Let's be honest, most men drift. We wake up, we scroll, we work, and then we just rinse and repeat. And we know we're softer than we should be. That's why I built the 31-day resilience reset. This is not a devotional. It is a field manual for men ready to stop drifting and start fighting back. So, for 31 days, you'll train your spirit, mind, and body with scripture, prayer, and daily challenges that forge real resilience. Go to www.undaunted.life/31. life/31day to download this resource for free. That's undaunted.life/31day. Start your reset today. [music] This is Undaunted Life a man's podcast. I'm your host Kyle Thompson. Let's get into it. So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. That is Romans 14:12. Guys, keep that in mind as we go through the content today. And as always, I just want to start off by saying we're so thankful for all of our donors, guys. If you didn't know, we are a donationbased ministry. So, if you want to help us get this type of information, this type of content into the ears of more men around the globe, and shout out to our fiberenters, undawned. Undonned./donate. And I think we got a place in there as well where you can support the ministry that I do with Pastor Joby Martin called the Daily Blade. You can actually get some tax exempt donations over there if you if that matters. And also leave a review, share this uh show with your friends. Five star reviews only. and also subscribe on YouTube because we got uh you know approved for monetization a few months ago and so finally our YouTube channel's uh you know out of jail for I guess you know we were in jail for three or four years before they uh let us loose. So make sure you subscribe over there. It'll really really help us out. All right so on today's podcast we're going to be looking at some big stories and gosh if really at any point in history there's going to be big stories but even here recently there's a lot of big stories and really I know this show has kind of changed a lot this year. I mean, from beginning to end, when I look at some of the interviews this year, some of the people that we've had on the show, it's just kind of insane. And then also, even the solo episodes, it seems to be a little bit more pointed, a little bit more focused. Uh, not sure exactly why all that is, but, you know, we're focusing on some larger topics as opposed to me giving, you know, quick opinions on a bunch of things, even though we're going to continue to do quick hitters all off into the future. And I think part of it is because I've been slowing down long enough to see some trends. And I've always been able to see trends. And someone was describing this as a gift the other day. They're like, "Mean, some people can just read a four or 500 page book and pull out the trends or pull out the important information so that I can go out to other people." And I feel like God gave me that as a gift. And that's how I handle my interviews after I read, you know, the person's book when I'm looking at these large cultural topics. But there have been three stories that have come up in, you know, the the last few months that tell us the most about our society and our current cultural zeitgeist than just about anything else. And those three things are the Lindsey Clansancy murder trial, the botched execution of Christa Pike, and the so-called Cornell 7. So guys, just so you know, I'm recording this episode in mid October. I'm recording this on October the 15th, uh cuz I've got some unplanned last minute uh upcoming travel, so I needed to get this recorded and in the can. And so there's very likely, I hate when this happens, but there's very likely going to be some breaking news on at least some of these three cases over the next couple of weeks. So I obviously can't tell the future. So you're just going to have to give me a little bit of grace as you're going through this. So if something has substantively changed on the Lindsay Clansancy Crystal Pike or the Cornell 7 stuff, obviously I will not know that. So obviously give me a little bit of that break. But if we go to the Lindsy Clansancy murder trial, I did a long episode on episode 987 of this podcast. I did a couple of hours on the case and for any of you that have experienced that episode, again, if you have not, definitely go back and watch episode 987 of this podcast. One of the hardest episodes that I've ever had to write. One of the hardest episodes I've ever had to prepare the delivery of it. It was absolutely brutal. But just for the sake of a quick summary, Lindsay Clancy murdered her three children, Kora, Dawson, and Ken. Uh she did it in a premeditated fashion. She actually lured her husband out of the house on an errand so that she could strangle her three children without interruption. She used three separate exercise bands that she wrapped around her children's necks in order to strangle them all to death. There is evidence that Dawson, her three-year-old little boy, actually tried to fight her to try to run away and escape her. And uh after she successfully killed all three of her children in the basement, she went upstairs, gave herself some very shallow wounds with a knife, jumped out of a second story window in a supposed suicide attempt. Uh, this supposed suicide attempt did leave her paralyzed from the waist down. Her husband came home to find her outside and when he went inside to find the children, he discovered that all of his children had been murdered. Lindsay Clancy admitted to killing all three of her children. And even in the opening statement during her murder trial, her own defense attorney admitted that she had murdered all of her children. The only thing that was in question in this case was whether or not she was insane during the time of the murders. So, the trial took place over several weeks and after many days of deliberation, it came back as a hung jury because one hero juror refused to acquit Lindsay Lindseay Clancy of murdering her three children. His name is Michael Destonville. And so, you know, there was a lot of people that got really tummy achd at the fact when they found out that this juror was black because there was about a week there where we didn't have the identity of the one hold out juror, but everyone just pictured this old white rich MAGA hatwearing guy that was just over there like, "Oh, no. I hate women and I I love the Handmaid's Tail and I I think we should have that here in America." And then when it became known that it was a black man, oh my gosh, the left just flat out didn't know what to do with that. But Michael has been doxed. Um, you know, there have been threats that have been levied against him and his family. He's done very, very few things out in the public. I know he recently, as of the recording of this, did a sit down interview with Katie, uh, you know, Manny, Machini, what anyway, uh, the guy that used to be the press secretary for the president. Um, she they they sat down together and did something for Fox News and he has been smeared in the public. So, it was brought up that he was previously accused of domestic violence. Now, obviously, I don't condone or support domestic violence in any way, shape, or form, but there are people saying that because he had engaged again allegedly in domestic violence, and there we don't really know if that even happened that he was somehow incapable of being an impartial juror on the trial of Lindseay Clancy somehow, you know, and we have to look at what people are actually saying. So, they're saying that because this juror may have violently assaulted a woman at some point in his past that he could not determine whether or not a mother killed her three children. That's what they're saying. So, these women seem to be very concerned about someone who is accused of assaulting a woman, but they have absolutely nothing to say, no concern about a woman who 100% definitely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, murdered her three children in cold blood. So, we got to keep that in mind. But the Lindsey Clancy team and her supporters, they're basically doing everything they can right now to make sure that no one wants to be on a future jury if they try this case again because they want to ruin this juror's life so that in the future there's nobody that is going to be willing to acquit her, right? So, we obviously need to be praying for this man. We need to be praying for his family. If he's not a Christ follower, we need to be praying for that as well. But obviously on that episode I previously did, we talked about the support that she got during the trial. Uh she got an insane amount of support from basically the left-wing media, from feminists all over the world. It's just one of those things that it's kind of hard to uh it's kind of hard to put into into words. Uh and I just realized, hang on one sec. I think I gave y'all the wrong episode number. Hang on. We're doing it live. So I'm going to go look at my notes here because I out of the what did I say? 987. I don't think that was episode 97. So hang on one sec. [snorts] Let's see. Maybe it was and this is all for not 968. I was incorrect. So if you want to listen to my previous episode on Lindsay Clancy, go to episode 968. So obviously Lindsay Clancy lots of uh lots of coverage, lots of people supporting her, coming to the courthouse, wearing pink, all the things. But then, you know, [clears throat] since I recorded that episode and since that case wrapped up, uh the jurors started coming out and doing interviews. Um, and many of them just started admitting out loud that they wanted to use this trial for something. That their job was not to go there and determine the guilt or innocence of Lindsay Clancy or to determine if she murdered her children in cold blood and knew she was doing it or that she was insane. This is a direct quote from one of the jurors. They wanted to make things better for women. That was why they were there. So, there were a lot of videos that came out. This is a short one here. This is one of the most evil videos that you will ever see in your life considering the circumstances. One of the most evil things evil videos you'll ever see. It shows a level of seared consciousness that is absolutely impossible to fathom. Let's go to the clip here. >> We don't need that and we would highlight it and you know so and so this is the definition of reason of love. But he had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children. >> This juror had the hardest time focusing on