0:18 This is Undaunted Life, a man's podcast.
0:21 I'm your host Kyle Thompson, let's get into it.
0:24 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them, Ephesians
0:29 511.
0:30 Now, guys, if you're wondering if I've said that here recently, it's because I have,
0:32 I think it was a week ago, I said this on the podcast, I used that scripture, but we're
0:35 going to get more into that here in just a second.
0:37 But guys, if you have not done this already, make sure that you rate this show, give it
0:40 a five star rating, subscribe wherever you're listening to this, and leave us a positive
0:44 review.
0:45 That's one way that this continues to get out to more people is when people leave us those
0:47 ratings and those positive reviews.
0:49 Guys, if you think it's four stars are below, just move on, just do something else with your
0:52 time.
0:53 Let's keep all the five star ratings raining down on us, so guys, let's go ahead and get
0:55 into today's content.
0:56 Guys, this is the third Tuesday in a row, okay, that I'm going to be bringing you content
1:02 about the pure evil going on in American public schools, okay?
1:05 And, guys, I don't want to talk about this every week.
1:07 I want to talk about other stuff.
1:08 I actually had to bump something that I wanted to talk about today so I could talk about
1:11 this story into my non-American audience.
1:13 I know there's a lot of you out there, again, I'm just focusing on stuff that's happening
1:16 in my neck of the woods on, you know, my home soil, but this is also something that you need
1:21 to be worried about as well, especially if it's the countries that I know are actually
1:23 listening to this show, but it won't be the last time that I'll have to talk about this
1:26 stuff, unfortunately.
1:27 I'm sure this isn't going to be the last time, but here we go again.
1:30 The reason I'm going to be talking about this particular story today is because the mainstream
1:34 media has either completely shut this story out or is actively gaslighting the public
1:40 on that in details as to what's going on there.
1:43 They're leaving a lot of important context out, that kind of a thing, but we're going
1:46 to walk through a bunch of stuff here and I'm going to try to keep it all straight because
1:48 there's a lot of stuff to get into, but I'll just do my best, I'll make sure to give you
1:51 the dates and all that.
1:52 So let's go ahead and launch him.
1:53 You know, on June the 22nd of 2021, okay, there were videos and pictures of a school
1:58 board meeting in Loudoun County, Virginia, and they went viral, okay.
2:02 So the school board meeting featured debate and public comments on critical race theory
2:05 content in the classrooms and also a new transgender policy that they wanted to enact for transgender
2:10 students that were in their school.
2:12 Essentially, the transgender student policy would require faculty and staff at the school
2:15 to quote unquote, affirm the chosen gender identities of their students, you know, refer
2:20 to them by their preferred pronouns, they would allow students to use bathrooms of their choice
2:24 regardless of their biological sex and so on and so forth.
2:27 It's the stuff that you're fairly familiar with.
2:29 So a lot of parents were not really happy with this.
2:32 And so at this June 22nd school board meeting, they were voicing their disdain and they were
2:37 voicing it very loudly, okay, and they, they certainly were not on their best behavior
2:40 when they were doing that.
2:41 A lot has been made about the, you know, the fact that they weren't exactly being coothed.
2:45 They were being rather uncouth and they weren't being very nice and you know, who could blame
2:48 them, but neither were all the people that were in support of critical race theory and
2:52 the transgender student policies because there were a lot of activists there that you're
2:55 not hearing about in the media at this June 22nd thing.
2:58 They're only talking about the angry parents, right?
3:01 But then because of the disturbance that was being caused at the school board meeting
3:05 and after repeated warnings for everyone to simmer down again on both sides of the issue,
3:09 the school board unanimously voted to end the public comment section of the meeting, which
3:14 absolutely blew the lid off the place because that's why they're there.
3:17 They're not there to listen to you.
3:18 They're there so you can listen to them because they were elected by you and they're paid
3:22 for with their tax dollars.
3:24 So at the same time, your job is being taken care of by these people.
3:28 You have to listen to them.
3:29 And so when you say, oh, we're not going to listen to the public anymore, you should
3:31 assume that you're not going to get a positive reaction there.
3:33 So then rather shockingly, actually, the Loudoun County Sheriff's office declared that the meeting
3:38 was an unlawful assembly, okay, because I guess they couldn't really, you know, get
3:41 it under control and they threatened any parents that didn't leave immediately that they would
3:46 be arrested for trespassing, okay?
3:48 So then there were actually multiple reports.
3:50 I remember this at the time of two different people actually being arrested at this Loudoun
3:54 County Virginia School Board meeting.
3:56 And for what, you know, for all we knew, we were just left to assume that it was because
4:01 of trespassing or disturbing the peace, okay, which is not even close to what happened,
4:05 okay?
4:06 One of the men arrested that day was a guy named Scott Smith.
4:08 He's a plumber, works in that area of business owner.
4:10 There you go.
4:11 But Smith's arrest in particular went viral.
4:14 You know, Smith is the father of a student there in Loudoun County, Virginia School District.
4:19 And he was arrested and his face was bloodied and his shirt was up over his belly.
4:25 And it was, you know, his crack was hanging out as he was being dragged out, basically
4:28 on his face by the cops.
4:29 You know, there was just, you basically saw a video of this struggle.
4:32 And then you saw the horrible pictures and you saw all these different things.
4:35 You saw the mugshot.
4:36 It just didn't really look good for him, okay?
4:38 He became the poster child, right?
4:41 For these domestic terrorists, according to the National School Boards Association.
4:44 And if you're not sure what I'm talking about, go back to last week, episode 245.
4:48 It's called when the government treats parents like domestic terrorists.
