The Heresy of Pro-Abortion Christianity (Ep. 802)

A couple of quick programming notes before we get into the content for today. I've gotten some questions about why I've not deleted my podcast with Tim Kennedy. So, the last time I did a solo episode, I talked about Tim Kennedy and how he admitted to Stolen Valor. uh very terrible situation that he caused and that is his fault. Um but he did come on this show episode 316 of this podcast to talk about his book Scars and Stripes. Uh we had even talked in that podcast about doing a part two cuz we ran out of time with part one. And you may have noticed that Jaco Willink, Andy Stump, Chad Robow, some other guys have just kind of quietly deleted the interviews they did with Tim Kennedy on their podcast. Uh I've chosen not to do so. Okay? And the reason is because it is very likely, it's basically 100% certainty that Tim Kennedy said something on the show that was a complete lie. We know for a fact that there are things in the book Scars and Stripes that were 100% lied about and other things that were fabricated to the point of making them unbelievable. Right? I named that book my book of the year for that year because I was like this guy is man he's just giving us the truth and he's making himself look bad and yeah that's you know and so he swindled and fooled me just like he did you know millions of other people but for me I I don't just want you know something to be missing from my release schedule. It is what it is. I've put a note on the episode in the show notes now basically saying that what he admitted to that he likely lied in this podcast and everything, but I want to leave it out there because if you listen to it, I want you to be able to judge for yourself. So, I don't uh fault uh the other guys for taking his interview off of their platforms, but the decision I've made is to leave it on there. We take Stolen Valor very seriously. Um, and I think at this point, if you listen to that interview, you already know what Tim Kennedy is about and kind of the hole that he's dug for himself and really continues to dig for himself. But that's just the decision that we made around here. But then, uh, also I wanted to talk about the fact that I'm no stranger to unpopular or controversial opinions, right? I've talked about Christians shouldn't use IVF. I've lost some friends over that. I've talked about how pit bulls are essentially wild animals and they shouldn't be legal to own. I've talked about the fact that Andy Stanley is a heretic and we're going to add a few more guys to the category today, but we have a new opinion on the Mount Rushmore of unpopular or controversial opinions in terms of this show. And it's my view that the Lord of the Rings trilogy is a steaming pile of garbage because we do a forging table episode. Jake Winkler came on. He's like the biggest Lord of the Rings fan nerd on planet Earth. And you know, I had watched Kelsey and I, we were like, "Okay, neither one of us had watched it all the way through. Let's do it together. We're we're going to see what this thing's all about. We get to the end of it. I wanted to give it a three out of 10, but I gave it a four out of 10 for whatever reason. My wife, who likes everything, gave it a 6 out of 10, which translation for her it means it's like a two. We just didn't like it. And the thing is is if you watch something or listen to something or consume some form of art and you don't like it, you should just be able to not like it. Oh, no, no, no, no. Apparently, you're not allowed to not like The Lord of the Rings because the nerd rage when those episodes came out and the the clips I put out there on Instagram, some people were like, "Oh man, what's wrong with you like being funny?" And other people were legitimately buttthurt at the fact that I don't like their trilogy about goblins and elves and dork people. And I I don't know what else all the other categories of people, but for some of you out there listening to this, you probably already turned this off, but let me slowly explain to you what an opinion is. An opinion exists outside of the world of fact. Okay? So, I always use this example. In my opinion, Michael Jordan is the greatest NBA player of all time. Okay? Your opinion might be that it is Kobe Bryant or LeBron James or Larry Bird or Wilt Chamberlain or Kareem Abdul Jabbar or whatever. And you can make your argument. I can make ar my argument and it doesn't matter who the world agrees with more. It's just an opinion. It can't be proven true or false. But if I were to say that Michael Jordan was the greatest running back in the history of the Detroit, you know, Red Wings, right? That that wouldn't make any sense because Detroit Red Wings play in the NHL and he wasn't a running back. And that doesn't even make sense because Michael Jordan didn't play those sports. You kind of see what I'm saying? If I were to say that it's not an opinion, oh well, in my opinion, he he was the best running back in the history of the Detroit Red Wings. Well, no, that doesn't make any sense because it's not factual. Okay. The problem, the major problem with the Lord of the Rings fans I found is that they think the Lord of the Rings is objectively good. They have placed the Lord of the Rings into the world of fact or fiction, right? And I mean that like this is either fact or or you know it's true or not true, I guess. And another major problem with Lord of the Rings fans is they demand that you read the books. So you say something like, "Yeah, I watched films. I just didn't really like it." Well, you have to read the books. Why do I have to read the books? Because you have to. Because I said because Lord of the Rings demands it. Tolken, if he were standing here, he would demand it. But you don't need to read the book to evaluate a movie because they're two different art forms. Right now, imagine the same in reverse. Imagine me saying something like, "You could not evaluate Michael Kryton's novel Jurassic Park until you watch the movie that came out in the '90s." Right? That wouldn't make any sense. Yes, the movie is based on the novel, but it's two separate art forms. There are a lot of you in this audience that are being informed for the first time that Jurassic Park is actually a book. So, let me put it into a music example. So, if I had to pick one band where I only got to listen to one band for the rest of my life and I get their catalog, I would choose Metallica, right? That's basically been one of, if not my favorite band since I was in elementary school. Now, imagine me going to someone who's never listened to Metallica before and I say, "Hey, you should listen to Metallica." and they agree and they listen to every track off of every album. They start with Kill Them All. They go through what's the latest one with the the yellow label? It's like 72 or something like that. Anyway, so they do that and then they come to me. I'm like, "Hey, what' you think?" They're like, "Ah, just not really my style. Not really my thing." Imagine me being like, "Well, no, that's not that you can't do that. That's against the rules." I demand that you go back and read all of the lyrics and watch all the documentaries about all those different albums. And you will do that until you like it. Like imagine how ridiculous that would be. And the thing about Lord of the Rings fans that y'all need to realize there's actually a large number of people that don't care for the Lord of the Rings. A lot of them sent me messages like, "Yeah, hey man." But it's almost like, you know, people that are like uh conservative, but they live in like San Francisco. So it's like, "Hey, hush hush behind closed doors like, "Hey, yeah, I don't believe that men can become women. This is all ridiculous." but they're like scared to admit it because the Lord of the Rings nerd rage dorks are going to come out of the woodwork or the the forest or or the magical woods or something like that to tell them that they're wrong. Okay, but allow me to put a bow on this subject by just telling you this, telling you Lord of the Rings fans this to all of you nerds out there. Keep the negativity coming. Keep the hate coming. Keep the vitriel coming. I can feel the heat coming out of your mom's basement, right? As you're typing that message away to me, right? And I'm just going to use it as fuel, okay? And now I'm just going to lean to it even harder, okay? I'm just going to lean into it as hard as I possibly can. So, the Lord of the Rings sucks and so do you. So, moving on, guys. Let's get to the quick hitters. We're going to be talking about a lot of things today. This is going to be an epically long episode. So, we're going to be talking about a sodomite couple in Pennsylvania adopting a baby boy, even though one of the men is a convicted pedophile. Seven people being arrested and charged for running a child rape ring in an underground bunker. A 19-year-old college student giving birth in a dorm room bathroom and throwing the baby away in a trash can. The Guinness World Record holder for the most premature baby thriving after his first birthday. A Tennessee inmate feeling pain during his execution. ISIS aligned Muslim fundamentalist jihadist slaughtering 49 Christians in the Democratic Republic of Congo. ISIS aligned Muslim fundamentalist jihadist beheading Christians in Mosambique. The UFC entering into a mega deal with Paramount and CBS. Former UFC fighter Ben Ascarin becoming a Christian after waking up from a coma. The US Olympic Committee quietly banning men from competing in women's sports. Oklahoma joining 11 other United States states to ban use of food stamps for junk food. And the smartest man in the world professing faith in Christ. But before we get to the main topic for today, I did want to do a couple of quick tributes because since I did a solo episode, we've lost a couple of very famous, very important men. One would be Aussie