1:18 This is Undaunted Life, a man's podcast.
1:22 I'm your host Kyle Thompson.
1:24 Let's get into it.
1:30 He has risen.
1:31 He is not here.
1:32 See the place where they laid him.
1:33 Guys, that is Mark 166.
1:34 I'm so happy to be with you today.
1:36 I will tell you right from the beginning.
1:37 Roman the Giant, my favorite, best friend on the entire planet.
1:40 My dog is right here at my feet, and he's been having a lot of dreams here recently,
1:44 and so he's been snoring, and then he's been like barking in his dream.
1:46 So if that happens, you hear that in the background.
1:48 Don't be alarmed.
1:49 That is my dog right here at my feet.
1:50 And I just wanted to extend a quick thank you to all of our donors, guys.
1:53 We can't pull off anything that we do without donors, just like you.
1:55 So thank you.
1:56 Thank you.
1:57 Thank you.
1:58 And also haven't given you this reminder in a while, but leave a review.
1:59 If you have not left us a five star review on people, either Apple podcasts or Spotify,
2:04 that does help with the algorithm and our rankings and things like that.
2:07 So if you want to see our show, keep showing up in the rankings.
2:09 If you want to help us get out to a wider audience, that is the way to do it.
2:12 And also here recently back on May 17th, I did my defeating pro abortion arguments talk
2:17 at Church of 1122 down to the Sandbob Pablo campus there in Jacksonville, Florida.
2:21 And I just wanted to give a quick shout out to all the people that came to that.
2:24 We were so happy with the crowd that came.
2:26 A lot of fans of the show came out and checked out what we were doing there.
2:30 I'm so thankful to the Church of 1122 staff and to Joby for his leadership and for bringing
2:34 me out.
2:35 And the thing about it is, yeah, you know, I speak for an hour and 20 minutes, an hour
2:37 and 30 minutes.
2:38 I talk about the abortion subject and I take the top 18 pro abortion arguments and show
2:42 you how to systematically defeat them.
2:44 And there's a lot of information, you know, it can be kind of dramatic and I guess emotional
2:49 at times, but I was going back to my room that night.
2:52 So I had a late night when I went out with the guys from Project Savior Outdoors, Mike
2:55 Dragotch and his crew and had a great time, ate a bunch of chicken wings and was going
2:59 back to the room.
3:00 And I'm going through my DMs on Instagram as I'm walking back to the hotel room.
3:03 I'm going to kind of sneak in because my wife was in there already asleep.
3:06 And I got this DM and I'm not going to say who it's from, but it was from a lady that
3:10 was at the talk.
3:11 So I want to just read this to you here to kind of give you an idea of the impact and
3:15 what God was doing in that moment.
3:17 You spoke tonight at 11 22, I wanted to raise my hand at the end.
3:21 So real quick, I did a an altar call.
3:24 I wanted to say, Hey, if you've been covered up in shame, because of abortion or things
3:27 like that, like just know that that is not what God has for you.
3:30 What he has for you is a complete clean slate.
3:33 All you have to do is you got to repent and put your faith in him.
3:36 So I'll go back to the message here.
3:37 You spoke tonight at 11 22, I wanted to raise my hand at the end, but didn't in fear, I'd
3:42 be judged by the people I was sitting with and near.
3:45 But I wanted you to know you were right.
3:47 I've been carrying the shame for a very long time.
3:50 Since I was 17, I'm 49 now.
3:54 As my husband and I were leaving tonight, I told him, honey, I can feel it in my bones.
3:58 The Lord is about to set me free.
4:00 I know he is going to use all of my pain to help other women and girls make different
4:04 choices and more importantly, to help girls get an education so they can have options so
4:08 they'll never be forced into a decision like I was.
4:11 Thank you for doing what you do and I'm sorry, I didn't have the nerve in the moment to raise
4:15 my hand, but I will raise my voice.
4:18 And so guys, anyone listening to this, we certainly want more opportunities to go to
4:23 different churches and to do that talk because a lot of people are like, hey, can I get a
4:27 copy of that talk?
4:28 We're not going to be uploading it to our YouTube page or anything like that because
4:30 we want to be able to deliver this live.
4:32 We want to be able to help women just like the woman here.
4:34 We want to be able to help men that have been covered up by the shame of the abortion
4:38 that they allowed or that they influenced or something like that, but could not have been
4:42 more excited with how the talk went again.
4:44 So, so very thankful to Emily into the rest of the crew there at church of 1122 for giving
4:50 us the opportunity to do that.
4:52 So today in the quick hitter section, we were going to be covering a lot of stuff.
4:55 Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Bucker going viral for saying completely normal things.
5:00 Presidential candidate, RFK juniors, absolutely reprehensible stance on abortion, Pope Francis
5:05 saying the heart of man is good, Germany significantly softening its laws, punishing child porn
5:11 and humanity witnessing perhaps the greatest reunion of all time.
5:16 So if you want to know which one that is, you got to stick with us here towards the end.
5:20 But we're going to be talking about Jordan Peterson again.
5:22 And I know as I've said and as I still maintain, we can't be too obsessed with individual people
5:26 and whether or not they're going to accept Christ or become Christians.
5:29 I talk about Jordan Peterson talk about people like maybe Joe Rogan or Jocko Willink or things
5:33 like that.
5:34 But there's some interesting things going on with someone like Jordan Peterson.
5:38 And I know a lot of you listening to this are huge fans of him.
5:40 So if you go back to episode 590 of this show, it was called Jordan Peterson wrestles with
5:45 the resurrection.
5:46 I talked about the experience of going to see him speak live again in Tulsa and speaking
5:49 with him in the green room afterwards and some of the things that he's reckoning with.
5:53 I would suggest you go back to listen to episode 590.
5:55 But today we're going to be talking about really and truly a shocking admission that
6:00 Jordan Peterson recently made concerning Jesus and the resurrection.
6:04 So in episode 451 of his podcast, I'll put it in the show notes so you can watch the
6:09 YouTube link and then you can get it wherever you get your podcast.
6:11 But it's called navigating belief, skepticism and the afterlife.
6:15 This is a discussion that he had with a guy named Alex O'Connor.
6:19 So he goes by cosmic skeptic on YouTube.
6:22 Now here's the thing.
6:23 I was listening to this episode.
6:24 I was by myself at the house on Saturday and you know, sometimes as I've told you before,
6:27 a way that you can get more content in is if you think an episode of a podcast is going
6:31 to kind of be a turd of an episode, except for mine, we never do turd episodes here on
6:35 on Don't the Life of a Man's podcast.
6:37 But when I read the description and kind of heard, you know, his intro at the beginning,
6:40 I was like, I don't really think this is going to be for me, but I just started listening
6:43 to it anyway.
6:44 I was just kind of folding some of the boys laundry or whatever.
6:47 I almost skipped it, but I'm so, so unbelievably, believably glad that it didn't skip it because
6:51 it's probably my favorite podcast I've listened to so far this year on on any feed.
6:56 So Alex O'Connor, he launched the Within Reason podcast back in 2023.
7:02 And he's really blown up right there from the beginning.
7:04 He said guests like Richard Dawkins and Slavojizic and Neil deGrasse Tyson and Sam Harris.
7:08 And he's also been in some debates where he was debating religion and politics and ethics
7:13 and he's done debates with Ben Shapiro, Douglas Murray, Michael Knowles, Pierce Morgan and
7:18 some others.