the actual center point of the case. That was one of the jurors. Okay, just think about that. She's looking at this juror like, "Oh, this pathetic man. Why can't we convince him that he doesn't need to worry about these three children that were murdered in cold blood in this horrific way that they died in such a brutal way? And one thing that I didn't get to talk about last time was there was an expert testimony given during the trial where someone claimed that Lindsey Clancy might be guilty of something called altruistic philicide. Altruistic philicide. So very likely never heard of that, but that's uh supposedly it's the act of a parent killing their child out of a misguided or delusional belief that doing so will protect the child from real or imagined suffering, hardship, or danger. Okay. I've heard a similar explanation given for abortion, right? Oh, my kids going to have a hard life, you know, maybe I don't have enough money or maybe I don't know who the daddy is because I'm kind of a [ __ ] Or maybe uh we don't exactly know what's going to be uh happening with this life. Maybe they have some abnormalities like oh what a what a world, you know, there's climate change and all the things. So, I'm just going to go and kill my baby in the womb that I know is a living human being worthy of my protection and love. I'm going to go ahead and kill them. That's altruistic philos. So, some people are claiming Lindsay Clancy had the same thing here. So, this stupid and potentially evil female juror that said the thing that I uh you know just described during her expert testimony explaining altruistic philicide, one of these jurors said that that was a pivotal factor for her saying that Lindsay Clancy was not guilty of murdering her children by reason of insanity. That expert testimony. So, it just seems like many of the jurors just had a really hard time saying the word guilty when describing this situation. Like they it's like they didn't practice. They should have just practiced in the mirror. Guilty. Guilty. I think she's guilty. I I don't know. Maybe that word scares them. Maybe it's just a little bit too rough for them. And I know that they're uncomfortable [clears throat] with saying that, you know, saying that she's guilty and that she deserves to be executed. So for people that think that way, I just want to kind of change the language up a little bit to make it a little bit more comfortable for them. So maybe try something like this. I think Lindsay Clancy did a bad bad and deserves altruistic execution. think it would be better for all of us, for all of society, and it would be justice for Cora Dawson and Kalen if we just had some altruistic execution occur in Lindsay Clancy's life. Does that work? And here's the other thing about the altruistic philicide thing. In order for you to believe that, in order for this juror, this stupid stupid juror and any of the other ones that got wrapped up in this, in order for you to believe that Lindsey Clancy engaged in altruistic philicide, and you accept that as a defense, you have to simultaneously believe that Lindseay Clancy was indeed coherent enough to plan out and execute the crimes. Like, you see that, right? You see that? Because look at this. Are these stupid women from the jury and, you know, at least two of the three men of the jury actually claiming that Lindsay Clancy was simultaneously so insane that she didn't know right from wrong except for in this tiny little window of time where she was actually killing her children, but that she simultaneously was aware enough to know that killing her children would actually be what is best for them. Is that what you're saying? Because in order to believe that slop, that's what you have to believe. And I saw someone else point this out. I'd love to give him the credit. I just forget he said it, but it's very very important. And I should have mentioned this in the the first episode that I uh did on the case and all those types of things. Again, you can go back and listen to it. But Lindsay Clancy and her defense team and her supporters claim that she was temporarily insane again, remember? And that she was distraught when she came to and realized that the voice in her head that that made her do this thing, you know, that it was bad. Like she was so distraught. Like again, remember they only claimed that she was insane while the crime was taking place. How convenient. Not before the crime, not after the crime, just while she was strangling Cora Dawson and Cal to death with exercise bands. And apparently maybe while she was planning the crime in meticulous detail and sending her husband out of the house so he couldn't stop her. But aside from all those other times, she was normal. She was a good-loving mother. She should have ran for president. They would have voted for her. But she just had this little slip up, this little whoopsies. Right now, here's the thing. Her eight-month-old baby Ken didn't die immediately. Ken actually fought and held on for several days after Lindsay, his mother, strangled him with the intention of killing him. And here's the key. This is very, very important. Do not miss this. Lindsay Clancy never once asked about Ken's health after she emerged from her supposed psychotic break. Not once. Because if you want me to believe this horse crap that she was temporarily insane, didn't know what she was doing, but maybe also she was being altruistic at the same time, but that she finally came too and realized how horrible it was, all the tears and all the realization and all those different things. And then she was told that Ken didn't die. Corin Dawson are already in the morg, but Ken's hanging on. He's in a children's hospital. She didn't seem to care. What does that tell you? Now, I believe I said this in my original Lindsay Clancy episode, but I don't believe for a second that Lindsay Clancy had a psychotic break, but that only lasted for her long enough to kill her children. But I do think that there is a societywide psychosis in seared consciousness that is occurring because of this case. I mean, we saw the people that were reacting. We saw the social posts, the Tik Toks. We saw those the horrible women that were wearing pink and supporting her outside of the courthouse and all the different things. But I want you to listen to what some random woman said at this gathering that Oprah was hosting. I don't know what this thing was, but God, it seemed like absolute torture. So, I'm glad I wasn't there. Or maybe I should have gone there and raised my hand and said something into the microphone. But let's go to the clip here. >> And the other thing that I would just be remiss to not say is I I hope this never happens again. We know statistically it really will. >> It will. I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsay, who don't have her same access. [applause] Yeah. Yeah. [applause] Yeah. Who who don't have her same access and education, her melanin, her privilege. There are women of color sitting around this country in prisons for this same thing that we've never heard of. And I just want to remind us to have the pink shirts and the energy for them as well. [applause] [applause] >> Let's make sure to have the pink shirts and the energy the next time a black woman kills her children. That that's what we're supposed to be worried about. Again, no mention of Cora Dawson or Kalen, right? No mention of that whatsoever. But you know what we should really be focusing on right now? We need to make sure we have the same amount of media coverage and support for the next woman that murders her entire family. That's the level of intellectual prowess that we currently see. And those stupid harpies clapping along. There are a few men in there as well, right? I'm sure their women, their wives dropped them off, uh, you know, drove them there just clapping along. Yeah, girl. Yes. Yes. the next time a black woman does this or just a non-white woman, someone that doesn't have the same privilege does something like that, someone that's a little bit more intersectional, we need to make sure that we can support them. Okay? And just to put a bow on this case for now, because we got to move on to the other two, we have to remember that there has not been a bow put on this case yet because we still don't know if the state of Massachusetts will try to prosecute Lindsay Clancy again. There's still a lot more that needs to be figured out with this situation, but obviously she will receive uh eternal judgment for this crime and all the other sins that she has committed. If she doesn't turn to Christ, we should pray that she does. Uh and we should pray that Cora Dawson and Ken welcome her into heaven. If we're going to be Christians, we have to be Christians that believe in the whole book, not just the parts that we like. Hey guys, real quick. I know a lot of you train for very specific things. All right, now we need to get into the second case, the second thing that's really dominated the headlines, and it's the botched execution of Christa Pike. So, the breaking news on September the 30th of this year was that a condemned inmate named Christa Pike had survived her execution by lethal injection at the Riverbin Maximum Security Prison in Nashville, Tennessee. So, the state administered two rounds of Pinto Pintobol Pintobol. So, the primary dose they gave her didn't kill her and then they went to the backup dose which one round is normally all that's taken and then even after the two rounds she lived. There were signs almost immediately that something had gone wrong. Uh Pike was conscious. She complained that her arm hurt and that she felt like it was about to burst. A lot of pressure. They indicated and really that indicated that they didn't inject the uh the medicine or the the thing that was going to kill her into the vein. They just injected it into her arm. So Pike was in pain, but she continued breathing. She was moving her head. She was snoring essentially for over an hour. The witnesses could even hear her snoring. They kept like closing the curtains and trying to do stuff and opening the curtains again. It was an absolute mess. And then Pike's attorney demanded in the middle of all this that the execution be halted and that medical treatment be provided to his client. So Pike was uh then taken from the prison by ambulance to a local hospital. Uh the immediate assumption was that she was brain dead. Uh she actually somehow gained re she gained consciousness again almost 6 days later. Her lawyer said that she could speak uh but that she was very confused obviously by the whole situation. She couldn't swallow. She couldn't move her arms. She had gotten pneumonia at one point. She had a blood clot that they found and you know she obviously had very severe swelling in the arm, but she remained very much alive and as of the recording of this podcast is still very much alive. Like it's a miracle. It is miraculous how this all took place. So obviously this is a botched execution. Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee called the incident a tragedy and has halted all upcoming executions until they can do you know a third party review of their systems. But I will say this, this is kind of darkly funny. Not all of you will think this is funny, but Christa Pike requested an all female execution team because, you know, she didn't want to be held down uh by a man and, you know, uh the restraints put on a man, which why we would ever ask the person that's about to be executed their preferred method and their preferred, you know, standards of of execution is absolutely flumxing to me. I don't know why we would ever do it. But isn't it so interesting that we've got the first all female execution team in Tennessee and they suck so bad they couldn't even kill somebody that was strapped down and they had two doses of something that is supposed to kill them five times over. Something darkly funny about that. But I think just as a society this is part of the downstream consequences of trying to sanitize executions. This is one of the downstream consequences of having somebody on death row for decades and decades and decades and decades. Because again, if it's decades after the crime took place, no one remembers the crime, you know, we have to be reminded what this person did. And don't worry, we'll get to that here in just a second. But these these, you know, strapping someone down and making it this sanitized like, you know, we're going to use these these chemicals, we're gonna inject them into your body and no one's really going to see it and all those types of things because I just got to tell you, uh, the success rate of hanging and firing squads is basically 100%. Right? And here's the other thing, rope and bullets are way cheaper than pharmaceutical drugs. Big time, right? But we've got to sanitize it. We have to keep it away from the public. But we do actually need to go back to why Chrisa Pike was sentenced to death to begin with because this is the part that a lot of people forgot. So, she was convicted in 1996 of first-degree murder and conspiracy. On January 12th of 1995, she tortured and killed a 19-year-old girl named Colleen Slimmer, who was a fellow student of hers at the Knoxville Job Core Center. Pike was 18 years old at the time. Pike's boyfriend and another friend of theirs participated in the crime as well. Pike apparently targeted Slimmer because she was jealous of her because she thought that, you know, Slimmer was trying to make a move on her boyfriend. So, the three of them lured Slimmer into a wooded area near the campus of the University of Tennessee under the pretense of smoking marijuana. But then for the next half hour or so, they beat her, they kicked her, they slashed her with like this box cutter or something like that. Uh they they uh cut her with a meat cleaver. They carved a pentagram into her chest while she was still alive. And Pike was actually the one that delivered the fatal blows by bashing her head in repeatedly with a large chunk of concrete. Okay. And then Pike actually took a small piece of Slimmer's skull as a souvenir from the crime. She even showed it off to people later. She said she was going to eat food with it. She may have actually uh ate some food with it. Right. And out of the three asalants, Pike was the only one that was sentenced to death. And uh here's the thing. While incarcerated, Christa Pike was far from a model prisoner. In 2001, she almost choked another prisoner to death with a shoestring. She was convicted of attempted first-degree premeditated murder and was sentenced to an additional 25 years to run concurrently with the death sentence, which is even weird to say. Like I know it's just kind of like legal ease or whatever, but it's like okay, we've sent this person to death, but also 25 years on top of that, but whatever. And then around uh you know 2011 2012, she was involved in a foiled escape plan. They tried to like bust out of this maximum security prison, right? And there was actually one of the corrections officers in on the whole thing. So obviously this is an incredibly demented and evil woman who deserves the death penalty that she was given. I mean and again if we lived in a just society she would have been given the right to appeal her initial sentence quickly and then if her initial sentence was upheld upon appeal she would have been executed speedily same day or next day. But we don't live in that kind of society. >> [clears throat] >> Crystal Pike was on death row for around 30 years before the state, a room full of women, botched her execution. So for 30 years, the taxpayers of Tennessee paid for Pike to eat and live. You want to talk about injustice? But even before the bots execution, a lot was made about the fact that, you know, Christa Pike was going to be the first female that the state of Tennessee was going to execute in over 200 years. and the the feminists all over the place were like, "Well, that's just not fair, right? Let's give it another hundred years. Let's make an example out of another woman." Or actually, let's not blame her at all. But don't worry, we'll get there. And now, in the wake of the botched execution, the support for Chris Pike is only increasing. Again, a woman that tortured and beat a woman to death with a slab of concrete and kept part of her skull as a souvenir, we got to feel really, really bad for her, right? But much like with Lindsay Clancy, in that case, no one see no one really seems to have any regard for Pike's victim, right? Do we hear anyone talking about Slimmer? No one seems to have any sympathy for the teenage girl that Pike murdered in such a brutal fashion. And a lot of people are just trying to explain away her responsibility for this crime because apparently Chrissa Pike did have a very, very rough upbringing with a lot of sin. She was apparently sexually assaulted repeatedly. [clears throat] She was physically abused. She was neglected. Obviously, this isn't going to be a shock. She had tremendous mental health issues. She was later diagnosed bipolar. She was suicidal. Even from an early age, I think the first time she tried to commit suicide, she was 11 or 12 years old. But the thing is is people are using her bad upbringing as a reason for why she acted so terribly. So, this was kind of like a dark joke. I think this this came up on on the forging table. Uh you know, we were talking about Forest Gump and I was talking about how Jenny is one of the worst villains maybe in film history. Jenny is awful and people are like, "What are you talking about, Jana? What are you?" And even like Adam was like, "Oh my gosh, what are you talking about?" But Jake, the largest of all forging tablelers, made the best comment. She's like, "Yeah, she's a villain with a backstory. Don't all villains have a backstory? Magneto, Thanos, like the Joker, they they've all got backstories. But we live in this era. I think one of the guys in the group sent the the Kruella movie that came out a while ago. Because if you watch 101 Dalmatians, the original, was that Disney? The original film. Carella Deville is just this evil person. You have to have a story that has good and evil and good has to overcome evil, right? Like that's the playbook. But this Kella movie was like, "Oh, but you know, yeah, she's kind of evil and and horrible and wants to murder puppies, but man, she had kind of a rough upbringing." That's what we're seeing now from a lot of people. So, we have the Lindsay Clancy case. We have the Crystal Pike case. Now, we need to move on to the so-called Cornell 7. Okay. Now, there's a lot of speculation. There's a lot of things that have not been verified in this case, but everything that I'm about to talk to you about, unless I say otherwise, is a verified fact and we know it uh and and has been because it's been reported that way as of the recording of this podcast. So, this case was all anyone could talk about for a couple of weeks there. Remember that. So, this case involves a girl known as Jane Doe. Now, if you go to the internet, you can find Jane Doe's name. You can find pictures of her, but none of the mainstream media is willing to confirm her identity. So, we'll just go ahead and call her Jane Doe. So, Jane Doe enrolled at Cornell University in 2022. She belonged to Cornell's Trielta sorority. At the time of the incident we're about to describe, she was 20 years old. So, let's go to October 19th, 2024. So, according to Jane Doe's own statement, she was at her sorority house and she drank vodka until she was intoxicated. Then, she and her sorority house mother took an Uber to Mooney's Bar and nightclub in Ithaca, New York. Since she was underage, she should have not been able to drink any alcohol at this establishment, but apparently she had at least one drink while there. Then, around 10 p.m., she and some of her sorority sisters went to another bar. And then, and of course, they drank more when they got there. A little before midnight, she went by herself to the Ki fraternity house on Cornell's campus. So, she was going there specifically to meet a young man named Matthew Les whom she had, you know, romantic and sexual interest in. Les was the one that invited her over to the fraternity house. Less and Jane Doe began having sex and it quickly turned into a threesome involving another one of his fraternity brothers named Jonathan Newell. Uh, then there was a Snapchat message that was sent in the KiFi Actives group chat. This was around 1:42 a.m. and included again, you know, Unda Life of Man's podcast. We're just going to say it. So, if you have little ears, you might skip ahead just a little bit. And so, this message in the Snapchat included language referring to free [ __ ] upstairs and later, "Shop's still open with a reply of,"Yeah." So, during all this, Jane Doe drank more alcohol. She smoked marijuana, and she snorted some ketamine. So that's a hallucinogenic and disassociative drug. And it is confirmed that she actually snorted ketamine off