1:18 So guys, big episode today, okay?
1:21 Because I had to like change this episode like seven times
1:24 because breaking news became breaking, breaking news
1:26 and then there was stuff that I wasn't aware of
1:28 that I was made aware of
1:29 and I'm kind of looking at my calendar of events.
1:30 But this is the last quick hitters of 2022, okay?
1:34 We're not gonna get back to doing, you know,
1:36 news cycle stuff or anything on the quick hitter side of things
1:38 until probably like mid January, 2023, okay?
1:42 So we're gonna hit a ton of it today.
1:43 And the reason is next week we're releasing three interviews,
1:46 okay?
1:47 And then the week after that, that's the last week of the year.
1:48 And so that's when we typically do our wrap up.
1:50 So we're gonna do our best podcast of the year,
1:52 best books of the year
1:52 and then we're gonna do a 2022 wrap up.
1:54 And so, and then the first week of January,
1:56 I think we've got a whole bunch of stuff already planned
1:58 and already in the books and in the queue.
1:59 And so we're not gonna get to a lot of stuff
2:00 for a very, very long time.
2:02 And man, just the last two or three weeks,
2:03 there have been a lot of things that have come up.
2:05 And so we're just going to empty the tank.
2:06 I've got literally a note section on my phone
2:08 that says quick hitters.
2:09 And anytime I see something that's even vaguely interesting
2:12 that I may want to talk about on the show,
2:13 I put it in there and I'm just emptying, emptying it.
2:15 Okay, I'm going into 2023 with a fresh, you know,
2:18 blank sheet of paper or, you know, digital.
2:21 It's on my phone, but you get the idea.
2:22 We're gonna go into it and then we're gonna just check out
2:24 the what's got, you know, what's gonna come for 2023
2:26 and all the news stories and different things like that.
2:28 So today on the podcast, we're gonna cover a lot of ground.
2:30 So let me give you a little bit of a rundown right now
2:32 and then we'll get into some other things here.
2:33 So in our quick hitter segment,
2:35 which is the entire thing today, pretty much,
2:37 radical resurrection denying Reverend Raphael,
2:39 Warnock, Wins, Re-election in Georgia,
2:41 Kirsten Sinema, leaving the Democratic Party,
2:43 Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky being named
2:45 Time Magazine's Person of the Year,
2:47 a major streaming platform allowing Casey Anthony
2:49 to profit off of allegedly not killing her daughter Kaylee.
2:53 The first openly trans Navy SEAL
2:54 deciding to quote unquote detransition,
2:57 the so-called Respect for Marriage Act
2:58 passing the United States House representatives
3:00 and being signed into law by co-president Biden.
3:03 Child rapists in California serving prison sentences
3:05 of less than a year.
3:07 California Governor Gavin Newsom
3:08 exploring reparations for the state's black residents.
3:11 Loudoun County Superintendent and spokesman
3:14 being criminally indicted for covering up a rape
3:16 of one of their students.
3:17 The continued release of the Twitter files.
3:19 Shark Week being super duper racist, apparently.
3:22 A $40,000 year Chicago private school
3:25 organizing an event to let their students
3:26 play with dildos and butt plugs.
3:29 Yes, that's a real story.
3:30 The man potentially responsible for the locker bee bombing
3:33 in 1988 is arrested and now in U.S. custody.
3:36 The United States women's national soccer team
3:38 stealing money from the U.S. men's national soccer team.
3:40 NBC News going full anti-natalist
3:43 and the government of New Zealand kidnapping a child
3:46 because his parents requested no vaccinated blood
3:49 for their baby's surgery.
3:51 Yeah, we're literally gonna cover all that on the show today.
3:54 This might be a new personal record.
3:55 This might be the longest solo episode
3:57 that I've ever had in my entire life.
3:58 But guys, I've got honey ready to go.
4:00 I've got hot tea shout out to the Independence Fund
4:02 and Sarah Varardo for shooting us this
4:05 so that we can drink tea and keep the vocal cords
4:06 going good to go.
4:07 We've got throat lozenges, guys.
4:09 And if you stick around until the very, very end,
4:11 I've got a very, very quick story about me quitting
4:14 during a jujitsu role here recently.
4:17 And I learned a little something about myself.
4:19 So I would like for you to stick around for that.
4:20 Quick message before we get into something
4:22 that's absolutely gonna make my skin crawl.
4:24 I prepped this episode before this happened,
4:25 but I just wanna give a rest in peace to Mike Leach
4:28 and, you know, sending my prayers to his family
4:32 and to his loved ones.
4:33 He was the coach of Mississippi State
4:35 in the SEC College Football.
4:36 Formerly the coach of Washington State in Texas Tech
4:38 and, you know, he coached some other places as well.
4:40 I think he coached at OU back in the day.
4:41 But this is the guy who's really changed the game
4:44 of college football, a game that I happen to love
4:46 to watch and a game that a lot of you guys love to watch.
4:48 He had a massive heart attack.
4:50 I think it was Sunday or Monday or something like that.
4:52 And he did not make it.
4:53 So heartbreaking stuff for that, for that university,
4:56 for his family, for everybody involved there.
4:58 And so just wanted to give my sincerest condolences
5:01 to his loved ones there.
5:02 But also it's a reminder guys that we never know
5:04 when our time's up, right?
5:06 He's preparing for next season.
5:08 I'm sure he was doing recruiting and, you know,
5:09 preparing for a bowl game and all kinds of other different
5:11 things.
5:12 And then, you know, boom, lights are out.
5:13 So, you know, if you're not right with Jesus,
5:16 probably something you should take care of, all right?
5:18 And I don't know anything about him
5:19 and his personal faith and all that.
5:20 But just in general, if you don't know Jesus,
5:22 if you don't know Christ, you need to.
5:24 So we need to get into the main section for today
5:27 before we get into the quick hitters.
5:28 And that's why today's episode is called
5:29 The Trans Agenda Doesn't Care About Your Red State, okay?
5:32 So I had to change this episode right before recording,
5:34 like literally right before I was gonna record this
5:36 because I was made aware about this story
5:38 that hits literally super close to home.
5:40 So Redux is the website that's R-E-D-U-X-X.
5:43 There was an article by Anna Slats.
5:46 And it was released on December the 12th.
5:48 So what would that be?
5:49 I'm recording this on the 13th.
5:49 I think I'm gonna release it today.
5:50 So this was released yesterday, okay?
5:53 Here's the headline.
5:54 Trans student charged after reportedly assaulting
5:57 two female students in school washroom, okay?
6:00 Now, the headline is enough to grab my attention,
6:03 but the picture that was with the headline
6:05 or the tweet showed Edmund Memorial High School
6:08 because that's where this happened.
6:10 And the front doors of that school
6:13 are just about 10 minutes away from my driveway, okay?
6:18 So if I drive there, it's gonna take me about 10 minutes
6:20 to get there.
6:21 It's one of three six A public high schools
6:23 in Edmund, Oklahoma.
6:24 'Cause a lot of people are like,
6:24 "Oh, Edmund, small town."
6:25 It's like, you know, it's not enormous.
6:27 It's not New York City, it's not San Francisco,
6:29 but it's a decent sized town, okay?
6:30 So quick side note before I start reading from this article
6:33 because it's very, very important,
6:34 the details on I'm gonna be getting into today.
6:36 I super appreciate Anna Slats who wrote this article
6:40 for using the pronouns that reflect truth, reality,
6:43 and biology when she wrote this piece, okay?
6:46 I very, very much so appreciate that, okay?
6:49 Because you read some of these articles
6:51 even from conservative outlets
6:52 and they use the preferred pronouns
6:54 and it just muddies the waters
6:55 and you don't understand what's actually happening
6:57 and you don't understand what truth is in the article.
7:00 So let's go ahead and go to the article here
7:01 'cause we're gonna spend a lot of time here
7:03 before we get to the quick hitters.
7:04 Two female students have been left with injuries
7:06 after reportedly being assaulted by a trans-identified
7:08 male student in the women's restroom
7:11 at a high school in Edmund, Oklahoma.
7:13 Redux has obtained a police report related
7:15 to a violent assault that took place
7:17 in a women's washroom at Edmund Memorial High School.
7:19 The report dated October 26.
7:22 So guys, we found out about this yesterday
7:25 but the report was dated October 26, okay?
7:27 Reveals that the trans-identified male student
7:30 was handled or handed a juvenile summons
7:32 after two female students were left with injuries
7:34 following a fight he had reportedly initiated with them
7:37 in the women's washroom.
7:38 On October the 26 at approximately 8 a.m.,
7:41 police responded to reports of a fight
7:43 that had broken out at Memorial High School
7:45 in a small community of Edmund, Oklahoma.
7:47 Upon arriving, the officer found a female student
7:49 with injuries to her face and head at the nurses station.
7:52 The attending officer noted the female victim
7:54 had several red areas on her face
7:56 and that both of her eyes were beginning to swell.
7:58 The officer conducted an interview with the victim
8:00 whose full name was redacted due to her age.
8:03 The female student advised the officer
8:04 that the trans-identified student indicated
8:06 by the letter A had approached her in the women's washroom
8:09 while she was speaking to friends.
8:11 She explained that A had tried to talk to her
8:13 and she had ignored him, at which point A began
8:16 to get angry and asked if she wanted to fight
8:18 while approaching her with bald fists.
8:21 The victim said that the trans-identified student
8:23 hit her in the face and she indicated in her statement
8:26 that she was not strong enough to fight back
8:28 due to the force of the blow.
8:29 The transgender student pulled the girl's hair
8:31 and forced her to the ground,
8:32 at which point he began to kick her in the face
8:34 and punch her repeatedly.
8:35 The women are the victim's friends
8:37 who had been in the washroom at the time,
8:39 witnessed the incident and were pleading with A
8:41 to stop his assault.
8:42 One of the other female students attempted to intervene
8:45 and was punched twice on the left side
8:47 of her face by the assailant.
8:48 One witness indicated that the girl had tried to step in
8:51 because A is a man and she felt her friend's life was at risk.
8:55 The female student who intervened is listed
8:57 as having injuries to her eye, face and head
8:59 with a possible concussion.
9:01 Two other witnesses appeared to corroborate
9:03 the victim's story with one stating
9:04 that the transgender student struck the victim repeatedly
9:06 and knocked her out clean on the floor
9:09 without any retaliation from the victim.
9:11 One of the other witnesses also stated
9:12 she had wanted to intervene but is not listed
9:15 as a victim in the report.
9:17 A statement from the transgender student
9:18 indicates that he had initiated the conversation
9:21 with the victim because he was trying to pay her back
9:23 for clothes he had stolen from her.
9:25 The student also contradicts the victims
9:27 and witness statements and provides details
9:29 that are inconsistent with the girl's injuries
9:31 as recorded by police.
9:33 The attending officer reported that there was great
9:35 confusion over A's gender identity
9:37 and had pursued more information from the school administration
9:40 due to conflicting data on A's biological sex.
9:43 The officer noted that A had been registered
9:45 as a female student and that the birth certificate
9:47 on file with a school had no indicated gender marker.
9:50 The officer then found a paternity affidavit
9:53 which indicated that A was a male.
9:55 The police report indicates that A's mother
9:57 arrived to pick up her child.
9:58 The parents appeared to have attempted
10:00 to blame the victim for the assault
10:02 claiming the girl had made fun of A for being transgender.
10:05 The parent also confirmed that A was born male
10:07 but identified as female.
10:09 The police report utilized feminine pronouns to refer to A.
10:13 The trans identified student was charged
10:15 with assault and battery and disorderly conduct
10:17 and was handed summons on both counts,
10:19 details confirmed by Emily Ward
10:21 and the police department's public information specialist.
10:24 Earlier this year, the state of Oklahoma passed a law
10:26 into the Senate Bill 615
10:28 which required all public schools
10:30 to have exclusively single sex facilities
10:33 and for students and staff to utilize the washroom
10:35 in accordance with the biological sex
10:36 on their birth certificate.
10:37 Accommodations were made available
10:38 in a clause that permitted single use facilities
10:40 to be available for those who did not wish
10:42 to use multiple occupancy restrooms.
10:44 Susan Parks-Schlepp, Director of Communications
10:46 for Edmund Public Schools, responded to a request for comment
10:49 and confirmed some details of the October 26th incident.
10:53 Administrators at Edmund Memorial High School investigated
10:55 an injury fight involving two students
10:57 in the women's restroom.
10:58 During the course of the investigation,
10:59 it was discovered that one of the students involved
11:00 in the fight was transgender
11:02 and was using the women's restroom in violation
11:03 of the state law which required students to use restrooms
11:05 according to the sex on their birth certificate.
11:07 Parks-Schlepp stated.
11:09 Parks-Schlepp, sorry, if I'm messing up her last name
11:12 but I think it is, Parks-Schlepp did not provide any insight
11:14 into how the assault had been able
11:16 to take place considering the school's alleged compliance
11:19 with Senate Bill 615 or provide insight
11:21 into whether a member of the school staff
11:24 had provided the transgender student
11:25 with informal permission to use the women's facilities.
11:28 All right, so here's the thing.
11:32 I need to go back because there's more here
11:34 and I'm gonna put it in the show
11:34 and I'll see you guys can check it out.