4:51 So all summer and into the fall, we've seen it's guys like Scott Smith.
4:55 It's guys like these people that they're the ones that we got to be worried about, okay?
4:59 These are the ones that we really got to be worried about because they're making our
5:01 jobs in our schools, thus less safe, right?
5:05 So everyone just assumed that Scott Smith was furious about the proceedings of that June
5:10 22nd school board meeting and he just lost his temper.
5:12 You know, he just blew his lid.
5:14 But that wasn't even close to the whole story, okay?
5:17 But let's fast forward to Monday, October the 11th.
5:20 The Daily Wire broke an exclusive investigative report by Luke Rosiac, Rosiac, which turns
5:25 out to be really one of the most horrific cover up stories that I think I've ever heard
5:30 of, okay?
5:31 Because it's concerning children.
5:32 Now, as a quick aside for this episode and also for a lot of episodes, I use the Daily
5:37 Wire.
5:38 I cite them quite a bit.
5:39 Now, I don't cite them for everything.
5:40 I try to make sure there's a plethora of different sources, but I feel like the Daily
5:43 Wire, they obviously, when they're doing editorializing, that's coming from a conservative worldview.
5:48 But they're taking most things.
5:49 They're trying to be centrist in terms of, I want to get you the content.
5:52 I want to get you the information, what's really happening on the ground.
5:55 And they're the ones that broke this story.
5:57 So anyone that's like, Oh, you're just talking about the Daily Wire.
5:59 They're the ones that broke the story.
6:00 No one else broke the story.
6:01 So the Wall Street Journal didn't, you know, New York Times didn't do it.
6:04 You know, Fox News didn't do it.
6:05 It was the Daily Wire, okay?
6:06 So according to Rosiac at the Daily Wire, at this June 22nd school board meeting, the
6:10 Loudoun County Public Schools superintendent, a guy named Scott Ziegler and other school
6:15 board members lectured the public, you know, essentially treating them like morons, saying
6:19 that their public concerns about the transgender policy was all in their heads like, you know,
6:23 there's no issue with transgender students.
6:25 We just need to be more accepting and more loving.
6:28 There's no problems going on in the bathrooms.
6:29 There's no bathroom debates or anything like that.
6:32 Everything's just fine.
6:33 If you don't think so, you're a bigot and an idiot, right?
6:36 But he also said that their school system had no record.
6:39 Again, this is a superintendent.
6:40 He said their school district had no record whatsoever of any assaults occurring in any
6:44 school bathrooms, okay?
6:46 Which is obviously a concern for parents with girls when the school district allows boys
6:51 that think they're girls into the girls' restrooms.
6:54 That's an obvious concern for any father that has a daughter, okay?
6:58 But here's an interaction between school board member Beth Bartz and superintendent Ziegler.
7:02 So this is Bartz.
7:03 Our students do not need to be protected and they are not in danger.
7:07 Do we have assaults in the bathrooms or locker rooms regularly?
7:10 And this was Ziegler's response.
7:12 To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms, okay?
7:16 And I want you to remember that he said that.
7:18 He says to my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.
7:23 Now, a little side note on Bartz, this is the person that Ziegler was talking to.
7:26 She was stripped of her committee assignments back in the day by people that agreed with
7:30 her because she was such an absolute turn to parents that disagreed with her on her, you
7:34 know, progressive policy prescriptions.
7:36 Okay.
7:37 So this person's a nutcase.
7:38 She's a zealot.
7:39 She's a left wing ideologue.
7:40 She's a crazy person, right?
7:41 But she basically, when she was taken out of all of her committee assignments, she went
7:45 to a Facebook group and she couldn't really do it because, you know, you know, she was
7:48 a public official and all those different things.
7:50 But she in this group encouraged parents that agreed with her left wing radical crazy progressive
7:54 policy agenda to dox the parents that were on the other side.
7:59 So find out who these parents are to post their names, their addresses, the businesses
8:03 they own, all these, everything.
8:04 So that's this person.
8:05 She's on the school board.
8:06 So here's another interaction.
8:08 We'll go back to a superintendent Ziegler that he's having with the chair of the school
8:12 board named Brenda Sheridan.
8:13 So this is Sheridan.
8:14 Have we had any issues involving transgender students in our bathrooms or locker rooms?
8:18 And this is Ziegler's response.
8:20 Time magazine in 2016 called that a red herring that the data was simply not playing out that
8:25 transgender students were more likely to assault cisgender students in restrooms.
8:29 That then were other students.
8:30 In fact, regardless of the gender identity of the student, if a crime or violation of
8:34 the rules were committed, that would be investigated and dealt with to the full extent of the
8:38 rules of law.
8:39 I think it's important to keep our perspective on this.
8:41 We've heard it several times tonight from our public speakers, but the predator transgender
8:45 student or person simply does not exist.
8:50 I want you to remember that he said that as well.
8:52 Okay.
8:53 And then when we fast forward from there to August the 11th, the school board will actually,
8:57 you know, we kind of have to go back in time.
8:58 But on August the 11th, the school board voted to approve this transgender policy.
9:02 So it's going to be enforced, something that all the, you know, people had to kind of take
9:05 into account.
9:06 But now let's actually go back to Scott Smith.
9:07 Okay.
9:08 This is the parent that was that was arrested at the school board meeting back on the 22nd
9:11 of June.
9:12 So I'm going to be reading directly from rosy accent reporting at the daily wire.com here.
9:17 What people did not know is that weeks prior on May the 28th, Smith says a boy allegedly
9:23 wearing a skirt entered the girls bathroom at nearby Stonebridge high school where he sexually
9:28 assaulted Smith's ninth grade daughter.
