if you are not in lock step with everything that the Israeli government does. But I think Candace Owens has just blown past that at this point. And also at this point, I think it's safe to say that we can just kind of ignore Candace Owens. I mean, it's going to be hard to do because of how loud she is and you know, it's going to be just hard to tune her out. But this person is a grifter, okay? And if you're a fan of hers, which I'm sure there are a lot of fans of her in my audience, there's certainly going to be some crossover, then I defy you to defend her releasing personal text messages between her and Charlie Kirk behind her pay wall. Now, I'm a capitalist. I'm all for people making money, but you're talking about all these secrets that you seem to have, you know, almost like agnostic level of knowledge about. And yet, yeah, I'm going to release these these texts between Charlie Kirk and I, but it's you got to be a paying customer, right? Definitionally, by the way, that makes her a grifter. So, those are my thoughts there. Okay. So, now I want to actually get into my messages to certain groups of people. So to all the people first of all that have reached out to me to pray for and encourage me over these last two weeks. You guys have no idea how important that has been to me and my family. Okay. When I was out in Jacksonville for Saturated um had people come up to me gave me very encouraging messages almost like trying to steal my nerves. S T E Lel steal my nerves and say Kyle you're just you're important to this movement like please don't change your approach. Please don't change what you're doing here. Um, and I'm very thankful for the prayers and support and wellw wishes that have come in because, you know, I've I've always reckoned with the fact that, hey, the things I'm saying out loud might land me in jail someday. I never really thought about someone trying to take a shot at me in person. I mean, when I was at Lewisburg prison, I thought there was a chance I might get taken out, uh, when I was speaking there just because of the nature of the environment I was in. But, um, this is the thing that I'll just quickly say to assure you, I'm not going to slow down. I'm not going to pump the brakes. I'm not going to change my approach. Um, I'm going to allow the legacy of Charlie Kirk to steal my nerves. S t e l to use his example of somebody that had a worldview that was undergurtded by a biblical ethic and the gospel of Jesus Christ. And as long as I have breath in my lungs and as long as God keeps telling me to do the same thing, I'm going to be equipping men to push back darkness. But I really, really appreciate you guys reaching out to show your support. And here's my message to all the Democrats and leftists that have said that we need to tone down the energy and rhetoric and try to come together after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Do you think that all of us haven't been paying attention? Do you think that we all forgot the riots that you supported or at the very least didn't condemn during the summer of destruction by BLM and Antifa? Do you think that we all forgot the people on your side telling everyone that speech is violence? Do you think that we all forgot that anyone that expressed a biblical or conservative view in public was shouted down by your side as a racist, misogynist, islamophobic homophobic transphobic xenophobic bigot? Right? Do you think that we all forgot that you routinely label your political opponents as fascists and Nazis? Do you think that we forgot that a person that thinks like you all do tried to assassinate Donald Trump on the campaign trail? I've got bad news for you. We have long memories, okay? And we remember that your side is the side of BLM and Antifa and people that torch pro-life pregnancy centers and people that bomb Tesla dealerships. That's your side. And guess what? When you constantly turn up the heat on the rhetoric, my side is not responsible for turning it down. your side is. And also, you can't keep calling Republicans and Trump supporters fascists and Nazis and then turn around and act shocked when someone tries to or is successful in assassinating the people in that movement. Because we actually have to follow the logic of a leftist here, which is, you know, their own brand of logic to be sure. But if Charlie Kirk were an actual fascist, okay, if he were an actual Nazi, then what would that require? his destruction, of course. I mean, you see, fascists and Nazis are people that destroy actual human beings, typically billions of them, or millions of them, rather. And if you have an opportunity to take out one of those people, you must like, it is incumbent upon you to do so. So, following their logic, Robinson is not a monster. He's actually a war hero in their twisted brains. And here's the other thing that the left has been telling us for years now. Words are violence. Not violence like you know violence is violence but words spoken that people don't like is violent. So if we follow that logic then every time a fascistic Nazi like Charlie Kirk opens his mouth and speaks words that they don't agree with it's the same as him punching that person in the face repeatedly. It's the exact same thing to them. And they've told us that if you do not accept the chosen identity of a trans person, that means that you are participating in trans genocide. And so follow me here. According to them, the left, if someone is perpetually assaulting you or in the process of committing genocide, what would a proper response be? Killing them. Killing them, right? Because if we're at war, it's different than just picking someone off because you don't like the shirt they're wearing as they walk down the street. And also, isn't this the same political side of Luigi Manion, right? The guy that murdered the healthcare insurance CEO in cold blood because he doesn't like big insurance companies. Luigi Manion is a leftist. He's an anti- capitalist. And guess what? He's also now a hero of your side. when the state of New York dropped the terrorism charge against him what a week or two ago which the guy specifically killed somebody to cause a terroristic like outcome and they they dropped the charge for it like shockingly there were people in the streets leftists people that voted for Kla Harris people that voted for Joe Biden people that voted for Hillary Clinton people that voted for Barack Obama that were celebrating wearing like Luigi like Mario and Luigi hats right wearing shirts with his face on it, right? But I'm supposed to tone down the rhetoric. Okay. Now, also to all of the let's just have a conversation, people. The answer is no. No. That's all Charlie Kirk wanted to do and they killed him for it. Now, I posted as much on Instagram within a day of the of the assassination and doofuses or duofi. I think that's the plural of doofus. I still got to figure that out at some point. They purposely misread what I was posting on Instagram and were calling me out for being this horrible, terrible, awful person. But people that say, "Let's just have a conversation. Let me just