11:36 But I need to go back to several very, very important parts
11:38 from this story.
11:39 Again, this article was written by Anna Slats at Redux.
11:42 We're very, very appreciative.
11:43 So when we go back to the article,
11:44 we talk about how this guy, this boy,
11:47 was in the women's restroom
11:49 and he's trying to talk to these girls, right?
11:51 So already the fact that he's in their restroom,
11:54 in their private space, he's violating a lot of just decorum
11:59 and overall he's violating their desire for safety
12:03 because you have a man that's in the women's restroom.
12:05 And we see in this report that she had ignored him
12:08 clearly because she was very uncomfortable
12:10 with the dude being in the bathroom with her and her friends.
12:13 And if this guy had stolen things from her
12:15 before like stolen her clothes,
12:16 like obviously it might be something to where it's like,
12:18 hey, I'm just gonna ignore this problem.
12:19 I hope that it goes away.
12:21 And then a little bit later,
12:22 it says that she was not strong enough
12:23 to fight back due to the force of the blow.
12:26 And if you think about it,
12:27 if there's a fight happening between men and women
12:30 or boys and girls,
12:31 there are biological differences between boys and girls.
12:34 So how could we assume that she would be strong enough
12:37 to fight back against the blows of a biological male?
12:40 And then also we see a little bit later
12:42 that the friends, this girl's friends
12:44 that were standing around watching this assault take place,
12:46 all they had at their disposal was pleading
12:49 with the perpetrator to stop his assault.
12:51 Because again, there are differences.
12:53 There are biological differences between boys and girls.
12:55 And in that moment, that's kind of their only option.
12:58 Like I don't fault those girls at all
12:59 for not stepping in, right?
13:01 And so it's like, you have this guy mauling this girl
13:05 and it's like, what are you supposed to do?
13:06 'Cause you're also a girl, right?
13:08 And then a little bit later,
13:09 it says the attending officer
13:11 that there was great confusion over A's gender identity.
13:15 And the thing is, is you only get that confusion
13:18 when you let trans ideology rot your brain
13:21 because we shouldn't ever be concerned
13:23 about someone's gender identity
13:25 because I don't care about how you identify,
13:27 especially when it comes to something like this.
13:28 And if you're a police officer,
13:30 you're trying to get information
13:31 about who the perpetrator is.
13:32 And if someone's like, oh, well, they identify
13:34 as this or that, like how's that gonna help them?
13:36 And a little bit later, I'll just read this quote again.
13:38 The officer noted that A had been registered
13:40 as a female student and that the birth certificate
13:42 on file with the school had no indicated gender marker.
13:45 The officer then found a paternity affidavit
13:48 which indicated that A was male.
13:51 Think about this.
13:52 What an utter waste of time and energy.
13:55 Think about, think about the hoops
13:57 that this officer had to jump through
13:58 just to find out the gender of the perpetrator.
14:02 What it should have been.
14:03 It would have been like, hey,
14:04 was the perpetrator male or female?
14:06 Oh, male, great, moving on, right?
14:09 I mean, just think about it.
14:10 Like imagine him asking, was the assailant male or female?
14:14 And then someone responding, well, I don't really know.
14:17 I didn't get to talk to them beforehand
14:19 about their lived experience.
14:21 Like think about how ridiculous that is.
14:23 Like it's just making policing even harder
14:25 than it actually is.
14:26 Then we go a little bit later.
14:27 It says, you know, the parents are blaming the victim
14:30 for the assault saying that the girl was made fun of
14:32 because of course they would, right?
14:34 These are people that, you know,
14:35 they're probably using their child as an accessory piece
14:38 so that they can speak to all their other friends
14:40 about how they have a transgender child.
14:42 And again, I'm taking some liberties here
14:43 but it wouldn't surprise me at all.
14:44 But that's easy to do.
14:46 It's easy to blame the victim of the assault
14:49 when we're in a culture that values victimhood, okay?
14:53 We value victimhood, but not in this case,
14:56 where the girl that's the actual victim
14:59 is the girl that was beat up by the guy
15:00 pretending to be a girl, right?
15:03 That's the outrage.
15:05 We should come to the aid of that victim,
15:07 but societally, culturally, we think
15:10 that the transgender person is the victim
15:12 because they were made fun of.
15:13 And in this case, that's not even been corroborated
15:15 that this girl was making fun of this boy
15:17 for pretending to be a girl.
15:18 And again, you know, and I don't really understand
15:20 what the deal is with this.
15:21 The police, this is EPD, this is Edmund PD, you know,
15:23 where my cousin served and, you know, all these things,
15:26 they used feminine pronouns in their police report.
15:30 Why?
15:31 Like on what planet does that make sense,
15:34 Edmund public or like Edmund, you know, police department?
15:36 Like why does that make sense at all?
15:39 That you would put something that you know
15:41 to be untrue in your official report
15:44 that could later be used in court.
15:47 Really?
15:48 Like is that what the Edmund police department
15:51 thinks is a good thing to do, a useful thing to do?
15:55 And then a little bit later in the article talks about,
15:58 you know, this person, this dude that was dressed up
16:00 as a girl was using the women's restroom
16:02 and violation of the state law,
16:03 which requires students to use the restroom
16:04 according to the sex on their birth certificate.
16:06 So the thing about it is is obviously
16:09 this person violated the law,
16:12 but I think it's more than that.
16:13 I think that Edmund Memorial High School
16:15 was simply not enforcing it
16:17 because they didn't want to be seen as transphobic.
16:20 Because you have this kid who's, you know,
16:21 obviously got a mental disorder that needs to be treated,
16:24 not with, you know, mind altering hormones
16:28 or body altering hormones and not with bottom surgery
16:30 and not with all these different things, right?
16:32 Doesn't need to get a boob job, doesn't need, you know,
16:35 gift certificate to JCPenney to buy some more clothes.
16:37 No, this person needs mental help, right?
16:41 But instead of enforcing this law that is on the books,
16:44 the people at Edmund Memorial, apparently,
16:46 it's like, ah, it doesn't really matter.
16:47 And we kind of get a hint of that towards the end
16:49 when it says, you know, the school's alleged compliance
16:51 with Senate Bill 615 or provide insight
16:55 into whether a member of the school staff
16:56 had provided the transgender student
16:57 with informal permission to use the women's facilities.
17:00 Would it surprise anybody at all?
17:02 And I mean, literally anybody at all if that had happened.
17:05 You have a teacher that says, hey, you know,
17:08 I know what the bill says, or maybe they didn't even discuss
17:10 the bill because no one pays attention to local politics.
17:12 And they just said, yeah, you can just use
17:14 whatever bathroom you want.
17:15 So again, as I've talked about on the show before,
17:18 let's lift up the feelings and opinions
17:20 of this one person to the detriment
17:22 of all these other people.
17:25 Let's make this person feel safe in their delusion
17:28 to the detriment and unsafety
17:32 of all the girls in the bathroom
17:34 that he may decide to assault one day.
17:36 And we're gonna get way more into stuff like this
17:39 when we talk about Loudoun County,
17:41 'cause there are some interesting things that come up.
17:42 So stick around for that.
17:43 But we need to talk about why this story
17:45 is so unbelievably important, okay?
17:47 So the first thing is this.
17:49 The LGBTQIA+ agenda has created a super spreader virus
17:54 of trans ideology.
17:57 It has metastasized into a mine contagion
18:01 that has overtaken the logic, reasoning,
18:03 and thinking capabilities of impressionable
18:05 and vulnerable children,
18:07 given tremendous amounts of power to parents
18:10 that want to benefit from their children being victims,
18:13 and given tacit permission for leftist teachers unions
18:17 to shove this satanic ideology down the throats
18:21 of any and all non-compliant school board members,
18:24 superintendents, principals, teachers, and coaches.
18:27 Now guys, that may be the most important sentence
18:32 that I've uttered on this podcast this year.
18:34 I won't repeat it.
18:34 You can go back and listen to it again, but it's true.
18:38 So if we break that down, again, this is a mine contagion.
18:41 Because 10 years ago, if you had said a teenage boy
18:45 could identify as a girl and use the girl's bathroom,
18:47 you would have been like,
18:48 that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life.
18:49 What's wrong with you?
18:50 Get out of my face.
18:52 But now it's common.
18:53 And if you don't agree with that, you're a bigot, right?
18:56 There are schools, and you guys have seen this.
18:58 There are schools that are putting kitty litter
19:00 in their bathrooms,
19:02 because there are students, typically girls,
19:05 in their schools that identify as furries,
19:07 they identify as cats.
19:09 And so as opposed to using the restroom on the toilet,
19:13 they're going in the litter box.
19:16 Because apparently when you mainstream
19:17 and mainline delusion,
19:19 this is a loving and positive thing to do, right?
19:23 And this mine contagion has not only spread through Gen Z,
19:26 it's spread through everybody that is in control of Gen Z,
19:29 'cause there's a hundred million kids right now
19:31 that are in the government public run school systems.
19:34 And these people agree with this agenda.
19:36 They agree with things like this.
19:37 Yeah, let's go ahead and put kitty litter in the classroom.
19:39 Let's go and put it in the bathroom, no big deal.
19:41 Like, oh, are you saying that their queer identity
19:44 isn't who they actually are?
19:46 Oh my gosh, you big it.
19:48 What year is it, right?
19:49 It's that kind of nonsense, that kind of bull crap, right?
19:52 But then the other part, these parents,
19:55 I think they love being able to benefit
19:57 from their children being victims.
19:58 'Cause again, in 2022, you are not louded.
20:02 You are not raised up.
20:04 You are not looked at as a paragon of virtue
20:06 if you overcome, if you show resilience.
20:10 You are seen as lesser than, actually,
20:12 if you show resilience.
20:14 They want you to stop, these people that think this way,
20:16 want you to stop the moment you feel as if you have been wronged.
20:20 And then that's where you can stay.
20:22 And we will do everything we can to change the world around you
20:25 once you have been wronged,
20:27 so that you don't have to deal with potentially becoming better
20:30 or changing in any way, shape or form, right?
20:34 And parents can get this via fiat.
20:36 They can get this as an extension of their child.
20:39 Because not only do a lot of people treat, you know,
20:41 a trans or a queer kid or something like that
20:43 as an accessory that they can just, you know,
20:45 put on their, you know, the risk like jewelry
20:47 and kind of walk around.
20:48 It's like, oh yeah, I have a trans child.
20:49 Just think about it.
20:50 Why are there so many trans identified children
20:52 in Los Angeles County?
20:54 Could have anything to do with the fact
20:55 that these people get something from that?
20:58 That they're able to get, you know,
21:00 the support and love of the people that are in their community
21:04 because they have one too, right?
21:06 Oh, my kid's non-binary.
21:07 Oh, my kid's pansexual.
21:08 Oh, my kid's this or that, right?
21:10 But then also these leftist teachers unions.
21:14 And guys, I know you get uncomfortable
21:16 because I know there are teachers that listen to this
21:17 and you have teachers in your family
21:18 and all those different things.
21:19 I'm talking about the teachers unions.
21:21 They are almost completely leftist.
21:24 They are 98% of their money goes to Democrats
21:29 and Democrat causes.
21:32 And these are the people that are shoving down
21:34 this ideology or shoving this down the throats
21:36 of people that would otherwise not go for it.
21:39 And then you have school board members and superintendents
21:41 and principals and teachers and coaches
21:42 and all these people that want to keep their jobs.
21:44 And so they either remain silent
21:46 or if they voice their opinions,
21:48 they're ostracized by other people or they're fired
21:51 or kicked out.
21:53 And it'll be some sort of trumped up,
21:55 oh, they've been problematic
21:56 or they're not, you know, aiding the students
21:58 or they're creating an unsafe environment
22:00 or something like that.
22:01 And so that's a very, very important thing
22:04 to realize when it comes to the story also.
22:07 The trans agenda doesn't care
22:09 about the borders of your red state.
22:11 Because again, need I remind you,
22:14 I live in Oklahoma, I've lived in Oklahoma,
22:16 essentially my entire life.
22:17 And every single county in Oklahoma,
22:20 however many there are, has voted red
22:23 in basically every election in my lifetime, right?
22:27 There hasn't been a single county,
22:28 even Tulsa or Oklahoma City
22:29 that has a lot more liberal folks in it
22:31 that, you know, vote Democrat, you know,
22:33 when we're voting for Senate, the US Senate,
22:35 when we're voting for House of Representatives,
22:37 when we're voting for the governor's seat,
22:40 when we're voting for president, any of those things,
22:42 we vote red.
22:44 That's what Oklahoma does.
22:45 That's why no one ever comes here, you know, to campaign.
22:47 That's why we don't see a whole lot of campaign commercials
22:49 from National candidates
22:49 'cause we pretty much know the score.
22:51 What's gonna happen here in the state of Oklahoma?
22:53 And yet this is happening here.
22:56 In the number one city in the state
23:00 that people wanna live in,
23:02 this city, Edmund, Oklahoma,
23:03 has been named by a lot of different magazines
23:05 over the years, the number one place to raise a family.
23:09 The best small town in America, like there,
23:11 these are literally accolades that my town has gotten before.
