0:00 This is undaunted life a man's podcast. I'm your host Kyle Thompson. Let's get into it.
0:26 All right, guys. We've got a special return guest on the podcast and that is Mark Wayne
0:29 Mullen. You might be wondering, did Mark Wayne and Kyle have a falling out because he hasn't
0:33 been on the show in a while? Well, I don't know if you guys remember, but I'd had back-to-back
0:38 vocal cord surgeries. And so that was kind of creating some issues for scheduling because
0:42 I couldn't really talk. And so I don't think I've had him on since earlier this year, like
0:46 first quarter, maybe February or March, but he comes on his United States Senator representing
0:50 the great state of Oklahoma. He's going to come on once a month. And that's what he was
0:54 doing before I had my surgery, but we're getting back at it now. And it's just short interviews
0:58 to talk about some of the biggest topics that are currently happening in the government,
1:02 perhaps within culture, but we do kind of stick to the politics side of things. So in
1:06 today's interview, we talk about a lot of great subjects. We talk about UFOs and UAPs,
1:10 you know, the recent issues that Mitch McConnell had behind the podium when he, you know, had
1:15 his little incident. We talk about, you know, Biden family corruption. We talk about some
1:19 other good stuff, but it's a great interview. You guys enjoy it. So without further ado,
1:22 let's get into it.
1:23 Mark Wayne Mullen, welcome back to undaunted life a man's podcast.
1:26 Well, thanks for having me back. You know, one day I'm going to surprise you with a black
1:30 t-shirt. I'm just going to wear the black t-shirt just so we can look like we're clashing.
1:34 Okay, Senator Mullen, you know the rules. So I'm using your official name whenever I need
1:39 to really get you to understand something. This is my attire. Okay, you're not allowed
1:44 to wear it. But if you do, throw a little red in your beard, throw a little something
1:47 like that. But hey, the funny thing about it is it's been a while since you and I have
1:51 chatted, you know, I had a couple of vocal cord surgeries had to cancel on you a bunch of times.
1:55 So I got to feel important for canceling on the Senator. So probably the most important
2:00 question I can ask you today is how much did you miss me?
2:04 I mean, every night I literally just roll and pain and agony that I had heard your voice.
2:10 And I was worried sick about you. I mean, I just, I make myself vomit, probably lost
2:15 15 pounds worried about you.
2:17 Yeah, man, I have that effect on people. I make a lot of people vomit for a myriad of
2:21 different reasons. But you know, hey, I got to send you all the pictures of my scars and
2:24 everything. So you got to kind of vicariously live through that. But that's being the most
2:28 important thing we could talk about today. But I guess here's the second most important
2:32 thing that we're supposed to talk about. And I got to admit, right from the jump, I don't
2:36 care about this subject matter at all. I don't find it interesting. I think it's silly. But
2:41 this week on the Hill, well, this will be coming out, you know, a few days after we actually
2:45 talked, but there were whistleblowers on the Hill claiming that the United States has UFOs
2:51 and UAPs and that we've retrieved, technically aliens. And then every time they were asked
2:56 a direct question, it's like, Oh, you know, I can't talk about that, you know, in public.
3:00 So I talked to your, your Republican Senate buddy, Josh Holly about this. And he kind of
3:05 obfuscated my question a little bit. But I guess I got to ask you, where are the UAPs,
3:09 Mark Wayne? Where are the aliens? I want to see them.
3:12 Well, I would too. You know, I said on the House intelligence before I was went over
3:17 the Senate on the Senate side. I said on the Senate Armed Services, which we have, I carry
3:22 the same clearances as I did in the House. And not every, not every member has the same
3:26 clearances. Everybody has a TS, but the clearances at TS, that's just like the beginning level
3:32 of being being cleared for sensitive information. And so I carry very high clearance. I, I have
3:40 been briefed on this subject. And, uh, Kyle and Tony, I, the stuff that's coming out right
3:45 now, I, I haven't been briefed on any of that. I just, I'm sitting there looking at it and
3:50 going, well, that's new to me too, because I've been defense. I've been, I've been a brief
3:54 from the intelligence side of things, which is a different communities, a different apparatus.