break it down for you." They're full of crap. They don't mean it. They don't want to have a dialogue. They don't want to find common ground. They want us to submit. They want us to bend the knee. And we refuse. Now, also to all of the public figures that haven't found the time in their schedules to make a public statement about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, your silence speaks volumes. Okay, we'll get to some specific examples now. I guess to all the Christians that attend churches where the lead pastor posted the black square after George Floyd overdosed and died while in police custody in 2020, but said nothing about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. It's time for you to find a new church. The chances of you attending a synagogue of Satan as opposed to a god-fearing church are fairly high at this point. Okay, so some specific examples. Let's talk about Steven Ferdick. Okay, there's people in my audience that are big Steven Ferdick fans because they like his music, I guess, of Elevation Church. As of right now, he's had two Sundays where he's preached. He has not mentioned Charlie Kirk's name one time. Not one time. even after one of his congregants went viral. Right? So, she went to church the the Sunday after Charlie Kirk was assassinated and Charlie Kirk didn't mention anything and so she records a video in her car and it's like, you know, I I love this church and I I just don't know what to do with the fact that he's not saying anything, right? But Stephen Ferdick did manage to post the black square on Instagram, so he did have time to do that. Then we have Craig Rochelle of Life Church here in Oklahoma. I guess they're spread out throughout. So, he actually did speak about it, but it took him a couple of weeks. Okay. He didn't mention it 5 days after the assassination. He mentioned it about a week and a half later, probably because of what he saw with his boy Steven Ferdick and was like, I don't need need any of that backlash. But also, Craig Rochelle did find it, you know, in his schedule to post the Black Square on Instagram when George Floyd died. But now I want to talk about another church that's in this area that I've been very hesitant to talk about on the show because I have a lot of very close friends that go there and that's Crossings Community Church. Okay, so it's one of the largest churches in Oklahoma City. I forget exactly what denomination they're a part of, but as of right now, the the first week right after the assassination, there was zero mention from the pulpit in week one. And then according to a friend of mine that attends there this last Sunday, there was a begrudging mention this past Sunday. Okay. And I think it's because a lot of people voiced their tremendous concern and outrage after nothing was mentioned the first Sunday. And so they just kind of like had to do a little like miaulpa a little PR and just kind of mention it this last Sunday. Now Terry Fakes is a Sunday school teacher over there. He has some leadership positions over there. He's been here on the forging table. He is spectacular. He is so so good. but he operates under Marty Grub who is the the lead pastor of Crossings Community Church. And so Crossings Community Church has added female elders to the elder board. I think they currently have two female elders on the elder board. They've allowed women to teach on Sunday mornings to mixed audience, right, to the entire congregation. They've expressed continued support for Andy Stanley. and they had to be essentially cudgled into speaking about the biggest Christian martyr since probably Dietrich Bonhaofer. So I know a lot of people in Oklahoma City listen to this and a lot of people that attend that church listen to this. So my question to you is what else do you need to see? Because I keep being told by people that attend that church, no there's a ground swell of people like when Marty finally retires like there's people that are going to take his, you know, take the mantle and you know things are going to change and all that but a couple things. Number one, you don't know that. And number two, what are you supposed to do in the meantime? Like, what else do you need to see and hear from the people running your congregation before you realize that they are not submitted to the word of God? Also, to all the third way Christians, right? We've had a lot from you guys over the last several years, the third way Christians, the third way political folks. Here's my message to you. What's the magical third way on what we just saw? What is the third way position on the assassination of your political rivals? Like what's the neutral kind of squishy middle position on that? Okay. So, I'm just going to say right now I refuse to allow someone in my failings that wants to be known for what they're for, not for what they're against. Right? Because the third way Christian folks, they're people that don't really understand the concept of crap or get off the pot. Right? as we've heard other people say in a lot of different contexts, like if you're on the fence, you need to realize the devil owns the fence. It's like, let's not be lukewarm. Let's be hot or cold. And to all the people that say that we need to seek unity in this time, I've heard a lot of calls for unity. No, I refuse to unify with people that think it's okay to murder political rivals. Before you get all offended, follow me. I refuse to unify with people that think it's okay to advocate unjustly for political violence and upheaval. I refuse to unify with people that think you can change your gender. I refuse to unify with people that love it when millions of babies are slaughtered while in the wombs of their mothers. I want no unity with those people. And here's the key. while they are holding to those worldviews. What I do in fact want is I compel them to accept the gospel of Jesus Christ and then and only then will I seek unity with them. Right? And the great thing about that is I won't even need to seek it. It'll just be automatic because they will be their name will be written in the lamb's book of life along with mine along with many of yours. So I'm not going to have to seek unity. It'll just be there. But while they hold to these evil, ungodly, a biblical positions, I I just can't be down with that. There's no unity there. And to all the people claiming that Charlie Kirk was a bigot, a racist, a misogynist, you know, islamophobe, xenophobe, hater, like all the different things. Oh yeah, prove it. Prove it. Show me the clip. Show me the quote in context that proves that he is any of those things. because you see a lot of claims, but you don't see a lot of evidence because apparently Charlie Kirk wasn't any of those things. And that's just kind of hard for some people to swallow. And to all the people on the right, right, so I'm an equal opportunity uh grenade thrower, I guess. To all the people on the right, including Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi, claiming that we should go after hate speech. Now, can we please shut up? Can y'all just please shut up? Hate speech. I