23:16 And yet in one of its three main high schools,
23:21 it has allowed for the trans agenda
23:24 to pervade their culture, which led to the direct assault
23:28 of girls in their bathroom.
23:32 So a lot of you guys that live in red states
23:34 where you live in Oklahoma,
23:36 or you live in Alabama, or you live in, you know,
23:38 pick another red state, pick Idaho, whatever.
23:40 You just turn your brains off.
23:42 You send your kids into the government schools
23:44 and you just turn your brains off.
23:46 You just assume, well, that's stuff that happens
23:48 in California and Chicago,
23:49 Washington, D.C., and Boston, and New York City,
23:51 and Portland and all that.
23:52 Like, that's not gonna happen here.
23:54 Certainly not gonna happen here.
23:56 We're all conservatives.
23:58 There are churches on every street corner.
23:59 There's more churches than there are stores.
24:01 Like, you know, whatever your reasoning is,
24:04 but guess what?
24:06 The trans agenda doesn't care about that.
24:08 Because they're already shoving down their agenda
24:11 at these churches that a lot of you attend
24:14 and some of them are acquiescing to that worldview
24:17 and to that agenda, but it's happening in our schools.
24:20 So you are not safe.
24:21 Your children are not safe
24:23 because you live in a state with a Republican governor.
24:26 I'm sorry.
24:27 Now, I'm all four of these Republican governors.
24:29 I'm four governors sit in the state,
24:30 getting that bill signed into law
24:32 to protect these children,
24:33 but it only works if the people inside
24:36 of those institutions will uphold that law
24:39 and uphold that standard,
24:40 which leads to the final point on this story.
24:42 And guys, I'm gonna keep banging this drum
24:45 until it's my time to go home, okay?
24:48 Get your kids out of the government schools.
24:52 Get them out, okay?
24:55 I talk about this all the time.
24:56 There are two options.
24:57 Vettid private Christian school or homeschool.
25:01 Homeschool is pretty much the only way
25:03 that you can make sure that nothing happens
25:05 like to your kid that is outside of your purview.
25:08 That's about the only option.
25:09 And again, I use the word vetted private Christian school
25:12 'cause there are Christian schools out there
25:13 that will put a cross on the wall and the lobby,
25:16 but then they've got LGBTQ flags in the classroom, okay?
25:19 So you can't just trust it
25:21 because they've got Christian in the name of the school.
25:23 You have to vet them.
25:24 You have to ask them questions
25:25 when your kid's going through the process
25:27 of getting into the school
25:28 or when you're applying or all that, you need to ask them,
25:30 hey, let's say a high school kid
25:32 decides that they're the opposite gender.
25:33 It's a boy that thinks he's a girl
25:35 and he wants to dress as a girl,
25:36 be referred to by feminine pronouns
25:38 and use the women's restroom.
25:40 What are you gonna do?
25:42 And if their answer is anything short of yeah,
25:43 we wouldn't let that happen whatsoever.
25:45 And if it was a persistent problem,
25:47 we would kick the kid out of school.
25:48 You can't let your kid go to the school like that.
25:50 You just can't.
25:51 And for the parents listening to this,
25:54 'cause I know there are a lot, right?
25:55 So I gotta be careful.
25:57 For the parents that keep their kids
25:58 in the public schools and defend that
26:01 by saying things like, you know,
26:03 we're called to be salt and light, right?
26:05 And we're called to be missionaries
26:07 to the people we're called to evangelize,
26:10 to the unbeliever.
26:12 Those people forget a very, very important thing.
26:16 It's that missionaries were sent out.
26:18 The missionaries we see in the New Testament,
26:21 they were sent out after they were trained, okay?
26:27 They were trained and equipped and then they were sent.
26:30 Kids in schools are not trained and certainly not equipped
26:36 to be able to deal with the nonsense and darkness
26:39 that is currently happening in the public school system.
26:42 They're just not.
26:43 They don't have the tools.
26:43 They don't have the weapons.
26:46 And all you are doing is sending your children
26:49 into these buildings, these government buildings
26:51 and crossing your fingers,
26:53 hoping that they don't become an anti-God leftist
26:56 or a victim of the downstream consequences
26:58 of these damaging ideologies.
27:01 Now, I know that vetted private Christian school
27:04 would be a sacrifice for a lot of you
27:06 'cause a lot of these places are incredibly expensive.
27:09 But some of you could make that happen if you wanted to.
27:14 And I know that homeschool would be a sacrifice for families
27:17 and a lot of people think,
27:17 oh, there's no way I can homeschool,
27:19 there's no way we could pull that off
27:20 and all these other things.
27:21 And I've heard all those things before,
27:23 but there are people and that's one of the focuses
27:25 for 2023 is I'm gonna try to get more people on the show
27:27 that run homeschool systems and all that,
27:29 that give curriculum, that help parents out,
27:31 that have no background in teaching,
27:33 that maybe you don't even have a college degree,
27:35 maybe you haven't even graduated high school
27:36 and be able to help them to be able to train their kids
27:39 at home and to be able to raise them at home
27:42 and teach them at home.
27:44 And also make sure that they don't turn out as a weirdo,
27:46 that they still know how to talk to people,
27:48 they still know how to interact with adults,
27:50 they still know what it's like to have a girlfriend
27:52 or a boyfriend or whatever the thing is, right?
27:54 Those things are possible.
27:56 But guys, you are out of your mind
28:00 if you think your kid is going to get out of this unscathed.
28:04 And the thing about it is I remind you,
28:05 there's another school, middle school,
28:07 that's about five minutes away from my house,
28:09 that a substitute teacher come in,
28:10 this was two years ago, I think,
28:11 a substitute teacher came in,
28:13 I think it was like seventh grade English class,
28:15 they walk over to the board,
28:17 they write, they, them, on the board
28:20 and then they tell the class,
28:21 "Class, these are my pronouns, I'm non-binary,
28:24 what questions do you have?"
28:26 As opposed to saying,
28:30 "Hey, I know that y'all are reading "Lord of the Flies" right now,
28:32 what page did you get to yesterday?
28:34 Oh, page 78, yeah, go ahead and turn to page 79
28:37 and we'll start from there.
28:38 That's their job.
28:39 But no, no, no, no.
28:41 They got some teaching certificates somewhere
28:44 and they think that gives them the right
28:45 to walk into a room full of impressionable children
28:48 and write their nonsense pronouns on the board
28:50 that don't reflect biology or reality at all
28:55 and then the children are just gonna sit there
28:57 and take it because what are they supposed to do?
28:59 Did they just stand up there and start quoting Genesis?
29:04 Is that what you expect them to do?
29:05 There's an authority figure there,
29:07 you've taught them to respect people that are in authority,
29:10 like, what are they supposed to just get up and walk out?
29:12 You can't just walk out of the classroom
29:13 in the middle of the class,
29:14 in the middle of the class time period.
29:16 That happened in Edmond, Oklahoma.
29:18 It's happening in thousands of schools
29:21 all over this country
29:23 because these are the government-run schools
29:26 and this is the ideology that is supported
29:29 and upheld by the government of the United States.
29:32 These leftist teachers unions want this.
29:37 They love this.
29:38 They want your children to be confused about their gender
29:41 and then there's always the thing
29:42 undergirding this entire thing
29:44 is that when your kid is confused about their gender
29:46 and you just buy into that,
29:48 well, guess what?
29:49 That is gonna be a lot of money to pharma
29:51 and a lot of money to the local hospital systems
29:53 that have these gender-affirming clinics,
29:55 otherwise known as child mutilation facilities, right?
29:59 This is all connected.
30:01 So, if you're just blindly just walking through your day,
30:05 assuming that your kids are not gonna be the ones
30:08 that come out being weird, good luck with that.
30:11 I pray you're right.
30:13 I pray that you're right.
30:16 But, if you really care about your children,
30:20 you would keep them from these ideologies,
30:22 keep them from government entities,
30:24 these anti-God government entities,
30:27 being able to frame these things for you.
30:30 You are their parent.
30:31 Their second most influential thing behind your household
30:34 should be the local church that you have them in
30:37 and the school system should be after that somewhere.
30:40 Okay?
30:41 And hopefully, you can get them into a school
30:44 or in a homeschool type setting where that lifts up
30:47 and amplifies what they're learning at church
30:49 and what they're learning from you as a spiritual leader,
30:52 the spiritual thermostat of the household.
30:55 To date, I've yet to hear a compelling argument
30:58 as to, well, I'm keeping my kid in the government schools
31:01 because blank and I'm like, you know what?
31:03 You're right, that is a better option
31:05 than vetted private Christian school or homeschool.
31:08 I just haven't heard it.
31:09 And again, guys, I'm acknowledging.
31:10 I know that that's gonna be a tough thing
31:12 and not super duper possible for everybody,
31:14 but if you care about your kids, you'll make it happen.
31:17 - Struggling with weight loss?

31:46 - All right, guys.
31:47 Now we're gonna get into the main thing
31:48 that I was gonna talk about on today's show
31:50 that I had to switch at the last minute
31:51 because there are apparently, you know,
31:53 weirdos that are at the high school
31:54 that are really, really close to my house.
31:56 But I'm gonna talk about the best trade possible
31:58 that we've ever heard of for Russia.
32:00 Okay, so obviously we're gonna be talking
32:02 about Brittany Greiner being traded for Victor Boot,
32:05 aka the merchant of death.
32:07 And so by now, you guys have heard a lot about the story,
32:09 we're not gonna go over a lot of the basic details
32:11 but Brittany Greiner, American basketball player,
32:13 probably one of the best female basketball players ever,
32:15 which makes her like the 10,000th most popular,
32:19 you know, athlete in America or something like that.
32:21 But they don't make a ton of money here in America.
32:23 The only reason they make money
32:24 is 'cause the NBA basically funds their league.
32:26 But what a lot of these women will do
32:28 is they will play overseas in the WNBA off season
32:30 so that they can make money.
32:31 And Brittany Greiner did that in Russia
32:33 and I had apparently done that for years.
32:34 But earlier this year, I think it was in February,
32:37 she had smuggled in hashish oil,
32:40 so cannabis oil of some kind, she was arrested,
32:43 they brought charges, she was convicted very, very quickly
32:46 and she was sentenced to, you know, over a decade in prison
32:49 and then almost immediately she was moved to like a, you know,
32:52 kind of a facility away from a normal prison.
32:54 So it was like a penal colony or something like that.
32:57 But then you have Victor Boot,
32:58 who a lot of you have heard about right now,
33:00 called the merchant of death.
33:01 He's the most famous arms dealer
33:03 that we know of in existence, right?
33:04 He's very, very famous God of war,
33:07 I think was the Nicholas Cage movie or something like that
33:09 or whatever, it was called Lord of War or something like that.
33:11 But this guy would give weapons.
33:15 So we're talking about all kinds of weapons.
33:16 We're talking about service to air missiles.
33:17 We're talking about tanks.
33:18 We're talking about AK-47s, all kinds of ammunition.
33:20 He would fund both parts of civil wars.
33:23 He would fund all these different governments.
33:24 He would fund terrorists, organizations.
33:26 He directly funded organizations whose express purpose
33:30 was to kill Americans, okay?
33:31 So that's Victor Boot.
33:32 So he was captured in Thailand in 2008
33:35 at the behest of the US government
33:36 and he had served 14 years in prison
33:39 until he was part of that prisoner exchange,
33:42 the one to one for Brittany Greiner.
33:43 So there's so much to talk about about this story.
33:45 So let's dig in.
33:46 First of all, there's many things
33:48 that can be true at once, okay?
33:49 Number one, you can be ecstatic as I am
33:53 that an American is freed from prison in a foreign country
33:56 and they're now back safely in America.
33:58 But it can also be true that you can be extremely worried
34:01 as I am that the world's most notorious arms dealer
34:05 is now a free man, he's back on the market.
34:07 And the third thing that I think that could be true
34:09 with these things is that you can think, as I do,
34:12 that the US got fleeced in this deal
34:14 because they traded the merchant of death
34:16 for a WNBA player that doesn't like
34:17 the United States of America.
34:19 So more on that on a bit.
34:20 But there's a lot to this story.
34:22 So we're gonna dig in some random thoughts.
34:23 I'll try to go quickly 'cause again,
34:24 we've got all those other quick hitters to hit.
34:26 But on the Russian side of the deal,
34:28 everybody has been quick to forget
34:29 that Brittany Griner broke Russian law on purpose.
34:32 Like she says that, oh yeah, I didn't really know that.
34:34 She knew the laws of Russia.
34:36 Like that's why she tried to smuggle in the oil.
34:38 So she deliberately broke the laws of another country.
34:41 And another thought on the Russian side of things
34:43 is the Russians were clearly using this arrest
34:46 to flex and to make a point
34:47 and to make an example out of Griner,
34:49 but Griner did deserve some sort of punishment.
34:51 Again, she deliberately broke the laws of another country
34:55 and I don't know why she did it, but she did it.
34:57 Also on the Russian side, it wouldn't surprise me at all
34:59 if the Russians planned this out from the get go.
35:02 Again, these are in the various forces
35:03 and they do a lot of things that are kind of underhanded
35:06 and I guess you could say that
35:07 about every country on the planet including ours.