9:30 And you know, before I continue, a little bit of a graphic warning here.
9:33 So if you're listening to this with kids, it will get fairly graphic.
9:35 You're going to have to have some conversations if you don't heed my warning.
9:38 So there's your fair warning back to the reporting juvenile records are sealed.
9:42 But Smith's attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told the daily wire that a boy was charged with
9:47 two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy and one count of forcible filatio
9:54 or oral sex related to the incident that day at that school.
10:00 So a boy in a dress goes into a girls bathroom and forcibly butt and face rapes, a ninth
10:07 grader.
10:08 That's great.
10:10 Well, let's keep going.
10:13 The, the thing that happened at the June 22nd meeting, a June 22nd school board meeting.
10:19 The reason why Scott Smith got arrested is because, uh, there was an activist there who
10:23 was wearing this rainbow shirt left wing activists.
10:26 She apparently came up and was saying something to Scott Smith's wife, Scott, you know, Smith
10:30 kind of intervene.
10:31 Like, Hey, what are you saying?
10:32 And Scott Smith tried to explain to this lady that look, I don't think that we should
10:35 do this because, you know, we're, we're gay affirming and we're fine with all that.
10:40 But my child was raped in a bathroom by a boy wearing a dress.
10:44 And this left wing activist said, sir, that's not what happened.
10:49 Um, left wing kook who just showed up there, right?
10:53 Some stay at home mom that just supports everything that Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden
10:57 or Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton or any of those people would say came up and told his
11:01 father that, no, no, no, no, no, your daughter was a raped.
11:04 You're mistaken.
11:06 So obviously this didn't make him very happy with, with kind of what was going on there.
11:10 But then this left wing activist kind of gotten his face and was like, look, I'm going to
11:13 ruin you.
11:14 I'm going to ruin you and your business because you're a bigot and you're spreading this
11:18 hate, you know, I'm going to, I'm going to run your, your plumbing, uh, you know, company
11:21 into the ground.
11:22 Like I'm going to just destroy you on social media.
11:24 And so they start getting into it like verbally, right?
11:27 So Scott Smith and this later kind of getting into it.
11:29 And then a cop comes up behind Scott Smith and kind of grabs his arm, which again, this
11:33 kind of goes to when people talk about gender privilege or something like that.
11:35 Notice how they didn't try to get the woman away from him.
11:38 They tried to get the man away from her, but, you know, I'll digress here.
11:40 And so as soon as he feels somebody grabbing his arm from behind, he kind of whips his
11:44 arm like, Hey, don't touch me. And then he starts just basically pushing people.
11:49 And he ended up, he was pushing three sheriff's deputies.
11:51 And so they tackle him.
11:52 They take him down.
11:53 They punch him in the face.
11:54 He's all bloody.
11:55 And you know, he's handcuffed and he's taken out there for, you know, disturbing the peace
11:58 and, and the kind of the whole nine yards, right?
12:00 That's basically what happened.
12:01 But then interestingly enough, Loudon County's, you know, very progressive top prosecutor,
12:05 a woman named Buddha Bibberage, I believe is how you say it will say Bibberage.
12:09 She literally showed up in court to personally prosecute Smith for disorderly conduct and
12:15 resisting arrest.
12:16 Okay. And the judge in this case was basically like, I've never actually had a disorderly
12:22 conduct thing go through the system like ever in his entire life, basically arrested for
12:26 disorderly conduct.
12:27 But no one's ever actually like gets in trouble for that, like that they don't actually go
12:32 down for that.
12:33 They don't end up doing time.
12:34 But this very progressive prosecutor wanted to make sure that this father of a raped child
12:41 was going to actually have to serve prison time, right?
12:44 For this misdemeanor.
12:45 And we'll do way more, you know, talking about that here in just a second, but now I'm going
12:49 to go back to May the 28th.
12:51 Okay.
12:52 So that was the day that, you know, a lot of this stuff went down.
12:54 So Smith was called to the school by school officials, okay?
12:58 He was told that his daughter was assaulted, you know, just assaulted by a boy in a bathroom
13:02 in school.
13:03 And he thought as he's driving up there and as he's walking into the school that his
13:06 daughter had been beaten up, which is bad enough, you know, you know, parent wants her
13:10 kid to get beat up.
13:11 But that's what he was thinking.
13:12 But obviously it was much worse than that.
13:13 So when he arrived at the school, it became clear to Smith, you know, very quickly that
13:17 his daughter wasn't just assaulted that she was actually raped.
13:20 Okay.
13:21 Then the school officials, this is, this is crazy.
13:23 This is absolutely crazy.
13:25 The school officials told Smith that they were going to handle this situation in house.
13:32 The school was going to handle a violent rape in house, in house, meaning no law enforcement,
13:42 no legal intervention, they were just going to handle in house.
13:46 Now, I've heard of schools handling, you know, theft in house.
13:50 I've heard of school handling, you know, fist fights, right between two kids, I get into
13:53 an argument and a fist.
13:55 I've heard of all those things being handled in house.