3:58 So the IC world tell the intelligence community, which are those are all the alphabet communities,
4:04 which most people know is CIA and FBI. But there's another 14 of them out there and not
4:10 exaggerating by that. And, uh, and we call them the alphabet community. And then from
4:14 the defense side, which is offense also has an intelligence arm too. And, uh, and I just,
4:21 the stuff that's coming out, it's, it's, it is new to me and I'd be shocked at how much
4:26 of this actually wouldn't be shocked. I think we'll be surprised how much is this is actually
4:31 blown out proportioned versus what's actually real. I think when people start thinking
4:35 about UFOs, they go like, I mean, they, they start thinking about Hollywood and the production
4:41 and these flying saucers, uh, and these aliens with big green heads stepping out. I don't,
4:47 I think you're going to be actually disappointed now, have we had unidentified aircrafts, uh,
4:52 flying around? Yeah, absolutely. We've seen those. There's things that maneuver in the
4:56 air that were like, how did that happen? It's not, uh, it's not technology that that we have
5:02 inside our, uh, uh, inside the aerospace industry yet. But, uh, as far as the stuff that's coming
5:08 out, I, I think a lot of it may be born up portion and maybe I'm surprised. Maybe it won't be. But
5:13 like I said, I've been right in on a couple of these programs and it's that everything I'm hearing
5:17 is, is, is slightly exaggerated in what I've been told. Not saying it's not true to saying
5:23 what I've been told. Well, and there's a lot of people that when they talk about this,
5:27 whether they, you know, go before the hill or they go in the Joe Rogan experience or something
5:30 like that, when it's always, I talked to a guy that I trust that actually saw the thing or that
5:37 read the report on the thing. And then the people that claim to have actually seen the thing are
5:42 some of the least credible sounding and looking people on planet earth. And so again, I don't
5:46 want to belabor this point too much further. Just, but go ahead. Let me explain this to those
5:50 individuals that say I talked to a guy that told me, um, they didn't talk to a guy that told them
5:56 because a guy that they talked to would never set it because our clearances are so high,
5:59 it's not worth risking our jobs or careers or whatever, it's over. And we're not going to talk
6:05 to a guy that could go to a podcast to talk to the Joe Rogan experience. I'm not saying that, that,
6:12 that those individuals are not been told a story, but maybe that person, they talked to this credible,
6:19 supposedly talked to somebody else that they assume is credible that, that supposedly talked
6:24 to the guy that actually knows. And it's kind of like whispering a secret to somebody in a line of
6:28 five people. And by the time it gets back to you, it's nowhere even close to being the same because
6:34 everybody adds their own little flair and our own little interpretation to it. And so I'm not saying
6:39 those people wasn't told something, but it wasn't the person that they're saying that it was credible
6:44 source isn't the guy. He's not the person because the person that has that knowledge will be talking
6:49 about it. You focus on your physical and mental health, but once the last time you checked in on

7:50 something for people to talk about pundits to talk about people talk about on their podcast,
7:54 but I just I again, I find it deeply uninteresting. A more interesting topic that I would like to
7:59 talk about and it's it's kind of sensitive considering the timing. But for for literally years now,
8:05 or I guess it would be months for some of them, there's been a lot of concern over Joe Biden's
8:09 mental ability to be the president because it's obviously has dementia. He's definitely going
8:14 downhill. And then you have some of your Senate colleagues like John Federman and Diane Feinstein.
8:19 These are people who do not have full capable faculties mentally. But then, you know, again,
8:26 we're this will be released next week. But in the last couple of days, we saw Senator McConnell
8:31 have a very scary thing happen during, you know, he's addressing the media and then he just stops
8:36 talking and people are speculating like, Oh, he had a stroke or he had a seizure. He had something
8:40 this that or the other thing. Now, obviously, if Joe Biden goes down, there's a Democrat that
8:44 replaces him. If Einstein or Federman go down, there are Democratic governors in those states
8:48 that will point Democratic senators to their spots. The problem with McConnell's if someone like him
8:53 was unable to continue as a United States Senator, there's a Democratic president of Kentucky. And
8:58 that creates a large problem for the balance of power inside the Senate. And so again, I guess
9:03 technically he's your boss since he's the Senate minority leader, those types of things. But talk,
9:08 talk to the Republicans listening to the show. They're like, what in the world was that? What
9:11 was, what should we be thinking now? Well, I would, I would suggest him actually understanding Mitch
9:18 McConnell himself. It's not that he's having a stroke or anything like this. Mitch was, he almost
9:24 died when he was young because he had polio. And he was bedridden for for literally two years.