of one of the guy's penises. Right? One of the guys she was having sex with, they put ketamine on his penis and she snorted it, right? And then some of the frat guys snorted ketamine off of her body. Several other fraternity members came into the room. Uh some of them ended up having sex with Jane Doe as well. And one of the men that participated in this said that he passed out at one point and that Jane Doe actually pulled out his penis, gave him oral sex without his consent and shove something up his rectum. Okay, so this sinful and evil debauchery continued for several hours and reports there were that it ended just before 6:00 a.m. And then Jane Doe and these young men said that everything that happened was consensual and that anytime Jane Doe asked them, again confirmed by both sides, anytime Jane Doe asked them to not do a particular thing to her or to stop what they were doing, they all stopped. Then Jane Doe traded text messages with Jonathan Newell a couple days after the incident. New apologized for how things went down, saying that his memory was kind of fuzzy. And then he said uh that, you know, um they basically said that he felt bad, another guy felt bad for how intoxicated everybody had gotten. But then Jane Doe replied that her memory was super clouded too, and that that they had all been very intoxicated. And then she said this, "None of the sexual stuff was illegal." That's a direct quote from her text message. None of the sexual stuff was illegal. And then she said this, quote, "Really liked being with you and Matt again because they were initially she knew she was going over there to engage in a threesome, right? And we're supposed to apparently not question uh whether or not these frat guys are kind of gay as well because here they are engaging in a threesome. But okay, whatever." But to be clear, Janeo was saying to Jonathan that she really enjoyed the threesome that she participated in with the two frat guys that she knew she was going over to the house to participate in. Okay. She also expressed how she wanted to smoke with him again soon. This was after all this went down. Yeah, I want to get together and smoke soon. And that's how the media portrayed this text message exchange, but as we'll discuss here in a moment, that certainly didn't uh they certainly didn't give us a full picture. Now, around this time, Jane Doe says that word had gotten around campus about her behavior and that, you know, the behavior of the guys that were in the frat. She said that her reputation was destroyed, that she was basically just sleeping and crying all day long. now that all these uh not rumors but all these truths were being passed around about her. Uh and then we see from text messages that she uh exchanged with Engles. We we see her talk about how oh my she was so sad and all the different things. Now not long after uh this time period was a planned Ki-fi Halloween party. Okay. Apparently this was like the biggest Halloween party. This is a big event for Ki and apparently Jane Do really really wanted to go. Now, she was worried that she might not be welcome considering everything that was being said about her on campus and about the frat on campus, but Engles again sent her a message that said, "Kai is your house and you are welcome here." That's a direct quote. And she replied positively, "Thank you. I really appreciate that heart emoji. I'll bring my sigs tomorrow." Okay, she's a real peach. She was later disinvited from the party, though. She apparently received a phone call from the Ki chapter president who was not one of the seven men that had sex with her that night. He apparently was saying it was for her own good that she not attend the Halloween party. And it was only after she was disinvited from a Halloween party that her story began to change a little bit. Initially, she maintained that she consensually engaged in everything, including the drug abuse and orgies, only to now claim that she was actually assaulted sexually, that she was raped. Not just raped, gang raped. On November the 7th, more than two weeks after the sex party, she went to an Ithaca hospital to request a sexual assault forensic examination, right? A rape kit, but obviously too much time had elapsed for that to be effective. And then on November the 8th, the next day, she reported this alleged incident to the Cornell University Police. So Cornell suspended the Ki fraternity from campus and suspended the seven young men listed in Jane Doe's complaint. Uh, you know, upon further review or whatever, Jane Doe gave a multi-hour interview to the Cornell University Police Department. That was turned into a 100 plus page statement which was later condensed down to six pages and given to the Tomkins County District Attorney's Office. But then there were multiple investigators and prosecutors that came to the conclusion that the facts as set forth in Jane Doe's own statement did not constitute a crime under New York law. That's very important. Multiple investigators, multiple prosecutors took Jane Doe's own words, the own thing, the things that she used to describe the situation and said there's no there there's no crime here. So they said that the sexual conduct and drug use were voluntary, consensual. they were conscious and and this was all based on a review of her statements. No criminal charges were filed. So Cornell University opened up a formal Title 9 investigation on January the 14th of 2025. The investigators conducted more than 50 interviews that included interviews with Jane Doe with I think six of the seven accused men and more than 20 additional witnesses. So they looked at everything that was filed at the police department. Uh they looked at call records, text messages, Snapchat messages, drug tests. They looked at everything. Okay. And after a monthsl long process that went into really painstaking detail to find the truth in this case again where no criminal charges were brought the panel again title N not a criminal panel the Title N panel came to this conclusion. So Matthew Engles reminder he was the one that Jane Doe came to see and knew that she was going to have sex with him and one other guy. Fact he was found responsible again by Title 9 for sexual assault. He was expelled from Cornell. The panel described his actions as involving manipulation and endangering Jane Doe for his own benefit and the entertainment of others. Jonathan Newell, the other guy that participated at least in the initial threesome. He was found responsible for sexual assault. He was expelled. U he was the individual also associated with the Snapchat message encouraging others to come into the room. A young man named Winston Lee was suspended for two years and he was given disciplinary probation upon return. He has a no contact order and he required had to go through required education and reflection papers. Uh, Gileio or Gillio Lopez was found responsible for sexual assault on the basis that he should have known Do was incapacitated. He was given a three semester suspension plus two years of probation, a no contact order and education and reflection papers. Diego Sarabia, he was barred from campus for 3 years because he had already graduated at this point. He was given a no contact order. And then we have Scott Norris and Scott Crepetar, whatever. Uh, two Scots. Uh, they were both found not responsible for sexual assault or misconduct. They were given no contact orders. They required a study of sexual harassment, social media use, and bystander intervention. They had to do reflection papers. And uh the second Scott Crush Schwamar or whatever, he was found responsible for attempted sexual exploitation, which is not sexual assault because he didn't complete the sexual exploitation. Okay. And then along with all that, the Ki chapter was officially closed and remains permanently barred from the campus of Cornell. Okay. After all this went down, Jane do left Cornell. Uh but then in midepptember of this year, okay, Jane Doe filed a 101page civil lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court and she filed it against Cornell University, the seven named Ki members, KiFi entities, Tri Delta entities, Mooney's Bar nightclub, the Ki chapter president, and other random Johnos. So, the complaint she filed claims that she was drugged, that she was gang raped over several hours while she was incapable of consent, that Cornell University and other campus members failed to protect her and adequately, you know, punish her asalance, and that she is seeking millions of dollars in damages and a jury trial. So, again, in this civil lawsuit, uh, because there's no there there, it's a civil lawsuit because there's no there there in terms of the criminal side of things. That's very important. But then on September the 28th, the district attorney announced that he was reopening a criminal investigation into this incident. The governor of New York, Kathy Hokll, appointed Attorney General Leticia James, which should sound familiar because she's the same one that made up a bunch of BS to, you know, witch hunt Trump and try to keep him from coming becoming president, throw him in jail. She was named as a special prosecutor as of October the 1st of this year. And both Kathy Hokll and Leticia James made public statements proving that this is a witch hunt. They basically are already assuming the guilt of everyone and that Jane Doe is just a victim here. Okay, so it's going to get really crazy here very soon. Again, I'm recording this October 15th. Maybe it's already gotten crazy. But then we need to talk a little bit about the initial coverage by the media because I know this is going to be actually absolutely shocking to all of you, but the mainstream media was actually running cover for Jane Doe. But in early October, TMZ actually released a screenshot of a text message exchange between Jane Doe and one of the threesome participants, Jonathan Newell. Now remember that Jonathan Newell, we we'll get to the guys here in a second. So, the media reported on this text message exchange, but before I read the entire exchange, here is the part that the media wanted you to see so that they could solidify in your brain what you should think about this case. Okay, so this is what they said. This is Jane Doe to Jonathan. My memory's super clouded, too. I think we were all too effing drunk and high. That's the part that everybody saw, right? where it's like, "Oh my gosh, she wasn't capable of consent. She was too effing drunk and high." So, the