Osborne and the other is Hulk Hogan. So Aussie Osborne, born John Michael Osborne, he died on July the 22nd at the age of 76. Um, the reason why I think it's important to talk about him, because obviously I've talked about a lot, my favorite genre of music is metal. I love Christian metal. And Aussie Osborne and the men in the band Black Sabbath, they basically invented metal music. Okay, now I don't listen to Black Sabbath. Not really my favorite. It's just not not really my style. But had I been growing up in that age, right, I that probably would have been one of, if not my favorite band because they invented the genre that I love so much today. So we owe a debt of gratitude to Aussie Osborne for that. And then Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bola, he died just two days after Aussie on July the 24th at the age of 71. And so with Hulk Hogan, the reason why he's important to me is because during his heyday, uh that was whenever I was a little kid and I would watch WWF at the time and that was before the attitude era, you know, and I started getting into the attitude era, but it was for like kind of the the sexualization of it and you know, DX and all the sucket stuff and like it was before all that and it was just basically, you know, say your prayers, eat your vitamins, American flag, like Hulkmania, let's go. I had a Hulk Hogan wrestling buddy and all these different things. And honestly, the reason, one of the first reasons why I'm so into fitness is because of Hulk Hogan. I remember getting wrestling magazines and seeing, you know, him and the Ultimate Warrior Macho Man and they're all jacked and all that and talking to my dad like, "Hey, how do I get muscles and I thought at the time as a kid that you just when once you get muscles, you get to keep them, right? I didn't know that you had to like keep working out and you know, kind of keep your fitness up cuz again, I was like, you know, six or seven years old or something like that." But he really started me on my fitness journey, right? Because I didn't grow up. I didn't have very good genes uh in terms of my family. No one in my family exercised. I've never seen my mom or dad exercise. It's just not really been something that that's that's been part of their life. Um and so that was something that just became very very important to me. Uh but another thing about Hulk Hogan, uh I was so happy to see about a year and a half before he passed away, he was baptized. He he claimed a public faith in Christ and then he baptized his wife as well. So it was a beautiful thing. And then there were some rumblings about this, but it is has been confirmed that there was a man that gave Ozie Osborne a Bible. Uh it was I think a couple of years before he passed and Ozie Osborne was at least Christ curious. I don't think that we can say that uh he professed faith in Christ while he is here. Uh so I think the odds are that he is not in in heaven with the Lord right now. But, uh, there were stories about, you know, if he didn't have his Bible with him or in his room on the road or at home or something like that, like he would kind of freak until his staff or his wife Sharon or somebody found his Bible. Where's my Bible? Where's my Bible? I want my Bible. And that he actually did read it. So, um, perhaps he did become a Christian. Be he put his faith in Christ uh before he died. But that is just a call to all of us, the people that you least expect, right? Hulk Hogan, he doesn't need Christ. He's got he's got muscles and he's got fame and he's got money and yet he gave his life over to Christ. And then you got Ozie Osborne, you know, the prince of darkness, uh, as it were. Um, and even he could see towards the end of his life that perhaps there's something to this whole Christianity thing. But let's go ahead and transition into our main discussion for today because I got a lot of people sending me this viral clip from the Joe Rogan Experience recently and a lot of you asked me about it. But then there's another clip we're going to be looking at today from a recent sermon that I'm I'm sure almost none of you have heard. But both of them are going to help me today tell you that if you believe that you can be a Christian and be pro-abortion that that is heresy, the heresy of pro-abortion Christianity. So let's go ahead and dig in. So the first clip we're going to dig into is from the Joe Rogan Experience. It was episode 2352 and the guest was Texas House Democrat James Talerico. Okay, so before this clip had come out, I had never heard of this guy before. Essentially, no one had uh and Joe just decided to have him on the podcast for some reason. I mean, Joe's in Texas, he's in Texas. Who the heck knows how they got connected? But he is one of the Texas Democrats that fled the state a couple of weeks ago, uh, you know, to prevent the state of Texas from having quorum because they were redrawing their electoral maps, which they're legally able to do whenever they would like to. He's trying to make a name for himself by making him seem like a freedom fighter. Like that's this guy, right? He loves the camera. And he apparently wants to run for the United States Senate representing the state of Texas in 2026. So, he's trying to get his name out there. Joe Rowan experience appearance is obviously going to help that. And it's been reported that he is a pastor, but apparently that's not true. Uh he's an elder at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Austin, Texas. Uh and apparently that's a synagogue of Satan because they advocate for abortion. They're LGBTQ plus affirming. uh they're fighting for racial justice, whatever that is. They're protrans. They're pro- open borders and you know, all the stuff like that. Um so they are also a sanctuary congregation, meaning that they help criminals avoid uh ICE and avoid deportation. And he either I couldn't really, you know, surmise exactly, but he's either soon or recently has finished his Masters of Divinity degree at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He and Joe get into a discussion about abortion during the interview. And what ensued is one of the most equally flumxing and pernicious things that I've seen. So, we can't show the entire clip at once. We're just going to take it chunk by chunk. So, let's get into the first clip here. >> So, it just I get suspicious when anybody, whether it's a a televangelist or a politician, tells me that something is central to my faith when Jesus never talks about it. To me, that should, I think, ring alarm bells um as to what is the agenda here? Um what is someone trying to to get across? And I think if we're looking at the last 40, 50 years, the religious right has made a concerted effort to make homosexuality and abortion the two biggest issues for Christians. And you know, the Southern Baptist Convention was pro-choice until the late 1970s. So this this idea that to be a Christian means you have to be anti-gay and anti-abortion. There really is no historical, theological, biblical basis for that opinion. >> All right, so let's stop it right there. A few things. Terico claims that Jesus never spoke about homosexuality or abortion. Okay, a lot of people have made this claim. Even like Christian pastors like Carl Lince have said the same thing. It's just flatout not true. It's not even a little bit true. So in terms of homosexuality, Jesus does address this. So in Matthew 15:1 19-20, for out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander, these are what defile a person. But to eat with unwashed hands does not defile anyone. Okay? And so sexual immorality, the word there is porna. And that would basically describe sex outside of of wedlock, you know, for any reason. Okay? So that would be sex between a man and a man, a woman and a woman. It would be adultery. It would be bestiality. It would be incest. It would be all those things. And then also Jesus says in Matthew 19:es 4-6 and then verse 9, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female and said therefore man shall leave his mother and father and his mother or leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one flesh." What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate. and I say to you, whoever divorces his wife except for sexual immorality and marries another commits adultery. Okay? So in that he is describing what marriage is. So you don't have to then describe all the options of what marriage is not because he clearly elucidates what marriage is. And so he is saying that homosexuality which is included in the sexual immorality category is just not a category that comports with godliness or morality. Right? And then on the abortion side of thing, abortion, abortion ends the life of an innocent human being. Right? So definitionally that is murder. Okay? When when you end a human life, that is innocent. That is a murder. Okay? It's different than killing. Matthew 5:21-22, this is Jesus. You have heard it said that to those of old, you shall not murder, and whoever murders will be liable to judgment. But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment. Whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council and whoever says you fool will be liable to the hell of fire. So he's he's saying that basically you have heard that he's expanding the definition of murder and in still including it as something that you will be liable to judgment for. And then Matthew 15:1 19-20 for out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder or murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander. These are what defile a person. Right? We we just read that again earlier. He's including murder in that. Okay. And so to say that Jesus never talks about abortion is is just facious. It it doesn't make any sense. But then Terico also claims that the SBC, Southern Baptist Convention, was pro-choice until the late 1970s. That is kind of