13:56 And I've been, I've also heard of some of those things being turned over to the authorities,
14:00 a violent rape, a violent sodomizing of another human being. They were just going to handle
14:06 it in house. And there's a reason for that. So Smith, the dad, as you can imagine, he
14:11 absolutely flips out. He absolutely flips out. He calls the principal a pussy. He starts
14:15 making a major scene, right? A major scene. So sheriff's deputies were eventually called
14:20 to the scene, but not to deal with the violent rapist. Mind you, no, no, no, no, no, no, but
14:26 to deal with Smith. The school didn't want to call the sheriff's. They didn't want to
14:31 call the law to deal with the rapist, but they did want to do it to deal with an angry
14:35 father. Really? Because he was making a scene. Just think about that. And so the good thing
14:44 about this is that Smith was actually not arrested for causing a disturbance. Apparently
14:48 the sheriff's kind of figured out what was going on in the deputies escorted Smith and
14:51 his daughter to the hospital where they administered a rape kit, which confirmed that the daughter
14:55 was indeed raped. Okay. So the same day at 448 PM, the principal sent out an email to
15:02 the school community. And I'm just going to read that it's a short email. I just want
15:05 to read this because just this is just crazy what this guy is actually focusing on. So here
15:09 we go. Good evening Stone Bridge families. This is Stone Bridge principal Tim Flynn.
15:14 There was an incident in the main office area today that required the Loudon County Sheriff's
15:17 office to dispatch deputies to Stone Bridge. The incident was confirmed was confined to
15:22 the main office in the entrance area to the school. There was no threat to the safety of
15:25 the student body. The incident was witnessed by a small number of students who were meeting
15:29 with staff adjacent to the main office counseling services and the services of our unified mental
15:34 health team are available for any student who may need to talk about today's incident.
15:38 Students might have noticed sheriff's office personnel on campus. And I wanted to let you
15:41 know that something out of the ordinary happened at school today. The safety of our students
15:45 and staff is the top priority of Loudon County public schools remember he said that as well.
15:50 This is going to be the remember that this guy said this thing in the past episode, right?
15:54 So we got superintendent. Now we got the principal, you know, they're they're just so concerned
15:59 with the student safety, right? And gosh darn it. If a if a kid saw a guy making a scene
16:06 in the office that that kid may need counseling because he can't handle somebody getting angry,
16:11 right? Like that that's somehow beyond the pale for a kid to be able to deal with. You
16:14 want to talk about the coddling of the American mind? My goodness. So this is where the story
16:18 this is a part of the story where it somehow gets worse. I have no idea how a story like
16:23 this, you know, about the brutal rape of a kid, a girl in a girl's bathroom by a kid
16:31 that dresses up as a girl, but is a boy. I can't imagine this being worse, but here we
16:35 go. Smith was guaranteed again, the dad he was guaranteed by the juvenile court prosecutors
16:40 that, you know, we're dealing with his daughter's rapist that the boy, the rapist would be
16:45 held responsible for his actions, right? And that he would be confined to house arrest
16:49 until his likely conviction on October the 14th. Okay. So that was his court date. And
16:53 that's where he would likely be giving a guilty plea to a lesser sexual assault charge, right?
16:58 Which I don't personally agree with. Again, I think rapist should all be castrated and
17:01 killed. That's just me. The kids, a kid, maybe you think that something different should
17:05 happen to him. That's kind of where I fall in it. But likely the kid would plead guilty
17:09 to, you know, felony aggravated sexual battery or something like that. So Smith was convinced
17:14 also to keep quiet about this situation, because he didn't want to accidentally mess up the
17:19 prosecution, you know, of this she he rapist demon by, you know, saying things in the public
17:24 eye and, you know, kind of messing with the case. And we've all heard about things that,
17:27 you know, where somebody says something in public and then it messes up the case, they
17:31 can't prosecute. So the dad was basically convinced, Hey, we got to keep this within
17:34 the family right now. Let's not talk about it. But we're going to go back to rosy acts
17:37 reporting here. Okay. But on October the sixth, okay, remember that the assault of the first
17:43 girl was, you know, in May of that year. Now this is October the six. According to Loudon
17:48 County Sheriff's office, a 15 year old was charged with sexual battery and abduction after
17:53 police said he forced a girl into an empty classroom, held her against her will and touched
17:57 her inappropriately. Lancaster, that Smith is attorney says the suspect is the same boy
18:04 that allegedly attacked Smith's daughter. So apparently the child rapist wasn't actually
18:12 on house arrest until October 14 whenever they had, you know, whenever they were going
18:18 to have his court date, because on October the sixth at a different school in the Loudon
18:24 County School District, he sexually assaulted another girl. Loudon County School District
18:31 evidently just moved him to a different school. They moved a rapist to a different school
18:37 in the same school district. And I'm assuming they didn't send the letter out to all the
18:41 parents in that grade or in that school or in that community that, hey, by the way, this
18:46 kid who has been arrested for forcibly sodomizing another human being, he's going to be in your
18:52 school just in case you wanted to know that. Nah, they didn't inform anybody. Now there
18:56 has been some updates on this story since the initial story broke. So I'm just going
18:59 to go through these very quickly. So Loudon County Public Schools might actually need to
19:02 be renamed rape public schools because it's just, it's just crazy to me. I'll go back
19:08 to the reporting here. I was going to go into some other subjects, but Rosiac actually report
19:11 on this as well. Loudon County Public Schools did not record multiple known incidents of
19:15 alleged sexual assault in schools dating back several years, despite a law that requires
19:20 statistics about school safety incidents to be reported to the public and which includes
19:24 provisions holding school superintendents personally liable for violations, a daily
19:27 wire review of public records found. So there you go guys. There's more of that in the show
19:31 notes. You can check that out. You can just find the entire story so you can read into
19:34 all the details. And this is kind of an aside because I can't really spend, you know, today
19:38 talking about this because it's such a big topic, but everyone loves to talk about rightfully.