media reported this part of the text message, obviously, to help solidify the claim that Jane Doe was too drunk and too high to possibly consent to what ended up happening to her at that frat house. But now, we need to look at the entire text exchange. So, Landon, let's go ahead and put that up on the screen now. All right, so we got the text exchange up there. So, I'm going to go ahead and read uh the text to you for those of you that are just listening. Okay. So, this is, you know, Jonathan Su to Jane Doe. Hey, blank. This is Jonathan Blank. [clears throat] Uh, blank guy gave me your number. I just wanted to apologize for how things went down the other night. My memor is kind of fuzzy about a lot of it, but me and Matt both feel like poop for being too effed up to shut it down and kick people out before it got way too out of hand. You're an amazing person, and I genuinely hope you're not catching as much heat from this as we are. We've been shutting down any stories uh we've heard, but again, I'm so so sorry. So, you would think that Jane Doe would immediately engage and yeah, I obviously understand like it did get out of hand. Like, it was actually really really bad. Like, but this is how she responded. Awan, I really appreciate this text. My memor is super clouded, too. I think we were all way too effing drunk and high. I'm getting a little heat from PiI girls. And then she lists the girls names. They can't get my name out of their mouth, but that's to be expected. But at the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal. And honestly, I really liked being with you and Matt. So, anything anyone has to say about the gang bang that she spelled wrong. The gang bang is out of their jurisdiction. I don't think we should feel any shame for the part. Our body, our choice as f It's right there. So guys, to summarize, on her own valition, Jane do got drunk. She accepted an invitation to a fraternity house where she knew that she was going to at the very least be participating in a threesome with two other men. Once she got to the frat house, she drank more alcohol. She smoked marijuana, and she ingested ketamine, at least one line of ketamine, off of a man's penis. And it was only after word got around about her horish behavior and she was disinvited from a Halloween party that she really wanted to attend that she decided that the previously consensual sexual experience was actually a gang rape. Those are the facts of the case. And part of the reason why the mainstream media is running interference for her and while feminists are coming to her aid is because we live in a patriarchy. Haven't you heard? Don't you know we live in a patriarchy? So, first of all, uh to, you know, kind of the soft-headed person making this argument, here's a question for you. Why is the media more than willing to publish and discuss the names of the seven men accused here, but they refuse to release the name of the accuser? Because there are crimes that happen all day, every day. And we see in local news reporting and national news reporting and international news reporting the names of the supposed victim. But not here in this patriarchy that we live in. Because let's just be real, this is another example that we don't live in a patriarchal society. Because if we did live in a literal patriarchy, not only would this not even be a court case that anyone would have any opinions on because no one would even know what happened to this woman to begin with or to these men or to anybody involved, but if this course court case was actually able to go through in this scenario, we would very likely know the name of the alleged [ __ ] and not the names of the men that had sex with her. That's what a patriarchy would be. We would know the name of the woman, the harlot. we wouldn't know the names of the men. But to any of the, you know, Handmaid's Tail people out there, here's a question for you as well. How can we simultaneously live in a patriarchal society, but then we allow women to retroactively revoke their own consent to sexual actions? I want to repeat that for any of you that missed it. How can we simultaneously live in a patriarchal society, but then we allow women to retroactively revoke their own consent to sexual actions? Does that make sense when I say retroactive revocation of their own consent? I mean, this is what I mean because we've seen this over and over. A woman will engage in consensual sex, but then she will later regret it. Maybe she regrets it the next morning when she soers up. Maybe she regrets it a little further down the line because she becomes convicted of her own depraved, sinful behavior. Maybe she regrets it later on uh because she starts to feel the weight and shame of her behavior and decision-m. Maybe she regrets it down the line because the relationship just didn't end up going anywhere with this guy that she gave herself to. Maybe she regrets it down the line because she sees an opportunity to potentially make herself a victim and maybe make some money at the same time. And then as a culture, we give this woman a pass when she decides after the fact that the consensual sex that she engaged in was all of the sudden not consensual and it was actually rape. But yeah, sure, we live in a patriarchal society that hates women. Also, our culture seems to be incapable of asking any follow-up questions after a woman claims that she was sexually assaulted or raped. We've fallen into this default believe all women scenario, as if no woman has ever claimed rape when she wasn't raped. Now, many of you have likely seen this or maybe heard about it, but there was a study that was done in 2007 called the campus sexual assault study. So the big statistic, the headline that came out of this was that 19% of undergraduate female students reported experiencing completed or attempted sexual assault since entering college. 19%. And there was another study called the sexual victimization of college women from the year 2000 that said that the stat is actually 20 to 25%. But let's just actually work with the study that I mentioned previously and let's just say it's 19%. So according to that study, one in five ladies at college are going to be sexually assaulted or is going to have to fight off sexual assault. Now just on its face, we can reject this stat as completely bogus. And here's my main piece of evidence. Women by the millions still attend colleges and universities all over the country. all over the country. Currently, there are somewhere in the neighborhood of 11 million women that are attending colleges and universities. 11 million. So, if this statistic is true, that means that roughly 2 million of those women are going to be sexually assaulted or at the very least have to fight off a sexual assault during their time at a institution of higher education. So, are you really trying to claim that 19% of women are willing to risk being sexually brutalized just so they can go get a degree somewhere? Really? Like along with that? Are you telling me that moms and dads all over this country are spending tens of thousands and in some cases hundreds of thousands of dollars to send their daughters to universities where they have a one in five chance of being raped? Really? I mean, guys, just really use your brains. Think about it. A lot of you guys in my audience, you're big dudes, you're strong dudes, you train, you know how to fight, you can still carry firearms and knives. Like, you do all the different things, right? But if I told you that there was a 19% chance that if you went outside today that you would be held down and forcibly raped, don't you think you would at least think twice about whether or not you need to run that errand? Right? Because here's the thing, that 2007 study had massive issues. So it only surveyed students from two large public universities, one in the South and one in the Midwest. And this is a big point. There were incredibly broad definitions of what constituted sexual assault. And so without doing a big diet tribe on the issue issues with the study, girls that said they were catcalled at some point during their four to five years at university were included as sexual assault victims. Yes, that's true. So, if a guy like girl walks by, you know, whatever she's dressed in, who knows? But let's say she was dressed like, you know, top to bottom, she's in a burka, like no one can really see her, but she walks by and someone's like, "Oh, what's up, girl? Come on over here, man. Let me holl at you. Oh, man. Look at you. I love your shape." Or whatever. She's cat called on campus. That girl was included as a sexual assault victim. Now, what happened to her was gross, right? My wife has been cat-c calledled. I've literally watched her get cat called. That can't be any fun. It's not sexual assault. Okay. Also, the students that participated in this study had to opt in. So, they were not forced to answer. So, obviously, you have to take into account the types of people that want to have their responses tallied in a study like this one. But here are the two biggest problems with the study. The here's number one, and this goes to the point I was making earlier. If a woman engaged in consensual sexual relations but was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and came to later regret engaging in that sexual encounter, that was counted as sexual assault. Massive, massive issue. And the second is the surveyors just took these women's words for it, right? Which that's kind of the nature of surveys, but they just blindly trusted the responses of these women to be accurate. even in the face of all the discrepancies with federal and local data and with police reporting, right? And I've pointed these issues out to people before and they just kind of like wave their hand over it. So, this happened I don't know seven, eight years ago, but I was listening to Steven Mansfield's podcast cuz I I really liked him at the time and what he was doing. And he threw us this exact statistic out there. One in five women are going to be sexually assaulted while at college. So, I had Steven's number. So, I just called him and told him like cuz I just assumed he didn't know. I assumed he heard someone else say it and then he just pared it, right? But I just told him like, "Hey man, the stats bogus, so the next time you record, you might point out like, hey, you know, I looked a little bit more into this." So I just encouraged him to, you know, to use your brain, use some logic, do a little bit of