mean, conservatives for years have been railing against even the concept of hate speech because hate speech basically invented by the left is speech that I don't like. So hearing Pam Bondi talk about how she's going to go after like private companies and private citizens for hate speech like no no like the the federal government is in charge of protecting freedom of speech, not creating new categories of speech that they can punish. Okay. And to all the people, and this is a lot of people right now, this is what Charlie would have said. Please shut up. You You know who I'll accept that from, right? Let Erica Kirk speak for him. Charlie's widow. She can speak for him. The rest of you can kick rocks. Okay? And to all the we're in a battle of ideas conservatives. And I got to tell you, just be honest, for for parts of my, you know, public profile and since I started the show in 2017, that's actually what I thought. I thought that we were in a battle of ideas right? But we were wrong, guys. I was wrong. And a lot of us were lulled to sleep because our battle is not against liberal ideas. Our battle is not against leftist ideas. Our battle is not against liberal or leftist people. Our battle is not even against evil ideas or evil people. It's against evil itself. And it's not just a battle. It is literally a war. I mean, think about it. I mean, how many you guys think about Ephesians 6, right? You're talking about the whole armor of God, but Ephesians 6:12, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." Guys, things seem pretty crazy right now. But as Mark Driscoll has said in a book that he wrote and as Joby has quoted and as a bunch of people have quoted, it's new days, same demons. So let's just dig in. First thing I want to talk about is that Charlie Kirk wasn't just assassinated because of what he believed. He certainly was assassinated for that. But he was murdered because he was so effective at disabusing people that debated him of their ignorance and because of how good he was at destroying their arguments. Okay? Because if Charlie Kirk were ineffective, there would be no reason really to target him, right? But it was because of how effective he was getting voters mobilized, getting them into the voting booth to actually vote, getting them registered to vote, you know, kind of going one step before that, and just helping teach especially young men how to think. I mean, we've seen some of the data here recently that shows that Gen Z women are incredibly liberal and that Gen Z young men are actually pretty conservative. Charlie Kirk is perhaps the main reason for that in terms of people that, you know, lived on this planet and kind of created things like what TPUSA has been able to do. He was so unbelievably effective that these people just felt that they needed to take him out. Also, Tyler Robinson didn't radicalize himself. I feel like there's been a lot of focus on Charlie Kirk and there should be, but the focus has to shift at some point to why did this person do this? But Tyler Robinson didn't radicalize himself. Satan radicalized him. The the political left did. The public K through2 system that he grew up in did. The university that he attended did. The secular culture did. The LGBTQ plus movement or cult did. Social media did. The web did. The the gaming underworld that he was a part of did. And that should be a warning to all parents because of course I've advocated for not giving your kids a smartphone because it's not just about what you're giving them access to. It's who you're giving access to them. But he lived online, right? This kid didn't touch grass, right? He was living in this other world. That's why he was participating in gay furry porn, right? He wasn't living. He kind of had created this world of his own fantasy living. And obviously he was influenced by a lot of nefarious forces, right? And so, yeah, I think it's okay if your kid plays video games from time to time. I don't think they should have unfettered access to the internet, right? And we're going to have some more guests on here within the next few months that are going to kind of talk a little bit about what what families can do. But guys, like, if you're just letting your kids live this online existence and not encouraging them to get outside or have conversations with people, I'm not saying, you know, if your kid's socially awkward that he's going to turn into an assassin, obviously, but it's something that you should be worried about. Ultimately, you should be worried about these kids that aren't living in the real world. Also, after Charlie Kirk's assassination, many people celebrated his death online. I would like to say that I was shocked by that, but as soon as it started happening, I was like, "Okay, yeah, that follows." And subsequently, many of those people have faced consequences for their actions. So, many of those people lost their jobs and some people even lost their businesses. You know, more on that here in a second. So, and it's been everything from I think it was a home Office Depot employee that refused to print Charlie Kirk's memorial posters uh to public school teachers that celebrated Kirk's death and social media posts. But the most prominent example of this is obviously late night host Jimmy Kimmel. So, last week during a monologue he made this comment. We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it. >> Now, obviously, this was a deliberate lie by Jimmy Kimmel. This was not an accident. This was deliberate. He deliberately lied about the worldview of the shooter and in an attempt at, you know, expert level gaslighting, he tried to claim that the shooter was MAGA. Okay. Now, as you can imagine, this caused a pretty big reaction and ABC apparently came to him and said, "Hey, you got to apologize. You got to go on air tomorrow and apologize for this." Because this wasn't like, "Oh, I'm just giving my political opinion." This was literally him giving misinformation to the public. Right now, here's another thing about this whole situation, though, that if you believe that the network ABC had no idea that Jimmy Kimmel was going to say what he said, like, "I have oceanfront property for sale in Nebraska." Okay. Like he doesn't just riff on his jokes. He has a teleprompter, right? You're telling me that nobody saw that except for Jimmy Kimmel and the guy who put it up on the prompter. Like they knew it was happening. They just didn't think anybody would respond to it. But apparently Kimmel refused to apologize and was actually intending to go on the air the next night and to double down on his comments and to go further after Maggot People. So the network suspended his show indefinitely. Now my initial reaction was that this would just be kind of a temporary thing. you know, let everything blow over. He'd be back in a couple of weeks. But it looks like it might persist. I mean, we'll just have to kind of wait and see. But, I mean, ABC really has no reason to make sure that Jimmy Kimmel keeps his job, right? Or keeps a show ultimately because apparently that show loses millions and millions of dollars every