In this episode, we welcome Pastor Mark Hitchcock to the studio. He has served as the Senior Pastor of Faith Bible Church (Kyle’s home church) in Edmond, OK for 34 years. He is also a Research Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary. In this interview, we discuss how God directed him into ministry, why many American seminaries are shutting down or moving in a very liberal direction, why he has only shepherded one flock for his entire career, the one part of TULIP that he does not agree with, if baptism is essential for salvation, if children that die in utero or at a young age are saved, what he thinks aliens are, how a pastor should handle political matters, if he thinks Satan took the form of a snake or a dragon in the garden of Eden, how Islam connects with end times prophecy, and much more.