35:09 But I really don't think that they found the hashish oil
35:11 in her luggage and then arrested her
35:14 and then put her in prison
35:15 and then later thought to themselves, you know what?
35:17 We'd really like to get the merchant of death back.
35:19 Let's see if we can connect these two things.
35:22 I bet you that the Russian government had knowledge
35:24 that Brittany Griner used drugs
35:26 that she brought drugs into Russia
35:29 and that they knew that Joe Biden
35:30 and the rest of the Democrats would bend over backwards
35:32 to get a lesbian black female out of prison
35:34 because it would deeply satisfy their political base.
35:36 You know, a base that doesn't watch women's basketball
35:38 either by the way, but that wouldn't surprise me at all
35:41 would it surprise you guys?
35:42 And on the Russian side as well,
35:44 one question that essentially nobody is talking about
35:47 is why do the Russians want Victor boot back so badly?
35:49 It's not because they want to punish him.
35:53 No, like it's not because they're like,
35:54 oh, y'all are punishing him,
35:55 but we want to punish him over here.
35:57 No, not at all.
35:59 And I think this goes into my next point,
36:01 which is I think this arms dealer and his connections
36:04 could have a direct impact on the war
36:07 that Russia is currently waging in Ukraine
36:10 because we've seen reports of this Russia's running short
36:13 on weapons and people to basically throw at this conflict.
36:17 So now we have to look at the billions and billions of dollars
36:20 that we as a country, you as the American taxpayer
36:22 are sending to Ukraine and realize that we may just have
36:25 released the most important chess piece
36:27 that we had to play in any negotiations with Russia.
36:30 'Cause you'll remember there are reports
36:31 that we could have been able to come to the table
36:34 with Russia and Ukraine and try to get some sort of a piece
36:37 in the Biden administration said, no, no chance, no peace.
36:39 And now we have war, right?
36:41 A war that can escalate very, very quickly to nuclear war,
36:44 to World War III, those are all things
36:45 that are currently on the table.
36:47 And so we're sending all this money over there.
36:51 And then we released this guy that's gonna immediately
36:54 be in the conflict that we're trying to fund
36:56 so that Ukraine can protect themselves
36:57 'cause we don't like Russia.
36:59 Okay.
37:00 And then the last thing on the Russian side of the deal
37:02 is they certainly got the better part of this deal, right?
37:04 Certainly, there's no denying that.
37:06 And there's nothing that will happen in the future
37:07 to reverse that.
37:08 There's more to be seen with what the future
37:10 will hold for these two people,
37:12 but we'll get more into that here in a second
37:13 because right now I wanna talk about
37:14 the American side of this deal.
37:16 So you might think that the laws of another country
37:19 are stupid, right, or backwards or antiquated,
37:23 but that doesn't matter 'cause there's a lot of people,
37:25 there's a lot of political and sports pundits out there
37:27 like this is a stupid law anyway.
37:29 And you know, gosh, if you use this oil,
37:31 it's good for your inflammation and your joints
37:34 and blah, blah, blah, and she needed this, blah.
37:36 Okay, great.
37:37 You know why you're making those arguments?
37:38 Because you live here.
37:40 You live in the country that still
37:41 is currently the freest country in the world.
37:43 It's fast becoming not that,
37:45 but the freest country in the world
37:46 is what you're living in.
37:48 But your opinions about the laws of another country
37:50 don't matter.
37:51 You don't live there, you don't vote there, nothing.
37:52 Also, on the American side of the ledger,
37:55 Americans are not entitled to American laws
37:58 and an American style of justice system
38:01 while they're in foreign countries.
38:03 Because duh, it's so funny to me
38:06 that people were talking about,
38:07 there's no justice for Brittany Greiner.
38:09 Why isn't she being treated better?
38:11 Because she's not in America, you moron.
38:15 Like I remember this instance
38:17 where I was on a school trip in college
38:19 and we're in Italy and we're on this bus
38:20 and it was a last, or not a bus,
38:22 but a subway, we were on the last subway train of the night
38:24 in Rome and one of our buddies is super, super drunk.
38:27 Like basically everybody in this trip was super drunk,
38:29 except for me, I was the one basically
38:31 babysitting all these people
38:32 because even our sponsors were drunk.
38:34 But he gets out in the train station.
38:36 Again, there's no one else in there.
38:37 So we think he just drops trial
38:38 and takes a [inaudible] right there in the middle of the train station.
38:41 And I'm apparently, everyone's laughing.
38:43 I'm the only one looking at this in disgust.
38:45 And beyond him, I see a couple of Italian police officers
38:48 walking his direction.
38:49 I'm like, here we go.
38:50 I'm the only one that took the language study seriously.
38:53 So here I am gonna have to try to negotiate
38:55 with these police officers to not arrest our student
38:59 because we have to leave the next day to go to another city.
39:02 And if he's in a jail cell,
39:03 he's not gonna be able to go to the city
39:04 and maybe none of us will be able to go to the next city, right?
39:07 But there's this idea that, you know,
39:08 all the other people they were screaming
39:10 and they're drunk and thinking, no, he's an American.
39:12 It's an American, don't worry about it.
39:13 It's like, what?
39:15 He's in Italy, you idiot.
39:16 Like, why are you screaming that he's an American?
39:19 He currently broke Italian law
39:21 and he deserved to go to jail for that.
39:23 Luckily, I was able to talk him out of handcuffs, right?
39:27 Because I offered to clean up the [inaudible]
39:29 because everybody else was too drunk to do it themselves, right?
39:31 We're not entitled to American laws
39:33 and American justice in another country.
39:35 Also on the American side of the ledger,
39:37 a lot has been made about the Marine Paul Whelan,
39:40 who was not part of this deal.
39:42 He's been a prisoner in Russia for almost four years.
39:44 And a lot of you have heard about Paul Whelan,
39:46 but there were many people that thought
39:48 that he was gonna be part of this deal
39:50 or that he was actually going to be the deal,
39:52 that if there was gonna be a one-to-one
39:53 Victor Boot for somebody, it would be for Paul Whelan,
39:55 who's been in prison for almost four years.
39:57 There's even evidence to suggest
39:59 that the US was offered a one-to-one swap,
40:02 Whelan for Boot, and turned it down, okay?
40:04 According to the New York Times,
40:05 there are about, right?
40:07 'Cause there's other people other than Paul Whelan,
40:09 there are about 40 to 50 Americans
40:11 that are currently unjustly held in prisons
40:13 or prison conditions in at least 19 countries
40:16 around the globe right now that we know of.
40:18 But a WNBA player that doesn't like her country
40:21 is the one that they trade their biggest chip for?
40:24 Like, make it make sense.
40:26 And I keep mentioning that she doesn't like her country.
40:29 She was the main voice of women's basketball players
40:32 that said she was not going to be on the court
40:34 if the National Anthem was going to be played
40:36 because the United States of America
40:38 is an unbelievably, systemically racist place
40:41 and that she couldn't possibly succeed in a country like that.
40:44 As she's being paid to play a sport that nobody watches
40:49 because they're being supported by another league
40:51 that people actually watch,
40:53 but somehow she's a victim.
40:54 Everybody got that?
40:57 Everybody be able to write that down?
40:58 Can you put that on a whiteboard to figure it out?
41:01 But this country isn't worth standing for.
41:04 Certainly can't support the National Anthem, right?
41:07 But also no one's really mentioning a guy named Mark Fogle.
41:10 So this guy was arrested in Russia
41:12 for committing the exact same crime as Brittany Griner.
41:15 And she was a, in this guy, Mark Fogle
41:17 was arrested in the exact same place, right in Moscow.
41:20 And he was arrested in 2001
41:22 for having less than an ounce of marijuana
41:24 that was actually prescribed to him
41:26 for a bad, you know, spine or back injury that he had.
41:29 So his sentence was 14 years in prison.
41:31 I think that was the same exact sentence
41:32 that Brittany Griner got.
41:34 But no one's talking about him.
41:36 No one's talking about Mark Fogle.
41:38 Again, as far as we know,
41:39 he deliberately broke Russian law
41:41 and there should be some sort of punishment for him.
41:43 I'm consistent about that.
41:44 But is it possible that we're not hearing about Mark Fogle
41:47 because he's a straight white guy
41:49 because he doesn't check any intersectional boxes?
41:52 It's an argument, do you disagree?
41:54 Also, there's a cover up element to the story
41:57 because apparently every story now has a cover up element.
42:00 There was an NBC news report saying that the Kremlin
42:02 offered the United States the option of Griner
42:04 or Whelan or neither for Victor Booth.
42:07 Griner, Whelan or neither.
42:10 But after the story broke
42:12 that we traded this notorious arms dealer for Griner,
42:15 NBC news very slightly and sneakily changed the story online
42:20 to be that the Biden administration was offered Griner
42:23 or nothing.
42:24 So this is clearly a cover up, right?
42:27 Because obviously there are people that are like,
42:29 "Wait a minute, we traded Victor Booth for Brittany Griner.
42:32 "I mean, we're glad she's coming home, but my goodness."
42:35 Right?
42:36 And then people learned who Paul Whelan was and were like,
42:37 "Why didn't we get that guy?"
42:39 Like, Griner hasn't even been in prison for 10 months.
42:42 This guy's been in prison for almost four years.
42:45 And another thing on the American side of the ledger
42:46 is it's so funny that the Biden administration is one
42:49 of the most, if not the most anti-gun administrations
42:51 in history.
42:53 And if they had their way,
42:55 they would likely just delete the second amendment.
42:57 And yet they let loose one of the most notorious firearms
43:01 dealers in history.
43:02 Like, isn't that rich?
43:04 And here's the other thing.
43:05 It's also very interesting to note
43:07 that just a few hours literally,
43:09 like I couldn't believe this was true,
43:10 just a few hours before announcing that they traded
43:12 the world's most notorious arms dealer
43:14 for a WNBA player that doesn't like her country,
43:16 Joe Biden was at a vigil.
43:18 And I think he actually spoke at this vigil
43:20 for people in America that were killed by gun violence.
43:22 Again, not killed by people with guns,
43:24 but people in America killed by gun violence.
43:27 The irony is super rich here,
43:29 because he seems to be very, very, very concerned
43:31 about Americans shooting other Americans with firearms,
43:34 but not with releasing an arms dealer
43:37 who is literally giving firearms and ammunition
43:39 to terrorist groups and drug groups
43:40 that desperately want to kill Americans with firearms.
43:43 Just astonishing, make it make sense.
43:48 But it doesn't stop there, obviously.
43:50 It's also incredibly rich that the Biden administration
43:52 said that Brittany Greiner is the best of us,
43:56 meaning Americans.
43:58 So a tattooed pothead lesbian women's basketball player
44:01 that apparently has nothing nice to say
44:03 about her own country that literally just got her back.
44:06 She's the best that America has to offer, really?
44:10 How insulting?
44:11 This bratty, entitled woman is the best of us, really?
44:17 And most of us don't believe that, some people do.
44:20 But this all came down to one thing
44:22 for the Biden administration.
44:23 This is so clear from the beginning.
44:24 It's intersectionality, okay?
44:26 They did this because Brittany Greiner identifies,
44:28 at least for now, as a woman, is black and is a lesbian.
44:32 That's it.
44:33 And she plays, you know, the bonuses.
44:35 I guess she plays a sport that people can virtue signal
44:37 by pretending that they care about, you know,
44:39 women's basketball.
44:40 And think about it this way.
44:41 We typically hold prisoners from other countries
44:44 here in the United States
44:45 that we think are direct threats to our country
44:48 and to our populace.
44:49 Victor Boot certainly meets that description.
44:52 And he has shown time and time again
44:54 that he is a direct danger to the American public.
44:57 Brittany Greiner is in no way, shape, or form,
44:59 a threat to the people of Russia.
45:01 Again, that just speaks to the inequity here in this deal.
45:05 But I've also seen that the argument is being made
45:06 that Victor Boot did not actually directly kill people, right?
45:10 He sold weapons to people that killed people,
45:12 but he himself has not, you know, reportedly killed anybody.
45:15 And technically that is true, as far as we know.
45:18 Some have already started to argue,
45:20 this is a pretty far stretch,
45:21 but they've already started to argue that
45:23 if you're saying that Victor Boot killed these people directly,
45:26 then you have to also say the same thing
45:27 about gun manufacturers in the United States.
45:30 'Cause that's always the thing is like we wanna,
45:31 anytime somebody's killed in a mass shooting
45:33 or just any shooting at all,
45:34 we wanna blame, you know, people that are, you know,
45:36 making guns and firearms here in the United States.
45:39 The big difference is, obviously,
45:41 that the gun manufacturers in the United States
45:42 have no knowledge of what you intend to use the firearm for.
45:46 They're selling it to you so that you can hunt with it,
45:49 protect yourself with it, protect your property with it.
45:52 And if you use it for not one of those purposes,
45:55 that's not their fault.
45:56 Same thing, if you decide to drive a Ford SUV
45:59 through a Christmas parade, that's not Ford's fault.
46:02 But Victor Boot knowingly sold arms to people
46:05 that were planning to kill Americans.
46:07 And we just let him go.
46:08 And they're, like I mentioned earlier,
46:11 there's a lot of kind of wait and see with this story.