single year. And the ratings have just continued to fall year over year. But almost immediately, there were shrieks and cries from the leftists. leftists that didn't really have the time to talk about the fact that we shouldn't kill our political opponents that we disagree with. But they were out there after Jimmy Kimmel lost his job and they said he didn't even lose his job. He's just, you know, suspended indefinitely, right? This is cancel culture. This is an attack on free speech. We're about to lose our democracy. Right? They're just shaking to the heavens that they don't even believe in. But now these comments, if we look at it, they're just so incredibly rich coming from leftists because they are the ones that invented cancel culture, right? They're the ones that would routinely try to ruin the lives and businesses of people that disagreed with them on political, social, and cultural issues, right? And it wasn't just famous people or famous companies. They would go after private citizens routinely, right? And at the core of left-wing cancel culture is censorship and submission. So, I don't really want to hear a lecture about cancel culture from cancel mobbers really. But it does bring up an interesting question. Is it cancel culture when someone loses their job or business because they are publicly c celebrating the assassination of someone that doesn't share their political or cultural views? And the answer is very clearly no. It's not. It's consequence culture. You see, I'm a free speech absolutist. Okay? So by that I mean I comport with our God-given and constitutionally enshrined right to say what we want when we want and how we want to say it. Okay. But just because we have the God-given and constitutionally enshrined freedom to give that speech does not mean that we have freedom from the social or business consequences of that speech. Does that make sense? So for instance, if I make a verbal threat of violence towards another person, I'm able to do that, but it's illegal. So I will and should suffer the consequences for that. Right? If I shout fire in a crowded theater in order to incite a panic, that's illegal. So I will and should suffer the consequences of that. And if I publicly celebrate the murder of someone that I disagree with politically and culturally while not being illegal, it's deeply immoral and it's evidence of a rot inside of my soul if I were to engage in that behavior. And if society and the open marketplace of ideas determines that my view is such, then I will and should suffer those consequences. And so, case in point, within hours of Charlie Kirk's assassination, within hours, there was an owner of a veterinary facility in my town that I live in, Edmund, Oklahoma. So, he made this post on Facebook. So, we're actually going to put this up on the screen, Landon. So, Christopher Rolley, okay, this is what he posted on his personal Facebook. Charlie Kirk, right-wing stupid f-word, MAGA activist, shot unalived on Utah campus. He is only the first. Could we actually be getting smart and culling the sick ones? Oh gosh, I want the offer. This doesn't even make sense. I want the offer. His family, my thoughts and prayers, three middle finger emojis. So, obviously, this is a very good, you know, kind-hearted person. And so, at the time of this post, Christopher Rispolei was a veterinarian at and part owner of Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Edund, Oklahoma. And you really couldn't miss this facility while you were driving down the road here because the entire outside of the clinic was decorated as one gigantic rainbow. And you might think that, you know, maybe the owners of the facility just love rainbows or they're just huge fans of the Noaic Covenant. But considering Rispull's lifestyle, uh, we can safely assume that it's because he's part of the LGBTQ plus cult. So, as a concerned citizen of Edund, Oklahoma, I saw this post and I decided to make a little post of my own. So, I posted on my personal Facebook page and then I shared it on my Instagram as well, a screenshot of Rapoli's post with a caption, "This was posted by the owner of Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Edmund today. If you use his services, I'd suggest you stop. Surely you can find another vet in Edmund that isn't a huge fan of his political rivals being murdered." And let's just say my post had the desired effect. Uh, because that post and picture began circulating over the internet. I think the screenshot was actually making the rounds a little bit before my post. But at least I was able to throw some gasoline on the fire at a minimum. And almost immediately, the facility was getting flooded with outraged phone calls and emails. Some surely coming from clients of the facility, maybe even some that had their dogs or cats like in the facility at that exact moment. And then thousands of people left them one-star reviews on Google, which Google deleted within a few days. And I don't have time to talk about how evil our tech overlords are, so I'll kind of just keep going here. But a local man in Edmond actually got a huge sign printed and he posted it up like on the street corner near the facility of this guy's post. And a bunch of folks actually peacefully protested outside the clinic, including some right-wing influencers that traveled into town to protest. And then I heard that the other owner of the clinic forced Rpolei out of the practice. So I don't know that to be true, but that's something that I heard. But apparently and thankfully that wasn't enough. Okay. One of my Fight Club guys actually went by the building the other day and he took a picture of it. So, the sign by the street uh you know for the business and the sign on the building have been taken down and there's a note on the window that says closed for business. So, I don't know for sure if the clinic is permanently closed or if RPy's career is completely and irrevocably ruined, but I can say that I hope it is because actions have consequences and I have no room in my heart for someone like that openly operating a business in my town and profiting off of its citizens. Because I mean, I keep seeing all this discussion about social justice, but something like this is actual societal justice. And we should pray for this man. He's clearly not saved, man. He needs the blood of Christ. But again, even if he se accepts, you know, salvation and he repents of his of his evil wickedness, he still deserves the consequences of his actions. And guys, also, all the people that have publicly celebrated the assassination of someone that they disagree with politically are communicating to you and everyone exactly the kind of person they are. And I suggest that we believe them. Okay, cuz this is actually one of the amazing things. There's a lot of bad things about social media, but one of the amazing things about social media is that people just used to keep their evil thoughts to themselves for the most part. Or maybe after a couple of beers with some buddies, they would say the thing you're not supposed to say. For the most part, we kept those negative