19:41 So the sexual abuse scandal that was or is going on in the Catholic church, but they
19:46 ignore Protestant churches. They ignore schools. They ignore all these different things. Guys,
19:50 this stuff happens all the time. Happened to my high school. There was a, you know, a
19:53 high school teacher that would, you know, hit on all the girls and, you know, hit on my
19:56 girlfriend and different things like that and wouldn't, you know, a few years down the
19:59 road, he's having sex with one of his students, right? This is a married father of like, you
20:03 know, two or three kids, but these things happen all the time. Okay. And it's not reported on
20:07 nearly enough. It's kind of swept under the rug. It's like, anyway, we'll get more into
20:11 kind of, well, how that's even crazy here a little bit, but that was one update. But
20:14 also the Smith family is suing Loudoun County public schools. So this is from Charlotte
20:18 Penn's bond at the Daily Wire. The family of a girl who was allegedly raped in her school
20:22 bathroom is pursuing civil action against Loudoun County public schools under the provision
20:27 of Title nine after the release of the Daily Wire's blockbuster report, alleging that Loudoun
20:31 County public schools covered up the sexual assault. And so that's, that's an interesting
20:36 thing here that I think most people aren't really talking about. And again, you can get
20:39 that story all in the show notes as well is that these families are supposed to just kind
20:43 of sit here and take it, right? But we do live in a fairly litigious society. But if there's
20:46 ever been a family that need to sue somebody for something, I think this is a pretty darn
20:49 good case. But then also Bart's bites the dust. So this is from Eric Keaton are at the
20:54 Daily Wire. Beth Bart's a far left member of the Loudoun County school board district
20:58 has resigned from her position. First elected in 2019, Bart's has been criticized by parents
21:02 groups over critical race theory and transgender policies in the school system, her resignation,
21:07 which will take effect on November the 2nd of 2021, staves off an ongoing recall attempt.
21:13 So this is the woman from earlier that was like, basically, nothing's going on here.
21:16 This is the same woman that wanted to docks you if you're on the other side of her positions.
21:20 That the, you know, link to all that is in the show notes as well. But this is the most
21:23 egregious thing that I've seen and all the updates because the updates were coming fast
21:26 and furious since last Monday. Okay. But this was the most egregious, the superintendent
21:29 Ziegler. Okay, who's coming up again? He's either a liar or a complete idiot. Okay. So
21:34 remember this from earlier in the show. Bart's asked him, "Our students do not need to be
21:37 protected and they are not in danger. Do we have assaults in our bathrooms or locker rooms
21:41 regularly?" And Ziegler said, "To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring
21:46 in our restrooms." Okay. Now, there's a great article in the show notes again that I'm
21:51 going to be loading you up in the show notes today that goes into all the different crazy
21:54 crap Ziegler has said since all this blew up, including how this is all somehow Trump's fault.
22:00 I'm not kidding you. Somehow this has to do with Donald Trump. But this is from Emily
22:05 Zanati at the Daily Wire. Finally, Ziegler addressed his comments suggesting that LCPS
22:10 that's Loudoun County Public Schools had not had an alleged sexual assault in the bathroom,
22:14 claiming that he wrongly interpreted the question he was being asked. And this is a direct quote
22:19 from him.
22:20 Board member Bart's asked a question about discipline, about discipline incidents in the
22:24 bathrooms that I wrongfully interpreted as incidents involving transgender and gender
22:28 fluid students. I did this because I was viewing the question in the light of the general questions
22:33 and the debate around policy 0 or 8, 0, 4, 0. That was occurring at the time. Multiple
22:38 board members asked questions about the process, the experience of students and plans for transgender
22:43 students and bathroom use during that discussion. My mindset was in that line with the subject.
22:48 At another point in the conversation, chair shared and asked a question specifically about
22:52 incidents involving transgender students. And I responded in the same way. I regret that
22:56 my comments were misleading. And I apologize for the distress that air caused families.
23:01 I should have asked board member Bart's clarifying questions to get to the root of her question
23:05 rather than assuming what she meant. I will do better in the future. I mean, the gall
23:10 of this guy. Oh, no, no, I didn't answer just thinking about all alleged rapes and sodomies
23:16 that have gone on in our bathrooms. I thought you were just talking about the ones that
23:20 involve transgender and gender fluid students. That was his excuse. You want to talk about
23:26 gaslighting? What an excuse. Okay. And guys, there will certainly be more fallout from
23:30 this whole situation. So just make sure you follow the daily wire for the reporting. Because
23:33 again, I got other subjects I got to get to. I don't know if I'm going to be able to keep
23:36 up with this one as much as I would like to or talk about here on this show. But this
23:39 story matters for a lot of reasons. Okay, it is important for a lot of reasons. So we're
23:44 going to go into that. The first reason that I thought of is that school boards, you know,
23:47 like the one in Loudoun County, Virginia, they would much rather avoid even the appearance
23:52 of being bigoted as opposed to ensuring the safety of its student body. This is the ultimate
23:58 cover up. Okay. Because the thing that's not talked about enough in this case is that the
24:03 rapist in this case apparently identifies as bisexual and gender fluid. So when when
24:09 that guy said that Ziegler said it had, oh, I didn't think you were talking about, you
24:13 know, students that, you know, we're transgender people that are on the gender fluid spectrum
24:17 are still in that transgender spectrum as well. And he just completely ignores it. And this
24:23 kid, this rapist is reportedly, he likes wearing dresses and, you know, who wear a dress one
24:27 day who are jeans the next day, he kind of can't figure it out. That goes back to the
24:31 gender fluidity part of what he's doing. But he was doing so that the day that he raped
24:38 this girl, you know, butt raped her and face raped her that day he was wearing a dress.