46:13 You know, the first thing is will Brittany Griner
46:15 continue to complain about the country
46:16 that secured her release?
46:18 Because she's complained about the country a lot.
46:21 And she's gonna be able to be doing a lot of interviews
46:25 and you can rest assured that she's already negotiating
46:28 a book deal or a deal with Amazon Prime or Netflix
46:30 or something like that, a major publishing house.
46:33 But I certainly have my doubts that she will start
46:35 to speak glowingly about our country.
46:37 Again, a country that she represented by playing
46:39 on the national team while simultaneously apparently hating.
46:42 Right?
46:43 And another interesting thing for the wait and see part
46:45 for Griner is this, this is obviously one of the reasons
46:48 why she has been standing up against our country
46:51 is because of the suppose it exists of systemic racism.
46:55 Right?
46:56 That's why she's been standing against our country.
46:58 I wonder if she will still talk about systemic racism
47:00 now that she was brought home
47:02 by the federal government of the exact same country
47:05 that supposedly systemically holds people down
47:08 that have the same level of melanin as her.
47:10 'Cause you can't argue systemic racism.
47:14 And on the other hand, have the ruling government
47:17 of that system basically sacrifice everything
47:20 to get you home.
47:21 And then you still feel the same way you did
47:23 as prior to your rest.
47:24 That's not really gonna work.
47:25 And also, she's only been back on American soil
47:28 for a few days and MSNBC wrote an article
47:31 with this title, "Brittany Griner Is Finally Freed,"
47:34 but her peril is that of a black woman in America.
47:37 I mean, just like that, boom, she's a victim all over again.
47:40 Like how that happened is like magic.
47:42 And I think they actually posted a similar story
47:44 back during the summer and then they reposted it
47:46 after she was freed with a different headline.
47:48 And it's like, there you go guys, just in case
47:50 you wanted to be happy for Brittany Griner.
47:52 Just remember, she's a black woman in America.
47:54 She can't get ahead.
47:55 Even though she's worth millions of dollars
47:57 and by the end of this she'll be worth tens of millions
47:58 of dollars, but hey, she's still the victim.
48:02 But in terms of the wait and see part for Victor Boot,
48:04 will he go back?
48:07 Will he go right back to being an arms dealer?
48:09 Will he go back to his arms dealing ways
48:11 and have a part in the slaughter of people
48:13 all over the globe again to also include Americans
48:17 and what some people are concerned about, Ukrainians?
48:20 To be seen, we don't know.
48:22 But the reason why this story is about so much more
48:24 than a one to one swap and foreign policy
48:27 and all that kind of stuff is this trade shows
48:29 that wokeness has officially seeped
48:32 into our foreign policy as a nation.
48:35 I feel like there's been a smoke,
48:37 but maybe not fire as far as that goes.
48:39 But I think we've went full bore here
48:41 because we shot our most important foreign policy bullet
48:44 with Russia to free a bratty women's basketball player
48:49 because of intersectionality.
48:51 Because again, if you just compared the people
48:53 I've talked about, Mark Fogle, Paul Whelan,
48:55 and Brittany Griner, if you just put him on a sheet
48:56 next to one another, like there's not an equity there.
48:59 If you just put him as blank name
49:01 with no other descriptors, like you would look at Mark Fogle
49:05 who's been in the same predicament for the same thing
49:07 for longer as someone that you would maybe try to get home.
49:10 Paul Whelan, a Marine veteran, that was, you know,
49:13 illegally held and detained in Russia
49:15 because they claim that he's a spy,
49:16 which apparently he's not.
49:18 Like that those people wouldn't potentially want to come home.
49:20 And if you're the families of Paul Whelan
49:22 Mark Fogle right now, I understand why you're [inaudible]
49:24 'cause you should be, 'cause this sucks.
49:26 Because again, the Biden administration
49:28 wanted the headline, they didn't want justice.
49:30 So the next time this administration
49:32 tries to shove justice down your throat,
49:34 I want you to remember this entire situation.
49:36 All right guys, like I said,
49:37 we got a lot of ground to cover here
49:38 for the quick hitter segment.
49:39 We're already almost an hour in.
49:41 So guys, I appreciate you hanging with us.
49:42 Let's dig in.
49:43 Radical resurrection,
49:45 here we go, let's do that again.
49:47 Radical resurrection denying
49:49 Reverend Raphael Warnock wins reelection in Georgia.
49:52 And if you're wondering why I'm saying
49:54 he's a resurrection denying reverend,
49:55 it's because he denies the resurrection
49:57 just in case you were wondering about a theology.
49:59 So according to CBS News,
50:00 CBS News projects that incumbent Democratic Senator
50:02 Raphael Warnock wins the US Senate run off in Georgia,
50:05 defeating Republican challenger Herschel Walker
50:06 and giving Democrats their 51st seat in the Senate.
50:09 This will be Warnock's first full six year term
50:12 in his victory speech.
50:12 He noted his hard fought campaign
50:14 and said the people have spoken
50:16 amid cheers of six more years.
50:17 So Warnock got around 1.8 million votes
50:20 or a 51.4% and Walker got 1.7 million votes
50:24 or 48.6%.
50:25 This hands Democrats a clear 51.49 majority in the US Senate.
50:29 It's actually a pretty wide margin,
50:31 considering that Warnock is a crazy person.
50:33 And he believes and does crazy things.
50:35 I guess candidate quality does in fact matter.
50:37 And so the big takeaway on this one
50:39 is this was a foregone conclusion.
50:40 The moment that Herschel Walker didn't win
50:43 on the actual initial election night
50:46 and that it went to runoff,
50:47 we knew that Herschel Walker basically didn't have a chance.
50:50 But we can't forget that Raphael Warnock
50:52 should have never been in the position
50:54 to run for re-election in the first place.
50:56 And yes, I'm gonna go back to the 2020 election
50:59 when both Georgia Senate seats went to run offs
51:01 and one of those for Raphael Warnock
51:04 and part of the reason, I would say the main reason
51:06 why he was elected and the other Democrat was elected
51:09 because Donald Trump encouraged Georgia people
51:12 to not go and vote in the runoff election.
51:14 So elections have consequences.
51:16 This is just the one we're gonna have to live with.
51:18 All right, stay in the US Senate.
51:20 Kirsten Cinema from Arizona leaving the Democratic Party.
51:23 So this is according to CNN.
51:24 Arizona Senator Kirsten Cinema
51:26 is leaving the Democratic Party and registering
51:28 as a political independent.
51:29 She told CNN's Jake Tapper in an exclusive TV interview.
51:32 I've registered as an Arizona independent.
51:34 I know some people might be a little surprised by this,
51:36 but actually I think it makes a lot of sense.
51:38 Cinema said in a Thursday interview with Tapper
51:39 in her Senate office,
51:41 I've never fit into neatly into any party box.
51:43 I've never really tried.
51:44 I don't want to, she added.
51:46 Removing myself from the partisan structure,
51:47 not only is it true to who I am and how I operate,
51:50 I also think it'll provide a place of belonging
51:53 for many people across the state and country
51:55 who also are tired of the partisanship.
51:57 So go right to my big takeaway on this one.
51:59 The news, this news about this, it's a big nothing burger.
52:03 This is a nothing burger.
52:04 I have no idea what, well,
52:05 I do know why people are talking about it,
52:06 but it's a nothing burger and this is why.
52:08 Number one, she's doing this to avoid a Democratic runoff
52:11 when she's up for reelection in 2024
52:13 because they were signaling
52:14 that the Democrats were going to do that here in two years.
52:17 Number two, she'll caucus with the Democrats
52:19 almost 100% of the time anyway
52:21 as the other two registered independents
52:23 in the U.S. Senate currently do.
52:25 I think it's a gal from Maine.
52:26 I can't remember her name and Bernie Sanders.
52:28 So she's gonna basically vote Democrat anyway.
52:31 And the third thing is the United States Senate
52:33 isn't split 50/50.
52:34 If it was 50/50 and then she peels off as an independent
52:39 and she's gonna be kind of a thorn in the Democrat side,
52:41 then maybe this is something.
52:43 But I don't really see it as anything right here.
52:45 I see it basically as a very smart move for her politically
52:49 because it looks like, you know,
52:51 the writing on the wall was that she was gonna be challenged
52:53 by Democrat from her own party in two years
52:56 and would likely lose.
52:57 And so she's avoiding that.
52:58 So this isn't a big thing.
53:00 This isn't a good thing for Republicans.
53:01 It's just, it's nothing for me.
53:03 All right guys, next quick hit her here.
53:04 Ukraine's Vladimir Zilinski being named
53:06 Time Magazine's Person of the Year.
53:08 So this is according to the BBC.
53:10 Time Magazine has named Ukrainian President Vladimir Zilinski
53:13 and the spirit of Ukraine as its 2022 Person of the Year.
53:16 The award goes to an event or a person deemed to have had
53:18 the most influence on global events over the last 12 months.
53:21 Other finalists include protesters in Iran,
53:24 China's leader Xi Jinping and the US Supreme Court.
53:27 The magazine's editor said that the decision
53:29 was the most clear cut in memory.
53:31 In a world that has come to be defined by its divisiveness,
53:34 there was a coming together around this cause,
53:36 around the country, Edward, Phil Zenthal wrote.
53:39 I guess that's the magazine's editor.
53:40 So let's go to the big takeaway on this one.
53:43 I'm going to laugh super hard when Zilinski eventually
53:48 joins the ranks of other terribly corrupt people
53:50 that were named Time Magazine's Person of the Year.
53:53 So as I'm saying this, I'm not saying that Zilinski
53:56 is exactly like any of the people that I'm about to list,
53:59 but here are some of the other former winners of this award.
54:02 Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Putin.
54:07 So you're on that list.
54:08 And again, I mean, their standards are clear.
54:09 This is, as I said, this is someone that is deemed
54:12 to be the most influential person on global events
54:14 over the last 12 months.
54:15 So you can be a horrible fascist dictator
54:18 and meet that standard, right?
54:19 But as we knew before the invasion of Ukraine by Russia,
54:24 Ukraine is a deeply corrupt country
54:27 and it runs all the way to the top.
54:29 But then we just forget that when Russia invades.
54:32 And now if you don't support Ukraine
54:33 and if you don't support tens of billions of dollars
54:36 constantly going their direction, you're a bad person.
54:39 And you want the people of Ukraine to suffer and die.
54:41 But time will tell.
54:43 Hopefully the Ukrainians can hold their ground.
54:45 Hopefully it doesn't lead to World War III,
54:47 but we'll just have to wait and see.
54:49 All right, next quick hitter here.
54:50 A major streaming platform allowing Casey Anthony
54:52 to profit off of allegedly not killing her daughter Kaylee.
54:56 So this is according to Newsweek.
54:58 Casey Anthony, who was once accused of murdering her toddler
55:00 is getting a peacock documentary
55:02 and many on the internet are not pleased.
55:04 And this was on November the 8th.
55:06 Peacock released a teaser trailer on Twitter for Casey Anthony.
55:09 Where the truth lies, a three part documentary series
55:11 that will release on November the 29th.
55:14 After 11 years, Casey Anthony breaks her silence
55:16 for the first time on camera, the tweet read.
55:18 So again, if we go back to this case,
55:20 you guys are going to have to kind of look it up yourself.
55:22 But this happened in 2008.
55:23 Two year old Kaylee Anthony, Casey Anthony's daughter disappeared.
55:27 She was found in late 2008.
55:29 Her body was inside a trash bag.
55:31 She had duct tape across her mouth.
55:33 It was found in the woods very, very close to Anthony,
55:36 the Anthony family home in Orlando, Florida.
55:38 So the trial happens and Casey Anthony is exonerated
55:43 on these charges.
55:45 It was almost like in football where it's like
55:46 they can't confirm the overturning of a play,
55:49 but they just don't have enough evidence.
55:51 It was one of those things.
55:52 And the public reaction to the peacock announcement
55:55 was incredibly one sided and stark.
55:57 And they were very, very much so against us.
55:59 Because in a lot of ways, she's a pariah.
56:00 She's very much so like OJ Simpson to where it's like,
56:02 yeah, I get it, you're free.
56:04 But also we know you murdered that person.
56:07 Again, so I don't have any special knowledge.
56:09 So I have to leave it over there to say
56:10 that she allegedly murdered her daughter.
56:12 But even in the teasers for this documentary,
56:16 she mentions, she specifically mentions
56:19 that her daughter likely drowned.
56:21 Her daughter was found in a trash bag
56:24 with duct tape over her mouth.
56:25 And I believe her hands were bound.
56:26 So even in this, she's saying,
56:29 oh yeah, I think she drowned.
56:30 Really? Really?
56:33 So my big takeaway on this is that Americans
56:36 just can't get enough of murder content, serial killer stuff.
56:39 And many of us can't keep ourselves from viewing it
56:42 and allowing these people to profit off of it.
56:44 Okay, now I like a good murder mystery.
56:46 I like true crime.
56:47 I like documentaries.
56:48 I like all that stuff.
56:50 But if you watch this peacock documentary,
56:51 you're signaling to peacock,
56:53 which I think is NBC streaming platform
56:54 that you want more of this.
56:56 Hey, let's do OJ Simpson next.