research because obviously one in five girls are not being raped on college campuses. That's just not a thing. He basically ignored me. He just dismissed my feedback outright. And his only evidence, I remember this, I remember the exact road I was driving on when he said this because I was like, I feel like yanking the wheel off the road and ending it all now because his only evidence was that other people in society and culture, like Barack Obama of all people were citing that statistic, so the stat must be correct. I just couldn't believe it. Like at that point, it felt like pearls before swine. I was like, "All right, man. Sounds good." But, you know, he was recatategorizing my brain from from that point. So women can literally lie about whether or not they were sexually assaulted. They can change their minds. They can revoke their cons revoke their consent later on. But again, the claim is that we live in a patriarchal society that hates women. But we just got to be real here. The main reason that women keep doing this, the this being falsely accusing men of rape, is because they aren't punished for the action. They're not punished for it. At worst, it's like, ah, yeah, whoopsies. Can you blame me? Not punished. So, if we go to the ten commandments, like bearing false witness is on there. That's the eighth commandment. You shall not bear false witness. That's how important God thinks your testimony is, right? And I said this before and I and I maintain it now. If you bear false witness against somebody and you knowingly lie and you are found to have lied, you should receive the punishment that the person you're accusing would have gotten had they been found guilty. And guys, I didn't make that up. God did. Right? If you go to your Old Testament, go to the Torah, Deuteronomy 19, this is 16-20. If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing, then both parties to the dispute shall appear before the Lord before the priests and judges who are in office in those days. The judges shall inquire diligently. And if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and the rest shall hear and fear and shall never again commit such evil among you. You will purge the evil from your midst. Because if we have a societywide agreement that your yes should be yes, your no should be no, and your testimony should be truthful. The people that are going to know that but still engage in this lie, we will be able to purge them from our society because they will be punished for this action. And then other people will go, "Oh my gosh, this person, this this lady who, you know, had sex with this person willingly only to just get mad at him later, decided to ruin his life because she's terrible, accused him of rape. It was proven that there was no rape, that she lied about it. This guy was going to get a 25-year prison sentence for rape. She gets the 25-year prison sentence for falsely accusing this man of rape. Don't you think that will be a deterrent for these horrible, awful women that act in a horish way only to change their tune later on because they want to be a victim, they want to make money, or they just want to ruin the life of a man because they feel powerful. You can purge that from your midst if you have the stones to do it. Now, I spent a lot of time talking about this Cornell case, talking about Jane Doe, talking about her behavior. So, what a lot of people are seeing and getting online is this what aboutism about the men involved, right? To be clear, I don't feel like I should say this, but for any of you that just selectively hear, there are no moral heroes in this story. If you've listened to me for any length of time, don't I rail on the only kind of sex that is moral? The only sex that is moral is sexual relations that take place consensually inside of a marriage between one man and one woman before God for life. So, two dudes, nope. Two women, nope. A gon, two other dudes, nope. People that aren't married, nope. People that are engaged, still, nope. Right? People that are divorced from their spouses, but not for biblical reasons, that move on to a sexual relationship with somebody else, also, nope. I've talked about it over and over and over. And also to be to be clear here, I completely condemn all of the parties involved in what happened at that frat house that night. All of them. I condemn as immoral Jane Doe's actions and all of these young men, all of these young men that participated in the sex and the pe the guys that peaked in the room, saw that what was going on and then bounced. I condemn all of them. And you know why? Because I'm able to do that. And this is the big key about this story. So pay attention. All of the secular, atheistic, pagan individuals of our society that are giving their opinions about this story have no moral grounds whatsoever to stand on. None. Let me actually break that down. If you don't have a biblically informed Christian worldview, right, if the Bible is not your highest authority for morality, right, then ultimately you're a nihilist. You think that every human being on this planet is just a highly evolved chimp. And if that's true, then there's no such thing as right or wrong. There's only nature. There's only the, you know, firing of neurons inside of our highly evolved chimp brains that tell us to do this or to do that. And no one, no one has the right to evaluate whether or not this or that is good or bad. We're just dancing to our DNA, right? So, just like you can't cry foul when a lion attacks, kills, and eats a wounded wilderbeast, you can't say that it is wrong when a highly evolved chimp forcibly penetrates another highly evolved chimp's private orphases against their will. You don't get to say that, pagan atheistic culture. You don't get to say that. Also, if you have that worldview, you're not able to evaluate whether a sexual experience is moral or immoral. Right? Because again, I I want to really hammer this home. In an atheistic, materialistic, nihilistic worldview, there's no such thing as moral or immoral. It's just the laws of nature. It's might makes right. It's power versus the powerless. That's what it is. So to all the pundits and all the people online and all the people that are prognosticating about this case that also simultaneously come from that don't come from a biblically based Christian worldview. I don't take your claims of moral outrage seriously. Nor can I substantiate any of your claims because you can't even substantiate any of your claims. You don't have that right. I'm not giving it to you. And this is why the great Al Mohler elucidated this, you know, on his show perfectly. But in the pagan atheistic worldview, truth and morality in our modern culture are all context dependent. That's it. That is to say that truth depends on which perspective you're coming from. And that morality itself isn't fixed. It's funible. It's on a spectrum. It's ever changing. It's it's adjusting. It's evolving. And again, based on the perspective of the person making the truth claim. And it's that kind of worldview that creates what a lot of people are calling consent culture. You've probably heard about that. And we're using the term consent culture in reference to sexual encounters and relationships. So essentially in consent culture, consent in and of itself is the highest virtue. Okay? You can do whatever you want as long as it's consensual. So if all the parties involved, even if it's more than two, consent to what is happening in a sexual encounter, that means it's morally acceptable because they consented, but it was dirty and it was horrible and it was nasty, but they consented. So if a male and a female are not married and have sex with one another and they both consented to that sexual experience beforehand and the consent continued throughout the sexual experience, then according to their worldview, there's no moral issues with that. That is what the consent culture would say. In their worldview, there are no issues with a consenting man having sex with another consenting man, with a consenting woman woman having sex with another consenting woman, a mixed group of more than two consenting men or women having sex with each other, a person having sex with an animal. Right? Before you freak out, there are many, many people that would say sex with an animal is okay as long as the animal does not fight back because that is their nonverbal way of consenting to the sexual act. That's the animals non-verbal way of consenting is that they're not trying to fight you off. In the same worldview, you have to say it's okay for an adult to have sex with a child. And before you freak out, there are many many public figures that have come out in support of children being able to consent to sex with adults. Like, where do you think the the term minor attracted persons came from? So again, to make my point, all these atheistic individuals in our culture that are condemning what these seven frat guys did to Jane Doe, allegedly, they have no moral foundation to stand on. None whatsoever. But since I am coming from a biblically based Christian worldview, and many of you listening in the audience are coming from a biblically based Christian worldview, we can have a different perspective. We can appeal to a morality that is higher than us. We can appeal to an authority that is higher than us. We can appeal to the triune God of the universe and to the authority of the Bible. And with that, we can say that sexual immorality is immoral and sinful and should not be performed. And we can define sexual immorality as any sex other than sex between one man and one woman inside of the holy covenant of marriage. So, we can condemn all other forms of sex. Having sex outside of wedlock, having sex with a child, having sex with an animal, a man having sex with a man, a woman having sex with a woman, multiple people having sex with each other at the same time, and so on and so on and so on and so forth. Because we have the righteous worldview, they do not. Hey guys, real quick, I just wanted to remind you that we have an official Undaunted Life store. You can go to shop.undaunted.life or check it out in the show notes. Guys, we're always going to have hats and shirts and a bunch of other awesome stuff. Go there, support us, wear the mission. Again, it's shop.undaunted.life. Check out the link in the show notes. Shop.undaunted.life. And one of the main things to consider when looking at these three huge stories is the main ideology that led to the reactions and some of the actions that happened in them, and it's feminism. So, if you go back to I hope I have this episode uh number right, but it's 959. 