true, but he's being disingenuous in how he's presenting it. Because the SBC in the early 1970s, like other soft-headed people at the time, they bought into the argument that they should allow abortion in the cases of rape, incest, fetal deformity, health of the mother, th those situations, right? And they actually made a resolution in 1971 to that effect. But that was pre and in a lot of ways, Christians didn't really have to reckon with abortion until it was thrust on the political and legal stage. I mean, I would say Catholics, you know, give them their credit. They crusted on this issue. It was the Protestants that had, you know, uh, kind of dragged their feet getting into the fight. But by 1980, the SBC had shifted to only okaying abortion if the mother's life was in danger, which again is a fallacy. You don't have to kill the baby to save mom. You have to to just deliver the baby and preserve both of their lives. And the only to protect the life of the mother position is what the SBC holds to today. So, let's go ahead and get back into the next clip here. >> When was abortion even invented? Well, there was certainly abortions in the ancient world. There there is some >> well there's some there's and again I haven't stated this enough to to say this definitively, but there are interpretations of certain passages from the Torah where some folks will even say that there is a um there's some subtle instructions for how to perform an abortion in the ancient world. Certain things to drink, things like that. Um, the point is that this idea that there is a set Christian orthodoxy on the issue of abortion is just not rooted in scripture. We can have a an honest debate about it. If Pope Francis, you know, were to come back and sit at this table and tell me, you know, James, I'm pro-life and anti-abortion. Here's my theological argument. I I am here to listen and respect that opinion. I have I have dear friends who who are anti-abortion. All I'm asking is that for Christians who are pro-choice and who respect the bodily autonomy of women that we be given the space to make our theological argument because I think there is a lot of of biblical evidence to support that opinion. Okay, so let's break this down just a little bit. So he makes some vague illusions to the Old Testament implying that God gave man instructions on how to murder babies in the womb. And I'll just kind of save you the time uh of research. It ain't in there. Okay. And then he kind of sneaks in there that there is a category that actually exists and it's called prochoice Christian, which is just not a thing, you know, more on that later. But now he's going to get into his biblical reasons for why abortion is moral. So buckle up. First one here. >> What do you think is the biblical evidence to support the opinion of being proabortion? So one, you know, uh, in Genesis, God creates life by breathing life into the first human being, which we later call Adam. That life starts when you take your first breath. And that is actually the the the the mainline position in Judaism is that that's when life starts. >> All right? So he goes back to Genesis where God breathed life into Adam and he says that that is where life began at first breath. So uh uh aside from that not jiving with a basic understanding of biology, he needs to reckon with a few things. So Psalm 139:13-16, for you formed my inward parts, you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works. My soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance. In your book were written, every one of them the days that were formed for me, when as yet there were none of them. Kind of sounds like life. Jeremiah 15, before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. And before you were born, I consecrated you. I appointed you a prophet to the nations. Kind of sounds like life. And then Isaiah 49:1, the Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother. He named my name. Okay. And now he's going to give his second point. So let's go back to the clip here. >> Then if you think about it from a Christian perspective, what something interesting that Jesus does throughout his ministry is he is breaking first century norms about women um talking with women, uh learning from women, having women lieutenants in his movement. And this was something that was kind of unheard of in the first century. The longest conversation Jesus has with anybody in the whole Bible is with the Samaritan woman at the well. And so this this affirmation of of women as full and equal people is a huge part of the Jesus movement, especially the early church. So his biblical defense for the murder of unborn human beings is uh Jesus talked to women. Like again, this is clearly a smart guy, but what in the world is that? Jesus had female disciples. He had female buddies, and he talked to women. So, this is a defense for murder somehow. And now we're going to get to his final point. And boy oh boy, it's a doozy. Back to the clip here. >> And then the last, I think, um, story I would go to is the story of Mary. Mary is probably my my favorite figure in the Bible, the mother of Jesus. And you know, she is um she's an oppressed peasant teenage girl living in poverty under an oppressive empire as a Jew. And she um she has a vision from God that she's going to give birth to a baby who's going to bring the powerful down from their thrones, going to scatter the the proud, who's going to send the rich away empty. I mean this this revolutionary song that she sings, it's called the Magnificat. It's actually been banned by certain uh um authoritarian regimes because it is so radical. But I say all this in terms of in context of abortion because before God um comes over Mary and and we have the incarnation, God asks for Mary's consent, which is remarkable. I mean, go back and read this in in in Luke. I mean, the the angel comes down and asks Mary if this is something she wants to do, and she says, "If it is God's will, let it be done. Let it be. Let it happen." So, to me, that is a an affirmation in one of our most central stories that creation has to be done with consent. You cannot force someone to create. Creation is one of the most sacred acts that that um that we engage in as human beings. But that has to be done with consent. It has to be done with freedom. And and to me that is absolutely consistent with the ministry and life and death of Jesus. >> Okay. So somehow God needed Mary's consent to do something. And that again somehow makes it okay to kill babies in the womb. So outside of the fact that God exists out of outside of time, space and matter and he doesn't need, you know, our consent to do his will and the things he wants to do, he's claiming that somehow that passage and somehow the descriptions therein make it okay to kill imagebears in the womb. I mean, can you imagine how dumb you have to be to believe this? And again, I don't believe that he's dumb, but we'll get to that here in a second. But before we do, we need to move on to the clip that I'm sure many of you have not seen. Okay, so this is a two-minute clip from a recent sermon from a pastor named Cody De of Vinings Lake Church in Mabelton, Georgia. Okay, now if you go to their website, you'll actually find this. So Landon, let's go ahead and put that up on the uh the screen right now. Look at this from Vining Church's website. It says, "We were a traditional Baptist church. We were a contemporary Baptist church. We were a non-denominational church. We were a progressive Christian church. We are not who we were. We are an ever evolving spiritual collective. You would be in your right mind if you were to question what in the hell does that mean? An ever evolving spiritual collective. That is gobbledegook. I'm not sure chatbt would come up with something that confusing. Okay, so that should at least give you an idea as to what is to come. So here we go. But we're going to put this entire clip out there. Let's go. >> How in God's name can you claim to be a Christian nation and not know there are 2,000 verses in the Bible that talk about God caring for the poor and the vulnerable. And these same people have the audacity to keep using phrases like we're pro-life. friends, anti-choice is not pro-life. And I don't talk a lot in here about all of that because the truth is I'm not a woman. And I think it's time men sit down and shut their mouths and actually let women speak about their own bodies that government should not have control over. And if you're going to be anti-abortion, great. And hear me well. I don't think I've never met anyone, including those who have had abortions, and I've met two of them. Any of them that have been like, "Oh man, I'm for more of those." But yet, what you find are people again demonizing another group of people, trying to convince the world that all they want to do is kill babies. Are you kidding me? No one wants that. But I also got news for you. When your grandchild gets raped and then there complications and you got to choose between a mom and a baby. I'll be honest, I don't want that choice in the hand of Trump. I don't want that choice in the hand of the government. I don't. So, all of that I want to say if you're going to claim to be pro-life, I want you to know pro-life is supporting immigrants. It's helping the poor. It's fighting climate change. It's opposing the death penalty. You cannot claim to be pro-life when you are pro-death penalty, pro- war, and pro guns. You cannot claim to be that. >> All right. So now the first thing that you notice if you're watching this, but even if you're just listening to it, this guy's an affeminate pansy, right? This is not This is one of those passers that you would not follow into battle. You would not give him a potato gun to try to defend your six. He's just kind of one of those guys. Uh you can just tell he's trying to jin up emotion, but he's just kind of