7:19 And so this guy's really been around.
7:20 He's a young guy, but his style is very, very interesting because you can tell he's a skeptic.
7:26 I think he's, I think he says he's an atheist.
7:28 He's either atheist or agnostic or somewhere in between.
7:31 He's a very, very smart guy and he's got a British accent.
7:33 So you know, you just kind of automatically adds like 20 points of your IQ.
7:36 I guess that's how that works.
7:38 But Jordan Peterson can be a different, a difficult person to have a discussion with because
7:42 when Jordan has an idea, he will just immediately start talking.
7:45 He interrupts people constantly.
7:47 What people typically do is they will just stop talking in the middle of their point to
7:50 allow Jordan Peterson to say what he wants to say.
7:53 So in a very non-intrusive, non-rude way, O'Connor didn't really allow for as much of
7:58 that in this discussion.
8:00 So that was unique.
8:01 But he was able to push back on Jordan Peterson in a very, in a way that it seemed like he
8:07 wasn't trying to get Jordan Peterson like to catch him in a quote, but that he was legitimately
8:11 curious and he wanted to push Jordan in a way that maybe he wasn't going to be pushed.
8:15 And so seeing that from such a young guy, from a guy that doesn't have nearly the public
8:20 profiles, Jordan Peterson, I found that to be very, very refreshing and very interesting.
8:25 But during this interview, there were several mind-blowing quotes from Jordan Peterson.
8:30 And so again, I'm going to link to the entire YouTube video and the show notes for you.
8:33 I think it is well worth your time or you can go watch it, you know, wherever you watch
8:37 your podcast or listen to your podcast, rather Apple podcast, Spotify, Google, whatever.
8:42 You need to go listen to it.
8:43 So there's four quotes that I want to show you or have have you listened to right now.
8:47 And again, every single one of these are fairly shocking, but let's go ahead and go into the
8:52 first quote here.
8:53 And I'll try to remember to give you the timestamps.
8:55 So as you're watching it or listening to it, that you can, you know, be looking for that
8:58 or be anticipating that.
9:00 So this first clip starts around the 2451 marks of 24 minutes and 51 seconds in.
9:06 Here's the first quote here.
9:07 The thing about the resurrection accounts is that they're all, look, so I could say something
9:13 like this, which will just annoy people, but it doesn't matter.
9:18 I believe the accounts, but I have no idea what they mean when you say you believe the
9:22 accounts.
9:23 Do you mean, and I hate to be sort of pedantic here, it seems pedantic, but do you mean
9:27 you believe that these are things that happened such that if I, if now, I know you don't like
9:33 that.
9:34 Let me put it this way.
9:35 If I went back in time with a Panasonic video camera and put that camera in front of
9:42 the tomb of Joseph of Aramethea, would the little LCD screen show a man walk out of that
9:49 tomb?
9:50 I would suspect yes.
9:53 So that, that is, that to me seems like a belief in the historical event of the resurrection
9:58 or at least of Jesus leaving the tomb, which means that when somebody says, you know, do
10:01 you believe that Jesus rose from the dead, it doesn't seem clear to me why I'm not able
10:05 to just say it would seem to me yes.
10:09 Because I have no idea what that means and neither did the people who saw it.
10:13 So just an astonishing admission there from Jordan Peterson, he was able to finally just
10:20 say, yes, I believe in the resurrection.
10:24 Now notice what he didn't say he didn't say, and so I put my faith in Christ for the propitiation
10:28 of my sin dead.
10:29 He didn't say that, but he believes that the resurrection actually happened.
10:33 And again, this kid, this O'Connor kid that I had never heard of until this particular interview,
10:39 he's able to flow with Jordan Peterson, because Jordan Peterson is very sensitive to certain
10:43 argumentation and certain questioning strategies, and he's been trying to be caught in a lot
10:47 of these interviews.
10:48 And so he's able to just kind of like very slyly say like, okay, look, let me give you
10:51 a scenario.
10:52 You know, if there was a camera back then, you know, what would the, what would the monitor
10:55 show you?
10:57 And he puts them to that, but then Jordan Peterson maintains, but I don't know what that means.
11:03 So, so Jesus literally rose from the dead, but I don't know what that means and neither
11:06 did the people that saw it.
11:08 So you can tell that he's, he's so deep into this process of reckoning with what happened
11:12 during the resurrection and what that means, not only for humanity, but for himself.
11:17 But this is the first time, and again, I've listened to just about everything Jordan Peterson
11:21 has said publicly since 2016 or thereabouts, this is the first time that he has said unequivocally
11:28 that he thinks that the resurrection actually happened.
11:31 It's absolutely stunning.
11:32 So that's clip number one, let's go to clip number two.
11:35 So this one is quite a bit further into the interview.
11:37 This is an hour, 35 minutes and about one second in.
11:39 So just an hour and 35 minutes in, let's go that clip here as somebody who, who doesn't
11:44 believe that those things did happen, I still have access to the, to the meaning of the story
11:50 of something like a resurrection.
11:51 Well, let's assume just for this, but I'm not a Christian.
11:54 It's not enough for me to say, well, you know, do I believe that, you know, self sacrifices
11:59 at the basis of, of, of a meaningful life, or maybe, but that's not enough to make me
12:03 a Christian because I don't believe it's the case.
12:05 I'm also, I'm, I'm quite interested actually how, I mean, you're obviously quite attracted
12:09 to, to Christianity and the Christian story.
12:11 I mean, Jesus on your, on your jacket, but so here's him doubling down, you know, the
12:16 guys like, yeah, you're rather attracted to Christianity in the Christian story.
12:20 Jordan says, cause I think it's true.
12:23 Now this is very, very important for those of you that, you know, listen to a lot of
12:26 Peterson or a lot of Peterson, you're, you're going to really understand why this is such
12:30 a big deal.
12:31 But for those of you that don't, whenever he is asked, do you believe in God?
12:34 He doesn't like the question.
12:35 He basically skates around the question because he's like, you know, that, that's so much
12:38 deeper than what people mean.
12:40 He's like, I think you're asking me because you want me to be on your team, but especially
12:43 whenever he's discussing the word true, and someone says, Hey, is the resurrection true?
12:47 Is Christianity true?
12:48 Sometimes they'll get into this long drawn out, somewhat circuitous conversation about
12:55 the nature of truth and what truth means for the individual versus society at large.
12:59 And, you know, our, our translation to the greater story of humanity or something like
13:03 that.
13:04 It's easy to get lost.
13:05 But in the middle of this guy setting up as question, Jordan Peterson goes, yeah, well,
13:09 I think it's true.
13:11 I think it's true.
13:13 He thinks the story of Christianity that a creator God sent his son to this earth to
13:19 die in the place of, of sinners.
13:23 He thinks it's true.
13:25 Now we'll talk in the end about what this means for him personally, but that's another
13:28 stunning admission, something that he's never said publicly to my knowledge.
13:33 So let's go ahead and go into the third clip here.
13:34 The third clip is around one hour, 43 minutes and 48 seconds.
13:38 So one hour, 43 minutes and 48 seconds.
13:40 Let's go to the clip here.
13:41 It's the same question in some sense as the reality of the resurrection of Christ.
13:46 So the Christian interpretation is Christ defeats death and hell.
13:51 Okay, well, the logical objection to that is, well, where's the evidence for the defeat
13:57 since death still exists and so does malevolence.