thoughts like in our brains. Now, we tweet or post them for the entire world to see, just stream of consciousness, consciousness, just blah, put it out there, you know, to live in infamy forever. But I'm actually glad to see it. I would rather know. I want to know if someone believes that killing someone that you don't agree with politically is a good idea. I want to know if somebody is a racist in their heart. I want to know if somebody revels in the fact that we can murder babies in the womb. I I want to know it, right? I don't want to be some big secret. And you know, I was thinking I forget somebody posted something that made me think about this, but I remember hearing the story of Barabus the first time. So I would have been a teenager that the mob chose Barabus over Jesus. Barabus was like a terrorist, right? But they chose Jesus or sorry they they chose Barabus to be freed, thus choosing Jesus for crucifixion right? And I just remember being shocked, just absolutely shocked at that. But seeing how these animals have acted like in the last couple of weeks shouldn't make any of us wonder why the mob did what they did to Jesus, right? Also, I saw a lot of people, me included, comparing and contrasting the reaction to George Floyd overdosing and dying while in police custody back in 2020 to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. So, Floyd dies and then leftists did over $2 billion worth of property damage in this country and killed a bunch of people. Charlie Kirk dies and droves of people go to church. They have prayer vigils and they donate millions of dollars to his family and to his causes. We're not the same. Spare me the both sides stuff, third wayers. Spare me. Because honestly, the differences between saved people and unsaved people and the differences between the political right and the political left in this country have never been so stark and obvious, I think, than at this moment. And again, it goes back to what are they celebrating? Because we need to reckon with how these two men are were mourned, right? So George Floyd was a career criminal, a useless person, a derelict, a predator in his community, and overall just a net negative for society. So when Democrats and his family eulogized him, all they could really do was focus on the circumstances of his death because his life left them with nothing to celebrate cuz he was awful. So when they built his statues and they memorialized him in his golden coffin, they they couldn't do so because he was a good man. But then you have a guy like Charlie Kirk who was a political icon, built one of maybe the largest grassroots political organizations in US history, encourage young men to get married and have kids, preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to anyone who would listen and engage in civic dialogue for the overall benefit of our country. So a lot more to actually mourn there and certainly a whole lot more to celebrate. Also, the entire situation should just be another indictment of the trans experiment. I think it's okay to call it an experiment because a lot of squishy Christians, a lot of Andy Stanley's out there, but you know, every leftist has kind of been on board with this whole trans thing like, oh, you know, let's be nice to the kids and so if they want to chop off their breast tissue, like that's what love requires, right? So that's just kind of the bizarre world we live in. But leftist society tried to mainstream transgenderism. But the movement just needs to die. We need to be completely done with it. And I don't just mean for kids because even conservatives will be like, "Well, hey, you know, we should ban puberty blockers and cross sex hormones and, you know, surgeries for kids, but if you're an adult, this is like the libertarian position. I just do whatever you want." No. That's why libertarianism is never going to be a major thing in this country because it has no moral foundation. It's just, "Yeah, do whatever, man." Right? Why? Because I watch Parks and Wreck and I like Ron Swanson, right? They can't actually tell you exactly why you should be a libertarian, right? But we need to go back to the way that it was before we tried to normalize transgenderism and call it what it is. A serious mental illness that doesn't need to be affirmed but treated, right? And we could go even all the way back to back, you know, in the 70s, that would have been the DSM 3 or something like that where homosexuality was looked at as a mental disorder, right? I mean, it's certainly against nature, but as Christians, we also know that it's against creation and it's against God because ultimately, getting back to transgenderism, it's a decision to turn your back on God and his creation. So, you make up your own new image for yourself. You worship at the altar of yourself, and you demand others to do the same with your new identity. And you know who else did that? Satan did. I think it was week one of the uh worship is war series at church 11:22. Job is doing the Sunday of saturated and he talked about Ezekiel 28 and this is actually starting in verse 12. I'll say this. Thus says the Lord God. You were that he's addressing Lucifer or Satan here. You were the signant of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect and beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was your covering. Saris, topaz, diamond barrel onyx jasper sapphire emerald, and carbuncle. and crafted in gold were your settings and your engravings. On that day you were created, they were prepared. You were on an anointed guardian cherub. I placed you. You were on the holy mountain of God. In the midst of the stones of fire, you walked. You were blameless in your ways. And from the day you were created till unrighteousness was found in you. In the abundance of your trade, you were filled with violence in your midst, and you sinned. So I cast you as a profane thing from the mountain of God. And I destroyed you, oh guardian guardian cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Your heart was proud because of your beauty. You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground. I expose you before kings to feast their eyes on you by the multitudes of your iniquities in the unrighteousness of your trade. You profaneed your sanctuaries. So I brought fire out from your midst. It consumed you. And I turned you into ashes on the earth in the sight of all who saw you. All who know you among the peoples are appalled at you. and you come to a dreadful end and shall be no more forever. So guys, God basically is saying that, you know, he was in charge of the heavenly host. He was the worship leader of heaven. He was gorgeous. He was beautiful. He was preferred, right? So Satan turned his back on God. And I He's only one of three angels named. So there's uh Michael, Gabriel, and Lucifer or Satan. He's one of only three that are named. and a third of heaven's legion were passed out of the heavenlies. So, Satan turns his back on God's creation, which was Satan himself. He turned his back on his own creation, right? Him. And as Job's pointed out a hundred times, Satan