a feckless doof, right? You can just you can just hear it. It's just like falling off of him, right? No spine, just looking for a little pat on the head. just looking to get some applause from the sheep that are apparently there in that congregation that need to be broken out. But let's break down some of the dumber things that he said. So he starts by giving this false binary that claims that you can't simultaneously claim to be pro-life and not pro- nanny state. Okay? So essentially, if you oppose just giving buckets of money to any manner of destitute people, whatever that means, then you're not sufficiently pro-life. It's complete hogwash. But there are a lot of people even in the pro-life side of things that have gotten pulled into this argument, right? So Benjamin Watson when he came on the show, he's kind of been pulled into this a little bit even though he's pro-life. He thinks you have to support, you know, government programs and government assistance even though most of those programs have been proven to be completely uh not worthwhile and just absolute money pits. Then he says, "Friends, anti-choice is not pro-life." Now, obviously, if you have a functioning brain, you know that the opposite is true. Okay? Anti-choice means that you're anti-baby murder while they reside in the womb. That's what that means. It's literally definitionally pro-life. And then this slobbering vagina of a man turns into one of those brave male feminists and he says this. And I don't talk a lot in here about all that because the truth is I'm not a woman and I think it's time men sit down and shut their mouths and actually let women speak about their own bodies that government should not have control over. This is literally one of those male feminist tropes. Right? So this has kind of been studied and Jordan Peterson's talked about this before. You have these male feminists that are so desperate to to have, you know, sexual attachment to women that they will pretend and they will parrot the things that these feminist dominant personality Jezebelian women will say just being like, "Hey, I'm on your team. I'm on your team. Hey, will you pat my head? Will you pat some other things? Hey, I'm on your team." Like, "Hey, let me in. Let me in the door. Do you mind? Do you mind? I'll do whatever you want. I'll rub your feet." Like that type of thing. So that's all he's doing there. And he did it for the applause, right? You know when you hear comedians whenever they don't get last, they get applause. It's called claptor, right? That's what he wanted. He wanted people to clap along while he said something that doesn't come from anything that's even vague vaguely biblical. It's just coming from a feminist culture. Then he says that no one wants that. And the that that he's referring to is the killing of the baby. Uh, I shouldn't have to point this out. But that's actually precisely what these people want, buddy. People that get abortions literally want to kill the baby that's inside of them. They literally want that. They would be disappointed if after the abortion their baby was still alive. So, there is that. It does seem like they actually want this. And then he brings up the supposed, you know, ace of spades hard case, uh, you know, rape, and he attached it to the health of the mother argument. So, this is ridiculous for a couple of reasons. Number one, the circumstances of the creation of the baby does not determine whether or not it is moral to kill that baby. Okay? So whether that baby was conceived via a rape or conceived inside of a holy marriage uh that is wanting to procreate uh for the propagation of the species and to honor God, it doesn't make the baby any more valuable or any less valuable. Second is as I've said before, you don't have to kill the baby to save mom. You try to save them both. Now in some circumstances, it is impossible to save baby and mom, but you try to save both of them. You don't sacrifice one for the other. That doesn't make sense. You try to save them both. But if there is a medical issue that has come and you know it's nine weeks into the pregnancy, um you you do what you can to preserve baby, but it's just not physically or medically possible right now. Then we get into the likely reason that he's become such a wussy cream puff of a man. He mentions Trump. Okay, so he's one of those guys that has probably fallen into Trump derangement syndrome. He just can't understand why someone like Trump has power. Trump is kind of like a dominant personality man. And this is obviously a beta male and he just doesn't really like the whole MAGA Trump thing. It's just another pastor that's had his brain broken by MAGA. But then we get our lecture. Okay. He says this. So all that I want to say if you're going to claim to be pro-life, I want you to know pro-life is supporting immigrants. It's helping the poor. It's fighting climate change. It's opposing the death penalty. You cannot claim to be pro-life when you are pro-death penalty, pro-war, and pro- guns. So, let's translate what he actually means. When he says supporting immigrants, he means wide open borders with no vetting. When he says helping the poor, he he means full-on nanny state, right? So, you never have to pay for anything. The government just magically finds money and pays you. They I guess, you know, put in your bank account unicorn farts. Then climate change. This is Green New Deal, right? This is Green New Deal stuff. It would crush the world economy if things like the Green New Deal. guys like this actually got their way opposing the death penalty. He's not comfortable with real justice. That's what he means. So again, in this country, we only kill people that kill people and typically there's extenduating circumstances like they killed multiple people. There was a rape and then a murder. There was a torture and then a murder. He's completely opposed to that. Opposed to war is basically just pacifism. You know, uh you know, he's anti-gun. That means he's scared of them. He's probably shot a gun once and he was like, "Oh my god, oh my god, it's so loud. Oh my god, what happened? I don't know what's happening." So what this guy is, he's not a Christian pastor. He's a leftist. That that's that's just what he is. He just has this facade of I have a Bible near me and I'm in a place that purports to believe in Christianity. But he's he's not that. He's a leftist advocate. He's a he's a he's a again he's a proponent of a synagogue of Satan. And he's also essentially a proponent of a luxury belief system. You've probably heard people talk about this before. A guy like this can only believe those things. Again, let me let me go through the list of things that he said. Uh, you can't be pro-life. That means you are supporting immigrants. It's helping the poor. It's fighting climate change. It's opposing death penalty. You cannot claim to be pro-life when you're pro death penalty, pro war, pro guns. He can only hold those opinions because he lives in the United States of America because a bunch of toxically masculine men, watchmen, stand ready at the wall defending us from enemies, foreign and domestic. Right? only because he doesn't have to pray the prayer, give us this day our daily bread. Only because he doesn't, you know, suffer under the same persecution like what we're going to talk about with some of our brothers in Africa or any of these other places in the world where if you actually say that you're a Christian, you might lose your head for it. So that's essentially what this guy is. He's just living off the large of the American safety and system. That's the only reason he can have these beliefs that are not based in reality. But I'm showing you these two clips to point out some very, very important things. As I've said a bunch of times on this show, in order for evil, demonic worldviews to take root and to spread, you need two kinds of people. Conscious nefarious actors and useful idiots. So by my estimation, James Talerico is a conscious nefarious actor. He does not strike me as an ignoramus. Okay? He he actually strikes me as a very smart individual. So, he knows what he's doing. It's not just that he ignorantly holds a bad opinion or two. It's it's that he knows the difference between right and wrong, good and evil, and yet he's choosing the wrong side. And by my estimation, Pastor Cody De is a useful idiot. Like, super easy, right? He seems very easily swayed. He just wants to go along to get along as long as he can get some applause along the way, right? He seems like a guy that wants to be known for what he's for, not what he's against. Like I bet he has no idea what he's really doing. I don't know anything about his wife, but I would bet you a buffalo nickel that she's the head of the de household. And I think that pastor Cody just, you know, he's just fine with that. He probably thinks that, you know, this is just a great thing. He's a egalitarian, all the all the things, right? But this is how culture shifts guys. You need conscious nefarious actors doing evil things on purpose. And you need droves of useful idiots to parrot those same talking points and to support them in their actions. And as far as the the pro-life cause goes, both of these kinds of people are harmful to the push to eradicate abortion. Okay? Because even with the appeal of Row, abortions have gone up in the United States. Did you know that the abortion rates have gone up since Row and Planned Parenthood VKC were taken out? Destination abortions are now incredibly common. So if you live in a state like Oklahoma, which does not allow for abortion, a you're just going to go on vacation to California, right? Go kill your baby and then go spend some time on the beach. And also the ubiquity of the abortion pill, like even in pro-life states is staggering, right? I talked about AI helping children, right, get abortion pills in states where they can't