9:30 And you know, back when he got polio, no one survived from it. I mean, very little. The chances of
9:36 surviving was, was very slim. And so he had to learn how to walk and learn how to use his limbs
9:43 again. And he's got his book tells the whole story. But his polio is flaring back up. And I
9:48 will tell you what, what he told me a few months ago, he says, you know, I, I really have always
9:54 had to really think about moving one of his limbs. He's, but he still played baseball and he was
10:01 still active as a kid. He said, but as I've got older, it started to flare up again. And my leg
10:07 is starting to drag. He says, but what happens is when the pain, because it would, it would
10:11 paralyze a lot of people and it would literally shoot up your back. And so it attacked your nervous
10:15 system, attacked your spinal cord. He says, and when it attacks me, he says, when it hits, he says,
10:20 it locks me up. He says, I mean, it locks me up to the point to where, and I'm, I'm not, I'm not saying
10:26 it just like he said it. He, he doesn't, I mean, he's, he's a man of few words. But so I'm explaining
10:31 to you what he explained it to me. He says, when it hits me, it hits me hard. It hurts so bad for
10:37 such a small amount of time, he says, but it literally just freezes me up, like my whole body
10:43 freezes. And I haven't talked to him since the incident at the podium about the subject. I mean,
10:49 I've talked, I talked to him last night on the house for we were voting late last night on NDA,
10:53 but we didn't talk about this. What I saw that happened was he that shooting pain, that agonizing
11:00 pain that just kind of runs up anybody that has severe nerve issues or back pains, where you get
11:05 that just sudden burst of pain that just goes, that's what I saw. You saw him grab the podium,
11:10 you saw him go pale, and he sat there for a second, just like somebody that just got a
11:15 excruciating pain. And then he walked off on his own and he was back at the floor that night voting
11:21 and talking and it never came up. So I'm thinking that's what happened. I'm not worried about him
11:26 having a stroke. I'm not worried about anything like that. His falling incidents where he fell
11:29 and hurt himself a few months ago, once again, that was, I mean, according to what I know,
11:37 that was his body lynched, gripped up, and he fell backwards. I think this goes back to the polio
11:43 time when he was when he was younger. And the other day on the plane with the reports are that he
11:50 fell on the plane. Same thing, his body locked up and he fell. And so I think that's what happened
11:56 at the podium too. And it's just unfortunate. I mean, he's 81 years old or 80 years old, super
12:01 sharp. He has a very sharp mind. And because when he still talks every day in conference and he
12:08 delivers himself very well, but I think this disease is just coming back and learn his head on.
12:12 So I appreciate that that explanation, that insight there, it does a little bit beg the
12:17 question, I wasn't planning on asking this, but it begs the question a little bit about
12:21 people that are serving us in government that are representing us, and them aging out at a
12:26 certain point, because yeah, for every, you know, 80 something year old grandpa or grandma, that is,
12:30 you know, sharp as attack and you know, witty and all that, there are other people that are
12:34 completely broken down. But if you're a deeply entrenched, you know, government person and you're
12:40 you're on your 10th time in the Senate or something like, well, that the math doesn't quite work out,
12:44 but you get what I'm saying. If you've been in the Senate for forever and ever and ever and you're
12:47 going to keep getting reelected, even if you're a corpse like Diane Feinstein, at some point,
12:52 it's like, do we really need to discuss, you know, maybe term limits isn't the right thing,
12:57 but like an age limit to where it's like, look, not every 80 year old is created equal. But if
13:01 you're 80 and you've served in the Senate for X amount of years, it's like, all right, go on and
13:04 retire, get out of here. Well, I think that's hard to say that because you take Chuck Grassley, for
13:10 instance, from Iowa, Chuck is 89 or 90. I don't know. And he runs almost two miles every day,
13:20 and the guy as sharp as he can be. I mean, he's one of my favorite guys to sit down and talk to,
13:24 not those he had, not only does have a wealth of knowledge, but he's just funny. I mean,
13:29 he is so stinking funny. Last night, we're on the four vote and at 10 o'clock and he had,
13:34 he had the he had three or four of us around and just laughing. And so you take somebody like him
13:39 that is sharp, capable doing his job still out there, and you can't compare those to somebody else
13:45 that maybe their health or genetics aren't as good. So I hate putting a timeline on everybody,
13:50 on anybody, but here's what we do have. In the house, every two years, they got to go for re-election
13:56 and their constituents choose to either accept them or not. So you got built-in term limits. In
14:01 the Senate, we go every six years. And a sense you have built-in term limits. And I'm not trying
14:06 to be crazy about it, but I'm just saying you do. And then again, also, you also have your family
14:12 that should hold you accountable. My priorities are God, family, and everybody else. And I mess
14:17 those priorities up all the time, but those are always my center. I always try to go back to those.