14:01 Well, the Christians then will escape, so to speak, into something like a symbolic interpretation
14:07 and say, well, it's true in eternity.
14:10 And I think fair enough, like I do believe, I do believe that the idea that Christ defeated
14:16 death and hell is true, but I don't know what that means.
14:21 He doubles down or triples down.
14:23 He says, I do believe and then even more fervently says, I do believe that Christ defeated death
14:28 and hell, but I don't know what that means.
14:32 So let's focus on the first part.
14:33 He believes it and you can tell like Jordan Peterson shouldn't ever give off this impression
14:38 that he's, he doesn't really believe what he believes.
14:41 He can be very, very black and white, but he's also very open about where the gray is
14:45 and the gray for him is, but I don't know what that means.
14:48 And I get the sense, if I were to guess, he doesn't know what that means for him and
14:51 his life because he's been surrounded by a lot of Christians.
14:55 He's been delving into the texts of Christianity into the word of God, maybe more so than just
15:01 about any living person over the last several years, so he could prepare himself to, to
15:06 do his, his Exodus seminar and to do his upcoming seminar with the daily wire on the
15:10 Gospels and to also write his newest book, we who wrestle with God, but I don't think
15:15 he's quite reckoned with what that means for Jordan B. Peterson.
15:20 So we'll talk about that a little bit more here in a second.
15:22 So let's go to the last clip that I want to show you.
15:24 This is an hour, 47 minutes and 25 seconds in.
15:27 So 147, 25, I think it's a 24 it's 147, 25, we'll go to that and then we'll wrap up our
15:33 commentary there.
15:34 Well, I can only tell you what has been the pattern of my investigations.
15:41 It's like the more deeply I, this is knocking and asking the more deep, the more I see the
15:49 more is present.
15:53 So guys, immediately after I heard this and again, this is almost two hours into this
15:57 point.
15:58 So I'm like sucked completely into this interview.
16:00 I immediately thought of Matthew seven, seven and eight.
16:03 So this is Jesus during the Sermon on the mountain.
16:05 He says, asking it will be given to you, seek and you will find knocking it will be open
16:09 to you for everyone who asks receives and the one who seeks finds and the one who knocks,
16:15 it will be opened.
16:16 And so again, there's different quotes that will get bandied about and thrown around.
16:20 And I it's even shared in some of our group text messages with even within the forging
16:24 table.
16:25 And it's like, we're all like, man, he's so close.
16:26 He's so close.
16:27 He's literally circling the drain of his own personal faith.
16:31 But for all intents and purposes, I do not think it would be right or correct to say
16:36 that Jordan Peterson himself is a Christian.
16:39 Because this interview is so stunning, because he's finally admitting, because it implicitly
16:45 is admitting that Jesus was a real person.
16:47 Because you can't admit that he was a real person from history.
16:51 And like you can't say that that didn't happen, but yeah, he probably walked out of the grave.
16:55 Yeah, you can't say that.
16:56 So he's admitting Jesus was a real person from history.
16:59 He's admitting that he believes that he did a public ministry in the Middle East roughly
17:03 2000 years ago.
17:05 He's admitting that he died via crucifixion on a Roman cross and was put into the tomb
17:09 of Joseph, Joseph of Arimathea.
17:12 And he's admitting that he believes that three days later that he rose from the dead
17:15 and walked down the grave.
17:17 He's admitting all that.
17:19 He's admitting that the core tenants, really the cornerstone of the Christian faith, which
17:24 is the resurrection of Jesus, which provides us the ability to have our sin debt consumed
17:29 so that we could be in the presence of a holy and just God, right?
17:33 That our total depravity can be spoken for and that our sin debt can be paid for in full.
17:40 He believes that.
17:41 He believes that Jesus in his death defeated sin and death, the grave and hell.
17:48 He believes all of that, but the last step for him is believing that that somehow counted
17:55 for him, that it didn't just count for eternity.
18:00 It didn't just count for humanity, but that accounted for Jordan B. Peterson, that that
18:05 reality is not just worth knowing, but it's worth repenting and dedicating your entire
18:11 life to that proposition to saying that I'm going to lay down my life in servitude of
18:19 the reality that Jesus laid his life down for me.
18:24 And so I think this is all very, very interesting.
18:27 I am very excited for the gospel's seminar that will be released.
18:31 It's so interesting because of me talking to him about the resurrection, you know, after
18:35 his show in Tulsa and hearing him kind of deal with it, but then leave it open ended.
18:41 I get the sense that he's going to leave it a little bit open ended on the daily wire
18:44 side on the thing that he's doing with the gospels, but technically his book is not done.
18:49 We wrestle with God, which comes out in November when I was talking to him, he's still writing
18:53 the introduction.
18:54 So the entire rest of the book is finished, but what a lot of people will do is they'll
18:56 write the entire book before they write the introduction so that they can, you know, set
19:00 up the entire book and all of the, you know, through points that they're going to be doing.
19:04 I'm very interested to see what he comes to, what kind of a revelation he comes to as he's
19:08 writing the introduction, but for all of us, and again, I say this all the time, we shouldn't
19:13 put an over in abundance of faith or justification on what happens to one man.
19:19 Although it is going to be exciting.
19:20 I think that we should pray for Jordan Peterson, we should pray that he will repent and put
19:24 his faith in Christ.
19:25 And we should also, as I always like to remind you, pray for our neighbors in the same way.
19:30 Pray for people in our church that we know are just going to church so that they can
19:33 have, you know, the Christian box checked, but they've never put their faith in Christ.
19:38 But man, I got to tell you guys again, just giving you another commercial for that particular
19:41 episode.
19:42 It is in the show notes.
19:43 You've got to watch the entire thing.
19:44 I thought it was an absolutely masterful discussion and again, just the revelations that we got
19:49 from Jordan Peterson were absolutely incredible.
19:52 Hey, guys, real quick.
19:54 Here recently, one of my family members was telling me about how they partnered with another
19:57 family and they bought some beef from this local cattle producer.
20:00 And when they got the beef, it was unbelievably terrible.
20:04 And I can tell you this from experience because they made me some beef ribs from that animal
20:08 and they were terrible.
20:09 And they even gave me some stakes and some ground and it was basically inedible.
20:12 Like I couldn't believe how bad it was.
20:15 And they ended up finding out that the person killed an old bull or something like that.
20:19 And just the meat was old and tough and awful.
20:21 And that's just what happens when you don't have a quality cattle operation that you can
20:25 trust to give you a quality beef product on the back end.
20:28 And that's guys why I want to introduce you to the official beef delivery partner of Undaunted
20:33 Life, my friends at Primal Beef.
20:35 The Primal Beef is a cattle operation owned and operated by Sean Glass.
20:39 He's a retired Navy SEAL that has partnered with Jocko Willing to launch Primal Beef.
20:43 So what makes Primal Beef different from some of these other cattle operations where you
20:46 can end up getting bad beef?
20:48 This operation is all American black Angus cattle.
20:51 The beef comes from one farm and that's in Virginia Shenandoah Valley.
20:55 The beef is all natural, no hormones ever, no mRNA ever, no vaccines ever.
21:00 And after slaughter, this is a big deal.
21:01 The beef is dry aged and then it's hand-cut by artisan butchers and then flash frozen
21:05 to ensure that it maintains tenderness, marbling and flavor.
21:08 And here's another great thing about it.