959. This is Hell's Hydra. I had my initial list of these again a hydra that Greek mythological creature you cut off its head and one or two more grow back. You think you've killed it but it comes back stronger. And that's how Satan is using he's using some of these worldviews to hurt image bearsers. So one head is Islamic fundamentalism. The second is socialism and communism. The third is LGBTQ plus activism. And the fourth is globalism. So go back to that episode 5 or 959 if you want to check that out. Now I remember when I was preparing that episode cuz it took me a long time to bring it all together. I thought about adding a fifth head of the Hydra and using feminism, but for whatever reason, I decided against it. Maybe I was like too far in, like any of those types of things. But then when I went and interviewed Josh Howton down in Texas at his studio, you know, he kind of threw that out there and [laughter] immediately I was like, shoot, yeah, I should have had that on there. So, the fifth head of the hydra is feminism. Now, I was actually preparing a Sunday school lesson about hell's hydra and, you know, how that really, you know, leads people into how they how they vote and what we should do in culture and all those different things. And as I was going through the preparation, a realization hit me big time. And it's that feminism has killed more image bearsers of God than Islam, socialism, communism, and we'll throw in Nazism combined. Okay? Combined. Now, I've I've talked about a lot before. There's been like we're four four waves of feminism. We're currently experiencing wave number four. The second wave of feminism was really about sexual liberation. you know, challenging gender roles in society. But the main thing about the second wave of feminism is that women had the right to be equally as unpreg. Okay, that's where it all stems from, right? Go back to the 5060s, that kind of era. Now, this is going to break your heart and and probably simultaneously blow your mind. But since 1960, there have been roughly 3.5 billion abortions across the globe. 3.5 billion babies have been murdered in the womb since 1960. So there have been some horrific societywide consequences from feminism. I mean obviously the billions of babies that have been killed in the name of a woman's right to be equally as unpreg ordained structure of the household which is God, man, woman, children, right? So women have placed themselves above God. They could be their own God. Right? women have, you know, opened themselves up to more and more sexual assaults and sexually transmitted diseases because of the sexual liberation movement and their views on sex. So, we have the removal, these are again all downstream consequences of feminism, the removal of the desire for women to maintain a home and care for their children. Instead, it's hey, let's build a business, let's build a career, let's get that corner office job. You know, women being allowed into combat and non-combat roles in the military. You know, also women being put in the line of duty and in danger in law enforcement capacities. And with that comes, you know, a crushingly low birth rate because women are delaying having children or not having children at all. Boys and men are falling behind because we have a societywide focus on elevating as many women as possible to the detriment of those men. When women, you know, they had never been more free, right? Women have never been more free than they are right now. And yet female happiness is at an all-time low. There's this, you know, adversarial perspective between men and women as opposed to a complimentarian perspective. And yes, that includes even marriage. And yes, that includes marriages inside the church. And [clears throat] entire denominations of Christian churches have gone apostate because it all started with egalitarianism and putting women in church leadership roles. Those are just some of the negative societywide culture-wide downstream consequences of feminism. But one of the largest issues that stems from feminism and that relates to the three stories that we talked about uh earlier today is that we have removed all agency and accountability from women. We've removed their agency. We've removed their accountability. As a society, we have essentially decided that we are willing to blame everyone [clears throat] but her. We are going to blame everyone but her. So Lindsay Clancy isn't responsible for killing her children. Nope. No. No. No. Her husband didn't give her enough support. Her family didn't give her enough support. Her workplace didn't give her enough support. The doctors she went to didn't give her the right treatment. The pharmaceutical companies are to blame for making the products that they make and for her taking them. The health care system took advantage of her. She was diagnosed and undiagnosed with mental health issues. So Lindsay Clancy isn't responsible for ingesting all the medications that she ingested and for planning out the murder of her children and for actually following following following through with the murder of her children. Everyone else is to blame. You see, now what about Crystal Pike? She's not responsible for murdering that teenage girl. She's not. She had a rough upbringing. Didn't you know she was physically abused as a child? She was sexually abused as a child. She didn't have the right schooling. She wasn't born into the right family. She didn't have the right oversight. she was neglected. She had diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health issues. We don't think she should be held responsible for her behavior and actions in light of that. And we certainly don't think she should be executed for her crime. We think because she survived this lethal injection execution attempt that it's even more reason that she deserves to live. So Christa Pike isn't responsible for bashing in another human being's skull with a concrete block, for mutilating her body, for carving a pentagram into her chest while she was still alive. Everyone else is to blame. Now, what about Jane Doe? Can we hold Jane Doe responsible for her slayy behavior? Because guys, she was under the influence of alcohol. She was under the influence of ketamine. Her dad probably didn't hug her enough. She simply couldn't stop what was happening while it was happening. She was just trying to survive in a patriarchal culture. Her yes doesn't actually mean yes, and her no doesn't actually mean no. Cornell University didn't do enough to protect her. The Cornell University Police Department didn't do enough to protect her. So, society will tell us that Jane Doe isn't responsible for consenting to morally reprehensible sexual behavior. everyone else is to blame. And that's the story we're getting from culture, guys. Again, our culture simultaneously says that if more women were in charge and had their hands on the levers of power, the world would be more productive and more peaceful. And yet, at the same time, women who do morally reprehensible things, everything from engaging in risky sexual behavior and all the way up to murder, that they're not actually responsible for their behavior and their decisions. both of them, right? We got another example of this recently because the comedian Shane Gillis uh did a monologue on Saturday Night Live. So, if you watch the entire thing, it's pretty standard stuff from Shane Gillis, but there was a big controversy because of one little section of his monologue. All right, so let's go to the clip here. >> Also, I haven't been to the gym in so long, I didn't know women just dress like [ __ ] Now, look, I'm sorry. There's no other way to describe I. Have you seen it? I've seen it. The shorts. Have you seen the shorts? Those neon. They're like the only They're like artificial bait colored. The wrinkles. The wrinkles go like around the cheeks and all [laughter] combine at the butthole. And don't look. You're not allowed to look. For real. Don't look cuz they are filming. I'm I'm in the background of like 10 Tik Toks right now. >> [laughter] >> And boy was there controversy. How dare he say women that dress like [ __ ] and go to the gym dress like [ __ ] and go to the gym. I mean, with all the feminists getting big mad at Shane Gills for saying this, you know what he should have done? He should have just strangled three kids to death and then they would have called him a hero, right? That's the world we're living in. So, you're apparently not allowed to say completely obvious things out loud, right? That's against the feminist rules. So, you currently say, you know, you you can't currently say obvious things like women dress like [ __ ] and wear incredibly revealing clothing and then go to the gym in public, right? Because one, they want attention from men. And two, they want to make women jealous. They want attention from men and then they want attention from women so that it'll make them jealous. And look, there are just so many contradictions with women when it comes to this stuff. So, it's typically the women who have really nice bodies, this is typical, that are completely okay with dressing in this way in order to get attention. So, they claim that it makes them empowered and makes them in charge of their own bodies by showing everybody basically every part of their body. But, you know, fat women, ugly women, they don't engage in this behavior for, you know, what reasons that might be obvious. And then th those same women that are feminists themselves will be critical of women showing themselves off in this way. I mean, just look at the hate uh like someone like Sydney Sweeney gets for showing what her mama gave her, right? And all these different ads. There's been all these think pieces from feminists, right? And I don't think those ads should be on uh you know, out there either. There was like a Los Angeles Dodgers player that during the playoffs, he's like, "Man, can we not just sit down and watch a g ball game as a family with my little kids? We got Sydney Sweeney naked on a screen with like footballs covering her boobs. We've we've got uh some other girl Megan Fox. She's doing this ad where she's wearing this like skintight red leather thing or whatever. It's like got I can't even watch the the ads with my kids. Right. But again, so there's a contradiction there. But also the women that go to the