14:21 Typically, it's after my wife gives me a very strong correction and says your priorities are
14:26 all messed up. But I'm sure none of us have ever dealt with that before. But it's like what
14:32 Christy said to me. She said, you know, Jill Biden should be the one term living Joe Biden.
14:38 Jill should be the one grabbing by the shoulder and say, honey, it's time to come home.
14:42 Because as she says, my job is to watch out for you and your job is to watch out for me. And when
14:48 we're not clicking like we should and we're not capable of doing things, especially at the highest
14:53 level, be it in the Senate or at the presidency or in Congress or at the state legislature,
14:57 even as a CEO of your job or just an employee of your job, you still have to perform at a
15:02 certain level. When you're unable to perform that, then your loved ones around you that should be
15:07 holding you accountable. And then you should have a strong talk with yourself. I don't know Joe
15:11 Biden is capable of having to talk with himself. I think anybody that looks at his eyes and looks
15:16 at his body language would tell you that he's suffering from some type of mental illness right
15:20 now. And I'm not trying to be mean to him. That's I'm not trying to get punchy. I actually have
15:24 a heart for it because in my family, unfortunately dementia does run in my family. And so we've dealt
15:31 with this on a very, very close, a very close and personal relationship with this. And I see the
15:39 same traits in him. And I'm not a doctor and I'm trying to diagnose him, but I see some of the same
15:44 traits in him that I've seen in some of my loved ones. Yeah, I don't think you need to be a doctor
15:48 or have an AI program to be able to tell you that that's something like this is happening and that
15:52 it's concerning. But you make a great point. And the same thing, you know, we're both MMA fans,
15:56 you actually have a, you obviously have an MMA background. Think about the fighters that stick
16:00 around too long. Like I remember when Chuck Liddell got knocked out, you know, seven hours last
16:04 day fights, even Anderson Silva hung around too long, BJ pin hung around too long. And it's like,
16:09 at some point, it was, is no one going to tell this person because some people are like, Oh,
16:14 they're fighters, you know, they want to go out on their shield. They want to do all that. But I do
16:18 remember, I mentioned Chuck Liddell, before he fought Tito for the third time, he came back when
16:22 he was like 50 years old to fighting for a third time. His main coach that was with him for his
16:26 entire career said, I'm not going to corner you for this fight. I'm not going to train you for this
16:30 fight. You can't do it. Now Chuck did it anyway. But I think the point is, is well served that,
16:34 look, yes, you do need people around you. And that's just generic good advice for not the
16:39 people that are in the White House and people that are just like around your neighborhood.
16:42 You got to have people that'll tell you no at some point. Well, it can't be your identity.
16:47 If you allow what you're going to become your identity, and that's why you should have priorities,
16:52 God, family, and everything else. Now, that's what my name is God, family, and you. That's what I
16:57 say. God, family, you. That means everything else. Being a senator isn't my identity. My identity
17:03 is found in Christ and who I identify to be is a, I try to be a decent Christian. I'm horrible at
17:09 it, but I try. But I want to be a great husband and I want to be a wonderful father. That's more
17:15 important to me than anything else that I do. But I can't say that that's the same for everybody
17:19 else because that identity of what you, what the perception of the public is of you becomes more
17:25 important and you got to live up to that persona. And I think senators, not senators,
17:32 but elected officials all the time, they get that title and they think that that title is
17:36 identifies them. And I'll tell you the best advice that I ever got as an elected official.