21:09 For every box sold, Primal Beef donates meat directly to a member of America's Special
21:14 Operations Forces through the C4 Foundation.
21:17 So you can take pride knowing that your purchase will help to put literal food on the table
21:21 for America's finest warriors.
21:23 If you're not salivating yet, it's probably because you're a communist.
21:26 Don't be a communist, try Primal Beef out today by going to www.primalbeef.com.
21:31 That's PrimalBeef.com.
21:33 Use the promo code Kyle, that's my first name, to get 10% off of your order.
21:37 The great thing about that promo code is you can stack that on other deals as well and
21:40 get all this money off.
21:41 Again, that's PrimalBeef.com, promo code Kyle, that's K-Y-L-E, to get 10% off your order.
21:47 All right, guys, let's hit the first quick hitter here and this has just been everywhere.
21:50 I feel like I'm like way late to the party but everyone is still talking about this but
21:55 this Kansas City Chiefs kicker, Harrison Buck, are going viral for saying completely normal
21:58 things.
21:59 Now, before I get to the comments, I do just want to do a quick rant about kickers and
22:02 football.
22:03 I think that kicker should be banned, okay?
22:06 I don't think, I know it's called football and so it doesn't make any sense to get rid
22:10 of the foot and ball portion but literally, just think about this, guys.
22:15 Would you care if kicking just went away in football?
22:18 If we got away, you know, went away from kickoffs, P-A-T's and punts, like how would that make
22:24 the game worse?
22:25 Because this is what I would suggest, okay, you started at 25, there is no kick off, okay?
22:29 There's no punter turns.
22:30 Oh, no, I'm fourth down, you just got to go for it.
22:32 So if it's fourth and one or fourth and, you know, fourth and 40, you got to go for it,
22:37 okay?
22:38 If you score a touchdown, congratulations, here's your six points but you got to go for
22:40 two, okay?
22:42 If we got rid of kickers, I think that that improves football, it's going to have much
22:45 more interesting things in terms of strategy, so I don't even think there should be kickers,
22:49 but there are kickers.
22:50 I don't think I'm going to get my wish but I want to give you guys the opportunity to
22:54 listen to everything that Harrison Bucker said, because what I was going to do was going to
22:58 break down his speech and I was going to do that but then the Jordan Peterson interview
23:01 came out so I kind of moved this around a little bit, but most people have not listened
23:05 to the entire speech.
23:06 The speech is like 21, 22 minutes long, so that is in the show notes.
23:09 Go watch the entire speech for yourself because you might be just getting these little clips
23:12 here and there, but even these little clips aren't making the point that a lot of leftists
23:16 want to make, but in the speech, he is doing this speech out of college.
23:22 It's a Catholic college that he was invited to come speak at as a Catholic, but in the
23:27 speech, he calls out co-president Joe Biden for claiming to be Catholic, but also being
23:32 a big supporter of abortion.
23:33 He criticizes pride month, he criticizes the COVID lockdowns, he criticizes gender ideology
23:38 that is being pushed on children, and so he's basically taking shots at everything and a
23:43 lot of people are like, "Well, wait a minute, isn't this a graduation speech, aren't you
23:45 just trying to lift people up?"
23:46 Well, he's also trying to make these kids aware like you're about to go into the real
23:49 world, there's a lot of things you need to be worried about, and your faith needs to
23:53 be very, very central and important to you.
23:55 But seemingly the biggest sin of all from the comments that Harrison Bucker made at this
23:59 speech or during the speech is that he had the temerity to suggest that women, that these
24:06 young women that are going to be walking across the stage to get their diploma, that while
24:10 they're sitting there thinking about their career moves and all the things that they're
24:14 going to accomplish during their career, that they will look back on their life and they
24:16 will think to themselves as great as all that was, the greatest thing that I did was to create
24:21 a home, was to be a servant to my children and to my husband, to be a homemaker, to which
24:29 I would say, "Oh, the horror, right?
24:31 Like, how could he say something so crazy?"
24:34 Well, that's at least the reaction we got from everywhere.
24:36 I mean, for a while there, I was wondering if the algorithm just got stuck, because as
24:40 I'm scrolling Instagram and scrolling Twitter, every second or third post is about a kicker
24:45 from the Kansas City Chiefs saying completely normal things out loud, saying Catholic sounding
24:50 things while at a Catholic commencement service at a Catholic college, right?
24:55 The reaction was just basically apoplexy, but there's some very interesting things to
24:59 point out, which I know at this point, guys, I'm probably not going to say anything that
25:02 you haven't heard because everyone and their dog has given their opinion about this, but
25:06 I'll try when I get to the big takeaway to be at least somewhat unique.
25:09 But Harrison Bucker's jersey immediately, like same day, shot to the number one best-selling
25:13 jersey in the NFL, which is hilarious, I think it's the first time a kicker has ever had
25:16 the best-selling jersey, but the most delicious part about it is that includes also all the
25:21 women's sizes.
25:22 So they actually sold out of all the women's jerseys.
25:26 The Harrison Bucker women's jerseys, they had to go back and make probably thousands and
25:30 thousands more, which I think is extra delicious.
25:33 But also he got a standing ovation after his speech, again, this horrible right wing, the
25:37 terrible speech, he got a standing ovation after it.
25:40 Also, all of the lines that have been clipped and passed around the internet, the lines
25:45 that he said that caused the most apoplexy to for the left, they were actually applause
25:50 lines during the actual speech.
25:52 Like the part where he talks about women loving the role of being a homemaker and how amazing
25:58 his wife has been to him, that got the biggest, most robust applause until the very end when
26:02 he got a standing ovation.
26:04 I find that to be very interesting.
26:06 Also, essentially every single one of his teammates that has spoken publicly about this
26:10 since this has happened has supported him.
26:12 That includes his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.
26:15 That includes Travis Kelsey, sorta, we'll talk more about him in a second.
26:18 And also Chris Jones and also their head coach, Andy Reed.
26:21 And some of the ownership as well have been like, yeah, this is a nothing burger, like
26:24 let's all move on.
26:26 But then we also had the Kansas City official Twitter account.
26:29 I think this is a city of Kansas City.
26:31 They actually docked Butler and kind of said where he lived.
26:34 And they said they did it on accident, which of course they didn't do it on accident.
26:38 But then you have the NFL.
26:40 They release a statement about this saying that his views are not those of the NFL as
26:44 an organization, which is so ridiculous.
26:48 Do they honestly feel the need to express every single time an NFL player says something
26:53 that are not the opinions of the organization?
26:55 But here's the other thing, the NFL is an organization made up of people.
26:59 How can you maintain that you have an opinion as an organization that's filled up with disparate
27:04 people with differing viewpoints and backgrounds?
27:06 That seems kind of funny.
27:07 And the last little thing here is change.org.
27:10 There's a petition on there now.
27:11 And I just looked at it.
27:12 They're close to a quarter of a million signatures that are demanding that Harrison
27:16 Butker be fired, which is so hilarious.
27:20 But there's been a lot of comparison here by people on the left to the Harrison Butker
27:24 situation and Colin Kaepernick, okay?
27:27 So obviously, Colin Kaepernick starts kneeling, you know, his career is basically ended and
27:32 he keeps pretending like he wants to come back while on one hand, he's saying like being
27:35 in the NFL is like being a slave, but on the other hand, please, please, please give me
27:38 a job.
27:39 He pretends that he wanted to do like this tryout years ago, but then he like didn't do
27:43 the tryout at the last minute and he wanted to do it at his own field.