24:43 He was gender fluid that day. He was a female that day, right? But the school board, you
24:49 know, this wild left wing progressive school board, they knew, they knew that if a story
24:55 like this got out into the public, that they'd never be able to pass their transgender student
25:00 policy. And that had to be preserved above all else. Just think about it. Why else do
25:07 you think they wanted to handle the initial rape in house, if not to protect their precious
25:12 policy, if not to protect their left wing progressive agenda, right? Because if parents
25:19 were talking about this, because we're not talking about the ethereal anymore, right?
25:23 We're not talking about something that could happen. The parents would have had to reckon
25:27 with what was happening. And if the school board, or if the if the community had known
25:32 about this before the school board approved it and let it go through, like if the community
25:37 knew about it, and then they approved it, every single one of those people would be taken
25:41 out of office. All of them would have been recalled immediately. They couldn't have that
25:46 because they wanted to get their agenda through. And they also wanted to keep power. That's
25:50 a really important thing to think about. But also the mainstream media will avoid stories
25:54 like this one because it goes against their agenda, goes against their narrative. Okay.
25:57 But if they're forced to cover it, they will do so incompletely or they will gaslight you.
26:01 So the Washington Post, they finally reported on it late last week, but they left out a
26:04 bunch of contexts, you know, very important contests. And then there's also this gaslighting
26:08 going on from different journalists. You know, this was an anecdotal incident. You know,
26:12 this was a one off. This assault happened without the transgender policy in place. So
26:17 it's not the transgender policies fault. You know, the person who allegedly assaulted
26:20 the girl doesn't even identify as trans. It's all this gaslighting that people can't see
26:24 in front of their own eyes. This kid identifies himself as gender fluid, right? So constantly,
26:31 he's just floating back and forth between male and female. Okay. But for people that
26:35 are reasonable for people whose prefrontal cortex is actually work, we know that that's
26:40 not the case. That's not a possible thing that can happen. But this kid believes it.
26:44 This young boy believes that he believes that he can be a girl one moment or contrastingly,
26:51 he's faking. Remember all these stories? You probably heard of these stories of people
26:55 that go to prisons and they're in states where if you say that you're transgender, they have
26:59 to put you in the prison that is that goes with the gender that you feel, not your assigned
27:04 gender at birth, right? So you have these women in women's prisons getting raped by men because
27:10 the man's like, Oh, no, no, no, no, I'm a woman. And then they go in there and brutally
27:14 rape people and predinate them right in a woman's prison. Now, I don't know anything
27:19 about this kid. I don't know him personally. I don't know anything about his situation,
27:22 right? I'm sure we're gonna learn a whole lot more about him over the next several months.
27:26 But is this possible that in order to get into these women's bathrooms, because we can't
27:32 assume that this is the only two times as kid has done this, he pulls one girl into a classroom
27:37 and does a bunch of stuff to her, pulls one girl into the bathroom and rapes her. Are we
27:41 assuming these are the only two times this person has done this? If this is a sexual
27:44 predator, which he absolutely sounds like one, can we assume that maybe he was wearing
27:48 a dress because it would be easier for him to get access to his victims? Is that possible?
27:53 Am I the most bigoted person ever for pointing that out? But also the story is very important.
27:59 And I've talked about this basically every episode leading up to this one. If it can happen
28:02 in Loudoun County, Virginia, it can happen in your school district. Guys, go back to
28:07 243 episode, 243 of this podcast is called normalizing pedophilia, your kids classroom
28:11 and library. We talk about all these different, you know, books and different types of teaching
28:16 environments that are happening in our schools and these pornographic and pedophilic books that
28:20 are happening that are in schools all over the place, including schools that are, you
28:24 know, a stone's throw away from my house, right? And we're going to go back to Rosie
28:27 Act because I think he pointed out a couple of really important things in his reporting.
28:31 In November of 2019, progressive activists won public office in Loudoun County with a
28:36 with as little as 51% of the vote and democratic control was cemented. It is a peculiarity
28:40 of Virginia law that local elections are held in odd numbered years, leading to low turnout
28:45 elections that can be carried by small numbers of people with strong beliefs. Some of these
28:49 elections were defined by the brazen intervention of outside interests. It was clear that they
28:54 were often more interested in national politics than in the everyday concerns of local residents.
28:59 Okay. So, you know, talked about, you know, the brazen intervention of outside interest,
29:03 George Soros spent almost a million dollars to get that prosecutor I talked about earlier,
29:08 the one that wanted to just bury Scott Smith, you know, uh, but bibberish or whatever her
29:12 name is, he spent a million dollars to try to get her in office. The opponent spent just
29:17 over a hundred thousand dollars, right? Just over a hundred thousand dollars and only lost
29:22 by one percent. And you've heard people talk about this before that George Soros. So is
29:26 George Soros's mo is that he will get a really, really left wing person in office. And then
29:30 he will primary that person with someone that's even more left wing than them. That's kind
29:34 of his deal. And so you're worried about your local community, but the people that are being
29:38 put in these positions of power, they're not worried about the local community as much
29:41 as they're worried about the national narrative. Because again, a lot of these people have
29:44 more of kind of a left wing Marxist authoritarian mindset to where they want everything to be
29:48 top down from the federal government. They don't want States rights. They don't want local
29:52 municipalities rights. They don't want county rights. They don't want any of those things.
29:55 They want you to just do exactly what they say. And they want every single tie in Washington
29:59 to be blue. And for you to just take it, just bend over and take it. Right. That's exactly
30:03 what they want. But also from rosy act, those Smith's daughter has been allegedly raped and
30:08 separately beaten at school. The teen has adopted increasingly strong progressive views
30:12 over the course of her tenure at LCPS. Okay. Where does she get these ideas from school?