17:40 I'm not kidding. Two best advice. One was people in politics will hurt you a lot to gain themselves
17:47 a little. So I never want to use politics if there was somebody underneath the bus,
17:50 including the current president. That's why I want to make it very clear. I wasn't making a
17:54 political punch at him. I was, I was making from a personal perspective, even though politically
18:00 I disagree with the guy completely on everything. But I, but, but the other piece of ice I got was
18:06 from speaker John Boehner. When I first got in office, 11 years ago, he's walking, I didn't know
18:12 who John Boehner was when I was running for office. Okay, I had, I had politics was new to me. I'd
18:16 never been to the state Capitol. I never been to the nation's Capitol. And I walk in at the nation's
18:21 Capitol as an elected official. And I'm like, wow, you know, and I'm at all. And John Boehner wants
18:29 me to come to his office in this, in the, in the Capitol. And I go over there, they call votes and
18:34 we're walking to votes. And here's the speaker of the, of the, of the House, the third line to the
18:39 presidency. And there was a member of Congress being rolled to votes. He's literally in a,
18:47 in a wheelchair and they got to be quilt around him. He looked like he looked awful. And he said,
18:52 and John Boehner always smoked didn't make any difference wherever he's at. He always smoked. He
18:55 was a chain smoker. And he goes, Mullen, don't ever be that guy. And I said, what do you mean?
19:02 So don't ever be that guy. He's been here so long that he thinks this is his family and he's lost his
19:08 family. His wife has passed away. He has no relationship with his kids. And he has no friends back home
19:14 because he thinks this is the reality. The truth is when he dies, I'm going to give 66 to silence.
19:20 I'm going to gavel down and immediately everybody's going to start talking about who his replacement
19:25 is going to be. And within a year, most people won't build a member's name. About two months later,
19:31 exactly what he said took place. And to this day, I cannot remember his name. And a guy served for
19:38 like 40 years. So there has to be some of that identity that's taken place that you're rooted
19:45 deeply so you know when it's time to come home. I'll tell you right now, for me, I have a set
19:49 amount of years that I'm willing to serve my wife and I, we talked about it. We said how long
19:54 we're going to do this. And when it's time to come home, we're not basing it on my health,
19:58 even though my health were to fail, I would. But I think it's I'm not going to be there till my
20:04 health hopefully fails. I hope I'm still healthy. But we have a set number of years in our head
20:09 and the age of when I'm coming out already her and I made that agreement before we even ran for
20:15 Senate struggling with weight loss. Prolon's five day fasting mimicking diet is a clinically

20:41 when you subscribe at prolonlife.com/now. Well, and obviously, Mark Wayne, I mean, that's great
20:47 to hear as you know, you're representing me in the state of Oklahoma as someone who voted for you.
20:52 And that's a very, very important thing. All three times are just going to hear that.
20:56 It's important. I know this. So did you vote all three times from or just once Cal? This is very
21:00 three times. Well, hey, and I told you this off air, but I'll even say it here on air because I
21:06 can't remember. I said it on the show. But T. W. Shannon was and is a friend of mine and going
21:11 into y'all's runoff. I was like, well, I'm going to vote for T. W. He's a lot and guy. I'm a lot
21:16 and guy. And whenever I interviewed you both for my show, not only did that sway the opinions of a
21:22 lot of people in my community that sent me messages to say, Hey, Mark Wayne won me over. I'm going to
21:27 vote for him in the runoff. Like it swayed me as well, because I was just like, and it was nothing
21:32 against T. W. It was just a matter of, yeah, this is this is a this is kind of who I want to go to. So
21:37 but don't be checking me on my own show. I was like, I do that. You and I talked about that
21:44 privately. I don't think you've ever said it. I was giving you I was just giving you a hard time,
21:48 like T. W. is not what I'm taught to him. I probably literally taught him once or twice a month still
21:55 yet. And which that's a lot. I mean, I wish I'd say talk more to someone because I had I mean,
22:01 I told you that I have nothing against T. W. We just have different opinions and different
22:04 outlooks on things. But that doesn't mean I don't like the guy. And nor would I ever blame anybody
22:09 for running for public office. I don't get mad at people running against me. That's, you know,
22:13 that's your prerogative. You can do it. I got upset and I ran too. So why would I get mad at
22:18 somebody else doing the same thing? Well, hey, I'll tell you this much. If you ever try to catch
22:22 me on my show again, we are going to have massive issues. And I can say that because you're halfway
22:26 across the country right now and I'm not actually in the same room as you. Let me tell you, I started
22:30 rolling again recently. And breaking news we need to talk about. I hadn't I haven't rolled
22:38 consistently in 11 years. And I haven't been on the mat in five, other than just wrestling with my
22:46 boys, but the swap of the capital, the capital police that they're the ones capital. See every
22:52 US Marshals take care of judges. Secret Service takes care of the executive branch. So the president