27:45 So the guy's absolutely full of crap.
27:47 But let's talk about the differences and this is actually very easy for us to surmise.
27:50 The differences between Harrison Butker and Colin Kaepernick.
27:54 It's first of all, the on field part of this versus the off field part of this.
27:59 So Harrison Butker did this speech off the field and not during the season, even if he
28:06 had done this during the season, he did not do this in his capacity as the kicker for the
28:10 Kansas City Chiefs.
28:12 So he's in the off season, he's asked to deliver a speech and he does so Colin Kaepernick very
28:17 specifically decided, okay, I feel like my career might be coming to an end.
28:21 I need to kind of get myself back in the headline.
28:23 So I'm going to kneel during the national anthem on the field just before a game while in uniform.
28:30 So these are not even close to being the same thing because this is an off field thing versus
28:34 an on field thing.
28:35 But let's also talk about the on on field thing.
28:38 Let's talk about the performance of these two individuals because people will be like,
28:41 Colin Kaepernick was one of the best quarterbacks ever.
28:43 Why doesn't he get this job?
28:45 Why can't he at least get a second string job, a backup job or even a practice squad
28:48 job?
28:49 Well, I'm pretty sure that Colin Kaepernick in his last like 13 games, he was like one
28:53 in 12.
28:55 The 49ers were like one in 12 in those games.
28:58 Like I think it was gabbard that came in and got the starting job over Colin Kaepernick.
29:02 So his on field performance was so bad that he lost his starting job, they need his sides
29:08 to do something that was going to be so unbelievably distracting to what they were needing to accomplish
29:14 on the field that actually had to do with the game of football that no team was willing
29:18 to take the risk.
29:20 So that's a f around and find out problem Colin Kaepernick because it's not like that
29:25 you gave anybody the warm fuzzies that you were going to be able to perform on the field.
29:29 You're very athletic, but you had problems reading defenses, which is kind of what you
29:32 need to do as an NFL quarterback.
29:34 And then you do something that is so self serving and in so one sided in terms of who's going
29:40 to be able to support you that there wasn't a franchise that was willing to take on the
29:43 headache.
29:44 By contrast, Harrison Bucker is one of if not the best field goal kickers currently in
29:49 the NFL.
29:50 Go back to this year's Super Bowl against the 49ers, not Colin Kaepernick's 49ers, but
29:54 against the Christian McCaffrey 49ers, Harrison Bucker was four for four with field goals.
30:01 One of those field goals was a 57 yarder, which set a record for the Super Bowl.
30:04 This is one of those weird Super Bowls where you kind of felt like it was going to come
30:07 down to the kickers a little bit.
30:09 And also he hit a field goal as time was expiring in regulation to send it to overtime where
30:14 the Kansas City Chiefs went on to actually win an overtime and when they're, what was
30:18 that?
30:19 Patrick Holmes, third Super Bowl.
30:20 This is Harrison Buckers, third Super Bowl that he's won.
30:23 So you have a guy that is one of the best kickers in the game, right?
30:27 Make go down as one of the best kickers ever versus a guy that was so bad towards the end
30:31 of his career that he couldn't even start for a team that sucked.
30:34 So it's not even comparable, but I've got a couple of big takeaways here.
30:39 So let's go to the first one.
30:41 It's apparently okay if our greatest athletes are deadbeat dads and criminals, but it is
30:47 completely unacceptable, apparently, for one of those athletes to be a vocally Christian
30:51 and conservative man because that's what we're seeing here.
30:56 All he did was get up at a commencement speech and deliver Catholic talking points apparently
31:02 from his actual Catholic beliefs to a Catholic crowd at a Catholic college that this shouldn't
31:08 even have made the news.
31:09 No one should have ever seen a clip of this.
31:11 There should only have been a few hundred people that ever even knew that this speech
31:14 took place and it would have been the people that were actually there for, but it was blown
31:18 up and created to be this entire big thing.
31:21 But the NFL had to give their opinion on that, but they certainly don't give their opinions
31:24 on all the deadbeat dads and criminals that are in their midst in the NFL.
31:28 I think another thing to think about here is let's talk about, you know, the fatherlessness
31:32 epidemic that we see.
31:34 Let's talk about Tyrekeel.
31:35 That's the greatest wide receiver in the game right now, absolutely a studly person on the
31:39 field, but he, during his stretch, I think it was last year, he fathered, right, or he
31:44 sired three children with three different men in, sorry, three different women, that'd
31:52 be kind of hard to do even in this day and age, three different children with three different
31:56 women in a span of about four months.
32:00 That's in addition to three children that he has with another woman that he didn't marry.
32:05 I think he's got other children that I didn't even mention.
32:07 So that's Tyrekeel.
32:08 I don't remember the NFL releasing a statement saying, yeah, we don't really think that this
32:12 is a good thing for someone to sire this many children that he doesn't intend to father.
32:17 And then we've got the most famous example from the NFL and that's Antonio Cremardi.
32:21 This guy had 14 kids with multiple different women.
32:24 I think he used to be a cornerback or something like that.
32:27 I think I remember playing him playing for the Jets, but Cremardi had 14 kids by multiple
32:32 women.
32:34 He made a comment from the NFL, an area comment from the Players Association.
32:38 I don't remember us having think pieces in the New York Times or the women on the view
32:42 talking about that and how inappropriate that is.
32:46 But perhaps if Tyrekeel or Cremardi decided to be openly Catholic and conservative, then
32:51 they probably want to talk about it.
32:52 And the second big takeaway on this one is apparently Americans want our heroes to be
32:57 immature in a perpetual state of arrested development.
33:01 So what I mean by this is for the entire football season, most people weren't really
33:06 focused on football.
33:07 They were focused on this relationship between Travis Kelsey, who's the tied in the Kansas
33:11 City Chiefs and the biggest pops are on the planet right now, Taylor Swift.
33:15 So if you watch the Kansas City Chiefs game, roughly 16% of the game was focused on what
33:20 Taylor Swift was doing up in the box where she was watching the game.
33:24 Or if she wasn't there, it was, I wonder where Taylor is in, you know, our her and Travis
33:29 having problems, right?
33:30 But let's talk about those two individuals, Travis Kelsey, who is in his thirties, I believe,
33:37 he gets his degree from the University of Cincinnati this year.
33:40 And as he gets his diploma and he walks across stage, he opens up a beer and chugs a beer.
33:45 And everyone thought it was so funny.
33:47 Oh, isn't that so funny?
33:49 This guy finally gets his degree, which is a great thing, great accomplishment.
33:53 And he decides to act like a child, tack like a frat boy to pop a beer and chug it on stage
33:59 and make the entire procession, the entire meeting of these people about himself and
34:04 all how funny and cute he is.
34:06 And his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, is also in her thirties.
34:10 And she is even still in her thirties, riding these angsty teenage high school breakup songs.
34:18 And she's in her thirties.
34:21 At this point, you know, she should probably be focusing on on other subject matters, perhaps
34:25 even, you know, dealing with children and a family of her own, but no, her boyfriend
34:30 is this, you know, grown up goon that just likes to chug beers and act a fool.
34:34 And she's just riding these songs that appeal to 14, 15 and 16 year old girls.
34:39 And America loves it.
34:42 Taylor Swift is the most popular person, probably in America right now.
34:47 And Travis Kelsey is the most popular NFL athlete right now, even though it's, you know,
34:51 jerseys aren't the number one seller.