56:58 Hey, OJ, let's pretend like you didn't kill
56:59 your wife and her lover.
57:01 And let's just let you talk
57:02 and make a whole bunch of money off of this
57:04 because we have to get the rights to your content, right?
57:07 We have to pay you for these interviews.
57:09 And so again, it's a shrewd business move for peacock.
57:13 To put her out there like this,
57:15 I don't know that it's gonna have rave reviews
57:17 and tens of millions of people listening to it
57:19 and watching it.
57:20 But again, it's because of us as Americans,
57:22 it's because we like this content
57:24 that is being given to us.
57:25 All right, next one here.
57:26 The first openly trans Navy SEAL
57:28 deciding to detransition.
57:30 So this is according to Fox News.
57:31 A retired Navy SEAL who came out as transgender a decade ago
57:34 before announcing his detransition in recent days,
57:36 spoke out to Fox News about the process
57:39 and why children should not rush or be rushed
57:41 into making a life altering medical decision.
57:43 Chris Beck, who had for a time been known as Kristen Beck,
57:46 told Tucker Carlson tonight Monday,
57:48 he is not at all political nor is he opposed
57:50 or critical of transgender people.
57:52 He told host Tucker Carlson,
57:54 he wanted potential transitioners to slow down
57:57 and for doctors to take full grasp of what they are doing.
58:00 The transgender issue originally started out
58:02 as pretty basic and very rare.
58:03 And now it's kind of morphed into an ideology, Beck said.
58:06 And that's why I'm speaking out about it.
58:08 Thinking about the ideology,
58:10 I'm not talking about the people.
58:11 Now, there's a lot of transgender people out there,
58:13 great folks, but the ideology as I'm talking about
58:16 is something that is becoming something
58:18 where it's being pushed in schools
58:20 and young teenagers are having surgeries
58:22 because it says they're transgender.
58:24 It's an affirmation, okay?
58:25 So quick random point on Fox News.
58:28 Apparently Fox News just can't decide
58:30 if they want to buy into the transgender or not.
58:33 They keep kind of pussyfooting around the deal, right?
58:35 So, oh gosh, what's the dude's name?
58:39 Caitlyn Jenner, right?
58:40 So they hire Caitlyn Jenner as a consultant
58:43 or as someone who corresponded to talk on screen.
58:46 And then you saw some of the narratives change
58:48 on some of their stories.
58:49 They were using pronouns that didn't, you know,
58:51 align with biological sex.
58:52 And it's like, you know, a lot of Republicans,
58:54 a lot of conservatives are like, wait a minute,
58:55 Fox News, you were like our last passion of hope here.
58:57 You know, a major news organization,
58:59 we didn't think that you were gonna fall for this.
59:00 And so Fox News apparently can't do that
59:02 because now they've got these stories
59:03 and they're using correct pronouns.
59:05 It's like they can't really, they can't really figure it out.
59:06 So my big takeaway on this one is two things
59:08 can be true at once, right?
59:10 Number one, Chris Beck could be someone
59:12 that is suffering from a terrible mental illness,
59:14 which I obviously see that to be true.
59:16 And he can be right to caution people
59:20 that honestly believe that they can change your gender.
59:23 Because people are automatically, you know,
59:25 dismissing Chris Beck right now.
59:27 It's like, oh, you know, he's a D-transitioner
59:28 and this was what always happens.
59:30 They're a hero of the left
59:31 and they're a hero of the trans agenda
59:32 until they realize that this is something
59:35 that they've done to themselves.
59:36 That is negative.
59:37 That is not gonna be good for them.
59:39 And that they're gonna caution other people
59:40 to not do that, okay?
59:42 So he was a hero of the left, now he's a pariah, okay?
59:45 But just because he has a mental illness
59:47 doesn't mean that he's not right about this
59:48 because he has an actual lived experience, right?
59:51 To use that phrase, his actual lived experience,
59:53 he's seen where this can go.
59:55 And he realized, thankfully, that this is not a good thing.
1:00:00 And that when you're pushing seven, eight-year-olds,
1:00:02 14, 15-year-olds towards this type of a lifestyle,
1:00:05 that's not gonna be good for their flourishing.
1:00:06 So I'm glad he spoke out.
1:00:08 All right, next quick hitter here.
1:00:09 The so-called Respect for Marriage Act,
1:00:11 passing the United States House of Representatives
1:00:12 and being signed by co-president Biden.
1:00:14 So this actually happened yesterday,
1:00:15 but according to Yahoo News,
1:00:16 President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed
1:00:18 into law the Respect for Marriage Act
1:00:19 at a star-studded ceremony on the southern lawn,
1:00:23 or the South Lawn.
1:00:24 The signing of the law is a victory for the LGBTQ+ community
1:00:26 as it further protects the right to marriage
1:00:29 for same-sex and interracial couples.
1:00:31 They had to add that in there.
1:00:32 The Respect for Marriage Act would, for the first time,
1:00:34 in trying same-sex and interracial marriages
1:00:36 into federal law and allow the federal government
1:00:38 to bring a civil lawsuit against anyone
1:00:40 who violates the statutory rights of gay,
1:00:42 lesbian, or interracial couples.
1:00:44 The bill also notably repeals the 1996 federal law
1:00:47 in the Defense of Marriage Act,
1:00:49 which once defined marriage as between a man and a woman.
1:00:52 So to go back to the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act,
1:00:54 I think that passed like 80-something percent
1:00:57 in both houses of Congress
1:00:58 and was signed by a Democratic president.
1:01:00 So think about, you know,
1:01:02 from there to now, how things have changed.
1:01:04 And if you want a more comprehensive breakdown
1:01:06 of this entire thing, go back to episode 396
1:01:08 of this podcast.
1:01:09 But for now, my big takeaway on this is,
1:01:11 all of the Republicans that voted in favor
1:01:13 of this legislation should be voted out of office,
1:01:15 and the Democrats in control of the US government
1:01:18 cannot usurp God in the things he defines.
1:01:21 So I talk, you know, a lot on episode 396 about this.
1:01:24 We get into all that detail.
1:01:25 It's no surprise that this was signed into law.
1:01:27 Yes, this will cause problems for Christians
1:01:29 and people of faith in this country.
1:01:30 It's certainly going to happen.
1:01:31 There's going to be a whole lot more.
1:01:33 Democrats are going to keep pushing
1:01:34 and it's going to be a bad deal.
1:01:35 But again, Democrats are saying this is what marriage is,
1:01:37 but God gets to define what marriage is.
1:01:39 So American law may say one thing,
1:01:41 but God gets the final say.
1:01:43 All right, next one here, child rapists in California
1:01:45 serving prison sentences of less than a year, okay?
1:01:48 So this is an exclusive from the UK Daily Mail.
1:01:50 An analysis of a California sex offenders database
1:01:53 shows thousands of child molesters
1:01:55 are being let out a prison after just a few months.
1:01:59 Dailymail.com's investigation reveals
1:02:01 more than 7,000 sex offenders were convicted
1:02:04 of lewd or lascivious acts with a child
1:02:06 under 14 years of age.
1:02:07 Those 7,000 pedophiles were released
1:02:09 the same year they were convicted.
1:02:13 Others who committed some sort
1:02:14 of the worst child sex crimes,
1:02:16 including sodomy and rape of children,
1:02:18 served similarly short sentences.
1:02:21 Currently, and former Los Angeles sex crime prosecutors
1:02:24 tell Dailymail.com that the figures
1:02:26 are terrifying and shameful.
1:02:28 Deputy D.A. John Hottami blames Proposition 57,
1:02:32 a 2016 bill allowing early parole for nonviolent felons,
1:02:35 which was supposed to was supported by his boss,
1:02:38 L.A. D.A. George Gascon.
1:02:40 Thousands of children victims are being denied justice
1:02:43 in George Gascon and his group of radical prosecutors
1:02:46 could care less, that Tommy said.
1:02:48 So we're gonna go right to the big takeaway on this one.
1:02:51 Most of you didn't know about this,
1:02:52 so I'm glad I was able to bring you this content.
1:02:55 I know it's an uncomfortable subject matter
1:02:57 and for all of us that have kids,
1:02:58 it is absolutely astonishing
1:03:01 that these people would be let out a prison,
1:03:02 much less after these incredibly short prison sentences.
1:03:05 'Cause if you rape a kid,
1:03:06 and nine months later you're walking on the streets again,
1:03:08 are you changed?
1:03:10 Are you redone remade as a person?
1:03:14 So right to my big takeaway,
1:03:16 and I've said this before and I'll keep saying it,
1:03:18 there are only two options that we should give pedophiles.
1:03:21 Number one, death penalty,
1:03:24 number two, castration, then the death penalty.
1:03:27 That's it.
1:03:29 'Cause if we start doing that as a country,
1:03:31 we might actually see pedophilia start to go away, right?
1:03:36 As opposed to just calling these people minor attracted persons,
1:03:38 trying to give them new names to make them seem,
1:03:40 you know, not so crazy, right?
1:03:43 But in the state of California,
1:03:44 you can butt rape a kid and then be out walking around,
1:03:48 prowling around, trying to be a predator
1:03:51 and find another kid to victimize within a year.
1:03:54 Death penalty or castration and then the death penalty.
1:03:58 And it should be swift in both cases.
1:04:00 All right guys, next one here, staying in California.
1:04:03 Governor Gavin Newsom exploring reparations
1:04:05 for the state's black residents.
1:04:06 So this is according to the blaze.
1:04:08 After months of research,
1:04:09 California's reparations task force
1:04:11 recently reported that the state's black residents
1:04:13 whose ancestors were in America from 1933 to 1977
1:04:18 are owed a total of $569 billion
1:04:22 in housing reparations the New York Times reported.
1:04:24 The task force, which was formed by legislation
1:04:26 signed by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2020,
1:04:29 or 2020 included nine members who have spent months
1:04:32 traveling the state conducting interviews
1:04:33 and collecting data, well, what data are they collecting
1:04:36 to assess the long-term effects of slavery?
1:04:39 In March, the task force determined
1:04:40 that those eligible to receive reparations
1:04:42 include California residents who are descendants
1:04:44 of enslaved African-Americans
1:04:46 or a free black person living in the United States
1:04:48 prior to the end of the 19th century.
1:04:50 The panel concluded that black California residents
1:04:52 are owed a total of $569 billion
1:04:55 or $223,200 each for housing discrimination.
1:05:02 So guys on this show before, I think it was last year,
1:05:04 maybe it was in 2020, I think it was in 2020.
1:05:06 I've talked about the issue of so-called reparations before.
1:05:09 And that's my race in America series.
1:05:11 There were three episodes that were released
1:05:13 back to back, that was in 2020
1:05:14 and then I've released two subsequent episodes.
1:05:16 And I'm not sure which episodes those are,
1:05:18 but you can just go to the website and search for it.
1:05:20 But I addressed that.
1:05:21 But here's a quick rundown of the problems
1:05:23 with reparations, of which there are many,
1:05:25 but here's a quick one.
1:05:26 The main problem is no black people alive in America today
1:05:31 have been slaves and no non-black people
1:05:36 alive in America today has owned an African slave.
1:05:40 These people don't exist.
1:05:42 And so the American taxpayer, or the California taxpayer,
1:05:46 to be more specific is going to be on the hook
1:05:48 for paying reparations as non-slave owners
1:05:52 to people who were never enslaved.
1:05:55 Again, make that make sense.
1:05:56 But it creates a lot of other problems.
1:05:59 Are these black people that were descendants of African slaves?
1:06:03 Or are these black people that were descendants
1:06:05 of African slavers?
1:06:06 Because the slave trade, people were like,
1:06:10 oh, it was the Spanish, it was the French,
1:06:12 it was the English, it was the Americans.
1:06:14 Like they were, of course they all had a hand in it,
1:06:16 but it was the African tribesmen
1:06:19 that were selling their own people
1:06:21 or going to other villages and capturing people.
1:06:23 There are literally tons of reports of villagers
1:06:26 going to other villages, kidnapping these people
1:06:28 and putting them in cages on the beaches of Africa
1:06:31 to make it easier for the transfer
1:06:33 to the Europeans to buy them
1:06:34 and to send them wherever they wanted to, right?
1:06:37 So are these people descendants of those people?
1:06:39 Are they descendants of black people
1:06:41 that owned slaves in America?
1:06:43 Because I believe the first slave owner in America
1:06:45 was a black person.
1:06:47 Do those people not get the reparations
1:06:48 or are we just basing it off the level
1:06:50 of melanin in their skin?
1:06:51 Right, you know, what's the standard here?
1:06:53 We don't really have a lot of that.
1:06:54 Again, this hasn't gone into effect yet,
1:06:56 but they're certainly moving in that direction.
1:06:58 Also, what if you're a mixed race?
1:07:00 What if your mom is white and your dad is black?
1:07:02 Do you get half?
1:07:03 Okay, what if, you know, your mom and dad,
1:07:07 so does your mom who's white have to take reparations
1:07:10 to your dad who's black?
1:07:11 Do they have to like walk a check across the house?
1:07:14 There's tons of problems with this.
1:07:15 So my big takeaway on this is,
1:07:16 this is obviously a nonsense story,
1:07:18 at least until it actually happens.