legally attain an abortion and to hide it from their parents, right? That's that's the next wave here. But the extra nefarious thing about people like James Terico and Cody D is that they claim faith in Christ. Okay, so so log in here. The people that are Christ curious or nominal Christians, right? Christians in name only. They will hear people like these two talk and think, "Yeah, well, they they've got some valid points." These are busy people. Maybe they don't have a lot of time to think through a lot of issues. And so, they hear something that sounds valid enough and they just go, "Okay, yeah." And then they accept that as their own opinion. But these are people that don't read the Bible. And even if they did, they would not consider it to be authoritative in any way, certainly not in their own personal life. And so they would do what a lot of people do, which is just ignore the parts of scripture that don't align with their priors, which which don't align with what they think is moral. So they would allow culture to inform them which parts of the Bible are acceptable and which ones are currently outside of the Overton window. But allow me to be as clear as I possibly can. You cannot simultaneously be a Christian and be pro-choice, which is proabortion. You just can't. Now that may smack as judgmental for some of you to which I would say yeah it totally is. I mean so look Paul in his first letter to the church in Corinth said this verse 12 for what business is it is it of mine to judge outsiders? Don't you judge those who are inside? God judges outsiders. So if you're claiming to be a part of the body of Christ as a believer, a part of his church, a follower of Jesus, then it follows that you should love what God loves and hate what God hates. And you should judge your brethren and point them in the right direction and point them towards repentance. You should let God's word dictate to you what is immoral, what is moral, what is unacceptable, what is acceptable. So if you claim faith in Christ, but also maintain that we should murder image bearsers of God. I mean, you're open to have that view. You have in this country protected speech rights to to say things like that out loud, but you're just not a Christian though. I mean, it's just pretty simple. You can't hold those two disperate thoughts in tension, right? They are oil and water. They are separate. So for us, we should call these men out, right? This Terico and this D guy, we should call them out publicly. We should mark and avoid them. We should point these men out to other believers and make sure that they mark and avoid them. Okay? So, there was a video of them went viral here recently. So, let's actually go to that video clip here. So, if you were just listening to this, uh, the video was two overweight, sloppy gay men holding this baby boy and they keep, you know, they're in different costumes and there's, you know, different holidays and they're blowing out candles and things like that. And we were told by our weak and demonic and sinful culture that this is a beautiful thing that we should celebrate and all the different things. So, just in general, it's horrible and it's disjointed and it's disordered, but it gets way worse, okay? Okay. And we'll get to that in just a second. So, this couple, they started a GoFundMe in 2020 to help fund their process of trying to find a surrogate because IVF is legal. Because surrogacy is legal, even though neither of those things should be. But in 2023, they deleted the GoFundMe because they had created four embryos using IVF. Surprise, surprise. And they convinced a woman to trade her womb for their money. Okay. Now, everyone on the left was saying that this is beautiful. There are portions of the right that say it's gross and terrible. But then there was that one, I can't remember his name, uh the conservative influencer guy that's married to a gay man that you know he got two baby boys via uh surrogate and all those things and we were supposed to say that that was a positive beautiful thing a few years ago. But then there was some breaking news about this. So let's go ahead and put that that clip up or that picture up on the screen here, Landon. So that's a picture of Brandon Keith Riley Mitchell. uh he's one of the people in this couple and he's a tier one registered sex offender and his sex crime was against a child. So he was arrested and charged in early February of 2016 with three felony counts of possession of child pornography, endangering the welfare of children, corrupting a minor, felony sexual abuse of a minor, and felony photographing uh photographing and videotaping sexual acts in Chester County Pennsylvania. Oh, and by the way, what was his job when he was arrested? He was a public high school chemistry teacher. So, big takeaways here. There are a bunch of things about this story that you're not supposed to think and you could certainly never say out loud, but are true. So, I'm going to go ahead and say them. The first is that anyone convicted of a sex crime against a child should be castrated and then put to death. Part of the reason why the death penalty quote unquote doesn't work as a deterrent in this country is because we don't do it nearly fast enough. Right? But if you are convicted of a sex crime against a child, I'm sorry. You have deleted yourself from the gene pool and a just and righteous government would just follow through with that. Second thing, for a myriad of reasons, gay men should not be allowed to adopt children, whether via surrogacy or not. It just should not be something that's even vaguely legal. Okay? You should not allow these people to create designer babies and put them in the wombs of women and then steal them from these women. You should not allow for this in any way, shape, or form. And again, guys, do not allow people to try to guilt you into saying that gay people deserve to be parents because I've heard that argument from Christians. Hey, you know, it'd be better for a gay couple to adopt a kid than for, you know, a kid to be an orphan. Now, even though the fact these gay couples aren't adopting kids that are already here and present on this planet, they're going through the process of IVF to create designer babies to stick into the rented wombs of women. So, they don't they don't want orphans, right? They want their only own little designer babies. And guys, whether you're an atheist or a believer, it does not matter. Either God decided that gay people could procreate, could not procreate, or nature did, right? God decided that. So, either way, it's unnatural. So if if you believe we're highly evolved chimps, then nature decided that. But if God created everything, then he decided that. It's impossible for a man and a man to create human life. So if you want to be gay, okay, fine. But you just don't get to have kids. That's a trade-off. Okay? So if you want to have sex with other men and just have all these different sexual pecadillies and all these different things all over the place, great. You just don't get children. How is this controversial? Another thing is the Pennsylvania officials that allowed this to happen should be put in prison. They should be put in prison because they were not vetting the people that were going to take possession of a human being. But the woman, the surrogate, went through a bunch of vetting. So, she had to go through physical vetting via doctors. She got to go through mental health vetting with social workers and psychologists and and and you know counselors and things like that to make sure that she wouldn't have this baby and then like you know run off with it because it's hers. You know what I mean? That they had to make sure that she was going to stick to the contractual agreement to hand this baby over to a couple of sodomites. Those officials should be put in prison because they allowed a pedophile, a convicted pedophile in their jurisdiction to get unfettered and unsupervised access to a child. a baby boy. Which leads to my next point. Gay men sure do seem to have a preference for adopting boys instead of girls. I've said this before. Why? Could it be because they're sexually attracted to males and not females? Are we just supposed to ignore this? Like, when's the last time you saw a gay couple go viral for adopting a baby girl? Again, these are gay men, promiscuously gay men, acting out in a sinful way. And now they have an underage male in their care unsupervised. And we're just supposed to be like, "Oh, yeah. It's just that's just kind of how it happens. It's the way the cookie crumbled, I guess." Also, there there has to be a way to get this baby removed from this cup from this couple. I know some people are trying to do that. You know, all these different stupid things like the what is it? the the things that you can sign and you know, oh, we're going to send this to the governor. Look at all the people. Look at all the signatures we got. That only matters if that they're willing to take the person out and that the um the governor of the state of Pennsylvania is currently a Democrat. You think he's going to take a baby away from a gay couple, right? That's just not going to happen in any way, shape, or form. But if someone is able to find a way that this baby can be saved from these two sodomites, if funds are needed uh to be gathered, like I will certainly help. If you hear that, please let us know. We're going to keep an eye on this as well. And then as we wrap up on this story, you know, just a horrible story, but you know, some people like to make hay when the sun's shining. Seven people being arrested and charged for running a child rape ring in an underground bunker. This is according to WVTM13 on July the 24th. A total of seven suspects are now charged with abusing at least 10 children in an underground Bib County bunker. The Bib County Sheriff's Office shared the chilling details