34:53 But hey, what can you do?
34:55 And it's these people that I would not, I don't want my children to emulate what Travis
34:59 Kelsey is doing publicly.
35:01 Certainly what he does on the field as a player is extraordinary, but getting an Andy Reed's
35:05 face and like bumping him at the Super Bowl and getting physical with his coach, acting
35:10 a fool at his graduation ceremony when he's supposed to be celebrating this, this tremendous
35:14 accomplishment.
35:15 If I had daughters from, for my buddies that have daughters, I don't want them to, to listen
35:19 to Taylor Swift songs and, and do that whole thing and focus on boys and, you know, some
35:24 of this is really dark imagery that she's been, you know, flirting with and all that.
35:28 But that's what we like in America.
35:30 We're all for Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift.
35:32 We're all for ignoring, you know, things like what Tyree Kiel and Antonio Cromarti do.
35:36 But God forbid a Christian conservative kicker, say Christian conservative things.
35:41 That certainly can't be dealt with.
35:43 All right.
35:44 Let's go to the next quicker, quick hitter here.
35:46 RFK junior absolutely having one of the most reprehensible, probably the most reprehensible
35:51 stance on abortion.
35:53 So RFK junior, he is polling nationally in the double digits because people don't like
35:58 Trump and they don't like Biden.
35:59 He has no chance of winning the election just because of math, but something that he said
36:04 recently on an interview on the Sage Steel show should, yeah, well, we'll get to the big
36:09 takeaway here in a second.
36:10 Let's actually go to the clip here.
36:11 Again, this is RFK junior talking to Sage Steel.
36:15 But so to leave, so, so in other words, keeping it as is with Roe versus Wade having been overturned
36:20 and leaving it up to the States to determine if and when a woman can have an abortion.
36:25 No, I wouldn't leave it to the States.
36:27 Right.
36:28 Oh, I would.
36:29 I would.
36:30 He would say completely.
36:31 It's up to the woman.
36:32 You know, I believe we should leave it to the woman.
36:34 We shouldn't have government involved.
36:36 Even if it's full term.
36:39 Even if it's full term.
36:41 The level of evil of that is really hard to put into words, but we're going to do our
36:46 best here.
36:47 So good on Sage Steel for actually giving that example, even if it's full term because he's
36:51 trying to play the whole, you know, federalism thing, like, you know, we shouldn't leave it
36:55 up to the federal government, but also we shouldn't really leave it up to the States.
36:58 It should be between the woman and their doctor.
37:00 And he even said before it should be between the woman's doctor and her spiritual advisor,
37:05 whether or not they kill the baby.
37:06 And it's like, well, dude, if I said that my doctor, my spiritual advisor said it was
37:10 okay for me to go next door and, you know, stab my neighbor to death, I don't think that
37:15 you would be for me not going to prison.
37:17 But let's go right to the big takeaway here on this one by saying this, by saying what
37:24 he said that he is completely okay with abortion up to the date of birth.
37:31 He should be disqualified as a serious candidate for the president of the United States, obviously.
37:37 But then again, all he said was the official democratic party platform on abortion out
37:45 loud.
37:47 That's all he did.
37:48 He did it without hesitation.
37:50 She pushed him and said, you know, even if it's full term and he goes, even if it's full
37:53 term.
37:54 And she was just like, okay, you could tell like the weight of that really sat on Sage
37:58 deal.
37:59 I get the sense that Sage deal is a religious individual.
38:01 So that's a man.
38:02 That's a stunning thing to hear someone five feet away from you say out of their face hole.
38:06 But the official party platform on abortion for the democratic party is abortion for any
38:09 reason at any point of pregnancy and paid for by taxpayer dollars.
38:14 That's the official party platform, but these candidates are just now saying it out loud.
38:20 They're not even trying to be moderate on this issue anymore.
38:24 It's absolutely astounding.
38:25 And so I get it.
38:27 I know some of you don't like Donald Trump.
38:29 I wish he wasn't the Republican candidate right now.
38:31 I wish it was Ron DeSantis, but we don't live in my world.
38:33 We live in y'all's world, so Trump is the guy for the Republicans.
38:37 Maybe you don't like maybe you don't like the Democrats.
38:40 You don't like Joe Biden.
38:41 He's he's the worst president in modern American history.
38:44 Certainly.
38:45 I don't think that that's any debate at this point.
38:46 He's been absolutely terrible.
38:48 And I could have told you that he was going to be terrible because this was where all
38:50 the signals were going even during the election of 2020.
38:53 So there's all that.
38:56 So some of you are like, okay, well, what about RFK?
38:58 Can't vote for the libertarian candidate because, you know, no one really cares.
39:01 If you're a libertarian, that just means that you hate winning elections or having any
39:04 influence whatsoever.
39:05 So you're thinking you're going to vote for RFK and I'm here to tell you, you can't.
39:10 You cannot vote for a candidate for that position that believes that a woman should be able
39:15 to kill her 40 week old baby inside the womb.
39:21 It is such an evil way of thinking, but he is a slave to that ideology because he's not
39:26 an independent.
39:27 He's a Democrat.
39:28 He just was being pushed out, he wasn't going to be allowed to get on the same stage and
39:32 debate Joe Biden because the Democrats wouldn't allow for that.
39:34 And so he's a independent.
39:35 And so you think, well, I'm more centrist.
39:37 I'm more moderate.
39:38 Am I leaning?
39:39 So I'll vote for the independent.
39:40 He's not an independent people like, oh, he's just an old school liberal.
39:44 Yeah, on some things, but on this, they doesn't get more left leaning than this.
39:48 Well, I guess technically he didn't say he would be okay with the baby being killed once
39:52 they were outside the womb because there are some Democrats that actually believe that.
39:56 Like the, you know, post birth abortion, right in fantasy.
40:00 That's what they believe in.
40:02 But if you're thinking that RFK is a serious candidate and that that is a candidate that
40:06 you should potentially put your faith in and put your support behind, you absolutely cannot
40:10 do that.
40:11 All right.
40:12 Next quick hitter here, Pope Francis, gosh, our favorite saying that the heart of man
40:16 is good.
40:17 So Pope Francis recently did an interview on 60 minutes and he had this to say, when
40:22 you look at the world, what gives you hope, everything you see tragedies, but you also
40:34 see so many beautiful things.
40:38 You see heroic mothers, heroic men, men who have hopes and dreams, women who look to the
40:46 future.
40:47 That gives me a lot of hope.
40:52 People want to live people forge ahead and people are fundamentally good.
41:01 We are all fundamentally good.
41:02 Yes, there are some rogues and sinners, but the heart itself is good.
41:09 So here's the quote, people are fundamentally good.
41:12 We are all fundamentally good.
41:14 Yes, there are some rogues and sinners, but the heart itself is good.
41:19 So the woke Pope is, I mean, I feel like I don't want this to become the, we hate Andy
41:24 Stanley.
41:25 We hate Pope Francis podcast, but it's like they just keep saying things that suck and
41:28 that are reprehensible.
41:29 So let's go right to my big takeaway here.
41:32 I know that the pope on and many Catholics for that matter and many Protestants for that
41:36 matter could not care less about what God says in his word, they just don't care less
41:41 about it, but just in case Pope Francis accidentally cracks his Bible, hopefully someone around
41:48 him can point him towards this, or hopefully he comes across some of the following passages.