22:58 has cabinet members as capital police are our federal officers. So that's people when they we
23:03 have security with this people think we have secret services actually capital police. So they're
23:07 federal officers. And so they're SWAT team. I know several people on their SWAT team and we become
23:13 buddies and talked a lot and and and stuff. And so their instructor wanted to roll with me. And I
23:20 thought they were inviting me to go roll while I work out the whole team. So a few weeks ago, they
23:25 called me and they said, Hey, why don't you come roll with us six 30 more? And I said, Yeah, perfect
23:28 love to do that. I've been wanting to do it anyways. That's again, I thought we were all going to roll
23:31 together. No, they had a mat set up. Everybody was around in him and the instructor. And I went at it
23:38 for 45 straight minutes. Now for not sitting on the mat for five years and to go for 45 minutes,
23:44 I by noon, I wasn't walking very well. I was yeah, I was sorry. It was so bad because I the
23:53 first 15 minutes, of course, my heart rate is up and I'm trying to lower my heart rate and I'm trying
23:57 to get my breath and then I kind of settled in. But still yet I would see something. And by the
24:02 time I'd see it, my body wouldn't react like it used to it. And I was like, Oh, I hate this. And
24:07 so when I got mad, I was like, Okay, I'm going to start rolling consistently now.
24:10 Okay, so you're so you say you're going to start rolling consistently now? Like, are you
24:15 actually going to start rolling consistently now? Is that is that going to happen?
24:18 I committed to I know this isn't something much too. But for me and my schedule, I committed to
24:22 rolling twice a week. And so about the only time I can fit it in, there was five 30 in the morning.
24:27 So I'm limited on my I'm limited on the places that open at five 30 in the morning.
24:33 It's with their place and there's a place in Broken Arrow that that's a good friend that
24:38 they have a class at five 30 in the morning. And then the SWAT team said that they would that
24:44 they would be well in the row with me anytime. So that's where I'm going to go.
24:47 See, well, that's the thing is it's just the consistency of getting in there and like I can't
24:52 imagine because I've been training for six years, you know, so I started at the age of 30, you know,
24:56 Jiu Jitsu specifically. And like Mark Wayne, I can feel it if I take like two weeks off,
25:02 like if something goes on, I'm traveling or if I get sick or injured or surgery or something like
25:06 that. And then I come back to the mat and I'm just like, I don't I don't have any idea what to do.
25:11 And then you get out there, you start rolling and but like I can't imagine what like your body feels
25:15 like after not because that is a different level of cardio. So like if you're in triathlon shape,
25:20 great, good for you, you're going to come in and get smashed in a six minute round with like,
25:24 you know, middle of the road bluebell. It's just the reality of it. Now, I know you need to get
25:28 all with the rest of your day. But I did want to ask you about one more thing because there's a
25:33 lot of smoke right now because again, you delineated earlier, you're not taking personal shots at Joe
25:38 Biden because of his health. Obviously you we should be praying for his health. We want him to be
25:42 healthy. We can disagree on his on policy wise, but we want him to be healthy. But the US House
25:48 Oversight Committee chair James Comer of Kentucky, they're doing an investigation of what I guess
25:54 we could call the Biden family corruption, the Biden crime family. And there's there's a lot of
25:59 stuff that would lead us to believe that there is deep levels of corruption and has been deep
26:04 levels of corruption with Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and overseas business associates and governments,
26:10 and that it's potentially been going on for decades involving millions and millions of dollars being
26:15 transferred to Joe Biden personally. Again, I felt like I was as careful as I could to describe that
26:21 in the way allegedly that all that is happening. So what a lot of people are talking about is that
26:26 impeachment proceedings and investigations could be in the offing. And then part of it is like,
26:32 well, does that technically matter because the House will would probably impeach him, but they
26:37 don't have the votes in the Senate. Obviously, anytime a president is brought up on impeachment
26:42 charges, that's a big deal. But just kind of give me your read of this situation as we sit right
26:46 here in July of 2023. Let me give you a little bit more background on this. Jason Smith is chairman
26:54 over Ways and Means. And he's also a roommate of mine. He rents a room off of myself and very good
27:02 friend. He's one of my best friends. And so we're very close. He's chairman. Well, these whistleblowers
27:06 came to him because these are IRS agents. Ways and Means are over taxes. And so this process has
27:14 been going on for a while. And I've known about it for a while. It just recently went public and
27:20 exposed a lot of the financial dealings that that the IRS actually had on him. So a lot of the
27:28 information we have got came from the whistleblowers that were investigating the Biden family, especially
27:35 Hunter Biden, and they were told essentially, not essentially, they were told to stand down.