Wednesday as the investigation continues to unfold. Sheriff Jodie Wade updated the public on the newest findings of the investigation and said the abuse started as early as 2022. The children at the times were ages 3 to 15 years old. He said the children were tied to poles, bound to a bed or a chair inside the bunker where sometimes there would be multiple people to come to victimize them on a nightly basis. Unfortunately, I'm afraid there's going to be more victims and many more suspects. We said, "And these deputies are diligent and they're going to run down everybody they can. No child deserves this. That's the most horrible thing you can do. the power and control of it, the stealing, the innocence of the child, and the horrible victimization that they went through with these monsters. So, my big takeaway on this one is if convicted, which these people like they have them dead to rights, all the people that participated in these demonic actions should be publicly executed. I don't understand the argument against it. Again, the deputies and the sheriff and all the people said it was the worst thing that they had witnessed in their careers. These are people that had seen horrible car accidents where you could barely recognize people were people. They had seen murders. They had seen all kinds of different things. I said it was the worst thing that they had seen. Children from the ages of 3 to 15, chained to poles, chained to beds, chained to chairs, and systematically raped over and over and over by these demons. And some of you out there would not feel good if they got the death penalty. Even though as in this country, we would know that they would be on death row for 20, 30, maybe even 40 years before they got what was coming to them. But if convicted, I think that they should get their appeal immediately because everybody is is due an appeal, right? And after that appeal, if not overturned, they are executed at dawn and in public. Is that going to eradicate crime? No, certainly not. But is it going to give some people pause before they pay someone to go into a basement in Alabama, a bunker, and rape a three-year-old child? Right? Don't you think it might give them a little bit of pause if they think, "Hey, I could hang from the neck from the for this." Right? And we'll we'll get into another story here in a second. We shouldn't be executing people in these sterilized way away from cameras, away from everybody. No. Right out in the open. I'm good with guillotines. Like, what is the argument against it? We're what? We're too more We're too evolved to to execute people publicly by hanging them or guillotine or or firing squad or something like that. I just don't understand it. All right, next quicker here. A 19-year-old college student giving birth in a dorm room bathroom and throwing the baby away in a trash can. So, the local Fox affiliate in Tampa, Florida, put this clip out there. So, let's actually go to the clip here. >> University of Tampa student was back in court this morning. 19-year-old Briana Moore is accused of suffocating her newborn. Investigators say it happened just after she gave birth in a dorm bathroom last year. And Fox 13's Kylie Jones has the details on this case. 19-year-old Briana Moore stood before a judge in a Hillsboro County courtroom once again. >> Miss Moore, she's present, your honor. >> The former University of Tampa student has been behind bars since October. Moore is accused of giving birth in a dorm bathroom on campus last spring, then leaving the baby to die in a trash can. >> We have not had the uh occasion to prosecute a case like this in uh in a while. Um but when the opportunity uh came for us to investigate this case, we followed the law. >> The details of the case are what a judge previously said, enough to disturb anyone. Court documents say after Moore gave birth, she wrapped the baby in a towel and put her in a garbage can. Prosecutors say it wasn't until roommates and sweetitemates were woken up by cries that they discovered the scene and called police. >> The defendant told security and EMS that um the blood in the bathroom was just from a heavy period and that she was not pregnant and has never been pregnant. >> During a previous court hearing, detectives said Moore admitted she might have been in denial of being pregnant. >> All right, so some big takeaways here. Uh there's a lot of blame to go around here in this situation. primarily. Obviously, Brianna Moore is a deeply evil person. She's not confused. She didn't get taken advantage of. It's not like she didn't know what was going on. She's a deeply evil, murderous person that deserves to be executed for what she did. But also, feminism's to blame here. Again, you have the different waves of feminism. We're in fourth wave now. But this, hey, I deserve, I am owed the right to be equally as unpreg, which is have as much sex as possible and don't worry about the consequences cuz we can just kill the baby, right? So, you're not going to have to be saddled with, you know, this baby for 18 years and to raise it up and to care for it, right? You'll either kill it in the womb or, in this case, kill it immediately after. And the only public charge that I could find against her is aggravated manslaughter. Okay? So when you put the word aggra aggravated before manslaughter, it makes it sound worse. But all that means in the state of Florida is that the deceased was below the age of 18. That's all it means by aggravated manslaughter. But manslaughter fundamentally fundamentally is an unintentional killing, right? You're, you know, messing around on your phone or something like that. You're not paying attention. You run into somebody and you kill them on the road. You didn't mean to kill that person, right? It's not like you saw them, you're like, "All right, I'm going to run that person over." And you're just going to like pedal to the floor and then run them over. That's murder. But we have a different category for that. There's a biblical category for that as well, and it's manslaughter. But this was clearly intentional, right? I mean, as evidence of that, about 8 months before this, okay, before Briana was pregnant, Briana texted a guy, a guy that we don't know at this point, and says, "Hey, man. Sometimes you need plan C." to which the guy replied, "Plan A was condoms, plan B was the pill, plan C was kill the baby." And Briana replied to his text saying, "Plan C is my favorite." So the clearly this girl had thought about the scenario like she had thought about getting pregnant at some point, which she soon thereafter became pregnant and spoke about killing the baby. Now she may have been joking. It's very macob. It's very dark, but she may have been joking around, but that shouldn't matter considering what she actually did, right? So, the state attorney trying this case, Susie Lopez, she should be fired immediately for not putting forward the charge of first-degree murder. Again, if you're a state attorney or an attorney general or prosecutor of some kind, you want to put forth charges that you're very comfortable assuming that you're going to be able to get a guilty verdict on. How is this not first-degree murder? Again, I'm not a lawyer. I I'm I'm not a legal expert or a criminal attorney or any of those types of things. What is this if not first-degree murder? She literally took the baby that was crying, wrapped it in a towel, threw it in a trash can. How is that not murder? Right? And the last thing on this story, this is a message to the Christians and non-Christians listening to this. We're so happy that we have non-Christians listening to this as well. If you are horrified by this story, but are also in any way pro-abortion, you can save it. I do not want to hear from you, okay? Because you have not fully reckoned with your position on this issue because I talked about this girl that slit the throat of her baby. Y were horrified. Oh, this she gave birth and threw the baby in the trash can. Terrible. But then if I were to say, well, uh, you know what? Let's just say that, you know, she was maybe going to have some physical or mental health issues. Uh would you be okay with her aborting her baby in a first, second, or third trimester? Well, maybe not third trimester, but first trimester, they're not really super developed. So, I guess we can kill the human then. Some of you are so squishy on this issue cuz you just haven't thought it through. And look, I get it. You're busy. You got kids that got to get to soccer practice. You've got your job. You're trying to keep your marriage together. You're trying to keep the dog from peeing on the carpet. You got things going on, right? And you're always behind. This is a core issue, guys. If you are not completely pro-life in all circumstances, it's because you haven't thought through the issues nearly enough. That's why we're going to have to keep talking about it. This is according to Iowa United or United Iowa Healthcare on July the 23rd. For Randall and Molly Keane, they needed their baby to be born after midnight on July the 5th, 2024. If the baby could hold off until then, the expert neonatal team at the University of Iowa Healthcare Steed Family Chid's Hospital would do everything they could to save their son, Nash. I never lost hope for Nash, Molly Keane says months later, holding a baby who is all giggles. The Keen family celebrated Nash's first birthday on July the 5th, something that seemed nearly impossible a year ago. But for the Anini boy, now the Guinness World Records title holder for most premature baby, beating impossible odds is what he's good at. So Nash Keen was born at 21 weeks. Normal gestation's around 40. He was born at 21 weeks. Big takeaway on this one. As of 2025, there are 31 states in the United States where it would have been legal to kill Nash via abortion. Nash just celebrated his first birthday. Happy birthday, Nash. But