gyms dressed in this way in order to get attention from men while simultaneously maintaining that it is crazy and inappropriate for these men to actually look at them. So, I'm I'm going to dress like this because I want you to look at me. But if you look at me, oh, don't you look at me? I mean, gosh, haven't you seen the videos of the women in the gym? Which, by the way, can we just ban all videoing yourself in the gym? Unless you can deadlift over 500 lb and you're just trying to make sure your form doesn't break while you're going for, you know, 550 or something like that. Those guys, you can film. Everybody else, film when you get home, okay? But the there's all these videos of these women in gyms. They're wearing nothing. And there's some guy in the background going because he's visually driven. He's sexually driven, right? And then she decides to berate this man, right? This is a derivative of what Bench Spiel calls face tattoo syndrome. That's where, you know, like a barista at a coffee shop, you know, they're checking you out and then they have a huge face tattoo. They have like a dragon tattooed on the middle of their face and then you stare at it because it's on the middle of their face and then they're like, "What are you staring at?" It's like, well, I mean, obviously, I'm staring, you know, at the tattoo that's directly in the middle of your face, right? So, these women at these gyms, they'll wear shorts. They'll wear, you know, pants that leave nothing to the imagination as it pertains to the exact whereabouts and makeup of their sexual orphice, right? But if you look at them, which again is what they want, then they get to scream at you, okay? And in a strange way, this fake Shane Gillis controversy, you know, attaches to the Cornell 7 case. So, let me just explain. Jane do wanted to do disgusting, immoral sexual acts with multiple men. She got exactly what she wanted. She did those sexual acts and then only after her community started to look at her like a [ __ ] did she change her mind about what she wanted to do from the beginning. Now a girl goes to the gym basically wearing body paint so that she can get attention from men and make women jealous when men give her the attention that she wanted from the beginning. If she decides that she no longer likes that attention in that moment, then she could post a video on her Tik Tok screaming at a guy for noticing what she desperately wanted him to notice when she started filming her video and when she walked into the gym to begin with. Everybody keeping up? That's how difficult it is right now to keep up with feminist ideology, right? And if you believe that, if you believe any of the things that we've talked about, you know what you've done? You've actually infantalized all women across the board. You infantalize them. You have no agency. You can't make any decisions for yourself, but also you're beautiful and powerful and girls around the world. Okay, but here's how we can turn all this around. Okay, but we've made it all the way here. We've done a lot of description, but now we need to get to the prescription, right? We need to maintain that men aren't the only ones who sin. Okay, we need to proclaim that men are not the only ones who are depraved. We need to maintain that Jesus didn't just die to save all those dirty, rotten, misogynistic men, but that Jesus died to pay the sin debt for all of humanity. And all of humanity does indeed include women. Okay, pastors listening to this. If you're ignoring certain subject matters because it's going to [inaudible] off the women in your flock, then just go ahead and retire. Go do something else. Go sell cars. Go sell insurance. Go, you know, get a go back to school. Get a different degree or something like that. Just do something else. Like you, if you're that type of person where you're not going to talk about feminism, you're not going to talk about abortion, you're not going to talk about any of these issues that will make the women in the congregation mad, you just don't have the inner constitution to be a shepherd, just quit. Just do something else. And to the husbands out there listening to this, if you're ignoring sinful behavior in your wife because you're afraid of what her reaction might be, then just admit that you're a coward and that you are willing to abdicate your responsibility and hand your balls over to your wife. How can you be the head of your household if you don't point out sin inside your own household? And to the girl dads, a lot of you in this audience, if you're unwilling to correct the sinful behavior you see in your daughter or daughters because you're afraid that she's going to push you away or cut you off, then just admit that you're okay with her being catechized and discipled by our atheistic culture. I have so many dads. I've seen this at church, guys. A super conservative church in Edund, Oklahoma. You have teenage girls at different points have been walking into church with their parents with a shorter dress that has a plunging neckline or one where their midriff is showing, right? As you're scanning, as you're walking, it's impossible not to notice. And sure, some of the dads over here and some of the moms over here, they're like, "Oh my gosh, can you believe?" But what does it say about that dad? Bro, you know what that dad did? That dad noticed that she was dressed like that before going to church in East Edmund, Oklahoma. But he didn't want to say anything. He didn't want his daughter to get mad. He didn't want to encourage her. And actually, you know what do you mean encourage? You're the dad. Demand that she dress in a way that's appropriate, not just for church, but at all times. That she not dress in a way that could cause a man to stumble. that she would not dress in a way that could potentially open her up to unwanted attention that leads to some severe unwanted outcomes and behaviors from others. Didn't want to make his daughter mad though. I mean, ultimately, we need to transition from a consentbased culture as it pertains to sex to a god-glorifying culture as it pertains to sex. And again, if you're a pastor, if you're a husband, if you're a dad listening to this, you have a huge role to play here, okay? We have to stand up for a biblical moral ethic. We have to stand up for a biblical ethic as it pertains to sex. Pastors, again, if you destroy the men on Father's Day and you just like, oh, clap clap clapity clap for the women on Mother's Day, you're missing the point. How can you be reminded of the gospel and how it applies to you if you don't even think you're a sinner? The number of women that I've talked to that leave a women's comments like, "Oh my gosh, they're just glowing. They're just like, man, I am awesome. That's why God's into me." It's like, "No, you had to send his son to this planet to die for you because you're a wretched, black-hearted sinner." We're okay with saying that to the men. We're okay with yelling at them at the men's event or on Father's Day, but we leave the women alone. Again, we ignore the sin in our wife's life and our wife wife's heart because we're terrified of her and her reaction. We're terrified of the other women in our world that are emotionally abusing us. This could extend out to perhaps your mother, your sister, an aunt, like something like that. They will use psychological and emotional abuse in order to control you because for the most part, they can't control you physically. And we've got to be able to fight back against that because there is an answer to all this and it's twofold. The first is the gospel of Jesus Christ and the second is faithful adherence to godly morality. We'll start with the second one. I thought about this here recently. If you are sharing godly morality, biblical morality with somebody and they don't like it and they get mad at you, that makes them dumb. because you're just the mailman. You're just hopefully accurately telling them what this says, this library, this collection of ancient manuscripts that they bound and put into book form. That's what you're doing. Like imagine if the mailman today delivered me a letter and it was an angry letter from someone that hates me and hates this ministry, hates God and all that. It's just, oh, they're threatening me, they're threatening my family, they're calling me the worst names ever, all the different things. Wouldn't it be really dumb if I went out and punched the mailman for delivering me the letter? He just delivered the mail. I don't get to get mad at him because he's deliver because of what the mail said, right? So, we need to have a faithful adherence to godly morality and we need to just stand upon godly morality and say, "Ah, man, I know you don't like it, but it makes sense that you don't like it because let's go back to the first thing. They've not accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are still currently in Adam. They are depraved and have no hope at this moment outside of Christ. Because Jesus Christ is the answer to all of this, guys. All of it. The gospel is what we can apply to the five heads of hell's hydra, right? The gospel can be applied to the pastor who is afraid of talking about abortion this Sunday because he knows women in his congregation have had them. The gospel is what we appeal to when we're a father that needs to have steel in our spine because we need to have a really difficult conversation about something our wife is doing that is sinful and that's destroying her or someone else. We need to have the courage to look at our seven-year-old daughter, our 15year-old daughter, our 40-year-old daughter, say, "Sweetheart, I love you. What you're doing is wrong. It's sinful. It hurts the heart of God. And you got to stop." We need all those things and the gospel of Jesus Christ is applied to all of it. If you're an unhitched person, well, depends on which part you unhitched, right? Because maybe you unhitched the New Testament so you can only focus on the Old Testament, Jews, or you unhitched the Old Testament from the New Testament, which gives you no foundation for any of the reasons why we would even look for a savior to even know what the gospel is. All of that, right? And that's the answer to all of this. I know these stories are rough, but you always have to look for the currents that are happening because of a story like that. None of these things are morally neutral and all of us have a role to play in pushing back the darkness. All right guys, that'll do it for today.