27:40 And and these IRA agents, which one, by the way, is a Democrat and lives with with his his husband.
27:49 And and will openly tell you, I am not affiliated with Republican Party. In fact, I philosophically
27:55 disagree with him wholeheartedly. But my job was impeded by what was going on. And he's one of
28:02 the whistleblowers. He's one of the ones that exposed that they allowed himself, was I'd say
28:05 would expose himself to the public, allowing himself to come out and taking the veil of
28:10 of a whistleblower protection off of him. And and there's a lot of information has come up,
28:18 which is now for James Comer to not James Comer. Sorry. Oh my goodness, my mind has slipped me.
28:27 Jamie. Is it Comer? Is that right?
28:32 So James Comer is the house oversight committee chair, I believe. Yeah. So I'm thinking the FBI
28:37 director, my mind was going different directions. But anyways, he has, he has, he has, he has now
28:43 taken it on to himself. And so has Jim Jordan, both through judiciary, has taken it on themselves
28:48 to start going through this, this process of investigating to say that it's impeachable
28:55 isn't there yet. And I will say that the Republican Party is going to be very careful
29:00 about not using impeachment for a political tool, which is what Pelosi and the Democrats did,
29:07 and which is also why the impeachment hearing was very short and sweet when it came to Biden,
29:13 because they knew, or not Biden, when it came to Trump, because they knew that it was political.
29:17 So the way it works is the House and Peaches and the Senate puts them on trial. In this case,
29:24 keep in mind that an impeachable offense technically has to happen while they're in office. Now that's
29:33 important to understand. It has to happen while they were in office. Some of them have linger
29:39 effects, but that window is very, very, very narrow. So what he did as vice president doesn't
29:46 necessarily say what that is impeachable now, because when our founding fathers set it up,
29:51 and our constitution, keep in mind that all of them were considered criminals in the eyes of the
29:58 British. And so that wasn't an issue for them if you had a felony charge or anything like that
30:04 on you to keep you and prohibits you from serving in office. And so it's a very delicate road that
30:11 we're walking through. I will say that it is looking like it's going to be an impeachable
30:15 offense. And it's going to be definitely looking like that Hunter Biden is going to go to jail.
30:20 Now if his dad decides to to pardon him, that's up to him. And I would say I think most dads probably
30:28 would pardon their sons or their children. I'm not I'm not if you had that ability to do that,
30:34 but it doesn't look good. In the road that we're going to, the more the more pieces of paper we
30:40 find, the more people coming forward, I think it could definitely lead to the road of impeachment,
30:46 but we're not there yet. I don't believe not with information I've seen. Yeah, there's there's still
30:52 quite a long time for this to happen. And obviously, you know, election season is just now heating up,
30:57 you know, we're about to have the first Republican debates here in a little bit is Trump going to
31:02 show up is he not going to show up. So there's again, every two years, like it's it's a complete
31:06 circus and technically the circus never stops. And this is just part of the proceedings. But
31:10 we've covered a lot of ground today, but that's all for me. Is there anything else you want to get
31:13 off your chest? No, man, I appreciate you. You put me back on your show and glad you're healthy
31:18 and able to do this again. Yeah, let's see if we can get back on that once a month cadence and