30:18 Obviously just said that was the mom. It's not from our home. So this is the mom of the
30:23 little girl that was raped saying that she has these very left leaning ideas that she
30:30 didn't get from the household. The household seems to be pretty moderate from the things
30:34 that I'm seeing about mom and dad, mom and dad Smith, right? But whenever you're at this
30:39 public school, again, this was an ninth grader. So presumably she's been in public school
30:43 since she was in kindergarten. So for all of those years, for a decade, she's been indoctrinated.
30:49 This little girl has been indoctrinated into these leftist ideologies, into these dangerous
30:56 satanic ideologies. This isn't about, you know, liberal, conservative, any of those things.
31:01 This is about leftism, which is a completely separate thing thing entirely from liberalism.
31:07 But here's the mom that's dealing with her daughter in the fallout. That's obviously
31:11 going to have a ripple effect that's going to follow this family for the rest of their
31:14 lives. And they're worried about their daughter's mindset because she's, she's picked up these
31:19 strongly progressive views. So if her daughter was a voting age, she likely would have voted
31:24 for the transgender policy and yet look at what something, you know, one of the, the
31:29 logical outworkings of this policy is done. If you have a predator in your school, all
31:35 they have to do to get closer to the prey is wear a dress and say, respect my pronouns.
31:40 You big it. Right. But also the story has some downstream political consequences. Okay.
31:45 So this story in one county of Virginia, it affects the Virginia gubernatorial race. Okay.
31:50 So this year on November the 2nd, there is an election between Democrat Terry McAuliffe
31:54 and Republican Glenn Yunken, which I've talked about before. So Terry McAuliffe was the guy
31:58 that basically said, you know, add a debate that, Hey, we don't need parents coming in
32:02 and telling us what, what to teach their kids. We decide that you just deal with it, right?
32:06 Which has been terrible for him in light of all the things that have been happening with
32:09 this story. But you might have wondered, you know, as an aside, why governor blackface
32:13 or, you know, KKK, hey, hoodie guy, you know, Ralph Northam, why he can't run for reelection.
32:17 The constitution of Virginia actually doesn't allow for you, a governor's to serve consecutive
32:21 terms. So Ralph Northam is going to have to go do something else. Maybe he can run the
32:24 NAACP or if he's not feeling like doing the blackface thing that day, maybe he can
32:28 run, you know, his favorite white supremacist organization. But this type of a guy, you
32:33 know, Terry McAuliffe going back to Terry McAuliffe, he's trying to make sure that they
32:36 can solidify what they've been able to do in the state of Virginia, which that the state
32:39 of Virginia basically went from red to blue. They skipped the purple stage, right? But
32:45 if Glenn Yunken wins this race, if the Republican wins this race, that is going to be a massive
32:51 siren warning to everybody in the country that what leftists want to do with Democrats
32:57 in the country, the United States want to do is not popular with parents. That parents
33:01 were asleep pre 2019. They were asleep pre COVID, right? They're not asleep anymore. They
33:08 they're hip to what you're trying to do. They're they're trying to they're trying to intercede
33:12 now on behalf of their children, because maybe they they can't do the private school thing
33:15 or the homeschool thing. It doesn't really work for that family. But they want to make
33:18 sure that when they send their kids to your school that they're not being indoctrinated,
33:21 right? That they're actually being taught something. Again, I say this all the time.
33:25 We just can't get their entire classrooms to get up to grade level standards. And yet
33:29 we want them talking about critical race theory. And yet we want them talking about gender
33:32 fluidity, right? We want them talking about the whole array of LGBTQ issues, like really?
33:37 Of course not. Of course we don't. So there's obviously going to be some consequences there.
33:41 So I would keep an eye on that race there on November the 2nd, but also the 2022 midterms,
33:45 which is so dumb. I feel like we're already talking about these midterms. We didn't talk
33:48 about the midterms since the moment we all realized that Donald Trump actually lost.
33:51 But then when you go into the midterms, the midterms look horrible for the Democrats and
33:55 just based solely on the fact that Joe Biden, co-president Biden is horrible. Like he's
34:00 terrible at this with which anybody could have known was going to happen. I think the only
34:05 Republican that he could have beaten was Donald Trump, right? Because the media absolutely
34:09 had it out for Donald Trump, but it's been an absolutely horrific year for the Biden
34:14 administration. They don't have any big wins. You know, they're probably going to get something
34:16 on this spending bill by the end of the year, but it's not going to be all that they wanted.