41:53 Romans three, 10, as it is written, none is righteous, no, not one.
41:59 Romans three, 23, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
42:04 Jeremiah 17, nine, the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately sick.
42:09 Who can understand it?
42:11 Some translations would say desperately wicked.
42:14 And the last one here is Mark 10, 18, and Jesus said to him, why do you call me good?
42:19 No one is good except God alone.
42:22 Guys, I know some of you out here listening to this are Catholic and I know several Catholics
42:27 that are not fans of Pope Francis, but this should kind of give you an idea that there
42:31 are people that think that the pope is infallible or infallible, that he, he is without sin that
42:38 doesn't do things that are wrong.
42:40 And here's the main problem that I see with the Catholic ideology, because there are Catholics
42:46 that are going to hell and there are Catholics that are going to heaven, just like the Baptists
42:48 and Methodists and Presbyterians, there are Catholics that have put their faith in Christ
42:53 for the propitiation of their sin debt.
42:54 They have repented of their sins and turned towards Christ and there are Catholics that
42:58 have not done that.
42:59 There are Catholics just because grandma was a Catholic, so I'm Catholic.
43:01 I go to mass couple of times a year and then I'm Catholic, but here's the reality.
43:06 The biggest problem with Catholicism as a denomination is that there is no defined highest
43:14 authority.
43:15 What I mean by that is, is in my church in a non-denominational Bible church, faith Bible
43:19 in heaven, Oklahoma, shout out, Mark Hitchcock, in his church, he is not the final say and
43:26 he would be the first one to tell you that.
43:28 He would say that God's word would be the final say, but in the Catholic church, they
43:33 don't have that.
43:34 It's, yeah, there's what the Bible says, but then there's what the early church fathers
43:37 did, then there's also tradition and then there's also what the pope says.
43:41 So the pope in 2000 and 24 can say something that is completely antithetical to what we
43:46 see in Scripture or even just a biblical outside of the Bible altogether.
43:50 And then you have to ask the Catholic, so who's right?
43:53 Is the Bible right?
43:56 Is the word of God right?
43:57 The Aaron infallible word of God, is that correct?
44:00 There is the pope right because they're saying things that are contrary to one another, right?
44:06 These things are opposing in their viewpoints.
44:09 So, so who, who gets it?
44:11 Like who are we going to go with?
44:13 And a lot of Catholics will just default to whatever the current pope says, whether they
44:18 are liberal, conservative or somewhere in between.
44:22 That's very, very, very problematic.
44:24 So if you're a Catholic listening to this, you need to reckon with that.
44:28 There's appeal, you know, authority are you going to appeal to, you know, whenever I've
44:32 been in these debates with atheists or agnostics or when you've seen any Christians debating
44:36 these people, they always will get to the sticking point, which is the question of morality.
44:40 How do we know the difference between good and evil?
44:43 What is the higher authority that we appeal to?
44:45 Because you might think that it's wrong for us to genocide a particular group of people
44:49 just simply based on their race.
44:51 But what if someone else says that, no, that's completely acceptable and fine.
44:55 Who's correct?
44:57 Because if you're appealing just to the heart of man, then it's a stalemate, because this
45:02 person says A and the other person says B, and those two things don't jive.
45:07 But if you can appeal to the highest authority, which would be God's law, which we get through
45:12 his word, then we can actually surmise what is moral and what is immoral.
45:17 So some of the two on there.
45:19 All right.
45:20 Next quick, it are here.
45:21 Germany significantly softening its laws on punishing child porn.
45:24 So this is according to the Washington Examiner on May the 21st.
45:28 The German parliament took a major step in bolstering its pro pedophilia credentials
45:32 by lowering the criminal liability for possession of child pornography.
45:37 Last week, the German parliamentary body advanced a bill that will reduce the possession of
45:41 child pornography from a felony crime to a misdemeanor.
45:45 Supporters of the bill claim that the legislation is necessary because minors could face felony
45:49 charges for possession of pornographic images.
45:51 A downgrade to a misdemeanor is also urgently required in order to be able to respond appropriately
45:57 and with the necessary flexibility to the large proportion of juvenile offenders, the legislation
46:01 reads, according to Redux here to the perpetrators generally do not act in order to be sexually
46:06 aroused by the child pornography content, but rather out of a drive typical of the adolescent
46:11 stage of development, such as naivete, curiosity, thirst for adventure or the desire to impress.
46:19 Rather than simply address the specific matter in the legislation, the German government
46:23 opted to reclassify the crime altogether for anyone regardless of age.
46:28 The effect will be that adults who possess child pornography will now be simply charged
46:32 with a misdemeanor rather than a felony treatment they should receive.
46:36 The law leaves and place a minimum one year jail sentence for the crime, but it will have
46:40 a devastating effect on the safety of children as pedophiles who possess child pornography
46:45 will likely face significantly shorter sentences than they otherwise would.
46:50 So right to my big takeaway on this story, remember a few years ago, when some of you
46:55 thought that I was crazy for saying that the next thing that the leftist Marxist revolutionaries
47:01 were going to try and shove down our throats and normalize would be pedophilia.
47:07 The category of the normalization of pedophilia, I remember saying those things and having
47:10 people say, Hey, Kyle, Kyle, I get it.
47:12 You're kind of extreme, you like to have these big, bold opinions, but come on, man, you
47:16 think pedophilia is going to be inside the overton window, like, come on, man, like just
47:20 relax.
47:21 And yet here we are because the law is a teacher.
47:26 So you've seen people say, even here recently with Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v.
47:30 Casey being overturned because of the Dobbs decision here in America, you're having women
47:35 talk about, Hey, I'm going to be celibate because just in case, you know, I get pregnant,
47:38 I may not be able to get an abortion in the city that I live in.
47:42 So their motivation for being celibate might be wrong, but the law is a teacher to them
47:48 now.
47:49 Because for 40 years prior to that, I would have been like, willy nilly, let me just open
47:51 my legs for any available swing and you know what?
47:54 And if I get pregnant, no big deal, I'll just, you know, go pay a few hundred dollars and
47:57 get it taken care of.
47:59 But now there's this extra consideration because the law has changed or the permissibility
48:04 of certain actions in certain, you know, jurisdictions has changed as it were.
48:09 In this exact moment, you have a law that is going to send the possession of child pornography,
48:15 which let's talk about that just a little bit.
48:17 These are images and videos of minors that in every case are being raped, right, or forced
48:23 to do things against their will sexually, which is another form of rape.
48:27 And that is being used as a masturbatory aid for pedophiles.
48:31 That's what child pornography is.
48:34 So in Germany now, if you're in possession of this masturbatory aid material that shows
48:39 the sexual destruction of minors, that's just a misdemeanor.
48:44 It's a no biggie.
48:47 Legally speaking, slap on the wrist.
48:49 That's all it is.
48:51 And the law will be a teacher.
48:53 Because the next generation that will have had this law in place for the entirety of their
48:58 existence of their lives, they're going to think to themselves, well, this must not be
49:01 that big of a deal because it's only a misdemeanor, because there are plenty of laws that you
49:05 guys would maybe think of here in this country and in the United States, where, oh, that's
49:09 just a misdemeanor.
49:10 It's not that big of a deal, but it might be a big deal.
49:13 It's just not felonious and how it is, you know, adjudicated via the law, right?
49:18 So we're going to have people in Germany, which is a post-Christian culture, Christianity
49:21 essentially doesn't exist in Germany that are going to be thinking to themselves.