grew tired of being looked through and wanted to be looked to. And the parallels to the trans movement are stark. And I think about this as well. We see in the book of Revelation that God is surrounded by rainbows in heaven. And rainbows have seven stripes, right? Roy G. Red orange yellow blue uh green blue, indigo, violet, right? How many stripes does the pride flag have? Six. Cuz everything God creates, Satan counterfeits. Seven is the number of perfection. Six is the number of imperfection. And so on this planet, Satan is surrounding himself with a bunch of people waving a six striped rainbow flag. Whereas in the heavenlies, God is surrounded by the seven striped rainbow. Also, if you didn't already realize it, we are in a major disinformation war against social media and the mainstream media. Ando hopefully you've been disabused of that notion by ma by now. Like, if you still thought that we could trust the mainstream media and social media and the algorithms and our tech overlords, think about the number of people right now that still believe that the shooter was MAGA. Because one of the first reports I saw, I think this was on MSNBC, they're like, "Well, we think the shot may have come from one of Charlie's supporters that was just shooting off his gun in celebration of what Charlie was saying." As if that's a thing that has ever happened before, right? Somebody says something, I was like, "What is this tombstone where during a play that you like, you're just like shooting the ceiling, right? It's not Sam. This is real life people." And then they just keep pushing the narrative, but wow, you know, his family was conservative, right? And he actually believed these things. You know what? Charlie Kirk wasn't right-wing enough. So that's actually what this guy was. He was super duper extra rightwing and so he killed Charlie because he wasn't as rightwing as he was. Right. And the next point, this shouldn't have to be said, but we live in the dumbest time in human history. I don't wish for the murder of any of the people that I do disagree with on public policy. I don't wish for the murder of anyone that I disagree with on cultural things. None of that. So for me, I can't find common ground politically or socially or culturally with Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Kla Harris, AOC, Chuck Schumer, you know, Illan Omar, so on and so forth. But if they were assassinated by a legitimate right-winger, I would condemn that act as evil because it is. And let's get people that are outside the, you know, actual political world. And I I can't find common ground with leftist political commentators. So like Rachel Mattau, John Stewart, Chen Wager, Michael Moore, Medi Hassan, Jamil Buouie, Joy Reid, so on and so forth. I can't find common cause or common ground with them. But if they were murdered by a right-winger, I would condemn that act as evil. So So there to any leftist listening to this, which you probably stopped listening roughly 54 minutes ago, why is that so hard? Why is that so hard? Why can't we just condemn people that kill people? Because something happened here recently because in Minnesota, there were some Democratic state representatives that were shot and killed by someone they're saying was a right-winger, even though this person was given a political position by Tim Walls, right? Kla Harris's running mate. And so there's still a whole out there that that we don't excuse me that we don't really know that we they're still speculating on. But every single member of of the House, every single Republican member of the House condemned that condemned that violence. But they tried to get a House resolution where they were condemning the violence of Charlie Kirk. And dozens and dozens and do dozens of Democrats said, "Nah, nope. Can't do that. He's a bigot." They can't produce any evidence for that, but no, he's a bigot. So, I just demonstrated that for you. Shouldn't be that hard. But in this last section here, I want to talk about what Charlie Kirk's assassination means for the world. Okay. The impact of Charlie Kirk is evidenced by the videos that we've seen from all over the world. We've seen prayer vigils all over the world, all over Asia, all over Europe. We've seen them in Africa, that South. We've seen them everywhere. Maybe not Antarctica, but maybe the Penguins were big Charlie Kirk fans. But the impact if you just thought it was a right-wing American southern thing, like my goodness, we know that's not the case anymore. And I think that honestly a Rubicon, I mentioned this in my reaction video with Joby. I think a Rubicon has been crossed in our body body politic and in society at large. So Rubicon obviously the reference of you know Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon which means he was entering Rome as a combatant uh which had never happened up to that point and at that point there's no going back. So, I don't want us to get kind of this recency bias where we look back at what was happening in the 60s and with the political assassinations and the the racial unrest and the things happening in the economy and be like, "Oh, this has never happened in the history of ever." No, it's it's just the latest iteration of the exact same thing. But when a free speech absolutist is murdered for free speech, it seems like we've lost something as a people. I mean, think back. I mean, a lot of people point this out, but go back to the different political debates from like the 60s and 70s and even into the 80s. You could tell that these people had vehement disagreements about policy, but they didn't hate the other person. They would shake their hand and then they would spar, right? They would spar with their ideas, but we just don't live in that place anymore. But many people have wondered aloud since the assassination of Charlie Kirk if Charlie Kirk should be considered a Christian martyr. Now, I would say unequivocably that he is. He clearly is. I don't know why they're debating it. And this is why. Because Charlie Kirk was a conservative political commentator. Yes. But we have to look at the foundation of his message. So, it wasn't always this way. It's become very much more stark in the last several years of Charlie's life that his entire conservative worldview stood a top a foundation of capital T truth. And where does ultimate capital T truth come from? Two places. Number one, the gospel of Jesus Christ. And number two, the Holy Bible. Okay? So we have to think in those circumstances that he was murdered because everything that he was saying out loud was informed by the Holy Bible, was informed by generalized Christian ethic. Right? And so the argument against him being a Christian martyr, I just feel like they're foolhardy at this point. And if we want to take that even further, the moment that Charlie Kirk died, he became the most famous Christian martyr since I think I mentioned Dietrich Bonhaofer earlier in the early 20th century. Before that, probably William Tinddale in the 16th century. But I as I was thinking about this in many ways considering social media considering the