in 31 states, if his mama and daddy wanted to kill this baby, they could have. So, at the moment of fertilization, a new living human being exists. Okay? If you believe that this new living human being could be killed via abortion at any point after that, you're not pro-life. We're just going to keep beating that drum. Also, you're somewhere between too dumb to talk to and too ignorant to converse with or you're just flat out evil if you actually believe that we can kill a baby after that point. And another thing this brings up is some people talk about, okay, well, you know, abortions okay until it's viable. What do you mean by viable? This mama and this baby were in the capable hands of a tremendous children's hospital. But what if they were in rural Appalachia, right? What if they were in some other uh other place where they didn't have access to a worldass facility? What if that facility could only really, you know, help a baby stay alive at, you know, the 26th week? So, we give the mother another four or five week period in case she changes her mind and decides, ah, you know what? I don't want to raise this thing. Let's kill it. But is is Nash somehow more valuable because he was near this Iowa Children's Hospital? You see how the the the pro-abortion, the pro-choice stuff just like falls to pieces when you start actually extrapolating out what the worldview leads to. Again, guys, I'm going to keep pounding on this because some of you just aren't getting it. All right, next one here. A Tennessee inmate feeling pain during his execution. This is according to CNN on August the 5th. An inmate executed by Tennessee without deactivating his implanted defibrillator says he was hurting badly shortly after the lethal injection began. According to several witnesses, Byron Black was put to death despite uncertainty about whether the device would shock his heart when the lethal chemicals took effect. "Oh, it's hurting so bad," Black said as he lay with his hands on his chest restrained to a gurnie, a sheet covering him up past his lower half, and an ivy line in his arm. "I'm so sorry. Just listen to my voice. The adviser responded. Okay, so you can see CNN and all the other major news networks that reported this story. They want you to feel sorry for this guy. They want you to feel really, really sorry for him and then they want you to stop paying attention. But oh wait, there's a little bit more to the story and there's a little bit more to the article. So if you keep reading the article, which CNN probably hopes hopes that you wouldn't, you get these details. Black was convicted in 1988 for the shooting deaths of his girlfriend, Angela Clay, 29, and her two daughters, Latoya Clay, 9 years old, and Lkesha Clay, 6 years old. Prosecutors say that he was in a jealous rage when he shot the three at their home. At the time, Black was on work release while serving time for shooting Klay's aranged husband. So, the justice system failed all three of those people, right? So, everyone was was really really concerned that this convicted murderer was feeling some discomfort while being executed, right? Here's a question for consideration. Do you think the three people that he shot to death felt some discomfort? I mean, maybe if they were shot in the back of the head, they didn't even see it coming. Boom, just the lights went out. But is it possible that the three of them felt some discomfort? Or how about this? Do you think it's even possible that there are some family members or loved ones of the three people that he murdered in cold blood that have and continue to feel discomfort over the fact that those people were murdered? Is that possible? But sure, let's let's get this serial killer. Let's give him all of our concern. Right? So, big takeaway on this pen on this thing. The death penalty will continue, as I said earlier, to not serve as a sufficient deterrent if we keep administering it decades after the crimes are committed. Okay. Black was kept alive by the taxpayers for 37 years. 37 years before being executed. Okay. What does the Bible have to say about something like this? Ecclesiastes 8:11. Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. Again, if we were to do what I suggested, which is if you were convicted, you immediately get your appeal and then if that appeal is upheld, you were executed at dawn, will that eradicate murder? No, it's not possible. The evil of man and the evil in a man's heart is just way too big. You'll never get rid of murder. But when you see these people getting into these violent situations, especially if they're gang affiliated, right? These are people that just assume they're going to be killed in gang violence or they're going to be part of the prison population until they die. just assume that's going to happen. And so if they get to be on death row with three hots in a cot for 37 years, like of course they're going to shoot and kill that person. Of course they're just going to be allowed to be moved by the baser level instincts of who they are as a person. So as a society, we have to be able to push back against these things. And yes, guys, you can simultaneously be pro-life and pro- capital punishment because these men, it's almost always men, they have forfeited their right to life via their actions, right? I think the death penalty be should be expanded. I think you should be uh, you know, for child rape. I think for for murder, certainly those types of things. But if you shed the blood of man, your blood is allowed to be shed because you murdered somebody. You stole their life from them. Right? So you are sufficiently pro-life if you agree with God that evil murdering men deserve to be put to death. Now they are still able to accept the free gift of grace of salvation through Jesus Christ. Okay? But a good just society would ensure that the timeline between when they were arrested and when they were executed for that crime is speedy. It needs to be executed and they need to be executed speedily. All right, next story here. ISIS aligned Muslim fundamentalist jihadist slaughtering 49 Christians in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This is according to Fox News on July the 31st. Dramatic testimony has been revealed exclusively to Fox News Digital, giving new details from the scene of a horrific massacre Sunday by jihadists allied to the Islamic State of at least 49 Christians worshiping in a church in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the DRC. There's an ongoing swath of killing of Christians across Nigeria and the DRC. Reportedly, more than 4,000 in Nigeria in approximately the last year. Nine of those who were decapitated in Sunday's DRC attack were children. Several other children, the number isn't clear, were abducted. The attackers were members of the Islam Islamist Allied Democratic Forces, the ADF, a sanctioned rebel group with roots in Uganda. So, I need to flow right into the next story because as these stories were coming across my feet, I thought they were the same one, but they're not the same ones. ISIS align Muslim fundamentalist jihadists beheading Christians in Mosamb beek. This is according to AOL on August the 7th. ISIS line fighters reportedly beheaded at least nine Christians and raised churches across northern Mosamb beek in July, forcing more than 46,000 people, nearly 60% of them children, to flee. The spasm of violence in Kabu Delgado or Cabo Delgado province was trumpeted in 20 propaganda photos released this week by the Islamic State Mosambique province which showed jihadists burning a church, looting homes, and displaying severed heads. According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, MMRI. So big takeaway on this one. As I talk about many times and anytime I talk about Islam, this is exactly what their false prophet Muhammad would want these people to do. The least abrogated surah is the ninth surah of the Quran. It is the most bloody. These were the last words, the parting words for Muhammad to the people that would follow his dictates. And it was this. These men, these monsters are doing precisely what the prophet Muhammad would want them to do. Islam is not a religion of peace. Islam is completely incompatible with the west. And these people are being targeted and killed because of their faith in Christ. And the only thing that we can hope and pray for them is that they get a martyr's welcome in heaven. All right, next one here. The UFC entering into a mega deal with Paramount and CBS. So this is according to the sporting news on August the 11th. Beginning beginning in 2026, the UFC will have a new home in the United States. On Monday, August the 11th, UFC CEO and President Dana White took to X, formerly Twitter, to confirm that the organization had reached a groundbreaking deal with Paramount and CBS, making their networks the exclusive home of UFC events while moving from the pay-per-view model. The deal, which is historic for the organizations, is worth 7.7 billion over 7 years and could revolutionize the way fans consume combat sports. In his statement, White said, "The exposure provided by the Paramount and CBS networks under this new structure is a huge win for our athletes and anyone who watches the sport and loves the sport." So, my big takeaway on this, this is the biggest news story in the history of MM MMA for sure because I remember when the UFC signed a Fox deal that was enormous. And then I remember when they signed a deal with the worldwide leader with ESPN. But CBS Paramount is going to be way bigger because it's going to allow for casual fandom of the UFC, which is the hegemonic dominant force in all of mixed martial arts. Okay. So, as of right now, if you are a big UFC fan and you want to watch all the pay-per-views and watch all the fight nights and, you know, Dana White's Contender Series, someone did the math. You're going to spend about $1,000 this