34:19 But they were probably already going to get shellacked in the midterms. But if in a blue
34:24 state, a solidly blue state, a state that moved right from red to blue, if that state
34:30 elects a Republican governor, man, I think it's going to be even worse in 2022 because
34:35 I don't think the Democrats are smart enough to stop their agenda because it's the agenda
34:39 at all costs now because a guy like Joe Biden, he's not an actual moderate. He might be in
34:44 his bones, but he's not going to legislate that way because his party is going so much
34:47 farther left than he ever could have imagined. And if they keep doing that over the next
34:52 13 months, they're going to get absolutely destroyed. But then that goes into the downstream
34:56 consequences of 2024, right? So there's going to be House and Senate seats up in 24. But
35:02 also the president's office, the office of the president is going to be up again. And
35:07 I think that the Republicans, if things stay on this trajectory, which a lot can happen
35:10 by then, I mean, just look at the first three years of Trump and then the last year of Trump,
35:13 no one thought that there was going to be a global pandemic. But at the very, very end
35:17 of all this, I think Democrats are in serious trouble of losing the White House, even though
35:22 I think they're probably going to lose the house in the Senate in 2022. And this is probably
35:25 going to make some some Trump is mad, but unless Donald Trump runs, I think a Republican
35:31 is going to win. So the way that I mean that is like, I think just about any Republican,
35:36 even any major Republican right now could beat Joe Biden in a race, but I'm not sure
35:41 that Donald Trump can. I don't think it has nearly as much to do with Donald Trump as
35:44 it has to do with everything that's surrounding Donald Trump. And you know, we'll talk about
35:48 this later, whenever he actually throws his hat in that he is going to actually run because
35:52 no one else in the Republican party is going to be able to overtake him, right? And then,
35:56 you know, if someone does, they're going to be able to, you know, all those Trump people,
35:59 all those MAGA people are going to be sitting home. This could be a major, major issue moving
36:03 forward for the Republicans is what do you do with Donald Trump? If he doesn't want to
36:06 get out of the way, right? And you know, so I'll just kind of go and hop off here because
36:09 this isn't about Donald Trump. This isn't about, you know, the election, whether it was stolen
36:12 on January 6th, any of that kind of stuff. But again, there's going to be a lot of downstream
36:16 consequences of a story like this. The only thing that I hope for the voters of Virginia
36:20 is that they remember stories like this, you know, around three weeks from now, when they're
36:24 voting or two weeks from now, when they're voting for this, when they're voting for governor,
36:28 because Terry McAuliffe wants to do things his way, the democratic way, the shut up and
36:33 take it way that this is what we're going to do with your kids. And you're just going
36:36 to have shut up and deal with it, right? And you need to figure out if you're in Virginia,
36:41 that's what you want. And if you're one of those people that doesn't really like to get
36:43 involved in politics, but you want your kids not to be indoctrinated when they're in their
36:47 K through 12 classrooms, you might need to get off your button vote that year. Okay. But
36:51 the last thing in terms of this story that I think is really important to talk with and
36:54 then we'll wrap up is you, you know, the concerned American parent will be branded a bigot if
37:00 you oppose transgender policies like the one that went into effect in Loudoun County, Virginia.
37:07 And I say, where that badge proudly, where it proudly, because the thing is, it's just
37:14 because someone else says that you are something doesn't make you that something that they said
37:17 you are. Oh, you're a bigot, you're, you're anti-trans, you're anti-trans rights, all
37:21 those things. No, I'm not, you don't even technically have to dignify their stupid comment with
37:26 a response. But if they want to call you a bigot, say, sure, I'm a bigot, but as long
37:31 as I have to, if I have to be a bigot, but my kid is safe at school from a policy like
37:36 this, whether it enacts in a physical way, like it did for Scott Smith's daughter, or
37:41 just in a theoretical way in the minds of these children. Fine, fine. Wear a sticker
37:46 every day on your forehead. This is big. Just deal with it. Because again, I feel like Americans
37:51 are so terrified of being called a bigot that they don't want to stand up. Again, I talk
37:57 about this all the time, but in case you've missed it, I'll say it again. Republicans,
38:01 conservatives, Christians, people that can kind of, you know, coalesce into that type
38:05 of a group, they can never find a hill that's worth dying on. Especially conservative Christians
38:09 are just nice people. They don't really want to walk, rock the boat. They can't find a
38:14 hill worth dying on, right? But one day they will wake up and the war will have been won
38:18 by the other side and they will realize that they never picked up their helmet. They never
38:21 picked up their shield. They never picked up their sword. They never got into the fight.
38:26 But this is the reason that we do it. Why did I, you know, talk about Ephesians 511 again?
38:30 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them is because it's our
38:34 duty to do that. And I'm talking specifically to the Christians right now. We're called
38:37 to be salt and light in this world. Well, salt can't is supposed to be a preservative,
38:42 but salt can't preserve anything if it's not salty. So I'm encouraging all of you to
38:46 get salty, especially on subjects like this. For you, what could be more important than
38:50 the potential indoctrination of your children under left wing gender theory? I may just
38:56 think about it because most of you are not going to experience and thank God for that.
38:59 You're not going to experience what Scott Smith and his family have had to experience.
39:02 But his daughter has experience, right? Being raped because policies like this are going
39:06 to make it easier for that. But you have an impact as to what happens at your kid's
39:10 school. Again, go back to episode 243. I give you an actual rundown of some of the things
39:15 that you can tangibly do to make sure your kids aren't being indoctrinated in this madness.
39:20 Even if they don't go to some sort of parochial school or private Christian school or something
39:23 like that, you can have an impact, but you just have to step up and be courageous. All
39:28 right, guys, before we let you go, we are going to do a quick resilience boost. As you
39:31 know, by now Adam Daunton life, our mission is equipping men to push back darkness with
39:34 content that for just spiritual, mental and physical resilience. I'm just going to give
39:38 you a rundown of all the articles today. So they're all from the daily wire. I'll just
39:41 read you the titles. Investigation, Loudoun County schools tried to conceal sexual assault
39:44 against daughter in bathroom. Father says Loudoun County schools did not record multiple alleged
39:49 sexual assaults over a period of years, despite state law record show, Loudoun County update
39:54 family of alleged rape victim to Sioux school district, Loudoun County school board member
39:58 resigns following daily wire investigation and Loudoun County superintendent apologizes
40:02 following the daily wire investigation claims he misunderstood question about bathroom sex
40:06 assaults. So all those articles are in order of how I talked about them or when I talked