ubiquity of the internet and you know video being shared everywhere and like how easily you know stuff can be sent around there's an argument that Charlie Kirk is one of the most famous Christian martyrs ever. I mean I guess the first martyr would have been Abel right but like most people didn't know who Dietri Bonhaofer was until Eric Mataxis wrote his biography. Most people don't know who Justin Martyr is. You know, certainly at this point, if you've been a Christian for a long time, you can name all the martyed, you know, apostles that were followers of Jesus at one point, right? And some of you might be wondering why I'm leaving out Martin Luther King Jr., right? So, we get new listeners every week. We're so thankful for you. Well, Kyle, why aren't why haven't you mentioned Martin Luther King here? So, I do so because Charlie actually lived out his Christian convictions in real life, whereas Martin Luther King Jr. did not live up to the standards that he espoused. Okay? And honestly, it's going to be shocking to some of you that have heard me talk about this before. I think that you would be hardressed to prove that Martin Luther King Jr. was even a Christian. He didn't believe in the Trinity. He didn't believe in the virgin birth. Like, I actually do a full breakdown of this back on episode 714 of the show. So, you can hear me go into all those different areas. But ultimately, what we've gotten to is this position a couple of weeks after the assassination where we realize something that is oh so very true. what the devil meant for evil, God will and already has surely used it for good. So, here's the thing. It's kind of a weird way to think about it, but with Charlie no longer here, I don't think that we need to be looking around to try and determine who his successor is going to be. As if, okay, one guy was taken out, so who's the next guy up, right? Who's the next man up? Because most likely, if I were to guess, there will not be a single successor to Charlie Kirk. I think there could be thousands there could be thousands of Charlie Kirks that come up because of what has happened. So I think about this way. So for any of you that played on a basketball team where there was one guy that was just like dominant, right? So you got to play on, you know, Kobe Bryant's high school basketball team, right? At some point you're just going to feed him the ball, right? He's going to score most of the points. He's going to get most of the buckets, most the rebounds, like all all the different things. You're just trying to get assists, right? But what if he rolls his ankle and he can't play? Okay. Well, now all the other players have to step up. They can't just depend on the superstar. So, I think we're going to kind of see something like that right now because one thing that we saw is before Charlie Kirk was killed, I think there was around I think it was 3,3500 TPUSA chapters on high school campuses and college campuses across the United States, which is an astonishing number until you look at what has been reported by TPUSA. Is that I think they're closing in on 100,000 chapter applications since Charlie Kirk was murdered. 100,000. You have to think about it this way. Most of those are going to be at high schools because obviously there's way more high schools than there are universities in this country. Think about if they actually follow through with getting TPA USA chapters in thousands and th tens of thousands of different places where left-wing ideology is allowed to grow and is forced down on people like in the K through2 public school system and in the university system. But now, as we wind to a close on this commentary about the impact of Charlie Kirk, we have to talk about the memorial service that was held in honor of the life of Charlie Kirk this last Sunday. So, I remember when he died and when he's such a big public figure, I'm like, man, are they going to be able to find a church big enough? And then I heard that they were going to be doing his memorial at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. And I was like, oh gosh, okay. Then I was like, you know, hopefully they can fill that up because, you know, it' kind of be embarrassing if you didn't fill it up and you got this big area. But then I started hearing reports that they were expecting 100,000 people there and I'm like, "Oh geez." Like, so they're going to fill up the inside and then there's going to be a few thousand people outside. But then I heard that there were people lining up outside of the stadium 48 hours in advance before the doors opened, people from all over the country. Then I heard that they were treating this event with kind of like I I forget what they call like tier one or uh you know top you know inauguration Super Bowl level security, right? This was going to be a super secure event, right? Then I started seeing videos of the crowd like thousands and thousands and thousands of people. And then I started hearing stories about people that were getting out of their cars on the freeway and just walking up to the stadium because it was just standstill traffic there. There was nowhere for anyone to go, right? And estimates are that there were 200,000 people on site on Sunday with just under half of those folks being inside the stadium and the other folks being outside. So Andrew Covet of TPUSA, he announced that his streaming partners that helped with, you know, the streaming of the memorial service, they estimated that over I mean this is crazy to even think about. They estimated that over 100 million people streamed the memorial service while it was happening and that's just what they know about. That's just the streams that they know about. So the actual number is likely higher. But you know as normally happens after an event like this, people start making clips and those clips start you know making their rounds on the internet because like every news organization was doing this and you know even like the online people and like podcasters and just people that do social media stuff everyone's making clips of all these things and again all over the internet all over social media. So just guys in the last couple of excuse me in the last couple of days uh the you know just the clips right just the clips of what happened at his memorial have been seen tens of millions of times like I'm recording this the day after it happened and so by the time you're listening to this tens of millions of views and downloads. So, as the days and weeks and months and years go on, the things that were said and done at Charlie Kirk's memorial will be seen by billions of people, I mean, hundreds of millions at a minimum, but we're talking about billions of people. So, this was a 5-hour memorial service. So, let's talk about what happened there. So, as the people were filing in, there was worship. So, you had Chris Tomlin, you had the great Phil Wickham, you had Curry Job. Um, and there there were some other folks that I can't remember, but this one clip, which has gone mega viral, probably the second most viral clip from this entire thing was of Brandon Lake. Um, let's actually just go to the clip here. >> So, I praise you again. [Music] [Applause] I know it's not the end. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] One more time. So I praise you again. [Music] [Applause] [Music] And I know it's [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I mean, you're at a memorial service where the attire is red, white, and blue, and you have thousands and thousands and thousands of people raising their hands and worshiping Jesus. I mean, just I mean, every time I've seen that clip, I've gotten teareyed. And I mean, check your pulse if you watch it and and don't have the same reaction. But then there was just an unreal list of speakers like most of Trump's cabinet, but you know, there were speaker like, you know, Charlie's pastor, Rob McCoy, who gave an explicit gospel call. You had Christian apologist Frank Turk, who was right next to um to Charlie Kirk when he was murdered. He gave an explicit gospel call. Fantastic. And then we have the secretary of now war, Pete Hgse. He gave an explicit gospel call. You even had Tucker Carlson. He gave he he kind of very directly referred to the gospel of Jesus. You had Secretary of State Marco Rubio giving an explicit gospel call. You had Vice President JD Vance saying that he's always kind of been a little squishy about what to do with his faith in like a public life and he said in the last two weeks he's talked more about Jesus publicly than he ever has in his entire life. Right. So he he's got an explicit gospel call. Then President Trump uh closed out with his comments, but I think the remarks from Charlie's late wife, Erica, are going to reverberate through the ages. And I know how that sounds. It sounds a little bit hyperbolic, but I truly mean it. I truly mean it because she gave her initial address, which is like 15 16 minute address within 48 hours of the assassination. And I saw some evil people online like, "Oh, I guess she's not really that sad. within 48 hours she can put on her makeup and go out there and you know shoot this video or whatever. It's like have you ever met a strong conservative Christian woman? Right. There these are like she's obviously a very strong very put together individual especially when it comes to her mental and spiritual resilience. Right. And since Charlie Kirk's assassination she has become the CEO and chairman of the board of TPUSA. But then she made her comments at the memorial service. So she spoke for about half an hour and she said some incredible things like she was talking about the role of of young men and the the role of young women and just Charlie's legacy and you know the type of husband he was the type of friend he was like type of father he was all the things right and again I don't want to be hyperbolic but then she delivered one of the most incredible and one of the most moving things that I've ever seen in my entire life. Let's go to the clip here. My husband Charlie, he wanted to save young men just like the one who took his life on the cross. Our savior said, "Father, forgive them for they not know what they do." That man, that young man, I forgive him. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat up [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I forgive him because it was what Christ did and is what Charlie would do. The answer to hate is not hate. The answer we know from the gospel is love and always love. Love for our enemies and love for those who persecute us. I mean guys, it's I mean it's hard to explain, right? The strength and the courage to do something like that. What's required in that moment? It's just like I mean it's it's almost unfathomable, right? And let's actually go back to what I said earlier about, you know, the streams and the clips and all the things that we're going to see. Billions of people will see what happened at Charlie Kirk's memorial service right? So that means that around 90,000 people that were inside the arena, the over 100,000 people that were outside the arena or the the stadium rather, over a 100red million people streaming the memorial, and the billions more that will see the clips and hear the clips later on down the road. They will hear the gospel preached and then they will also see a direct example of gospel forgiveness. I mean guys, history was made on Sunday. I mean, history was made two Sundays ago when there are estimators that claim I don't know how they would get this number, but they claim that more people went to church the Sunday after Charlie Kirk was assassinated than at any other time in the history of the United States of America. Think about that. One of ours is murdered and the people go to church. And this past Sunday at the celebration of life for Charlie Kirk, more people heard the gospel of Jesus Christ than at any point in the history of humanity and it's going to persist. So this isn't just like, you know, a sermon as as we see in Acts, right? That this isn't like a a Billy Graham, you know, revival thing. This isn't like a big tent revival. This isn't like, you know, where people are packing out an arena to do like a bunch of worship sets or whatever because of the ubiquity of all the clips from this. It is the single biggest gospel call ever. And there were people that got saved in the arena. There are people that got saved in churches all over the country in the last two weeks. I mean, we are literally in the middle of a revival. And I feel like, as I've talked about before, like it seemed like revival was happening anyway, that there there was something that was happening. There was a a winnowing off of of the churches and the the apostate denominations and the people that were just kind of squishy Christians or Christians just in name only. And there's been a sorting that's happened. And now you have this. You have the Charlie Kirk getting brutally murdered. And as opposed to people just going to try and get even, they go to church and they hit their knees. I mean, just again, it's hard to give my commentary even though I've been thinking about this for basically two weeks, two weeks straight. But Satan obviously thought that he did good with this one, right? He thought he could get this man killed and, you know, subsequently subsequently kill his movement, right? But Satan overplayed his hand, right? Because not only is Charlie Kirk with his Lord and Savior right now, but multitudes more people, a number that we'll never actually know, will put their faith in Christ because of his death. Not saying his death will save them. Yes, the Holy Spirit calls them and you know, salvation is a gift, all the things, right? But you have people all over the world, atheists, agnostics, Buddhists, Muslims, people that thought they were Christians, country music, theology people that are giving their lives to the Lord. That is legacy. That is impact. And praise God. So, thank you for paying attention today. I appreciate you letting us go through all this. I know a lot of you out there are hurting, but you know, there are dark days certainly ahead, but we win in the end, guys. We absolutely win in the end.