year to be a fan. Pay-per-views are $79.99. Uh then you have to pay for ESPN Plus. You're paying for UFC Fight Pass. You're paying for all these these different things. It's just over a,000 bucks for the year. But Paramount Plus is $12.99 a month. So, you're going to be able to watch all of the numbered UFC events. You're going to be able to watch Dana White's Contender Series. You're going to be able to watch the fight nights. You're going to be able to watch all of that for $12.99 a month. Right. And also they are going to be doing big fights on CBS, right? I I think CBS is the biggest this network of all the network television stations. And so as what a lot of you guys do, you're sitting there bored on a Saturday night. You're just trying to figure out what to watch. You're going to be able to click through your channels and be like, "Oh, uh, there's a fight on CBS right now. Boom. Let's kind of turn that on real quick." And so Dana White did mention that they may do a pay-per-view for like a specific event. And that's not a completely dead model, but I'll just say it's a huge thing for a sport that I love to watch. I mean, I was just watching the Hamzachay and Dra Stupaci fight over the weekend. And, you know, it was it was just one of those things where it's like I I just had to watch this fight. And there you go. You spend 80 bucks uh to basically watch one fight so you don't have to just read about it the next day. But starting in 2026, it's going to be completely different. I'm super psyched for it. Next quicker here, former UFC fighter Ben Asin becoming a Christian after waking up from a coma. So earlier this summer, Ascin was hospitalized. He apparently got a really severe case of pneumonia, uh, which he also had a staff infection before that, but he didn't really take the staff infection seriously. You know, wrestler, grappler, you know, you get staff infections all the time. And so he ended up going to the hospital. He was placed on a ventilator. Uh, he ended up having to have both of his lungs transplanted because a staff infection got with a pneumonia and basically destroyed his lungs. Had to get a double lung transplant. Um, Askin himself said that he died four times while in the hospital. Um, he was put into a medicallyindally induced coma. He was discharged from the hospital after 59 days and he recently did an interview with Flo Wrestling where he said this quote, "There was multiple times where they thought I was dead. Like I was dead. That's the other side." Askin said in the video, "I woke up and I just decided I was a Christian." So that's crazy. I went with my wife to church for 15 years because I was part of the deal. I said, "Well, I'm not Christian, but I'll support you." And it was really weird when I woke up. I'm like, I got to do it, you know? So, that's kind of weird. And that then the video, he just kind of went on from there. But my big takeaway here is obviously some Calvinist jumped on this and say, well, you didn't decide anything because you were chosen before the earth was ever. No, we're not getting into that today. Big takeaway this. Praise God for his salvation. Praise God for his positivity. Ben Ascrin is one of the greatest personalities in the history of MMA because after he got knocked out by he he got hit with that that the flying knee from Jorge Mazvidal and it's the quickest knockout in UFC history and all that that night on Twitter he sent out a tweet and I think it just said well that sucked. The next day he was an Ariel Hwani show talking about how he lost. He didn't go and hide. He didn't go and cry. The dude's just ridiculously positive. all of his update videos, guys. Even if you don't like MMA, follow Ben Ascrin on Instagram. It is cuz he lost a ton of weight. He can like he's having trouble walking. He's in and out of the hospital, but his videos are so positive and uplifting. And so, praise God for that. I hope his salvation is real that he wasn't just saying that. It doesn't seem like he was just saying that, but gosh, for most of you, hopefully you don't have to go through a situation where you die four times in a hospital and you have to have organs removed and replaced with new ones in your body for you to come to faith in Christ. But I guess whatever it takes. Next quick hitter here. The US Olympic Committee quietly banning men from competing in women's sports. This is according to National Review on July the 22nd. The US Olympic and Parolympic Committee quietly updated its eligibility rules to prevent men from participating on women's teams in compliance with an executive order from President Donald Trump. The committee changed the rule on Monday, amending its athlete safety policy to imply that males will be prevented from participating in women's divisions. The document did not use the word transgender in any of its 27 pages. So big takeaway on this one. Sanity finally wins out. But can you imagine what would have happened if Kla Harris had won the presidency? You can rest assured that there would not have been an executive order and there would not have been a change here. So elections have consequences and elections matter. Some Christians have bought into the Benedict option. All these different things like, oh, we just need to not be a part of this and we need to just go, you know, live in the woods and make sourdough and, you know, get our chicken eggs and like just kind of like stay away from everything. No, if more people had voted for Kla Harris than Donald Trump, if she had won the electoral college, we'd be screwed in a lot of different ways. And this just happened because an executive order and then Trump put his pressure on these people and they're like, "Okay, yeah, we'll just change that so there won't be males beating up women for US boxing or males smoking uh you know, women in the pool for swimming or something like that." So, in order for sanity to win out, sometimes you have to get out there and cast your vote. Okay, next cricketer here. Oklahoma joining 11 other US states and banning the use of food stamps for junk food. This is according to the Oklahoma on August the 6th. The Trump administration has approved Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stit's request to limit what residents can buy with food stamps. Under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, SNAP, Oklahomaans who receive benefits will be prohibited from using their benefits to purchase candy and soft drinks. The rule will go into effect on January the 20 January 2026. So Oklahoma is joining Arkansas Colorado Florida Indiana or Idaho Indiana Iowa Louisiana Nebraska, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia. So, real quick on this one, big takeaway, the food stamp program should be reduced in size by a lot. A lot of people that are on food stamps actually don't need the government assistance, and it should only apply to actual food. Like, this is not controversial. There are people like, "Oh my gosh, there's going to be people starving in the streets." A lot of the people that are on the the food stamp program are overweight. They're obese because they're using my tax dollars to buy Snickers and Sprite. Okay, I'm I'm sorry. Like, if you're going to be on government assistance, it makes sense that the government, who has a vested interest in making sure that you're not overweight because of the cost of healthcare and all the different things and all the dilitterious effects that are going to happen to your body and to society if you're severely uh, you know, unhealthy and overweight. Yeah, duh. Go buy some broccoli, right? Buy some ground beef, something like that. If you think that this is at all controversial, you need to have your pulse checked. All right, next one here. This is actually the last quick hitter of the day. The smartest man in the world professing faith in Christ. This is according to Elatia. Not sure if that's how you pronounce it. On July the 5th, when the man reputed uh to have the highest IQ in the world speaks, people listen. That's exactly what happened when Dr. Yong Hong Kim, officially recognized for having a record-breaking IQ of 276, took to social media to proclaim his faith in Christ. In the early hours of June the 18th, the 36-year-old South Korean scientist posted a simple yet profound message on his ex-p profofile. As the world's highest IQ record holder, I believe that Jesus Christ is God, the way, the truth, and the life. A lot of people posted about this. A lot of people were talking about how amazing this was. Oh gosh, the smartest man in the world believes in Christ. This was my big takeaway on it. This was my reaction to the story. And and this is one of those things where Christians want to just have a cool guy on their team. Hey, we got Kanye and hey, we got this random person and hey, we got the smartest man in the world or whatever the thing is. So, I am glad for this 36-year-old South Korean scientist that he has put his faith in Christ. I'm very glad for Dr. Kim that he has done that. But what does that mean for you? So he's number one. We know who number one is. Nobody on the planet out of the eight billion people on the planet right now is smarter than that guy. So what does that matter? Did he use his intellect to get the free gift of grace? Is that what he did? Right? Cuz look at a guy like Phil Robertson, right? Phil Robertson is not a a dumb man by any stretch of the imagination, but he's just kind of an all shucksy wisdom guy from the country. And it didn't matter who he was talking to. He told them that they were a depraved black-hearted sinner and they needed the free gift of grace that was offered on the cross of Calvary. Right? So you don't have to be a genius. You just have to put yourself aside. And instead of putting your faith in yourself, you put it in the only one where that faith will not be in vain. All right. And that'll do it for today.