1:07:20 Because this is, you know, we can point out
1:07:21 and we can laugh and we can say,
1:07:22 "Oh, this is really stupid and this is really dumb,"
1:07:24 because it is, but it's gonna happen.
1:07:28 California is definitely gonna pull this off.
1:07:30 Like, this is definitely gonna be a headline for next year,
1:07:33 and then there will be other states that follow suit.
1:07:36 Illinois, New York, Massachusetts,
1:07:39 like there will be other states that do this exact thing.
1:07:42 So it's nonsense, we can point and laugh now,
1:07:44 but it's coming, guys.
1:07:45 All right, next one here.
1:07:46 Loudoun County Superintendent and spokesman
1:07:48 being criminally indicted for covering up a rape
1:07:51 of one of their students.
1:07:52 So this is according to Luke Rosiac of the Daily Wire,
1:07:54 who originally broke the story.
1:07:56 And so we'll just go back to his reporting here.
1:07:58 Two top officials of a Northern Virginia Public School District
1:08:01 were indicted Monday for their roles in the handling
1:08:03 of a bathroom rape by a skirt wearing boy
1:08:05 after the Daily Wire revealed the apparent coverup last year.
1:08:08 Court documents unsealed Monday showed.
1:08:10 Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler
1:08:12 was indicted on three misdemeanor counts of false publication,
1:08:15 conflict of interest, prohibited conduct,
1:08:17 and penalizing employee for court appearance.
1:08:20 Spokeswoman or Spokesman Wade Bard
1:08:22 was indicted on a felony charge of perjury, court records showed.
1:08:27 A week ago, a special grand jury released a 91-page report
1:08:30 that confirmed the findings of the Daily Wire's October 2021
1:08:33 exposé, saying that Ziegler told a bald-faced lied
1:08:37 when he dismissed concerns about a proposed transgender policy
1:08:40 by denying that there had ever been any bathroom sexual assaults,
1:08:43 despite knowing that just a month prior,
1:08:44 a skirt wearing boy had allegedly raped a ninth-grade girl,
1:08:48 annually raped, by the way.
1:08:49 The grand jury said Ziegler's administration also concealed
1:08:52 from the public and even the school board
1:08:54 that the same boy went on to sexually assault another girl
1:08:58 in the classroom with the school board member learning
1:09:01 about it only thanks to the Daily Wire.
1:09:03 The report painted a devastating picture
1:09:05 that found that throughout this ordeal,
1:09:07 LCPS administrators were looking out for their own interest
1:09:10 instead of the best interest of LCPS, okay?
1:09:13 So I actually discussed this case at length.
1:09:16 On a previous episode, so go back to episode 247 of this podcast.
1:09:18 247 is called School Board Hides Child Rape
1:09:21 in order to pass a transgender student policy.
1:09:23 But there's one thing about this story
1:09:24 that a lot of people are kind of missing
1:09:25 and I obviously didn't read it there.
1:09:27 But this boy, that was raping girls,
1:09:30 I can't remember if this was at the first school
1:09:32 that he raped someone at
1:09:33 or at the second school that he raped somebody at,
1:09:34 but apparently he, you know, out of history of this,
1:09:37 he was actually in a bathroom stall,
1:09:39 annually raping a girl and a teacher walked in,
1:09:44 noticed that there were two sets of feet underneath this,
1:09:48 and I'm assuming if you're being annually raped
1:09:49 that you're not sitting there, you know,
1:09:51 expressing your joy, this is someone
1:09:53 that's being violently raped in the bathroom of her school
1:09:57 by a transgender boy, right, or which is to say a boy,
1:10:01 so it's a transgender girl who's actually a boy
1:10:04 and the school teacher did nothing, did nothing.
1:10:09 Reminding me of another story, remember Sandusky
1:10:12 from Penn State?
1:10:14 You remember that he was raping a kid
1:10:16 that was there for football camp and another coach came in
1:10:20 to the locker room in the shower
1:10:21 where this kid was being annually raped by Sandusky
1:10:25 and did nothing?
1:10:26 You know, people wanna be known for what they're for
1:10:30 and not what they're against, right?
1:10:33 Right, so what about these people?
1:10:35 Are they allowed to push back darkness?
1:10:38 Are they allowed to push, are they allowed to stop
1:10:40 darkness and the violation of the Amago Day in that moment?
1:10:43 So I'll just go to my big takeaway on this
1:10:46 before I lose my mind.
1:10:47 This is just another example of the corruption
1:10:50 of leftist government school officials
1:10:52 and the downstream consequences of the LGBTQ
1:10:55 and especially trans agenda.
1:10:57 'Cause one thing I forgot to mention,
1:10:58 because now I think we're supposed to say LGBTQIA plus.
1:11:02 When Joe Biden signed in the supposed Respect for Marriage Act,
1:11:05 everybody that went to the microphone,
1:11:06 which there was like 74 people that decided
1:11:08 they needed to speak that day, they all,
1:11:10 they didn't say LGBTQ, they didn't say LGBTQ plus,
1:11:14 they said LGBTQIA plus, okay?
1:11:17 So when they say they support the LGBTQIA plus, right?
1:11:22 When they say something like that,
1:11:25 the plus is the most important part
1:11:27 because they are signaling that no matter where this goes,
1:11:31 no matter where this goes,
1:11:31 Abramolar pointed this out on the show and it was genius,
1:11:34 no matter where the plus takes us,
1:11:36 they already are signaling we support that.
1:11:38 Whether that's polyamory, whether that's, you know,
1:11:42 just ruffles, whether that's pedophilia, whatever,
1:11:46 that they support everything up to and including the plus.
1:11:50 And here we are.
1:11:52 We have these corrupt leftist government officials
1:11:56 hiding a rape of children,
1:11:59 the multiple rapes of children by one person
1:12:02 because they didn't want to be seen as transphobic
1:12:04 and because they wanted to pass
1:12:05 their own transgender student policy.
1:12:07 And so consequences be damned,
1:12:09 we've got to get this through.
1:12:11 And so we're going to just move this kid around
1:12:13 to a bunch of different schools
1:12:13 and hope he stops raping people.
1:12:15 These are the consequences, guys.
1:12:18 Again, do I need to tell you to get your kids
1:12:20 out of the government run schools?
1:12:21 Doesn't mean that every kid in a Christian school
1:12:23 that nothing like this could happen.
1:12:25 But again, if you vet them and you take this seriously,
1:12:28 you can keep this from happening to your kid.
1:12:30 All right, guys, next quick hitter here
1:12:31 that continue to release the Twitter files.
1:12:33 So here's the thing on Twitter files.
1:12:34 I'm going to go really fast on this one
1:12:36 because they're coming at breakneck speed, right?
1:12:39 So there's been, I think, five different tranches
1:12:41 or tranches of releases of different Twitter files.
1:12:44 But I'm just going to go to the big takeaway here
1:12:45 because there's way too much information
1:12:47 to cover here on the quick hitters.
1:12:48 But it's always a conspiracy until the truth is revealed.
1:12:51 So that's what we're seeing with the Twitter files, right?
1:12:53 We think that there was something nefarious
1:12:55 that went on before Donald Trump was kicked off Twitter
1:12:57 and lo and behold, there was.
1:12:58 We think that there are conservative voices
1:13:00 that are being tamped down, that are being suppressed.
1:13:03 And then we find out that it's happening.
1:13:04 And so if we've learned anything from 2022 today,
1:13:07 it's always a conspiracy theory until we get the receipts.
1:13:10 And we're currently seeing that with the Twitter files.
1:13:12 We'll have to continue to see
1:13:13 what they're going to be releasing in the future.
1:13:14 All right, next quick hitter here.
1:13:16 Shark Week, guys.
1:13:17 Everybody's favorite week of the year,
1:13:19 apparently is super duper racist.
1:13:21 So this is according to Fox News.
1:13:22 The Washington Post published a report Monday
1:13:24 slamming Discovery Channel Shark Week,
1:13:26 Shark Week programming for featuring
1:13:28 too many white males as shark experts
1:13:30 and continuing to peddle negative messages about sharks.
1:13:34 You know, these sharks, they just can't get a good PR firm,
1:13:36 apparently back to the report from Fox News.
1:13:37 The report highlighted a study done
1:13:39 by the public library of science
1:13:41 led by Allegheny College biology professor,
1:13:44 Lisa Whitenack, the project observed
1:13:46 that discoveries programming emphasize
1:13:47 negative messages about sharks,
1:13:49 lacked useful messaging about shark conservation
1:13:51 and overwhelmingly featured white men as experts,
1:13:54 including several with the same name.
1:13:56 So apparently there's a bunch of shark experts
1:13:58 named Mike, and this is a bad thing.
1:14:00 This is supposed to get us up in arms
1:14:02 and be super duper outraged.
1:14:05 Again, I'll just skip to the quick hitter on this one
1:14:07 because this is absolutely ridiculous.
1:14:09 Racism demand is high, but supply is incredibly low.
1:14:14 This story just proves that further.
1:14:19 And then every story we see about a supposed news
1:14:22 hanging in a NASCAR garage or in, you know,
1:14:24 some construction site or someone, you know,
1:14:27 having a swash the co or the N word painted outside their wall.
1:14:30 Why do these things always turn out to be fake?
1:14:33 It's because the racism demand is high,
1:14:36 but the supply is incredibly low,
1:14:38 which is not to say that there are not racist.
1:14:39 Obviously racism will never leave the earth
1:14:43 until Christ comes back and cleanses it.
1:14:45 But this idea that there's this cabal of racist,
1:14:49 white supremacists walking around looking for opportunities
1:14:52 to put symbols up to make black people
1:14:54 or people of color uncomfortable is insane.
1:14:57 And again, if you look around hard enough
1:15:00 and you want to find incidences of racism,
1:15:03 you will find it wherever you look.
1:15:04 Apparently, even if you look on Discovery Channel Shark Week.
1:15:07 All right, next quick hitter here,
1:15:08 a $40,000 a year Chicago private school,
1:15:11 not Christian Chicago private school,
1:15:13 organized an event to let their students play with dildos
1:15:17 and butt plugs.
1:15:18 Yes, this is real according to the Daily Wire.
1:15:21 The Dean of Students at an elite private school in Chicago
1:15:23 was allegedly recorded on undercover video admitting
1:15:26 to having a group come into his classroom
1:15:28 and pass out sex toys during Pride Week
1:15:30 for students to examine and to learn about gay sex.
1:15:34 The video allegedly shows Joseph Bruno, Dean of Students,
1:15:37 Dean of Students at Francis W. Parker School,
1:15:40 which costs tens of thousands of dollars to attend,
1:15:42 telling an undercover activist for Project Veritas
1:15:45 about activities that take place in his classroom.
1:15:48 So I've been dean for four years.
1:15:49 During Pride, we do a Pride Week every year.
1:15:52 I had our LGBTQ+ Health Center come into the classroom
1:15:55 he allegedly stated.
1:15:57 They were passing around butt plugs and dildos to students
1:16:00 talking about queer sex, using lube versus using spit.
1:16:04 So this Dean of Students for this private school
1:16:09 doesn't know he's being recorded.
1:16:11 And he just says, yeah, our LGBTQ Health Center,
1:16:14 which you didn't know that was a thing,
1:16:16 brings in sex toys and is describing how gay sex
1:16:20 and queer sex takes place.
1:16:23 To children, to children.
1:16:27 There's enough there from what I just read
1:16:30 to where we can just go to the big takeaway.
1:16:32 And this is gonna sound familiar to you guys.
1:16:35 vetted private Christian school, homeschool.
1:16:38 'Cause this is a private school,
1:16:42 but obviously not Christian.
1:16:43 Very much so of the atheist left.
1:16:47 And again, guys, even if your kids
1:16:50 are in a vetted private Christian school,
1:16:51 this doesn't mean they're 100% completely safe,
1:16:54 but you can assume something like
1:16:55 this is not going to happen.
1:16:57 At your local private Christian school,
1:17:00 I'm assuming they're not gonna bring in a pedophile
1:17:03 to show sex toys to your children
1:17:07 and encourage them to play with them
1:17:09 as they describe why you would use lube instead of spit
1:17:13 before you annually penetrate your boyfriend.
1:17:16 Too rough?
1:17:19 It's reality, guys, deal with it.
1:17:22 All right, next one here.
1:17:23 The man potentially responsible for the Lockerbie bombing
1:17:26 in 1988 was arrested over the weekend.
1:17:29 So this is according to CNBC,
1:17:31 a Libyan intelligence official accused of making the bomb
1:17:33 that brought down the Pan Am Flight 103
1:17:35 over Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988.
1:17:37 And an international act of terrorism
1:17:39 has been taken into U.S. custody
1:17:40 and will face federal charges in Washington,
1:17:42 the Justice Department said Sunday.
1:17:44 The arrest of Abu Angala Masoud-Kir al-Marimi
1:17:47 is a milestone in the decades-old investigation
1:17:50 into the attack that killed 259 people in the air
1:17:52 and 11 on the ground.
1:17:54 American authorities in December 2020
1:17:55 announced charges against Masoud,
1:17:57 who was in Libyan custody at the time.