49:24 Well, I guess child pornography is not that big a deal because it's just a misdemeanor.
49:28 So again, we're going to keep seeing this.
49:31 There will be other countries that will decriminalize the possession of child pornography.
49:36 They will either decriminalize it or lessen, you know, the severity of the charges.
49:42 And eventually, countries like Germany will completely decriminalize pedophilia altogether.
49:47 What is it?
49:48 There's the North American man, boy, love organization.
49:52 This is an organization whose tagline is before eight or what is it either?
49:58 I just forgot.
49:59 It was on top of my head.
50:00 It was before eight or it ain't great or if it's before eight is too late or if it's
50:06 after eight is too late, I think is it?
50:08 So there, I think I eventually got there after eight or before eight or it's too late.
50:11 Boom.
50:12 Sorry.
50:13 That's very confusing for some of you guys, but there's a group in America that their
50:16 tagline is essentially if you're having sex with a boy as an adult male, if you're having
50:19 sex with a boy and they're older than the age of eight, you've missed your window.
50:24 This is a group that is constituted here in the United States of America.
50:29 But guys, how far are we away from prominent leftists in national politics from agreeing
50:36 with that point of view?
50:37 10 years ago, you would say Kyle never would that happen.
50:41 Would you say that now?
50:42 Because yeah, in 2014, gay marriage, you know, quote, unquote gay marriage wasn't legal.
50:49 And think about all the different things that we're going on societally.
50:52 That would just be completely unrecognizable from where we are today.
50:56 In 2014, you would have been like, wait a minute, wait a minute, they're, they're shaving
51:00 pieces of little girls's arms off and sewing it into a phallic like penis structure and
51:06 then sewing that onto the top of a little girl's vagina so that she can have this sort of penis-like
51:12 thing inside of her underwear.
51:14 Wait, were we were giving little boys puberty blockers so that they don't develop into young
51:19 boys because they think their girls, wait, what in 2014 you would thought that we were
51:23 crazy.
51:24 And yet here we are.
51:26 So by 2034, where do you think we're going to be on the road to pedophilia?
51:30 I'm going to just maintain for you that we're going to be a lot further down that road than
51:34 you would be comfortable with.
51:36 All right, guys, the very last quick hitter here.
51:38 And so if you stuck with me all the way, you got there from the very beginning pitch, which
51:42 is that humanity is witnessing perhaps the greatest reunion of all time.
51:48 And that is creed is back together, y'all.
51:52 And that is creed the band, not the awful Rocky movies, creed the band.
51:56 So let's talk about creed a little bit.
51:57 I remember being in the CD exchange store in law, Oklahoma, where the CDs were just open.
52:04 And so they had a little like community, you know, CD player and you could put an album
52:09 in and you could listen to some of the songs before you bought it, right?
52:11 It was a UCD.
52:12 So shout out to CD connection.
52:14 I remember popping in my own prison, which is the creed, their initial album back in
52:20 1997.
52:21 And I'm like, man, I really dig this.
52:23 And so we bought that album and I wore it out.
52:25 I loved it.
52:26 But then creed mega blew up in 1999 when they released their album, human clay, had the
52:30 songs higher and with arms wide open.
52:33 And then they followed that up in 2001 with weather where they had one last breath, which
52:36 might be their biggest song and then my sacrifice.
52:39 But then right around 2001, 2002, and some of you are very familiar with this, it all
52:43 sudden became not cool to be a creed fan.
52:47 Not cool.
52:48 Not cool to be a creed fan.
52:49 You can't own creed albums.
52:50 You can't wear a creature.
52:51 You definitely couldn't go to a creed concert and you would never let a friend borrow your
52:54 creed album because then they would know you had a creed album and then you would never
52:57 live it down.
52:59 And I'll tell you what, I was susceptible to all that because I remember this is going
53:03 to be sound crazy to any of you that were, you know, were born not in the 1900s.
53:06 But I had all my hundreds of CDs and then I got a laptop where I could like insert my
53:11 CD into the CD slot, DVD slot on the laptop and I could or this was on a desktop actually.
53:17 So I had a tower and then I could upload all of my songs to iTunes, one album at a time
53:23 probably took about 17 hours per album to get that to upload.
53:26 And then that could go on my iPod, right?
53:29 So I had a separate device from my phone, right?
53:32 And this was just for my music, right?
53:34 I know crazy, crazy to think how far we've come as humanity, right?
53:38 But I put all of my albums, I spent the, you know, years and years getting all of my albums
53:43 uploaded to my computer so that I could have it on my iTunes so that I could be on my iPod.
53:47 But I left three albums off and that were the first, those were the first three creed
53:51 albums.
53:52 I did not put my own prison, human clay or weathered on there.
53:56 You know why?
53:57 Because what if I put my iPod on shuffle and what if a creed song came up and a friend
54:02 was in my car again, you can't live that down.
54:05 It's like pooping your pants in the middle of the hallway when you're in high school.
54:08 You will always be the kid that pooped his pants, whether you were the quarterback of
54:11 football team that led your team to a state championship or you were the best voice on
54:14 glee club or whatever that no, you're the kid that pooped his pants in the middle in
54:17 the hallway, right?
54:19 But then last year there were rumblings that Scott Stapp and the crew that they were going
54:25 to be getting back together and potentially doing a tour.
54:28 And then all of a sudden it was announced in 2023 that in 2024 they would be doing the
54:33 summer of 99 tour that would they would be traveling the country, playing their old hits.
54:40 But no one really knew that it would happen because you got to think for a band like that
54:44 to get back together with the level of power mixed with the level of hatred, taking some
54:48 of the heat off of Nickelback's back that this couldn't actually happen.
54:51 But the very first concert they were supposed to do was supposed to be on a cruise ship.
54:57 This was going to be their first concert in 12 years and people were like, man, I don't
55:00 know.
55:01 I don't know if this is going to happen.
55:02 I don't know if the world can handle Creed coming back together, but deadgum it.
55:06 You know what?
55:07 That's exactly what they did.
55:08 They got on a cruise ship with several hundreds or thousands of their fans and they did their
55:13 first show in 12 years because they released a fourth album somewhere back in the day and
55:17 nobody really listened to.
55:18 And then they all went their separate ways.
55:20 And so Creed is officially back.
55:24 I would like to apologize for succumbing to all the peer pressure to not listen to
55:28 Creed because I'll tell you over the last several weeks, maybe listen to a little bit
55:32 of Creed.
55:33 I have a little speaker and a little Bluetooth speaker in my shower, get a song or two in
55:36 while I'm, you know, washing off.
55:39 May have had a little bit of creed going.
55:41 May have sung it out loud.
55:42 May have pumped my fist, may have put my foot up on something that I pretended was a monitor
55:47 on a stage and did my best Scott Stapp impression.
55:50 Maybe that's something that happened.
55:52 Let's go right to the big takeaway here.
55:54 So let's go there.
55:57 Let's make our escape.
55:59 Come on, let's go there.
56:02 Let's ask, can we stay?
56:04 Can you take me higher to a place where blind man see?
56:10 Can you take me higher to a place with golden streets?
56:16 Now you might be asking yourself, Kyle, did you just in this episode by reading the lyrics
56:22 to higher by creed to that I would say a dang sure did.
56:28 All right guys, before we let you go, we are going to do a quick resilience boost at undaunted