1:18:00 Though he is the third Libyan intelligence official charge
1:18:02 in the U.S. in connection with the attack,
1:18:04 he would be the first to appear
1:18:05 in an American courtroom for prosecution.
1:18:08 The New Yorkbound Pan Am Flight exploded over Lockerbie
1:18:10 less than an hour after takeoff from London
1:18:12 on December the 21st of 1988.
1:18:14 Citizens from 21 different countries were killed.
1:18:16 Among the 190 Americans on board were 35 Syracuse students
1:18:20 flying home for Christmas after a semester abroad.
1:18:24 So my big takeaway on this one,
1:18:25 well, I'll just say just quickly,
1:18:26 I know some people that were part of this investigation,
1:18:29 obviously it's a crazy terrorist attack
1:18:30 that doesn't get enough play.
1:18:31 Most people didn't even know this happened.
1:18:33 But my big takeaway on this is that
1:18:34 the U.S. intelligence apparatus can actually do
1:18:37 some pretty cool stuff when they're not worried
1:18:39 about spying on American citizens
1:18:40 or trying to destroy the sitting president.
1:18:43 I mean, just think about this, 1988,
1:18:45 for over 30 years have been trying to track these people down.
1:18:47 They tracked down the guy that very, very likely made the bomb
1:18:50 that killed all these people.
1:18:52 Can you imagine if the United States intelligence
1:18:54 or the deep state apparatus only focused on finding people
1:18:58 that have killed and maimed Americans?
1:19:00 Like wouldn't that be awesome?
1:19:03 I wanna live in that world someday.
1:19:05 We'll see if we do.
1:19:06 All right, next quick hitter here,
1:19:07 the U.S. women's national soccer team stealing money
1:19:09 from the U.S. men's national soccer team.
1:19:11 So this is according to the New York Post.
1:19:13 Under the equal pay agreement signed this year,
1:19:15 the teams will split the prize money for the World Cup.
1:19:17 That's this year's men's World Cup.
1:19:19 That means that both teams will get 6.5 million
1:19:21 for the men's team advancing to the round of 16
1:19:24 and will continue to split the prize money down the middle.
1:19:26 The women's team, which has won the last two women's
1:19:28 world's cups had long been advocating for equal pay,
1:19:31 but without success.
1:19:32 But it took a collective bargaining agreement
1:19:34 and with buy-in from both the men in the U.S.
1:19:37 Soccer Federation to achieve it.
1:19:39 Okay, so let's talk about the word buy-in there
1:19:40 that the New York Post used.
1:19:41 By buy-in, they obviously mean that they were strong armed
1:19:45 by the threat of being called sexist bigots, okay?
1:19:49 So again, no one cares about women's soccer.
1:19:52 And so the women's World Cup basically
1:19:54 doesn't make very much money, okay?
1:19:56 The men's World Cup, everybody watches.
1:19:59 Literally billions of people a year
1:20:00 are watching the World Cup right now
1:20:02 and they make way more money.
1:20:05 Like an astonishing level, more money
1:20:07 because more people care to watch that sport.
1:20:09 That's how the open marketplace works.
1:20:11 But the U.S. women's national team,
1:20:13 which is a fine group of gals, you know,
1:20:16 very, very successful,
1:20:17 probably the most successful women's soccer country
1:20:20 of all time, great.
1:20:21 So there you go.
1:20:22 They literally strong armed these morons
1:20:25 into giving them money for not playing.
1:20:29 All of the women on the women's national team
1:20:30 made hundreds of thousands of dollars
1:20:32 to sit down on television and watch the World Cup.
1:20:34 So my big takeaway on this is I guess it pays
1:20:37 to base your arguments on delusions, right?
1:20:40 Because you hear, you know, WNBA players,
1:20:42 you know, why it doesn't bring any griner
1:20:43 and get paid as much as LeBron James does?
1:20:45 Because no one watches the WNBA
1:20:47 because the WNBA loses millions of dollars of year a year.
1:20:51 And if they weren't given money by the NBA,
1:20:53 they would have gone out of business
1:20:55 two or three years into business.
1:20:58 But sometimes it pays and it pays off for these ladies.
1:21:01 All right, next one here.
1:21:02 NBC News going full anti-natalist, okay?
1:21:04 So according to NBC News,
1:21:06 this was the headline that they wrote.
1:21:08 Science proves kids are bad for the earth,
1:21:10 morality suggests we stop having them.
1:21:12 The subhead of the article is we need to stop pretending
1:21:15 kids don't have environmental and ethical consequences, okay?
1:21:18 So guys, I'll put in the show notes
1:21:19 so you can read the entire article.
1:21:21 And, you know, I guess if you hate yourself,
1:21:23 you'll spend the time reading that entire article.
1:21:24 But my big takeaway on this one is it's strange.
1:21:28 These anti-natalist people,
1:21:29 these people that, you know, think that humanity
1:21:32 is a scourge upon the earth,
1:21:33 these people seem to never mean their kids.
1:21:39 It's not their kids that are the problem, it's yours.
1:21:42 Because if these people actually mint it,
1:21:43 you'd assume that they would start
1:21:45 the cleansing of the earth of humans in their own home.
1:21:48 Because, you know, these people are like,
1:21:50 oh, there's eight billion people on the planet,
1:21:51 that's way too many, okay, which ones should we kill?
1:21:55 Like, and you're already killing, you know,
1:21:56 the unborn ones.
1:21:57 So which ones are the ones that are currently living outside
1:22:00 the womb as opposed to inside the womb?
1:22:02 Which ones do we kill?
1:22:03 Can we start with your kids?
1:22:04 Can we start with you?
1:22:05 They're never down with that.
1:22:06 So, you know, it's a headline, but it's, you know,
1:22:09 just basically undergirded by a foundation of BS.
1:22:12 All right, last big hitter here, a quick hitter,
1:22:14 big hitter, maybe I'll call him big hitters in 2023.
1:22:16 I'll consider, all right, last one here.
1:22:18 The government of New Zealand kidnapping a child
1:22:20 because his parents requested no vaccinated blood
1:22:22 for their baby surgery.
1:22:23 So this is according to Not the Bee,
1:22:24 this is kind of like the news version of the Babylon Bee.
1:22:26 A baby boy in New Zealand who needed life-saving surgery
1:22:29 was taken away from his parents
1:22:30 because they demanded the hospital use blood
1:22:32 from an unvaccinated individual
1:22:34 in the transfusion for the heart surgery.
1:22:36 The parents are against the untested COVID-19 vaccine
1:22:39 and wanted their son to receive a transfusion
1:22:41 only from unvaccinated blood.
1:22:43 But the court in New Zealand ruled against the parents
1:22:45 and police took the baby into temporary custody
1:22:48 for the surgery.
1:22:49 So insane story, not surprising coming from New Zealand,
1:22:53 unfortunately because it's a beautiful country.
1:22:55 I love that country.
1:22:56 But the big takeaway on this one is if we continue
1:22:58 to be asleep at the wheel, as voters, as people of faith,
1:23:03 especially when it comes to our elections
1:23:05 and the culture at large,
1:23:06 we can expect things like this to start happening
1:23:08 with alarming regularity in the United States.
1:23:11 The government of New Zealand took custody of a child
1:23:15 against the parents' wishes and did a blood transfusion
1:23:19 for a surgery to potentially save this child's life
1:23:22 and they went against the parents' request
1:23:24 that they get unvaccinated blood
1:23:26 and it wasn't as if they didn't have
1:23:28 unvaccinated blood available.
1:23:30 They just decided, no, we're not gonna let you do that.
1:23:34 Guys, elections have consequences.
1:23:36 Your ideology has downstream consequences.
1:23:40 I mean, we've been talking about similar things
1:23:41 for well over an hour at this point, okay?
1:23:44 So that's the last quick hitter.
1:23:45 But as I promise, I do have a quick jujitsu story
1:23:47 for all you jujitsu people out there.
1:23:49 So last Tuesday, we're doing the 6 a.m. class.
1:23:50 We start rolling about 5.45 a.m.
1:23:52 It's the only class I've ever done where we roll
1:23:54 four or five rounds at the beginning of class
1:23:56 and then we do the training.
1:23:57 And so it's like, you better come and better be ready.
1:23:59 You better be warmed up.
1:24:00 And so one of my last rounds was with a guy that I love.
1:24:02 He's one of our black belts.
1:24:03 I'll leave his name out of this.
1:24:05 He's a big guy.
1:24:06 Like this dude's a silverback.
1:24:07 He's a gorilla, right?
1:24:08 He goes to my church.
1:24:09 This is a dangerous dude.
1:24:10 Like, you know, he works in law enforcement
1:24:13 and he's an awesome, awesome guy,
1:24:15 but he will freaking kill you.
1:24:16 And so he and I are having this role.
1:24:18 And again, I'm a purple belt.
1:24:19 I'm about 40 pounds lighter than this guy.
1:24:21 He's a black belt.
1:24:22 I know what's gonna happen.
1:24:24 But we get into this role and I'm like, okay,
1:24:26 with this guy, I'm gonna just do what I can
1:24:28 to move around as much as possible
1:24:29 and try to make him work as much as possible
1:24:32 and just try to survive.
1:24:33 And so he's not giving me what I want for a single leg.
1:24:36 And so I shoot a double leg.
1:24:37 I didn't get far enough.
1:24:38 He sprawled really, really well.
1:24:39 You know, we're kind of, you know,
1:24:40 messing around.
1:24:41 He's in half guard, but then he passes my guard
1:24:43 and then he goes to mount.
1:24:44 But then I do a mount escape
1:24:45 that I've been doing for a long time.
1:24:46 It's kind of a close grip mount escape
1:24:47 and I end up getting on a mount.
1:24:49 And then I get him into an awkward position
1:24:51 where I thought I was about to get a takedown,
1:24:52 didn't quite finish it.
1:24:53 And then, you know, lo and behold, you know,
1:24:55 30 seconds later, I'm mounted again.
1:24:57 And I quit in my head.
1:25:00 I didn't tap because I'd gotten mounted
1:25:02 because, you know, only busters do that.
1:25:05 I didn't, you know, quit and say, you know,
1:25:07 tab, I'm taking my ball and I'm going home.
1:25:09 But in my head, I just stopped.
1:25:12 I stopped working.
1:25:13 I stopped defending for about two or three seconds.
1:25:15 And then in that moment, I realized, oh no.
1:25:20 Oh no, I am not a quitter.
1:25:22 I went back to that time in that white belt tournament
1:25:23 when I talked about on this podcast
1:25:24 when I was in the absolute final against a guy
1:25:26 that weighed 275 pounds.
1:25:28 I yanked him into my side control
1:25:29 'cause I'm an idiot and I quit mentally.
1:25:31 And it took one of my teammates snapping me out of it
1:25:34 because he was telling me a particular move to defend
1:25:36 'cause the guy was trying to do a bread cutter choke on me,
1:25:38 right?
1:25:39 But in this moment, for about two or three seconds, I quit.
1:25:42 And then I decided for as much time there
1:25:44 as there was left in the round.
1:25:45 I think there was a minute and a half, maybe two minutes
1:25:47 that I was gonna go nuts,
1:25:49 that I was just gonna give it literally everything I had.
1:25:52 And I did, I did.
1:25:53 So if you had scored our role,
1:25:55 which, you know, most people don't score their roles,
1:25:57 but if you had scored 'cause I was thinking back,
1:25:58 he'd probably beat me 13 or 14 to nothing, right?
1:26:01 He didn't score at all.
1:26:02 He'd absolutely scumpt me.
1:26:03 He didn't submit me, but he absolutely destroyed me.
1:26:06 But as soon as the round was over, we slap, bump,
1:26:09 and he couldn't really get up.
1:26:11 I dragged him into deep water.
1:26:15 He drowned me, but I dragged him out there.
1:26:20 And he took off the next round, but I didn't.
1:26:22 And I'm not saying that to brag on myself
1:26:25 'cause again, I'm telling you that I got mauled
1:26:27 by a silverback gorilla.
1:26:29 I got skunked on the scorecard
1:26:31 and I mentally quit.
1:26:32 So I'm certainly not, you know,
1:26:33 saying that I did something amazing here.
1:26:36 But when I decided that I wasn't gonna be a quitter,
1:26:40 when I wasn't gonna be that guy
1:26:41 that I was gonna be resilient, I looked at the outcome.
1:26:45 And for him, he took the next round off.
1:26:47 He had to take a second because he was able to beat me,
1:26:50 but he didn't wanna roll with me again very quickly.
1:26:52 Now we rolled again yesterday and it went about the same way,
1:26:54 but it just kind of is what it is.
1:26:56 But that's one of those lessons, guys.
1:26:57 Whether you're doing jujitsu or you're doing anything,
1:26:59 that's hard.
1:26:59 You learn from those lessons.
1:27:01 I'm gonna remember this role for a very, very long time.
1:27:03 I've rolled thousands of times in my life.
1:27:05 There's only a few that I remember very, very specific things
1:27:07 that happened, typically it's injuries.
1:27:09 But this was a major learning lesson for me
1:27:10 'cause I knew I quit.
1:27:12 I got a little bit tired,
1:27:13 I got a little bit mentally defeated,
1:27:15 and I let it go from there.
1:27:16 So guys, don't be that person.
